Horrible ER!! They don’t care so much about you as a person but about making whatever reason you were there to look as bad as possible so they can charge the most inflated prices possible ( as in what level they deem your issue) they will make it seem like you needed to come in on a stretcher and were critical but then will make you stand in line for 10 minutes Just to check in and during vital taking the nurse will take a very non-important lengthy phone call. Then after a long wait if Dr will come in and as in my case palpate my injuries for 10 seconds and say you don’t need any x-rays or anything. She must have had x-ray vision! So my trauma was minor? Then why charge me like I was dying and needed immediate care?? There are a lot of ERs avoid this one! Not only is the service bad, But they routinely follow the practice of upgrading ER visit to a higher number so they can bill more money despite it not being the level of emergency they are claiming it to be!!!

Was there for less than an hour. They sent me a bill for $12,000. I called looking for details and an itemized report of that bill. Nobody could provide it. They bounced me over the phone for hours until it all came back full circle with no one being able to tell me what I was being charged for. Absolute epitome of how broken health care is.

Uncaring staff, filthy waiting rooms, insects on the floor and walls. Went into the ER because my husband was admitted, the "receptionist" replied to me when I stated who I was and why I was there, saying "okay, and your point is?" Avoid this place like the plague, more than likely you'll catch it here. Further more, while I sat in the waiting room, being ignored by the staff while my SPOUSE is somewhere in the ER, you can actively hear the "nurses" insulting patients. This "hospital" literally only cares about one thing, money. They do not care at all about patients or patient health.

Security guard harrassed me at St. Rose De Lima on February 11th. I was transported to saint Rose De Lima in an ambulance. I didn't have my eyes open a lot of the time when the EMTs were taking me into the "ER" because I was crying and writhing in pain from somehow pulling a muscle/nerve in within my back. When I was still trying to find a position that wouldn't hurt me when I breathed, the hospital staff made me get off the gurney which wasn't a good idea by the btw and sit in one of their in house wheel chairs. They said there was a person in front of me while I was gasping for air and screaming in pain. I should mention the position of with my legs down in a chair triggered my muscle/nerve to make it hurt when I took a breath in. I was in pain level 20 if there is such a level past 10. They we're making me wait for someone that could actually breathe to be checked in. At that point I learned that the only way to breathe without it hurting while standing was to bent at the waist. The security guy started yelling at me for getting up to be in one of the Triage nurses that was obviously not acting urgently to my emergency but it was hard to breathe. Someone walked in or out of the emergency medical room. So I walked in there with hardly any stability. The same security guard, Vincent Vacarro followed me in the ER still yelling at me. I walked up to one of the Doctors and asked them to please help me. Even after explaining how it hurts to sit with my legs down Vincent vaccaro insisted on making me sit down. I didn't because I just figured out once they took me off the gurney to put me in that stupid chair I could not breathe. One of the nurses I'm guessing was trying to say that my care was going to be delayed because I was not waiting sitting in a chair. Let me reiterate that I called nine-one-one and was on a gurneyand sort of found a spot to where I can breathe without hurting before they made it worse by making me try to sit down. I have a lot of injuries in my history as well as back and neck spinal. Just a little over a year ago my cervical spine was completely straightened during a work accident. Vincent vaccaro still had grip of the chair trying to force me to sit in itand I explained to the nurses around me that if I stand up I won't be able to breathe and if I sit down with my legs down I will not be able to breathe. Some non jaded, not yet desensitized nurses in the ER actually heard my explanation and got me to a bed where I rested only the top half of my body face down while they hooked me up to stuff and an IV. Just before those nurses rescued me from the egotistical, power hungry and insecure security guard, Vincent Vaccaro was pushing the chair towards me and a nurse suggested that I hold the handles up top of their weird and house wheelchair I looked at Vincent and I said yeah let go and go back to your post.obviously I was not happy being treated like a criminal when I had an actual emergency. I should have never left the gurney. Vincent got immediately hostile and s yelled, "oh I have authority Little girl! As I'm trying to walk to the hospital bed Vincent walked alongside me so I said, "you don't have any authority over me". He said, "I have a lot of authority!" To which my reply was good have fun with all your authority (in between barely breathing). Vincent makara wouldn't know an emergency if it kicked him in the balls and furthermore he does not get to make that decision since he's only a rent-a-cop and not at all a doctor to determine an emergency. I should mention that the triage nurse she was blond and she was the only one I guess working triage when there was two people behind her on computers. The nurses that actually listen to me and took care of me were empathetic to my condition because I had very limited range of motion and limited airway in my lungs. I could have seriously suffered even more if I had listened to the triage nurse and Vincent Vaccaro the security guard. I will be sending this to St. Rose corporate. I am never going back to that hospital again! (Actually no stars)

