If you love your family member, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO BE TAKEN HERE!!!! Patient was admitted on a Tuesday, and still as of today, (the following Monday,) has not seen a doctor once. The social workers and care management people do not return phone calls. My spouse sign the papers to have the hospital disclose information to me, but they will not. I brought my spouse fresh underwear on Wednesday, they were not given the underwear until Sunday, and only then because we complained to the desk about it. They force the patients to take six or seven different mood stabilizers, yet will not disclose to me what medications that they are taking. When I request to speak with the nurses about medications, they either simply do not answer the phone or pick it up and immediately hang up. Multiple times when I have called my spouse, I heard extremely violent movies playing in the background of the call It is painfully obvious that the VAST majority of employees here, with one or two notable exceptions, do not care about the patients they over see. I repeat. Do. Not. Allow. Your. Loved. Ones. To. Be. Brought. Here.

No one ever wants to find themselves in a situation where they need to be hospitalized for mental health; however if you find yourself or a loved one in that situation I would suggest Spring Mountain over 7 Hills. The first night I was at 7 Hills hospital my back started to spasm. A male staff member made a comment to me about me β€œneeding a massage.” I thought it was odd and told the appropriate staff members my concerns. The second night I was there I woke up with severe back pain and needed to get my bed adjusted (which only staff can do). The man who made the massage comment the night before was asked to help adjust my bed. Once he entered my room he came around behind me and without consent began to rub my back. I pushed his hands away from my back. When I did this he said "Sorry I have big hands." He then went over to the opposite side of my bed to adjust it and proceeded to ask me how old I was. I replied 37 and he made a comment that he was around the same age. He then made a comment with a tonality that sounded flirtatious saying "I needed a full body massage." I tried to defuse his comment by saying "I just need a tennis ball for my back." His comments and behavior caught me off guard. It was 5am and I was still half asleep. This male staff member is five times my size and in a position of power over me. At this point I was personally fearful of his conduct and after 15 minutes of wondering what I should do, I reported him. An investigation was opened and the security cameras were reviewed. The male staff member denied touching me and since there were no cameras in my room they decided not to do anything about it. The incident was quick. The male staffer was only in my room for 3 minutes. Courtney the patient advocate told me that it is my word against his and that since I β€œwaited 15 minutes to tell someone” I wasn't believable. I was livid at this comment and asked her how many people DON'T say anything at all? I told her this male staff member was using "grooming" type of behavior. Courtney said that I was an adult and inferred I should have reported it right away to have been believable. I felt victimized again and I told her so. I also mentioned to her that this staff member was a liability, but Courtney did not seem to care. If you have another option for behavioral hospitals/rehabs go there.

I'm ready to call Channel 13 News, get an attorney and file a Police Report. I am not impressed and wonder what kind of professionals they have working there. Getting through to someone is like getting through to Ft. Knox. If a patient enters this place and 5 days later is not doing better, then something is WRONG. They need to be reviewed by the Medical Board. I cannot believe what we have had to go through as a family in just one week. Absolutely horrible. I give it a "0" Star rating. I can also corroborate other reviews of being hung up on and placed on hold for a long period of time. I was also given a wrong "CODE" number when my family member first arrived and patients are not available unless they have a code. 5 days later we received the correct "CODE". When our family's lives are involved, I don't know about you but I have no patience for incompetence and abusive staff.

Sad to say this is about the best treatment you will get in the Las Vegas Valley. Every Psychiatric hospital especially Spring mountain has a lawsuit ranging from abuse to malpractice. Sad but Nevada is dead last in the country not only in Psychiatric care but medical care also. It's a lose lose situation. Suicide isn't the answer but when you come out of a hospital that was supposed to at least point you in the right direction to get a little better yet you feel the same as you checked in or alot worse....what can you do?? The state needs to get involved and say enough is enough and change the way these hospitals treat they're patients!!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My son was transported here. It was a complete waste. It was more like babysitting, not treatment. We paid $ upfront, but I checked him out earlier than they wanted, so they owed me $592 back. It's been 2 1/2 months, and they still won't give me the money back. I call every couple weeks. They say, oh it's coming and it never does. It's terrible. We may have to go to small claims court.

