My first time at this ER and let me tell you it will be my last. They pretty much throw you in the hallway. I never got my pain meds. We weee not 6 feet apart. People were coughing and throwing up. Nurses walking by saying this patient needs to be in the Covid room I barley got hooked up to my antibiotics that I needed, the drs promise you should get a room soon. There’s 3 hallways of people just sitting there in these chairs. And have been there for 2 -3 nights. The janitors with there big bins bumping you. I can go on and on. It was dirty so here I uploaded pictures to show you.

I brought my friend here, it took a long time because it was a lot of people. I was able to watch the staff and they was amazing. They was so curious and helpful and present. They did a good job help the patients it was beautiful to watch them work because they had beautiful hearts.

This review is for the ER only. Went twice in the last 3 months. Once for me and once for my sister. Service was fast, professional, and caring. No complaints. I also noticed other patients receiving the same care as us. Been there before, and will go back if needed.

If you ever want to feel like a second class citizen, come to Mountain View. They will even put in the basement for 72 hours. No level of privacy, comfort or care. Bathroom smell disgusting. After 3 days of not eating, I was finally allowed a liquid diet, had to ask multiple times for food and coffee, finally the floor manager brought it to me. Already extremely hangry, I had to do the same for lunch. I am not comfortable with this level of privacy and I dont enjoy listening to someone almost puke on one side of me and pee in a container on the other side. Both myself and my husband have been begging to get a room and no one will listen or help. No patient advocates. This level of care is unacceptable and if you ask a question it's as if no one knows the answer. You are told one thing, and then another. I will never come here again.

If I could give them no stars. This is literally the worst hospital ever, I had surgery on December 20 ,2023 and woke after surgery in excruciating pain that made me feel like it was on fire, the guy was like sometimes the nerve blocks don't work, and then nothing they gave me worked it was horrible . I was in so much pain I just fall asleep. While on the surgery for I heard two nurses say she can't be in that much pain if she's sleeping. Then one pt guy said I was lying and the nurse who was working could have confirmed that I was not but in stead she lied. So I asked for caseworker who was awesome and told her I want to leave and she end up getting me a new nurse after this incident every time I pressed the nurse button they turn it off over 20 times oh and laughed about it I even have this on video 🤳🏾 of how they mistreated me I never recorded anyone but I did record me pressing the nurse button and then turning it off I just so happen to here them laughing. The entire 7 days I was there they never changed my sheets nor gown or adjusted me until the last day they moved me around and put pillows under my butt ,that day I had a good nurse and nursing assistant ,my butt looked like someone clawed at my but it was sheet marks I ended up with marks on my butt from them not changing my sheets or adjusting me. It was so bad I ask to be transferred to another hospital .This was the worst my daughter wanted them to transfer me to another hospital and they said they don't do that .

Terrible place. I was brought in by ambulance and was left in the waiting room writhing pain. I asked several times for a more comfortable place to get comfortable because I was in so much pain. I also asked to speak to the doctor twice and was basically laughed at. I have cervical and lumbar disc disease and told the lady that at the front desk and told her I was in total pain with my back. She basically laughed at me. Told me there was nothing she could do unless I was admitted in the back. I was there for 5 hours until I finally just couldn't take it any longer. I asked the lady if the front if I could get my results from my doctor and she told me no which was a lie. After I left I did find out my results from my doctor. Again this place was horrible horrible horrible. Do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about your comfort. I had an MRI done after this because of my pain and found out that I had gotten torn muscles from not being in a more comfortable position. They do not care if you are sick. They do not care anything at all about you. They also have all my records wrong. I went in for my stomach and they have me for throat. I am 411 and they have me five eight. I weigh 129 lb and they have me at 180. I feel there's definitely something wrong with this place

This is a GREAT Hospital. I used to work for a 5 Star Resort and these employees would be welcomed with open arms in the Hospitality business. It was an eye opener for me, the caring, concern and genuine sincerity was overwhelming and flowed throughout the Entire Staff who operate this great facility. #1 in my book. It wasn't just me, I watched and heard them interact with everyone in the waiting room and on my floor. It was very impressive. They took great care of me and I am so happy to know if I have to go back again one day, they will take good care of me with Patience, Care and what we call in Hawaii "Aloha". Thank You MountainView Hospital!