I was in this AM, I came into the ER in a panic..the admitting nurse was so compassionate and did his best to calm me and reassure me that whatever is going on, they would be able to help and not to worry. From there I had two more nurses, one for accounts payable and then next was taking vitals before bringing me to the back. Everyone was awesome. Then my physician came in and she took the time to sit with me and figure out what exactly was going on - and the nurse that took my blood work was just as informative and understanding. After receiving everything back I was able to speak with the physician again and got my last questions answered and left super reassured and confident.. thank you to everyone on staff today, at times like these you guys are so overworked and under pressure and you still keep it together and are so good to your patients! Appreciate you guys, but hope to never see you again under these circumstances! Kayla :)

The wife was take by ambulance to the smaller St. Rose hospital after suffering a blackout and a resulting fall on a hard tile floor. At age 67 and with osteoporosis, she wound up with 2 fractures of her pelvis. They were going to discharge her and send her home until, DUH, they found she couldn't walk! Pretty thorough Emergency Room, huh? She required 2+ weeks in rehab....And they were going to send her straight home!

Dr Robertson I believe the doctor was the best and nurses .this doctor haven't seen one like him in 30 years. Explained everything and options caring..better keep him..i understand they have lost some services due to dignity health wanting to downsize and Mabey make into satellite. Hosp...i hope they reconsider...this location I think over 50 years and even new hend hosp. Overcharging non caring etc.please keep it there and get back full service...and retrofit...big mistake if you let this one go to satellite Hosp..you can easily beat hend hosp..dessert spring bad and sunrise most of time terrible..overall this hosp had a great reputation until downsizing ..bring it back please you can beat all 3 other hosp mentioned easily.especially on pricing and quality and caring..thank you

I had fallen 3/1/23 and called 911 3/2/23 I couldn’t put any weight on my left leg X-ray tech made no effort to help me move from bed to table I was in pain and the positions he had me get in caused extreme pain and anxiety also had a CT done to show my left leg had a fractured and the Dr Tim Kuo said radiologist was mistaken and my injury preexisting!!! I had a left Hemipelvectomy with link prosthesis in September 2000 I had no left pelvis and no left hip but I never had a broken or fractured left leg ever!!! The doctor took my copay and the nurse brought me a brace and she caused me so much pain and anxiety and the doctor had me leave because I have a walker?!!! Why wasn’t he listening to me I had bone cancer in 2000 , why was I treated so badly? I had been in the same hospital in 2013 and I had been in St Rose Seana campus in 2008 with right broken wrist. I was treated with respect and compassion what happened this time??? The whole medical profession has changed to online care and every phone call first thing you hear is if this an emergency call 911 I’m going to be charged for the ambulance and the copay. I have been asked to give my opinion about this hospital and the medical staff and I am giving you the same opinion, I thought I would have heard from the hospital administrator but what I need is a report from the doctor in his words saying that nothing was wrong with me even though radiologist report said left fracture and suggested a MRI, my own PCP wasn’t any better most of her time is on the computer and maybe 5 minutes of one on one, 2023 is the worst year I’ve ever had in with doctors/administrators, the system it’s been working really well for most of the 20 years I’ve been living here in NV, this year reminds me of all the years administrators make changes not in the patients best interests but themselves. There is plenty of money available for the hospital and staff and now it’s Mental Health care crisis that is being addressed what do you think the lack of compassion and support did to my mental health???!!! I would love to hear back from someone who actually cares.