If you care about your loved ones, do NOT bring them here. For close to a month, I was experiencing hallucinations. I sought medical treatment at the ER and they told me to go here. Upon arriving, I was told to sign in and let them know I do not have health insurance. After a 38 minute wait, I was brought back and the first question I was asked was whether I had health insurance. I said no. I was then asked if I was suicidal or planning on hurting anyone. I said no. I was then told that they couldn't help me. As I tried to explain my symptoms just to get a general idea of what was happening to me, the topic kept getting brought back to the fact that I don't have health insurance. She was more concerned that I figure out a way to pay them than for my actual mental health, and seemed almost disappointed that I wasn't suicidal when she asked again, because then they couldn't hold me there and charge my family. She told me she believes I am developing schizophrenia, which was absolutely terrifying to me, and to get health insurance and come back. I ended up seeing an actual professional psychiatrist, who explained the hallucinations were stress-induced and detested Seven Hills' "evaluation". This "hospital" is a scam and they care more about what's in your wallet than what's in your head.

Please if you care for your loved one don't take them here. Getting hold of anyone is a nightmare, phone calls are never answered. I brought clothes to my loved one on Wednesday and were not given to him till Friday after he demanded. The rest have been missing, we have been given a run around, who steals boxers and worn out slides. There are cameras all over yet no explanation of who stole them has been given.

Please if you have other options, DO NOT let your loved ones go here. ⚠️ ADULT OR ADOLESCENT -both units were horrible. There was a pencil sharpener out in the open in the art room. Several other patients said they were thinking of taking it apart to HURT THEMSELVES. Doctors looked uninterested in helping you. Nurses were lazy and spent all day gossiping. There were only a few nice ones. Food was very good. Therapy sessions were helpful. Wish there were more. Instead of one 15-30 min session everyday. Thats pretty sad. 80% of the time is spent coloring or watching tv. So this is basically super expensive horrible babysitting. Its so sad the care we need is garbage and more harmful than good.

I do not recommend this facility at all, especially if you have children. I’ve never seen such disorganization and the staff is very rude in an environment you’d expect to be caring. I was told visitation was at a specific time and, when I arrived at that time, it took staff 15 minutes to acknowledge I, among other parents were there, which cut into visitation time. Then the staff member had the nerve to tell us that we need to be on time and, when multiple parents including myself said that we were there on time, he proceeded to argue with us. He was extremely unprofessional. They will tell you to call after 7pm but only answer 1 out of 10 times. Then they didn’t know who my daughter was. Then they said to call after 7:30 and tried to tell me the other person must have misspoke. When it was several staff memebers who said it was 7pm. I mean these people are supposed to ba taking care of your kids? It didn’t instill much faith. Never mind the fact that you you feel shut out to what is happening in there. I highly recommend seeking another option if you can.

My friend has been admitted here several times, and she seems to never get the help she needs. Her last time being admitted this past week I've attempted calling several times to get a hold of her and these people just dont care apparently cuz no one answers after several minutes of it ringing. Not even an answering machine to leave a message it just hangs up after it rings for longer than 3 or so minutes. Based on other reviews and my friends personal experiences, I wouldn't recommend.. Re evaluate your practices Seven Hills!!

My stay there was a nightmare. I The heater didn’t work I was a Freezing the entire time. I actually caught pneumonia. All they do is feed you. Drug you and tell you to go to sleep. There was no Interaction with staff that could help with any issues you’re going through. By day 4 I was able to pretend to take my meds and get my mind clear enough to call someone and get me the heck outta there!!

I've been admitted a few times as an adolescent from 2020-2022 and this is genuinely one of the worst facilities I've been to. They are so eager to get patients on any medication their insurance will cover, I told them multiple times the negative side effects I was experiencing, and my concerns were ignored and invalidated. This facility has gone increasingly downhill. The staff are so mean and on a power trip and the supervisors don't care. If you are considering sending your child to an acute facility choose Desert Winds or Desert Parkway. Those are probably the best you'll get in Vegas, speaking from experience. The staff here have actually told me I'll never get anywhere in life after I was admitted for substance abuse issues for the 3rd time.

My brother was just released. He states there was no individual counseling just group counseling. I drove 9 hours on Saturday to pick him up and had talked to his β€œdischarge coordinator β€œ. She said we’d be given his records and referral information. There was no out take meeting, just here he is. I asked what about the referral. She said they’re in his backpack. I feel like they warehouse people for 72 hours and then dump them. I was discouraged to see the reviews are all this same experience

i stayed here in the adolescents ward for around a week and a half. didnt get the help i needed + came out worse. prevented me from immediate self induced danger, i guess, so if you're in immediate danger this might be an okay place at best. got inappropriately touched by other psych ward patients while the staff watched + got into many unprovoked fights slept on cold hard beds with one very flimsy sheet and the showers were CONSTANTLY cold to the point where showering became an uncomfortable burden and i wouldnt want to do it most times most of the tech staff dont seem qualified to handle the level of care a general psych ward unit needs and one staff told us that she doesnt want to take care of us, and wouldnt be here if she had the option to leave but shes getting paid to put up with us. food was good. thats the only positive, but you can get better care elsewhere.