Do not bring anyone you care about here, my mother had a stroke and was transferred here and it was a literal nightmare. They lied to us constantly about every aspect. When she first arrived they started to pull her clothes down for an EKG BEFORE SHE EVEN ENTERED THE BUILDING. They refused to help my mother who waited 6 hours just to get a room which she never got, they took blood from her six plus times within those six plus hours and never ONCE asked her if she needed water or food. They then said she would have to wait till morning to get a room by sitting in a chair, my mother was sitting with a stroke for hours and they refused to let anyone see her. So I asked when I would be able to see her and they said thirty minutes, two hours later they still wouldn’t let me see her or get her a room. Turns out many patients were just sitting in chairs, some even for 3 days and they refused to even get these poor people pillows or anything to help relieve pain. When my mother heard that some of the patients had been waiting in chairs for days (some even just wandering the halls) she rightfully decided to leave and a nurse told her she couldn’t leave and yanked her arm trying to stop her. They also told her that my father and I had left when we did not trying to convince her that her ride had left. Turns out in the end they never even had an availability for a room they had lied to us the entire hospital was booked and there were many more patients like my mother who experienced the same thing, some even in their late 80’s. I am unbelievably upset and I can’t emphasize this enough DO NOT bring your loved ones here they will be abused. This whole hospital is out of a horror movie.

Currently here in a dirty room. Was admitted last night for gallstones. I did every test from X-ray, ultrasound, and MRI. In morning all kind doctors came in with same answers waiting on MRI. It's been 12 hours and still no results from that MRI. Was told from nurses from last night to push the pause button on the IV when it alarms. Basically telling us to do their job. They stated if theirs air in the line the alarm won't go off. Not once anyone came when that alarm went off. Wasn't able to get anything to eat until 2pm. Bathrooms filthy with urine and smells horrible. Ask to speak to doctor at 6:30 pm this evening and was told doctors didn't want to come and nurse stated their response was she can discharge herself if she wants to. Very bad communication. Very unprofessional. Only want to charge the insurance and they don't do anything.

Just have to say anytime I have had to come here the staff has always been kind courteous concerned and extremely helpful. Both my children were born here and recently had to visit for my youngest at the ER and they always are so helpful and kind. Thank you Mountain View hospital staff. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. So thankful.

I wish I could give more stars. I had my baby here through c-section. After being given the risks of advantages of both, I was able to take my time to make a non-pressured decision due to my specific life-threatening situation. The doctors are all very skilled, while being courteous and sympathetic the entire time. The nurses are all so knowledgeable and they have impeccable attitudes and a clear love for their job. I never had to wait for anything because if my nurse was busy, another nurse would get me whatever I needed very quickly. I found myself saying, "Wow that was quick" on very very many occasions. Everyone in this hospital has a clear love for their job, and it really changes the care you get. Even the cleanliness and meal preparation needs to be acknowledged and commendend; I seriously loved every single aspect of this hospital. I will be recommending this hospital anyone I see that's pregnant or needs any care whatsoever. Even the emergency waiting room never seems to be overwhelmed.

I had a good experience with Mountain View Hospital. I’m impressed with the way everything was handled- very organized and professional. Each person would come and introduce themselves and explain what they were supposed to do. Very friendly people as well. I would like to say thank you to my recovery nurse Ian. He is someone that you wish will be there when you wake up. His demeanor and voice is very soothing and calming which helps a lot in the recovery process. And he was very efficient in updating my progress to my husband. Thank you to everyone who assisted in my operation. Everyone was wonderful.

I was made very comfortable before my procedure. The nurses were very reassuring that everything would be fine as this was my first time put under anesthesia. Only thing I didn’t like was not having someone allowed back with me after surgery. Having that support and seeing a familiar face after I feel is very important. I understood that they had their protocols but Spring Valley Hospital seems to find a way to make it work so why can’t Mountain View?

I came in to the ER last Tuesday the 3rd at 9:30am. I was admitted for diverticulitis as well as a perforation in my bowel. Needless to stay I had to stay for 2 nights and was released around 5pm on Thursday the 5th. Doctors and nurses were good. I would usually only see a Doctor around 5:30am. Due to the pandemic, I had to sleep in the hall amongst other sick patients. Nothing like sleeping with all the lights on and people working around you all night. My biggest complaint is that there should have been "Quiet Hours" so that patients in the hall could get some decent sleep. All night I could hear employees talking, not even about work, about personal stuff. Then I was so lucky to have my room next to the soiled linen room. I can't even count how many times they ran their carts into my bed, while I was awake and sleeping. I asked the doctor on Wednesday to please change the placement of my bed since I couldn't get a room and that didn't happen. Since we were in the hall, there were no options for showers, only wipes to wipe ourselves down. Although I am thankful for the healthcare I received, it was a very degrading experience.