Had a fall , on last Saturday . Went to the ER here , it was cold in the exam room . I asked the nurse for a blanket . She gave me one , it was nice and warm . After I had a MRI , got back to the exam room , my left leg started to itch . I scratched it , the next day , I got up and I had these huge red bites on top of my foot , several spots on my leg . They itch so bad and hurt . This place is very nasty . Something bite me in there . And the Health Department , will know about this .

From the moment I walked into the ER I was treated horribly. The security guard simply pointed to where I needed to register, no hello...nothing. Then the registration man was equally as robotic; excpt he wore a germ type mask. No hello, no good bye, simply asked for my ID, then typed a bunch and told me to go around the corner to the nurse. The nurse way also the exact same way...no hello; like a robot. No direction, just started putting the cuff on me and sat with the pulse ox in her hand as though I was suppose to know what to do. When she was done she she told me to meet her on the other side of the wall and walked me into a closet looking room with no door, and just walked out. There was zero privacy, everyone could hear everyone's medical problem, insurance information, and anything else. Nurses were storming by with an angry look on their faces. Then the rude, cold doctor finally came into the closet area where I was and just let curtain open for everyone to be a part of my visit, so I asked him shut it and he did. He was condescending and, acted as though he could care less about me or what was going on with me. He didn't run one test or even examine my injury other than looking at it with his eyes. He didn't have me do any range of motion and all while saying almost NOTHING. I was very uncomfortable bc of how vulnerable I felt. The dr told me he would give me a shot of cortisone "if I wanted one." Didn't tell what that was for, how much he was giving me, offered me nothing for pain or ever assessed my pain. I'm assuming he thinks all Las Vegas people are drug addicts, which I am NOT nor have I ever used drugs. Then, I was shuffled to the hallway with several other patients where all of my information was shared by the registration man (the same guy that was wearing the mask). Again, no hello, nothing..just a rude, cold jerk. After a short while a nurse came up and asked my name, and told me to follow her for my Cortisone shot...in front of everyone...once again....zero privacy or acknowledgement of HIPAA, Once in another area, I was left again with no talk, just a wide open curtain again, and listening to the same rude dr ask the woman nearby all about her COPD, asthma, and smoking history. Eventually he walked in where I was, said nothing, and just started opening all of these packages with needles, wipes, and gauze. I started crying from fear, and the complete and unspeakable coldness I was receiving. He said nothing other than he was cleaning the area, and then told me when he was injecting the shot. I asked if I needed any tests or anything to see what was wrong and he told me he would only do an x-ray if I had a broken neck. He walked out...and that was that. A nurse came in and she saw I was crying and was comforting and said she too had been crying all day...I'm guessing it's from working such colossal jerks. I will NEVER EVER go back there, I cannot express how horrible I felt aside from my injury. On a side note, this hospital is so dingy, outdated, and cramped. I felt like I was in a third world county. Do not go here for anything.....ever!

My mother passed away here due to delayed care, by the time she reached the Covid ICU there was no coming back. What I find most disturbing, is the hospital wouldn't allow visitors even on her death bed!!!!! What if it was your mother or father? She died alone, this is horrible. My mom and dad were married 53 years and YOU said it was an absolute no for any visitors. And to the owner, spare me your smooth talk!!!!! You don't care .

All of my nursing assitants were wonderful except EVA. Body language says much more tham words. The foul looks she gave me and my daughter the night we arrived, spoke volumes about her character. Also, MD Sean Singh was very dismissive in his attitude. He came off as cocky. For a hospital that has religious foundings, the vetting process should be deeper. Besides those two people, my time there was comfortable. Thank you, to everyone else who was a part of my care team, for being amazing, loving, and caring. God bless you.

Rude staff. I ruptured a bicept tendon, they only took an x-ray and gave me a referral. They did not treat my condition. My primary care physician said they should have admited me ASAP and fixed it. Now due to the negligence the orthopedic surgeon may not be able to restore function. This place should be closed down. There were bugs on the floor. Exposed wires in the xray room. Just gross.

I went in having weakness in both of my legs, numbness, and tingling in my ft. The doctor came into the room looked at me and moved my leg, then left. Then the nurse comes into the room and give me an oxy and a valium. Then they discharged me without running any additional tests. I'm still having extreme nerve pain/weakness in my legs, and I still don't know what's wrong with me. Also, when I asked about an MRI, the doctor advised me that they don't have an MRI machine. What kind of hospital doesn't have an MRI machine? Smh, I feel like he really didn't care to find out what's wrong with me, and just sent me on my way.