I do not like how the new psych doctor just changed my medication without telling me, violating my rights. Even the nurses were not helpful of giving any information. So what, youre just gonna expect me to take any medications without any information? Ive been here before but wasnt like this. The staff are always busy talking to each other, they make me feel such an annoyance whenever I need something. Im always hungry and theres barely food. The quality of care and accountability has diminished that I dont feel safe coming back here.

By far the worst psychiatric hospital. I was given medication that almost shut my liver down. Absolutely NO talk therapy. No REAL helpful after care when I left. I was admitted to get help, and left feeling worse than when I went in. Not worth the money my insurance company spent on my stay there. I got NOROVIRUS while I was there due to they're lack of knowledge in food handeling services. And the doctors were so incompetent in proper training to handle anything. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I had a bad experience. I went in with the shingles so I had to be quarantined and relied heavily on the staff to help me with water and food. Patrick, a hallway monitor, refused to give me water and told me to "drink my own spit". He pushed himself into me and also refused to let me do laundry. they moved me into a new hall two days in and then treated me like I was not worthy of fresh water. He even scolded me for not having a job?? I was confused where he got his info from but I was literally there to get help so that I could work. The food at this location was the only positive thing I experienced. The doctor was also very helpful. I suggest hiring new hall monitors that understand the purpose of why people are there, and have more empathy for ppl with disabilities

Honestly this is tough for me to write as the services were pretty good for my son. The one star review is for their pathetically run business department. Asked multiple times what the share of cost was going to be for the IOP program, I spoke to my insurance carrier and they could not advise me because they didn't have the billing codes yet and would have to wait until claims were received. No big deal but then I end up with a $700+ bill which I paid over the phone 4 months ago. Then they sent it to collections. I've called and left Alexandra in the billing department 4 messages and never a returned call. Being in this field for 30 years, this is incompetence of epic proportions. The collection agency were the only ones to be helpful. Judging by other reviews, no one will call, respond, or care.

TRIGGER WARNING! I know this is a long review, but it is worth the read. I can't understand why the HECK anyone in their right mind would leave a 5-star review!!!! This place is NO DIFFERENT than the insane asylums in the 50s and 60s where the patients sat in their urine and feces and were abused and ignored! I had a similiar experience with this hospital when I was 24. I can't BELIEVE in 23 years time, the hospital is still the SAME! My mother has been in here for almost a week. She was found, by my sister, lying on the floor, she smelled like urine and feces! They ignore my sister, who is trying to get some assistance for our mom. They don't answer the phones so you can talk to your loved one. I live in SLC and my sister can't even take a cell phone in there so I can talk to our mom! This is SUPPOSED to be a house of wellness where empathy and caring should be PARAMOUNT!!!! YOU ARE DEALING WITH MENTALLY ILL PATIENTS AND RECOVERING ADDICTS THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE!!! DO BETTER!!!! I think everyone who has given this place a 1-star rating should file a complaint with the Health and Human Services Dept! This needs to STOP! Bottom line...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Montevista and Southern Hills are great!

Staff clearly didn't want to be there and would get annoyed when you asked for/about anything with the exception of maybe 1/2 people. They also verbally abused and threatened patients and at one point in my stay a staff member slapped a patient. I spoke to a doctor once when I was there for like 2 minutes and he asked maybe three questions before prescribing me something but didn't tell me what it was or what my diagnosis was. There was group therapy once the entire time I was there and it was maybe 5-10 minutes long. My family also apparently tried to call me multiple times after I arrived but the staff didn't tell me until a day later

About a year ago my depression had come to it's worst and when things seemed hopeless I had tried to kill myself. After about an hour of being talked into calling 911 I was taken to the ER then to seven hills. After this point I was not allowed to contact my family till the next day. I was put on a plethora of drugs and barely fed. And I never saw a doctor even once during the week and a half that I was there Plus all the nursing staff didn't care about any patient there.

