Before I share my experience I’m also a Medical Assistant and know about insurances. I called about a month ago to schedule and was informed to change my primary care first before scheduling. No problem. I did just that 3 weeks later I call to schedule and apparently my insurance is not accepted even though they are in network. I was placed on hold for a long time and then was repeated the same information. They didn’t check they just didn’t want to deal with actually resolving the situation. It’s ok though because they probably have poor patient care. But I wanted to share in case anyone is wanting to choose this office.

The nursing assistant was super rude and had attitude. I told her my personal symptoms and experiences and she basically criticized me and told me “Well you shouldn’t be here”. I mean if I’m not feeling well, ofcourse I’m going to go to see a doctor. I’ve never been criticized by a medical “professional” before. This lady wasn’t even professional. Horrible customer service. Don’t enter the medical field if you can handle sick people.

They don’t even deserve a star!! They changed your appointment without calling or asking you!! This is the worst customer and patients service ever, what kind of doctor works there!! They just hand write on a peace of paper what they think you have without making you the exams or tests first!!

This is the worst Dr to have care for u. The ladies at the front office is rude & spend more time on their cell phones than they do on the business phone. They speak Spanish all around u & sooo unorganized. The Dr is rude & he doesn't listen to the patients properly. He over talk u so of course u can't get a word in. His assistants spent more time bad mouthing each other to patients to where u feel your in a click. The wait time is hours after your appointment just for the Dr to spend 3 mins in your room. The Dr has his radio up so loud you'll think you're at a concert. I wish I could give them 0 stars cause I would. Please don't trust him/them with your medical needs their only there for a paycheck period. The worst Dr in Vegas!!!!

Worst place ever, every time my mom goes in there it takes them 2 to 3 hrs to see her and their excuse is the dr is backed up you can only use that excuse for so long. Staff is rude has well very un organized. Make sure if you have a co pay you ask for the receipt when you pay it cuz if you don’t next visit they will charge you for it they’ve done this a few times to my uncle. Last time our family will be going there

My doctor is absolutely good. You can tell how knowledgeable he is. But unfortunately some of the ladies......can be rude and have no manners to manage difficult situations with patients, respond poorly to stress.

Worst doctor office ever they never on time for appointments. Nurses are rude they couldn't have better service if someone paid them. I've made appointments and didn't be seen three hours later every appointment

I highly recommend this clinic if you want to spend 2 hours watching Univision. I had my appointment at 8:30, it was 10:30 and I was still waiting for a room, I walked out with cant wait any longer so thanks for wasting my time and for take my copayment.

Super rude. I called on November 5, 2020 at 1:50 p.m. and a lady with a thick accent answered. I asked her a question and she literally signed and rudely said, “Oh my god, hold on!” I was randomly transferred to someone else. No customer service at all nor friendly. So embarrassing that I went here. Changing facility.

This is thet first time I've been to this clinic, I thought it was primarily for Hispanics, it's not! The Dr was observant & even said "God bless you" to me & there's nothing majorly wrong with me, he just is nice...and I must say that this place is filled with good interoffice energy and everybody knows what they're doing! Also, yes you have to wait for the Dr, but the 3 hrs I was there didn't feel like 3 hrs @ all. The patients just need patience!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID . You make an appointment show up early you'll still end up waiting over 2 hours

The worst clinic I have ever visited, I had an appointment at 9:20 a.m., it was 11:00 a.m. and they didn't happen to me, they don't care what you need.

Got my first coronavirus vaccine Friday morning

Horrible service WITH an appointment they had my mother waiting for over an hour. Appointment was at 11:45 and By 1:30!they still had not attended her. HORRIBLE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Terrible. You go in and wait in the waiting room for about an hour. Than you get called back to the exam room and wait another 2 hours terrible place. Won’t be going back. If you have nothing to do but wait all day this is the place for you.

People here are not so nice. Best staff are those at North Rancho. I might be going back there.

we have been waiting for almost 4 hours and they still havent done anything to us all they have been doing is be on there phones all this time and even the doctor is on his phone we pass by his office and he is on his phone, they cant even clean up the rooms all the walls are dirty and the room we are in doesnt even have gloves so idk how he checks his patients if he doesnt have gloves??? and the bathrooms stink really bad. really recommend bringing a charger for the 5 hour wait👍🏼 not coming back🤬

We waited about an hour to be seen by the doctor, who was absolutely amazing. He did his job, he was very kind to my child and he got us in and out… ONCE we FINALLY got to him. Prior to that, we met with some really rude old woman who hardly wanted to acknowledge us. She literally was rude to my 6 year old child even, who was just making kiddie conversation. She literally needs to be fired because she’s an awful nurse. You are supposed to be kind, welcoming and accepting of all of your patients. She was FAR from that. I’ve seen her before and she is like this EVERY time. If she hates her job and people so much, she needs to quit. I’ll definitely be making a complaint about this clinic to whatever board I can, because the doctor and a few of the nurses and front desk ladies are actually nice. The others are very rude, and don’t even tell you what to do or where to go. The nurse who assisted us went in the room, changed the mat, and didn’t bother wiping down the table. Completely unsanitary and disgusting. Especially for a child. I had to have my child pee in a cup, she wouldn’t tell me where it went. I had to come into her room and ask her where I needed to put it. I ask if we can leave and if we are done with everything, she completely ignores me. Fire this nurse or I’ll make sure she is. She is awful and made my entire experience uncomfortable.

If I could give this dr. A zero I would. Very unprofessional Dr. That does not care about his patients he has you waiting for 2 hours to do absolutely nothing, not even listen to your concerns as a mother , interrupts what you are trying to say. This was the 2nd time for my son and I was there a couple of times for me aswell but will not be going there. He previously referred my son to neurologist just because he was guessing that he needed one and he had blood work done requested my the other dr. He had the blood results with him and refused to read them when my son actually came bck with high cholesterol and him being his primary dr. Never again will be there.