Horrendous mistake ! Don’t go here if you value your time and money. Brought a family member here because the of severe pain symptoms after a surgery elsewhere and they had been treated here before. They rudely demanded why we didn’t go back to place surgery was at (it’s 45 minutes away and my family member was in a great deal of pain and couldn’t walk) and they refused to treat. We had to wait forever for the release paperwork and no one seemed to be in a hurry to get us discharged, knowing we had to drive across town and the family member was in extreme pain. And then they charged us on top of that for an actual visit when they did nothing. At all. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend this hospital again. Just want to say to the rude, disrespectful, uncaring staff: What comes around goes around!

I was very happy with my treatment here at the hospital. The emergency room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I was brought back within minutes of checking in. The nurses were kind and professional and the doctor was helpful and answered all of my questions. For being in the ER it was a very good experience and I would absolutely visit this hospital again.

I am writing this on my mother’s behalf on 4/17 I finally forced my mom into the ER after a month of fever and being delirious , they ran whatever tests they did and sent her home saying they’d contact her if they found an infection. My mom abuses alcohol and after they figured that out they dismissed her automatically. Let me tell you just cause someone has a substance disease doesn’t mean they aren’t sick?! I truly wish they would have been more attentive and gave her more attention. She is still home with a fever and delusions. I forced her to go thinking it’d be helpful despite her telling me otherwise. She was right, this is not the first time they’ve dismissed her they have even wrongly diagnosed her at this location which lead to an even more seriousness illness. Me feeling hopeless was really just looking for some help and they did not deliver. I don’t think negatively towards health workers because I have no understanding of their world but situations like this do not shine a pleasing light and I understand why the people with hardships are timid of visiting. I will note the phlebotomist Maria was so so kind!!

St Rise Dominican Hospital & Emergency Services ----part of Diginity Health is my family's go-to place for all kinds of emergencies-- from bumps and bruises to food allergies . They the best. No waiting! You'd be assessed and processed as you come through the door. Both their nurses and doctors, including auxiliary staffs are caring and cordial. On various occasions, while my family are waiting for Xray or CT SCAN results, the housekeeping staffs had came bye to see what they can do to make our waiting easier. They brought my kids anything from Popsicles to chips and water, whatever they have available to calm the nervous and anxious children, thereby, calming this anxious and often, overwhelmed mom. I like going to St Rose Dominican----de Lima Hospital & Emergency Room. They're my go- to place and I can't say enough goodness about them.

This is by far one of the BEST Emergency Room experiences I’ve ever had. ALL the nurses and the Dr were so caring and compassionate towards my 3 year old. They were very thorough and made sure they checked any and everything that could potentially have been causing his fever and listened and provided kind and helpful feedback. Thank you Staff for all your amazing support and hard work 🫶🏼🙏🏼

My main nurse was rude, inattentive, and even though they knew I hurt my back, I still was not offered help out of my bed, to the bathroom, or back into my bed. I was in tears from the pain, and no nurse asked to help. A PATIENT heard and saw me crying, trying to walk and asked if I needed help, a nurse came to her and stated she needed to get back to her bed and disregarded that I was even there crying. The Dr and X-ray tech were amazing

I came into St. Rosa feeling like death. I was vomiting every 5-10 mins and had horrible diarrhea. I first went to insta care and they sent me to the ER as they felt I was too unstable to treat at the clinic. The registration process was quick and professional. The triage RN was was amazing. The nursing staff was incredible all around! The lab tech was wonderful. Within 20 mins I had my IV, my blood drawn and had met my Dr. The only disappointment was my Dr. I am a chronic pain patient from Utah. I did not ask for PAIN meds though. I told them I had a headache and severe stomach pain. I felt both of those were due to the severe gastric distress. As soon as I told the Dr. I was taking methadone he immediately assumed I had a substance abuse problem and had missed my maintenance dose even though I assured the Dr. I did not have a problem. It was apparent from his attitude he had made his diagnosis. He did do an abdominal CT to appease my husband. I was given IV fluids and a dose of antinausea meds and sent home. This hospital is amazing just beware if you are a chronic pain patient but then if you are then you are used to the assumptions.