Its been over 20 years since I was last hospitalized there and I was a bit nervous but very pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed my stay there. The Mefical staff was wonderful! Even though the emergency room was always full, everything was well organized and patient care was administered as best as possible. The medical staff I encountered was superb. Everyone treated me kindly and professionally. They all made me feel comfortable and did everything to help me. My room was very comfortable and the temperature setting was just right, bit too did or warm. I really enjoyed my food. It was tasty and portioned. I enjoyed the servers dress attire. The facilities were very clean. Ive told several people about my stay and will recommend Mt View to everyone.

No discharge instructions. Did not provide necessary durable medical supplies. Care was ok except hospitalist recorded that he examined me when he did not. I called the phone number below and left a detailed message. I forgot to mention here that my Hip replacement Surgery is listed as a Cardiac Stress Test in the notes!

Was in this hospital 9 days. It is very nice. All of the attending nursing staff was wonderful. The only glitch was my case manager assigning me to a rehab facility before my best friend (also my power of attorney) had the opportunity to go and do a tour of the ones my insurance would cover. I did not go to the one the case manager assigned me to. This caused a delay in me being able to leave the hospital and go to Life Care of Las Vegas rehab (my choice) which was a great experience. I highly recommend Life Care of Las Vegas. I think the food at MountainView Hospital could be improved upon. The portions were very small and flavorless.

First OFF when Checking in a hospital you already are not feeling well so the fact that as soon as you walk in as the hospital the Black Register Guy was So nice and greeting it was so refreshing to get Such a warm Welcome coming Into a place like that sets the tone for your Visit. The wait was not that long. The Doctors and the rest of the staff were just as nice. The hospital was clean. Most definitely would go back in an emergency. Thank you for the whole stuff. Way to make a person feel important and cared for Keep up the GREAT WORK.... My First time ever doing a review for a 🏥 hospital as well as a good review at that.

Overall experience was excellent! I had a one-night stay after my surgery. The care I received from my two day and then night shift nurses was excellent! They were caring and very attentive to detail and the needs of both my roommate and my needs. However, the next morning’s staff were just the opposite, which justifies my rating of 4 stars. The medical staff assigned to my surgery was definitely a 4 star rating! I, also, would like to mention the hospital’s clerical staff, they were very competent. Thank you, Mountain View Hospital!

This is my second time having a baby at this hospital. I absolutely love the staff. They are so kind so nice so patient and actually treat you like a person they’re not rude they don’t raise their voices they’re not too tired to bring you anything in the middle of the night, the doctors are amazing and their supervisors actually come and check with you to make sure that everything is going great with the staff. The best part is they give you a celebration dinner after your baby for you and your support system if I was anybody, I would definitely come here to have your baby and be as comfortable during such a stressful time as you can be

TERRIBLE HOSPITAL! I had my baby here and it was the WORST experience of my life! They had me asking for pain meds for over 6 hours and their excuse was that they were too busy and didn’t have enough staff. Then the nurse gave me Pitocin when I denied it and she said she had to or she would get written up! This was traumatizing! Centennial Hills hospital was totally different and a much better experience. The staff here were making jokes about the patients in pain. AVOID having your baby here and go somewhere else! The positive reviews are clearly fake reviews. A RN that used to work here went on the news and said it herself this hospital is horrible for labour and delivery. Jen the day nurse is the one who gave me the Pitocin after I denied it.

This hospital is horrible. They couldn't find me in nationwide data base and completely dismissed me not giving me a medication I really needed. After about a week of suffering I was finally able to get in to a specialist where he confirmed what I already knew, that I was indeed in the database. Either they were just complete jerks or extremely lacking in their training. It's pretty messed up how they treated me I left in tears. There was nothing I could do they just told me they couldn't get my prescription I had been on for 3 years in a previous state. They refused to even contact my previous PCP. Interesting how the survey on their website is "unavailable".

I had my baby here two months ago. She is my first baby, and I didn’t know what to expect. I was admitted quickly and my induction was started promptly when it was determined that I had preeclampsia. I was also given a magnesium drip to help a vapid seizures. I wasn’t ever told that as a result of this drip that I would be denied food for almost three days. Even after laboring for 27 hours and eventually having a c-section, I was only given sugar free jello. When questioned, the provider said, “that’s just how I practice.” He was an Asian doctor in the labor and delivery floor. I wasn’t ever given instruction on how to care for my c-section incision, or given any sort of aftercare instruction after having had a major abdominal surgery. I had to read through my discharge papers and use Google to figure out how to care for myself. If I ever have another baby, I will probably be making the further drive to Centennial to deliver.