This place is absolutely got awful and I wouldn't recommend admitting yourself or your loved one here. Let's start with the staff. Day staff is far more pleasant than the night staff, though they cop an attitude with the patients as well sometimes. Night staff is HORRID! There is a woman by the name of Jayla, I believe, who talks poorly about the patients there, has a disgusting attitude, and consistently lies about things like we can't wear shorts or have markers (day staff told me that was a lie). The food isnt something I wouldn't even feed my dog, or my worst enemy. There are windows all over the facility, but you can't see out of them, and the only time you can get some sunlight is if you smoke. I was incredibly understimulated due to the fact that there is LITERALLY nothing to do There's a tv, but unless you're a man good luck watching anything. The whole facility is filthy and looks as if nothing's been properly cleaned or maintenanced in centuries. They don't give you information about visitations or your patient number when you arrive which makes things very difficult if you're trying to arrange a visit. The only "pleasant" things about this place are the other patients who are very supportive and kind, the dietitian who is so lovely, and the weekend doctor.

I've read alot of these reviews here and i find it difficult to understand why so many talk about how bad of an experience they had. You just need to suck it up and stop blaming the staff for your bad experiences there their to help you and keep you in line and sober and in good health mentally and physically we all had bad experiences at seven Hills rehabilitation but that's from our withdrawals and lake of substance and being around a bunch of addicts that have nothing better to do than point the finger at staff members show a little bit of appreciation the staff at seven Hills are all Angels there to help. I for one think it's perfect It's a good place to be when you've reached the end. I was s patient June2016-December 2016 Out patient actually i was addicted to Opiates,Benzoids, Crystal Meth. The day i took my leather belt and hung myself in a my closet is when i realized that i needed help 7Hills is a excellent rehab facility other than my two over doses i had on property during my six month treatment xanax, and percoset I myself am surprised that I od'd twice at rehabilitation who overdoses on drugs at drug rehab only an addict does i was clean all the way until march 2019 then i relapsed. Know it's every other week i find myself using again and when i use its for a week straight so here i am writing a review on seven Hills substance abuse program when all I'm doing is telling everyone my dark secrets, that i am once again using I'm only writing a review because i googled seven hills to get their phone # so i can admit myself again before i hit rock bottom again. You never realize how bad your screwing up until you here it from perfect strangers, on the internet,i find myself doing things that i haven't done since 2016 things that a normal clear headed person would do, doing stuff that only a drug addict would do it's a bad religion that I've gotten back into and i know that if Seven Hills can change me for a good two years clean and sober it can change me again Thanks for your help staff @Seven Hills I'll be seeing you soon

Great place for detoxification (heroin) & mental health which is what I went for. A little more info that I was curious about before I went to seven hills: You can bring a couple outfits as long as they don’t have strings (they removed all of my strings from my pants and shoes) Brings shoes with no laces You can bring cigs but only unopened packs They will allow you 1 smoke break every few hours About 7 in total a day They will give you medicines that help with withdrawal TREMENDOUSLY and for opiate detox they will provide a subutex tapor

Had the worst time of life here, bullying, unkind nurses and I had to go to the bathroom and they wouldn't let me. I went to the bathroom on the floor. If you are an adult hope you get placed in C1 or C2 and not the geriatrics unit because of the following in C1 and C2 you get eight smoke breaks in the other you only get five smoke break you also get taken to the cafeteria in C1and C2 where you get to eat hot food and cold salads in the other unit your food is placed in a styrofoam container and brought up to the unit where it was sit from 30 minutes to 45 minutes before you get it the food is either cold or lukewarm health law says hot food is to be at least 140 degrees and salads 40 degrees or colder the staff at night is more interested in listening to their music then to taking care of the patients at night if a patient gets up to go to the nurse's station after 9 they are told to go back to their room

My son was admitted to seven hills after multiple visits to surrounding facilities in 2 years. Dr Alshaikh was the best thing that could of happened to my son. Not only did he take the to to actually listen to my son he withdrew him off of the 6 different meds the other Dr kept putting him on. My son has been home for a little other a month now and we HAVE NOT had any situation or crisis happen since he has left Dr Alshaiki care. To me that is amazing given our previous circumstances. Sometimes it's all about finding the right Dr regardless of the facility.

Before I came to this hospital, I was suicidal and wanted to hurt myself. I was put on legal hold, just like many other patients. Theyre not gonna release you if you are a danger to self or others and if youre not compliant with the treatment! The place is OK. Everything is as scheduled from smoke break to meal times. Staff consistently checks on you every 5 mins and theres not much privacy. The night shift people are very friendly and attended to my needs effectively. Patrick the nurse took care of me and he has been very helpful and caring. I felt much better when my medications started to work and now I no longer feel suicidal. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is wanting to get better.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst experience of my life. Was an extremely abusive environment and there was no therapy involved what so ever. Employees were very unprofessional, using profanity and racist terms including the N word against patients. Male staff were very manhandling and gave me shots just for crying about being there. I was told at admission that there was an eating disorder unit. Then they notified me that they did not have enough patients in the ED unit so they placed me on the Geriatric unit as there they would have the medical care I needed. I was 18 on a geriatric unit. Was there for less than a week and then transferred because they were unable to provide me with the care I needed.