I was very ill when I was admitted into Saint Rose Dominican Hospital. I had Stage 4 Kidney failure. I was terrified that I was going to die. All of the nurses were very kind and accommodating. I am afraid at times I was not very friendly towards them because I was literally terrified. They understood and did not take it personally. Dr. Prashant Bharucha, Medical Director, saved my life. He was able to reverse my kidney failure. I will never forget him and am forever grateful. God Bless everyone who assisted with my recovery. Shirley Davey

The ER staff to include the nurse, provider, lab and radiology technician were all extremely accommodating to my needs and concerns. They were encouraging, very friendly, helpful and actually took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. They were all willing to do everything in their power to try to figure out what was going on with me while also trying to reduce the pain as much as possible. I would recommend this hospital without any hesitation. The only thing I would suggest is for them to get a MRI machine within their hospital to enhance the care they are able to provide. Thank you for your service!

The wait time was short, the ER is clean and, comfortable and not dark and crowed, the RN was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The only negative was discharge instructions to follow up with a provider in one to three days. This is impossible. That’s not going to happen unless someone goes to Quick Care. St Rose should provide a follow up service specifically for ER patients to provide continuity of care and prevent readmissions. Overall a very good experience.

Dr. Tim Kuo, you are one of the best physicians I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ve seen my fair share of them as I have a few chronic conditions, one being the reason for my visit. Over the almost ten years of having this condition you are the only provider to have heard my complaint and come up with a prompt long term solution. From the bottom of my heart thank you for putting me on the road to a more healthy life free of constant pain. Your bedside manner is nothing short of courteous, calming, and professional. We are lucky to have you as a provider in our community. Thank you again!

I went to UMC first to see what’s going on with my stomach, they suggest to go to the emergency room, and since I’ve had a bad experience at the henderson hospital, I chose St Rose on Lake Mead. I was helped by a lot a lot great nurses and doctors. They answered my questions regarding my health and also gave my ton of information explaining what’s going on. The lady who was billing my insurance was very nice and also showed a lot of compassion compared to the people in henderson hospital. Thank you guys for your help and love.

Took myself and daughter here. They did fine with my daughter but the doctor didn't listen to me. He completely neglected me coming in for nausea, back neck pain, headache with confusion and low grade fever. He prescribed me a muscle relaxer! That was it, no tests, no labs, so I told him I was going to a Hospital where I would get care. Wanted a Doctor that actually cared about what was happening. He said, Okay...

I came to the ER because I had been sick for over 2 weeks by first getting covid and then having RSV on top of a viral infection and double pink eye and none of my symptoms have gotten better. I was concerned about pneumonia as an outbreak occurred at my job as well. I was there for 15 mins. The nurse took it upon herself to tell me I wasted their time and racked up a bill for no reason and that I shouldn’t have came in cause they can’t help me. She also closed my curtain to complain to another nurse about how I just ruined her chance to go to a wedding she had already paid for by coming in. It’s a curtain. You knew I could hear you. She then told the Dr. That I requested for an MRI (I didn’t). The doctor was very kind and when the nurse said to get an MRI he rolled his eyes at her and closed the curtain and talked to me very nicely and understanding. He also ignored the request and just simply used one of the old school ultrasounds they use for pregnant women and ensured me I was clear of pneumonia. He is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But after that I received a $2,400 bill for 10 mins of scolding and shaming and 5 mins of actual medical help. Thanks I guess.

Well my problem hasn't gone away. It is slightly better but my elbow is still painful. I cannot straighten my left arm or bend it around 90 degrees. But my doctor was empathetic but I am almost positive my problem is in the elbow. He was concentrating on my shoulder. Where I have advanced arthritis.

The staff and service was amazing! My five-year-old fell and out of caution we went to the emergency room, glad we did, she had a fracture. Everyone made it a smooth fast and pleasant experience. Thank you

Two stars for the polite RN’s. The rest of the visit was horrible. I used to love St. Rose hospitals. After 5 hours of waiting, The Dr prescribed me over the counter Sudafed and sent me home. I just kept getting worse until I called dispatch health. They gave me antibiotics, a small dose of steroids, a inhailer and cough meds. Two days later I felt much better and was able to be more productive. Unfortunately I will probably only go back to St. Rose if it was my last option. The staff is amazing though.