I was admitted to MountainView Hospital for a surgery. The Doctors, Nurses and Medical Staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind, compassionate, and very professional with their knowledge about jobs positions in regards to the surgery. There were very caring and made me feel more at ease, when I was nervous about the surgery. My Primary Care Doctor told me that MountainView was a good hospital and that Dr Friedman was one the best surgeons. And she was right. Thank you to the Surgical Team at MountainView. I feeling better already 😊

Wow I really don't know where to begin with this, I simply love everything about Mountain view at this time. The day of my procedure started with the wheel chair that was equipped with oxygen tank. Even though I brought my own. The wheel chair was so 2025😇 so comfortable. The registration Ladies were remarkable. Everyone was so sweet and nice 🙂 to me and my wife. I said wow we would've never experience this BK home 🏠 overall good 👍 I would highly recommend other's. To go here. I'm highly thinking 🤔 about making Mountain view hospital my 🏠 home.As for my care. I'm not knocking no hospital because the all have been good to me. Like I said from all the Staff ⚕️ down to the surgeon 😷 the were all so sweet to both myself and my wife 🌈

I really couldn't believe that I was in an Emergency Room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I admired how the staff used humor to keep my mind off of the pain that I was suffering through. The entire hospital staff was outstanding. From the receptionists at the check-in desk to every nurse that I encountered the care I received was exceptional. I'm truly grateful and thankful for the outstanding care I received. The entire hospital staff was awesome, and I tip my hat to them. Thank you.

My husband was diagnosed with a burst appendix at SW Tenaya Medical Center and we went straight over to MountainView ER. In a stressful situation, we felt the ER staff was efficient and caring. Once settled in a hospital room, my husband was in the hospital for four days and we felt like we were in good hands the entire time. We're human and things didn't go perfectly, but we always felt like the staff cared and was there to help and to try and make all their patients as comfortable as possible. For cleanliness, friendliness and care, I give five stars!

Everyone was extremely helpful and so wonderfully nice. I was having surgery on my neck and was feeling a little anxious. Everyone who came to check on me before surgery made me feel more relaxed and calm. They all explained everything that was going to happen and wanted to know if I had questions. Everyone there made me feel as if they really cared about me. A wonderful hospital with the most caring people.

I was visiting Las Vegas when I had to pay a visit to their emergency room. My bill came to almost 3,000. The problem is the billing department never communicated to me what was due. The only way I was alerted, I received a bill by a third party for one of the doctors. That’s when I found out about the other bills that were outstanding. They had not even bothered to submit the claims to Kaiser my provider. Kaiser informed me that if they don’t receive a claim within 180 days of service, I am legally responsible for the bill. Also, I was forced to stay 3 days before I could be released because there wasn’t adequate staff to perform the test I needed before being released. The staff told me it was because of a reduction on staff to save money. Beware when visiting this hospital. Update 7/8/23, I called the billing department last week to check if there was any further outstanding bills. They told me that I had an additional bill of $75,000. Yes, $75,000! They never bothered to provide me an invoice. Before exiting the hospital be sure to ask for the billing department and call them a week later to request a full invoice.

A very nice experience. I had an echo & tread mill test done. The staff is very kind, makes one feel at ease and professional at the same time. The technician who did the echo was professional yet engaging and the test was done with ease. I am not a fan of the treadmill especially when the treadmill increases in speed, but the technician kept me at ease so I sort of forgot the speed. All was good & love the fact that I could go to the hospital to get the testing done with no issues was great

The hospital is really clean and nice. The nurses I had were fantastic. Responded quickly and answered all questions. I only gave four stars because of the food. Absolutely horrible. Milk for the cereal was warm. Soup and coffee was lukewarm. Entrees were so dry you could hardly swallow it!

