The dental office is a Joke. They got shut down during Covid for months. Then to make up money they make you come 4 separate times so they can charge the insurance. I went 1 time for x rays, 1 time for a cleaning, 1 time for a cavity, and they wanted me to come back a 4th time for a cavity on the same side they numbed. I asked why they could not do both at the same time and they said because they were too busy. Lol I have 4 kids and drove 4 hours from out of town because I didn’t want to miss my appointment. Whoever runs the dental office needs to be replaced. The first time they said they could not do the x rays and the cleanings at the same time to reduce the spread of COVID. So your telling me coming back 4 times will??? I was exposed way more.

Sienna Wickramasekera was extremely dismissive during my visit. She hadnt done any tests or anything & sent me away with a prescription for allergies, when ive been exposed to mold & am having breathing trouble. Told me to “go somewhere else” if i didnt like her opinion, and we had only spoke for 3 mins.

I just call to schedule an appointment with the dental department. The person (female) at the phone was very rude. Put me on hold without telling me, asked me when I wanted my appointment and proceeded to tell me all the dates I requested where busy. Finally got my appointment a month away. Hopefully I can write a better review then.

Wanted to leave a review for Maria. My mother who has mental illness went in to get some blood work done with my father and they were treated amazing by the staff. Sadly my dad forgot the name of the other nurse who helped them out, but he said both were genuinely kind and understanding towards my mother and very gentle with her. Thank you Maria for being such a kind human my dad was extremely thankful for you. Thank you to the other nurse who also helped we appreciate you both so much.

Don’t get your glasses adjusted here!! BEWARE!! I asked for an adjustment and the dude disregarded what I asked for and completely jacked up my frames. I’m furious! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.. If you need to get your glasses here for insurance purpose, so be it. But get the adjusted elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!!

This place is a joke. Lack of communication with patients. Tho they try to sound concerned and apologetic about everything it’s just a way to get you off the phone they could care less and it shows. I made about 11 calls in one week and finally when I asked who can I speak with to file a complaint, my problem was resolved before she even got on the phone..

Horrible, horrible service, make it appointment 3 days advanced I come here and they said they i don’t have any appointment it was for emergency follow up from the hospital and they cannot even do that. They only waste people time.

The only reason it’s not a 5 star it is because of the Dentist, to make an appointment it’s impossible, they say call the first week of the month and I do but what they don’t say is that it fills fast in the first 2 days and you get a Machine that says they will call you in 24hrs and you don’t get a call back.You don’t even make an appointment till the following month. So I have given up and try somewhere else’s cause we can’t wait any longer. My daughter and I have been in pain and they don’t care. Other then that everything is clean and everyone is nice. In every other department.

5 Stars to the entrance front desk beautiful ladies kind sweet and professional. 5 stars to my primary doctor Christopher sweet and kind and the well trained professional beautiful kind nurses. 5 stars to the Lab center very professional staffs and everything went smooth and feel nice . very clean smell nice fresh air.. but a 1 star to the person who picked up my call when i first call for my appointment.

I’ve been visited different places concerning my health but this place is a “one of a kind” place I’ve ever visited. From the persons on the phone assisting you to set an appointment, rescheduling your appointments until visiting the clinic and all the staffs inside are so awesome, very welcoming & very professional. I have such mixed feelings about this place— it is convenient because of no copays having culinary insurance but it ran so poorly. The receptionists don’t even have the ability to schedule an appointment. Mind you I have worked at a medical office and comparing my duties to this office is just shocking. When you call you have to ask to make an appointment then days later they call you back to make the appointment. There have been so many times that my doctor would call me for my televisit and was confused as to why the medical assistant even scheduled my appointment when it was just to inform me I had normal test results and that’s it. And apparently my provider is no longer working here and instead of calling me, they’ve just moved my appointment to a different provider without my approval .I didn’t move my appointment because I am trying to get in before the end of the year but honestly that is quite unprofessional to just move me over instead of allowing me to choose my own provider. When getting in touch with the medical assistant they tell me I’ve been assigned to the new provider they selected and I have to ask permission to switch to a new provider. Since when does the patient not have the option to choose which provider they feel comfortable seeing? This place is so poorly operated and the receptionist and medical assistants are quite unhelpful. Only choose this place out of convenience due to no out of pocket costs

This place is a real OMG to me! When I rate a facility I normally don't give a perfect star but this place totally rocks me! Staff is courteous and facilities are exceptional! It's something that you can't underestimate. Thanks a lot to the people behind establishing this Culinary Center! As a member it is evident where our money goes! I will definitely keep coming back here!

This review is for the Culinary Health Center Overall, Including the phone representatives who set up the appointments, etc., as well as Dr Christine George, General Practitioner. I am a new patient, 53 years old, with physical and psychological issues/diseases, so I have seen many Doctors in my lifetime. Also, I have a Masters Degree in Economics and I am highly intuitive. Dr Christine George is one the best Doctor I have ever seen. She is highly intelligent and knowledgeable, kind, she listens carefully, with empathy, and compassion, and she proactively provides information and actions to help with my current or potential future issues. She answered all of my questions I had written down, even before I asked them. She baselined my general health and blood test information and is having me follow up to see my progress. She also proactively provided referrals to other expert providers to help address my overall health issues and she referred me to Doctors with excellent reviews on Google. I feel so grateful and I have complete confidence that my general and overall specific issues will be fully addressed and managed effectively. I feel like I hit the Jackpot in Las Vegas by being one of Doctor George’s patients🤗 All of the medical assistants, front desk staff and the phone representatives who set up the appointments are also, Always, very professional, kind, and friendly. I love how Blood Testing, Pharmacy, Dentist, Vision, General Practitioners, etc are all in the same, new, very nice building and waiting rooms. God Bless anyone who reads this. Michael

My review is for pediatrics. Dr. Nathan York is very patient and understanding especially with my husband and I being first time parents. He always listens to our questions/concerns and addresses them. He is knowledgeable and gives us the best advice. Overall, we receive excellent service at every visit. The facility is very clean and organized. :)

My experiences at the Culinary Health Center on Nellis have been wonderful! Everyone I come in contact with is very friendly and efficient. The staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and are very knowledgeable. My primary care doctor, Dr. Yolanda Mercer, is the absolute best doctor I have ever had! She is very friendly and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. She is very knowledgeable about my health conditions and provides the very best care to help me live my best life. I’m so thankful for all of the great care I receive! Also, the entire facility is immaculately clean. I highly recommend the Culinary Health Center!! Dorothy Lovich

I just left here and was very impressed with my care. Dr.George was amazing, kind, caring, and thorough, she asked me many questions, answered all my concerns. I was running low on oxygen and to make sure I got home with enough switched me to one of their tanks. Really liked the staff and as well everyone seemed nice.

I’ve never been to this place. I haven’t even been in Vegas in over 10 years. But they decided to cold call me. How did this place even get my number?

I will never come back here !! Came to primary care and doctor give me a referral order and the appoinment was today at 8 am and i drive for 20 minutes and never find the place GPS SENT ME TO A DESSERT PLACE. So at the end they say im sorry we give u the wrong address and i lost my app i had to come to UMC QUICK CARE

Idont understand how this dentist work all these doctors and don’t have an appointment to get my crown , they make you go to take the nerve away from significant dentist and then gives you 2 monthes away appointment,, you guys need to do better job and service….

Dentist tried to remove my tooth ...I ended up going somewhere else he saved it this Dentist just want the easy route...let him know to at least try doing the job