St. Rose de Lima. I am happy we found an ER that you don’t have to wait 8 hours to see a doctor. The staff is awesome and took quick action when we found out my husband had a stroke. He was transferred to St. Rose San Martin where he received the best care.

I have been a patient here a few times and the service is always excellent. The staff is always polite. Service is provided in a timely manner, and I have always received compassionate and accurate care. I appreciate this location so much.

While I have had some unpleasant experiences with some staff, I will say the new doctors and nurses have been so nice and caring. Of course there won't always be 100 percent of the time perfect situations but the last couple times I've had to come here the doctors I've gotten have been great, not how it used to be. Ps: the lady who drew my blood is awesome and the best phlebotomist I've ever had!

While waiting in the waiting room for my husband to have a procedure done, I went to the kitchen for water and pastry. I went to pay for it and all I had was $100 bill. The gentleman named Gabriel at the register said, don’t worry he wasn’t allowed to take it, but he would pay for my items he then swiped his employee card and paid for my order. I went and found change and went back to pay for it but he insisted on letting it go. He was not allowed to take a tip. I spoke with the mgr and advised him what an awesome employee he has THANKS AGAIN GABRIEL.

I visited the emergency department admitting took me right in when they saw I was in distress and RN took me right away all attending doctor's physician staff and registered nurses sprung right into action there was no questions they saw that was having a hard time breathing I had about eight doctors working on me to really get to the problem. Every time I go to St Rose Dominican Siena campus I'm treated with dignity and respect and not by the color of my skin every Medical personnel that was on hand was concerned about my condition the only thing that I have to say is when I was getting ready to discharge I had a very very slow and seem to not care doctor and his name was Welch Anthony DO and he was the admitting and attending physician. I know that he probably had more than just one patient but it took him so long to come up with my discharge instructions to release me and then he still really didn't have a care about if I was fully healed or not so for those reasons that's my only complaint. Other than that I send flowers to all of the registered nurses attended physicians and the CNAs and physician assistance who stepped up when they seen an returning patient come in distress. I think you all and keep up the great work that you do you are appreciated. I Care, LaShara P. 🌹 🌺

Everyone was so kind and efficient. I could not believe how fast each test was administered. My experience at other hospitals has been waiting hours between tests. Thank you so much.

From Security and nursing staff to receptionist and in processing personnel, everyone helpful and understanding. Unfortunately due to the injury it couldn’t be fixed at location. I was treated stabilized given meds and rescheduled with a specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

St Rose. Lima. Knows what they are doing. I've had the pleasure/ not pleasure of visiting more than once. High quality staff. I have felt better since I visited them last. Besides being medically treated, they also treated me with quality feels. And they made me feel at ease. Everything but my ailment was positive. They show people who come through their own 5 stars for their situation. Impressive.

I have been to the ER twice this month and both times the customer service was great from the nurses to the doctors. The hospital clean and we were seen quickly! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!! I feel like we were well taken care of!!

My son has a buckled fracture they put this black split on him and said that’s all they could do take him to a bone specialist and they said he should have been wrapped in a temporary cast that’s why he’s in so much pain he has no support in his arm and had to get a real cast done to support the bones that are broken and the hospital said it could heal up with the splint the doctor said it did more damage and he’s glad he saw him two days after being seen at hospital or they might have had to re break it and setting it right before casting

Horrible excuse for a hospital with self-centered, uncaring doctors and nurses. If you like staff that jump to conclusions and want only to defend their faulty positions, this is the place for you.

The employees do not care about the patients anymore. I hate that outside hired security guards are aloud to stand behind employees and watch them input personal confidential medical information and these non medical security guards just walk behind the check in and behind the inside counters and just stand there and watch these employees input our info. Also they should probably be cleaning chairs and counters in between patients. People are there because there sick

I went to the ER for a back issue, I was seen in a very timely manner. Unfortunately the useless mask mandate is still in effect at this location, other than that I had a good experience. Had an MRI and didn't have to wait for hours to get it, maybe 10 min. I appreciate all the workers who are still willing to work under less than stellar conditions. Such as forced useless vaccine mandates.