Going to the hospital is never fun but I was extremely impressed by the staff and efficiency of this very busy emergency room. I was promptly greeted and attended to by Renard, who is the absolute rock star of this facility! He is calm, funny, warm and made me feel strangely at home. I was pleasantly surprised that each of the staff members were equally on point. In a time of staff shortages, and the added stress of Covid in this environment, I was truly blown away by the kindness and compassion I experienced. The staff was able to identify my problem concisely and offer me a plan to address it. Thank you all for you excellent care. 💖💐

From registration, during visit, and on discharge, everyone (doctors too) I encountered was pleasant and thorough. Did I get the nurses' attention I requested at the drop of a dime? No. Did I expect it? No. I understand that the nurses are taking on more tasks and more patients. Yes, they got to me in a reasonable time. And when they did they were very attentive and kind.

Mountain View Hospital is a full-service 425-bed medical facility located in the heart of Northwest Las Vegas, one of the fastest growing areas in the valley. With easy access to major highway. I was treated well and have no complaints. MountainView features nationally recognized programs including a top cardiovascular and thoracic center,

I don't wanna do this at all, but they keep emailing me about it. Fine. That was the second worse hospital experience of my life and I've been chronically ill for almost 20 years. Understaffed, overcrowded. Get it. I felt like cattle. And they forgot to take my IV out when I was discharged and had the nerve to get mad at me about it when I was slightly impatient about it. I don't ever talk to anyone the way I was spoken to there. Mind you, nurses and doctor who treated me directly were nice enough, but of the almost 48 hours I sat in the triage bay, I medical professionals for maybe 15 minutes. I get it, not enough people to treat all of those people. But we are people. Everyone on that staff needs to be reminded of that.

Substantial left side hemiplegia from stroke. Outstanding care top to bottom for my three week stay. The PT hospital was the best. PT Iris and OT Suzette were outstanding with their awareness and knowledge. They both put me on the road to a full recovery, an amazing task. Everything in the facility was great, even the food service tried very hard, and the result was usually good, a very rare occurrence! Five stars for sure.

Almost all the nurses were really nice. The ones before my surgery put me as such ease, I feel asleep almost instantly after switching to the operating table when I was a nervous wreck before. Check in was super easy but I did come in before the ER was even open, so I went through a side door where security told me come in at. Good comfortable experience overall.

Basic help was good. All assistants were very helpful. The doctors in ER were not the friendliest. One doctor was looking for me but kept saying wrong name. I asked if it was me, she said no, I asked 3 times for her to get persnicaty. Doctor in my husband's room was pushing for treatment we had no idea of. When we said we wanted to get more info from our doctor, she became agitated because we wouldn't do it right away . It's my husband's life and we have the right to check things out further. Like I said your workers are fantastic, some of your doctors could use a lesson in treating people with respect and kindness. I understand they know what they r doing, but more understanding on their part would go a long way.

The staff took really good care of me while I recovered from a ruptured appendix. A special thanks to Shannon, Roma, Sara, Renee, and Jorge! The surgeon team did an excellent job, and even checked up on me twice during my 2 day stay. I'm so grateful these kind folks saved my life!

Literally came here staving last night after being in ICU with my dad all day . Chef Dee greeted me and my daughter with such a kind and friendly spirit. She is genuinely a very welcoming and helpful person ! I had no expectations for hospital food until this day ! The food she prepared was better than most restaurants I’ve been to, hands down . When I say it was so simple fries and chicken tenders! Yet it tasted like a meal straight from home . Seasoning 10 quality 10 I wish I could put 10 starts. I may come back here just for lunch if they let me ! Lol

My wife is currently a patient and the quality of service has gone down hill. Nurses are great. It is the communication system that sucks. Been trying for over 45 minutes to order her dinner. Called the number provided and it would either hangup or informed that all agents were busy and please stay on the line. They would hang up. Guess i will walk down to the kitchen.

I can't even imagine how many deaths they are responsible for....read new study says medical error is killing almost 1M Americans per year. Going to guess this hospital plays heavily in this number! I'm a heart patient. I was there with chest pain, headache, in Afib with heart failure. I was there for HOURS and HOURS and they never once put me on a heart monitor. If you value your life of the life of someone you love, don't go here.

Could not check out. Dr. came by my room maybe 10a.m. and told me that after my last test (ECG I think) I could leave. Test was held just before 1:30, results would be forwarded to the Dr. By 4:30 the results had not been forwarded. My nurse, John (I think) suggested to the doc that I be checked out and my test results forwarded to my PCP. We were able to check out at about 5:30. However, I had an appointment with my PCP 10 days later and the test results were never sent to her, none of the records were. Love all of the peeps there at Mountain View but the administration is lacking; right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing...

This was the first time I had to go to the ER in NV as I recently moved here. I was scared and nervous as most people are. However, from the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and put me at ease. I know ERs are a crazy place and always busy, but the team at Mountain View (everyone) did an amazing job. Thank you for all you do! You are not thanked enough for your efforts, time, and kindness.

This hospital, especially the Doctors and Nursing Staff is far superior to other Las Vegas Hospitals! My son received excellent care and his needs and concerns were addressed with professionalism and expediency. I am pleased with my experience at Mountainview. The Doctors that treated my Son are World-Class! THANK YOU ALL! The Nurses are tenacious, a bit overworked but still caring and dedicated. Thank you all so much for excellent care and concern for my Son and his serious health issues.

Once I got to the second floor, every employee was Top Notch! I was very impressed will the mannerism I was treated. I felt like their goal was to help, treat, make me comfortable and give their best. Each person introduced themselves to me, name, their title, And what their role with my care would be. Each employee, was genuine. The best of the best. It remained the same throughout.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mt View Hospital. Well organized, efficient, professional, helpful, supportive, attentive, friendly, and informative. Medical and admin staff - all wonderful! Special shout out to RN Brenda … she’s amazingly wonderful and will be retiring soon after 45 years!

The ER staff were very professional and efficient. They were very caring and helped me feel better. The following day after the visit, I went to get a COVID test and I'm negative. Thank you for all your wonderful work.

I had my baby here and I’m so glad I did. The OB Residents and nurses in Labor and Delivery were amazing! They were all so kind and patient with me, very accommodating, and took the best care of me! They helped a TON with my postpartum recovery. Also, the NICU staff are amazing! They took excellent care of our baby girl, and even gave my husband and I a “crash course” in Parenting 101. I credit them for the confidence my husband and I had going home with a brand new baby. When I was discharged from the hospital I missed all of our nurses!

The doctors and nurses were excellent. However, recovery room stay was quite long due to no beds. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but they should not be scheduling procedures for which they really don’t have room to put the patients. Of course, it is more profitable for them to bring as many people in as possible despite the fact that the patient experience will be suboptimal. The nursing care really was excellent, they were all working their fingers to the bone as they do on a day in and day out basis. Quality of food was not the greatest.

I found myself in a situation that I needed to go the the ER. No one wants to go there, but at times it is a wonderful service to have. I give thanks for the people that are there and what they do for us. I was treated well, it was crowded and you just need to understand they are doing the best they can to take care of all of us. I give a thumbs up , and thankyou for your care.

Mountain View ER Staff were attentive and did an excellent job prioritizing emergency medical care. With an overcrowded waiting room full of mostly Covid patients, they managed everyone's immediate needs as efficiently as possible. Sick people are understandably impatient, and there were long waits. Staff brought out warm blankets and provided as much comfort and encouragement as they could. When I was admitted and in a room, the nurses and all other staff were phenomenal. When considering my own discomfort in comparison to that of the health care workers who care for MANY ill patients for 12 hours a day, I can't offer enough praise for their dedication.

Had to wait over an hour for lab results prior to my MRI. Was NOT told this prior to my test although I asked if there were any requirements needed before i took the test when I made the appointment. The test itself went very smoothly and everything was explained well. It is now over 96 hours after my test and my results have not been signed off and therefore not posted thus making my visit to my primary care physician obsolete. WHY? If there is a problem with my results then the polite thing to do is call the referring physician.

I’ve been taking my husband to this facility since last year and we love it here the nurses and staff are great and helpful. I would like to thank Dr Damji he is very good and extremely thorough doctor and we were so happy to get to see him again since he was one time our primary doctor.

No problems Nurses were very nice and took good care to see that I was comfortable after a painful surgery. Doctors were there whenever needed. My only complaint was that my wife had trouble trying to get information after the surgery that ended at 3:30pm no one would give her information until 7: pm Called recovery several times finally someone gave her the information.

The people were amazing! Everyone was kind and patient... My mother was the patient and she has memory problems so she isn't the easiest to deal with but I did feel that the nurses were understanding - just understaffed ... my issue is that the 2 mornings she was there they did not bring her breakfast until well after 1 pm! The nurses even said some patients didn't eat dinner the night before... I was shocked & concerned for all their patients that don't have their families there for them or for those like my mom who cannot advocate for themselves...