I waited a long time to post this to see if the hospital made things right. Stay far away. I will be careful with my words here. I was provided recommendations to take multiple blood thinners at once. Did I mention I came in for possible internal bleeding? Hmm. I called my cardiothoracic surgeon (knowing that the recommendation didn't sound ok), and I was immediately given some concerning information. I am glad I did not die and can self-advocate. More concerningly, I was charged over 100k as the unadjusted total for a VERY simple procedure (usually around 2k). I mentioned this to the colleague of the doctor that performed the procedure. He refused to believe it. I disputed the claim from the hospital a long while ago (a ridiculous unadjusted total of over 150k for, literally, almost nothing). I was supposed to have heard back a long time ago. Is that all? No. I'm hardly scratching the surface. I would strongly recommend valuing your health over the proximity of the hospital. It sure seems like there is likely a massive scam going on within the billing department and, concerningly, the hospital doesn't seem to care to me. Maybe I'll append some more horror stories to this review as things unfold If the hospital is reading this - don't respond to my review in some feigned effort to show others that you care. You haven't been responding to me privately, so do yourself a favor and don't do so publicly

This was the last time I will ever go to this location. From the beginning it was bad. The wait was absurd. I saw the doctor and left. I was reffered.to an ortho. Surgeon but they wernt on my network. ..plus they didn't take care of broken feet.. I called to say I needed another refferal and the woman that answered wouldnt let me finish a sentence!!! Her solution was for me to go to an urgent care. I couldnt understand why it was better for me to go to another facility for a whole new visit. All I needed was a refferal to a different doctor. Who with a broken foot wants to go to the Dr 2 days in a row. Why should the insurance Co get 2 bills from places just for me to get a refferal that i could use. She suggested I just go to the first dr and ask if they could let me make payments. Absurd. I don't make enough to pay for specialist . Its what I have insurance for. None of the ortho. Drs will see me without refferal. So here I am 2 weeks later and still havent got my broken foot cared for. Wonderful!

So proud of the hospital I was born in. Quick friendly service and people who took the time to explain things to you and answer questions.

Suffered a minor dislocation late at night. Staff was friendly and kind. Can take awhile for the ER but the quality of treatment was still great. Overall it's a decent hospital just be aware you might have to wait but that's also the case for dozens of other health centers.

This single ER gives more courteous care than all of Henderson Hospital. You'd think the much newer hospital would have all up to date technology and great care, but think again. Just about everybody I know that has needed medical care recently or works in that industry all say to go to Rose de Lima ER over Henderson Hospital. I've always been happy with Rose de Lima and have never had a complaint about their care. Plus that's where I was born so I hope they never close.

And I hate hospitals. But. The ER saw us immediately, the admitting process was seamless and staff was patient, the ER doctor, Dr Chang was quick, thorough, informative, and easy to work with The ER nurses were great. My old pop spent 3 days in the hospital and every staff member from Dr Ali, to Danny the Physical Therapist to CNA Devonna Allen Stewart who was the most efficient, effective, and get-it-done person I've ever met. I sure wish this hospital wasn't downsizing.

From the ER, to the ICU to the 2nd floor, all the staff, nurses, doctors and etc. were amazing! They took really good care of my mother. My family and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful enough for everyone that helped at the hospital. This has got to be the best hospital with great loving and caring nurses and doctors.

the best experience I've ever had in an emergency room.. Lauren did a rocking job cut in my ring off my finger with a drill,w truand myck driver mouth my nasty attitude, she still was amazing. did I mention I accidentally whacked her in the head with the light. Thank you for putting up with me and my whining 🍷ASS. even hugged it out on the way out. The hospital cannot be associated with the nurses. The nurses are there working for the hospital. But most nurses get in the business to treat people like me and they have probably one of the best patients to deal with people like me. if I walk in there again I would actually ask for Lauren as a nurse every time. I'm not sure she would actually want me though. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This hospital isn't the best. BUT I have met some awesome nurses.