Everything was Awesome the only thing on the check in on the first floor no one but myself was at the desk and the Gentleman and lady got up and went to the opening behind the desk and started talking for about 5 minutes. This was on the 21st. The Check-in and Nursing Staff was all so on Point I was fortunate enough to get a couple of Nurses I had on the 15th. The Anesthesiologist team explained everything about the Robot Surgery along with Dr Johnson keeping me aware of everything that would be going on. I would recommend Mountainview Hospital to Everyone. Thank you 😊

I received excellent care at the ER. The gentleman that checked me in was fast, friendly, funny and super efficient with handling patients amongst other tasks. I wish I could remember his name. He was a tall-ish black gentleman. He really loves working with people and his job. :) Everyone I encountered was nice and I wasn’t kept waiting long. I would highly recommend this hospital.

The entire staff at this hospital was great. They kept me updated on my mother's condition, answered all my questions and was very helpful. My mother can be one of those difficult patients and the staff handled her professionally. Wil definitely use this hospital in the future.

I could not say enough positive things about all the staff that I encountered from the start to finish of my experience. It restored my faith in the compassion that others have for the anxiety I usually get under stressful circumstances. Thank you so much for providing me with such personable and professional care. This hospital will be the only place I will chose for any of my future personal care if necessary. Sincerely, Anonymous

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The nurses and doctors were amazing, but I was left in a hallway for 2 days. I was told "people in the hallway are not allowed to eat." New people were constantly being moved to rooms and out of ER to other rooms, but a few of us were just basically ignored. It was noisy, the lights were constantly on. No privacy, no concern. When you are provided with a sleep mask and ear plugs in a hospital, it's bad. I felt like I was in a third world country. It was awful.

This was my second surgery this year. My first surgery was done at another hospital and I have to say, the staff at Mountain View was amazing!!! Everyone was extremely warm and calming especially since I am such a nervous patient. I wish I could remember my recovery nurse because she was the sweetest, most helpful person. She was truly meant to be a nurse. Thank you everyone for your great care!! 😊

I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at Mountain View. The doctors and nurses in labor and delivery were amazing. and when I went to postpartum the nurses over there were amazing as well. It was nice to have the same nurses the 3 days I was there Wendy, Christina (her name maybe wrong she has Long black hair) & Bree were absolutely amazing and provided me what I needed during our stay there.

the staff that I was blessed with were NOTHING BUT great to me throughout my stay at the hospital as well as Dr. Victoria and my neurologist Dr. Riggio. Thankful for them all!! I can honestly say they all went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and so forth.

I can't find one bad thing to say about this hospital other than the lumpy bed pillows lol and that's only because I'm picky about pillows. Nurses are very attentive. I don't think it took more than 1 minute every time I used the call light for help to get a nurse. I can honestly say this is the best hospital I've ever been to in Vegas. I appreciate all the help and care I received from everyone . The anesthesiologist was very knowledgeable and efficient. My Dr that performed my surgery was the best also. Dr Hillock. Thanks to the staff at this hospital I'm on my way to a speedy recovery. Jenny the RN that helped me for my night stay was so sweet and efficient. Thank you Jenny. Abby from OT was the sweetest so welcoming and helpful finding the right equipment to send me home with. Thank you Abby. Haley the nurse assistant that helped me with my shower was so sweet and gentle. Thank you Haley.

Had as great of an experience as a hospital stay can be. All the nurses were kind and caring, nurse Angie on the 3rd floor was our favorite. The food was tasty and our visitors enjoyed coming here because there were communal visiting spaces and a welcoming lobby with a cafe. The Mom365 photos were great and we already received the items we purchased. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was so impressed with the care i was given by all of the staff at Mountain View. My visit was amazing all around. One person really stuck out to me and that was my nurse Renee on the fourth floor taking care of room 471. Renee was so attentive and understanding and calming. If i asked a question and she didnt know the answer she would find out and came right back to tell me. I appreciate her so much! She was wonderful! Thank you for being there after my surgery! What an amazing experience! The nurse's and doctors were super professional to me and family. Majority of the nurses had over 15 year's of experience to bring to this amazing ream. The food was good and tasty, we're even a free meal and cake with 2 champagne glasses and a bottle lol. The cake was actually delicious! I especially want to thank CHRIS (Christina), RN and Angela, RN who both gave me exceptional care and respect. Chris even came back the next day just to check on me and the baby. I it was for Angela that works on the night shift I may not have been able to rest and take care of myself. She stepped in and help change my son, feed my son, and made sure I had everything that I needed. I was extremely pleased by all the leadership staff that rounded and made sure they heard our feedback. As an RN myself I know how much we strive to give the beat care possible to everyone that comes in the door, and I also know that its not always appreciated. That's why I'm taking the time out to specifically thank these two amazing nurse's, Christina and Angela thank you! Mountain View L&D/Post your team rocks!!🎉🎊

Great hospital and amazing staff. They take care of your every need. The labor and delivery staff is amazing especially a nurse call Aubrey. She made my stay extra special. There were more great nurses but I can't remember because of them changing shifts but Aubrey stood out because I believe I had her on several occasions . Again if your looking for a great labor and delivery hospital, Mountainview Hospital is the place to go. Great job guys!!!!!!!

My wife was admitted to the 4th floor for a blood clot in her leg. From the moment we entered into Emergency, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. In the ward the physicians, nurses, technicians, food workers and Room service personnel were very courteous, friendly and helpful with information and getting what my wife needed for as pleasant stay as possible under the circumstances. I deeply appreciate the dedication of the employees of this hospital and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Although I have some health issues this was the first time I have ever been hospitalized. The entire staff was, warm welcoming and so helpful. They took amazing care of me, I was in for Covid 19. Most of them had already had it. They never treated me differently. Thank you all. My father on Medicare also went to the er when I did. The waiting area was like a janitors closet with a few dividers. I had seen 4 Dr.s in the E.R. within 2 hours. Nothing for my father. They brought in food for everyone but my father. I shared mine with him, mistake, no one said anything about him not eating for a test. After 26 hours my father was put in a room.

I am so grateful for the staff and doctors of Mountain View. I had gone in to give birth to my second child. I had been scheduled for a C section due to my baby being large and having high blood pressure during my pregnancy. My water had broke and I had gone into labor sooner than expected. My original plan was to attempt having a vaginal birth. My OB had given me the okay to attempt it yet as long as my blood pressure was controlled during pregnancy. Which it was. Yet due to the size of my baby there was risk of me not being able to deliver vaginally successfully. So we decided to go with the c section. Based off the percentage of a successfully delivery it was 40%. I was heart broken. From the moment I walked into the labor unit the staff was attentive, caring. During the triage the nurse and doctor had reviewed my medical history and had we had a conversation on my original birth plan. They both educated me further on the risks of vaginally versus c-section. After going back and forth on proceeding with a c section and then a vaginally birth they encourage me to go with my heart and attempt a vaginal delivery. They made me feel confident in the right decision for me and if at any moment myself or my baby where in distress we would proceed with the c section. 22 hours later I had a successfull vaginally delivery and gave birth to a beautiful 9 lb 2 Oz baby.

From my first night in the ER to my last day at check out, everyone that I dealt with from Dr. Victoria to the nurses and techs, were professional, caring and at all times above the bar that hospital professionals should always maintain. And for that, I sincerely thank them. But through my stay, there were some whose care ended up meaning more to me than that, and to them I have this to say: First, to Krystal, your infectious positivity really helped me get through my earlier days when I was at my lowest, and then through the rest of my stay there. I hope you know just how important you are to your patients. Thank you. Second, to Angelina and Taylor, you two are God’s Undisputed Tag Team Champions. Those long nights were made so much better because of both of you. I always knew that both of you always had my back. Thank you. Third, to Jeff, just as a relay team puts one of their best members on the fourth leg, you came through for me when I really needed it. Thank you. Fourth, to everyone else that I didn’t mention by name, all of you always set the bar high in every aspect of taking care of me. You are the reason they call it Hospital Care, because you do. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience. They kept me in a "holding" room for 2 days waiting for a bed. While watching every other patient get rooms. They also stated they were ordering a bunch of tests. After 10 hours of absolutely nothing, I finally confronted my nurse and she said all my tests were canceled. But I had to stay for another 24 hours for observation. In the holding room. Worst hospital experience in my entire life. I felt more like a cattle. Than a human. Will not be returning.

I had my baby boy at MountainView Hospital. Everybody did an amazing job educating me every step of the way. I loved the nurses - especially Jacky from Labor and Delivery (morning shift I believe). She did an excellent job - I’m talking about ABOVE AND BEYOND. We need more nurses like Jacky and her work ethic. The only complain I have is when I settled in my room after checking in, the toilet seat wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and there were blood stains on it. Also, when I transferred to postpartum care the room I was assigned to had a little problem with the AC but the nurse put in a work order and it was fixed fast. Overall, I would recommend going to this hospital for giving birth.