Heinous experience. Staff and doctors were over worked. I was not allowed near enough time with any clinician or doctor, accommodations are spartan at best, and the first doctor that saw me was with me for less than ten minutes and didn't look up from his chart. Also constant lies from the staff as to how, when, or why I would be released.

And Dr. O that’s supposed to be helping me but all he did was lie and push my release date back after telling me I was going to be in there 3 day then kept me a whole week. And I know I’m not the only one this happened to there are many other children struggling in there it’s sad. FIND A DIFFERENT FACILITY THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Seven hills is the worst place to go: drive the extra if u have to: to southern hills behavorial health. The staff are nice & dr. Did spend time needed: not a rush but again theres very little therapy at southern hills but u get treated better by staff atleast & better meals. Please save yourself the trauma of going there for any help. Now if its detox unit that's a different story but adult unit like a jail.

Took great care of my son. He was able to sober up and get resources to follow up care. This facility and many like it, need the person in rehab to do some work! This is not a rehab in Beverly Hill with daily pedicures, and personal chefs. The family and the recovering person has to put in work. There will be no baby sitter to rub your hair and kiss your boo boo. So no you won't be pampered but you will be given tools to help you succeed, if you really want to.

My child was treated in-patient by Seven Hills back in July 2020. When she was discharged, I paid the mandatory fee with my credit card. Seven Hills said they would bill my insurance and I could get a refund for any overpayment. My wife contacted Seven Hills by telephone on November 18, 2020 and advised them that our insurance company said that we had overpaid by the amount of the mandatory fee. Seven Hills asked for our account information, which my wife provided, and she was told a refund would come in seven to 10 days later. It is now December 14, 2020 and still no refund. I am investigating what my available recourses are to recover the outstanding funds owed to me by Seven Hills. I've called and left messages and emailed them to tell them that I am looking into legal options to recover my money. So, how did they respond? Well, they haven't. It's been radio silence since November 18, 2020. I was not overly impressed with the facility and the "treatment" my child received in July, but I am absolutely appalled by their lack of responsiveness in providing me with a refund of the money I overpaid. If you have money to burn/waste and a child who needs treatment, Seven Hills is available to you and your child. If you don't have money to burn, I would urge caution and a careful review of all available treatment options before sending your child to Seven Hills.

I was in a very bad place. I called first, and a very nice lady talked with me. I admitted myself that evening. The doctors were caring and compassionate. The nurses were good (with one exception), and the orderlies treated me like a friend they were helping. The Group sessions gave me tremendous insights. My only real complaint was how cold it got at night. When I asked for another blanket, the nurse told me it was β€œagainst protocol.”

i stayed here multiple times as an adolescent, and each and every time i left a little bit worse. the doctors are eager to send as many kids as they can to a residential treatment facility. your children are not getting help here. doctors are also always eager to put children on medication. after having an overdose on xanax and being hospitalized here, they forced me to take many types of medication, and when i told them that it was making me feel nothing and zone out, and that id never had this reaction to any other medication, they ignored my concerns and forced me to continue taking it. ms angie, a staff member who worked on the adolescent unit, put her hands on children multiple times. a friend of mine who is very skinny got into a fight, and instead of restraining her like proper protocol would say to, ms angie who is extremely heavyset, sat on her. staff was constantly provoking kids, cussing at them, and honestly treating us like well never get nowhere in life. ive also been told by multiple friends of mine who were hospitalized since the last time i left, that ms angie still talks about me, which is pathetic. staff need to stop acting like children and get themselves together. thank god i had the brain power to get better on my own, because places like these would never have helped.

Lack of care for families that are trying to obtain some sort of reassurance that their loved one is alright. I made the worse mistake of giving the green light for my son to be transferred here who is a legal adult, but has several mental health disorders with autism being one of them and he’s not only been under my care but is on my insurance. The operator Becky should be named Karen. This facility needs to be reported and shut down immediately. When my sons released I will call the board along with several other agencies.

I just got discharged from here and omg this place is the worst for substance use help. Literally sat down and watched tv the ENTIRE time. No aa meetings, no na meetings. Didn’t receive my proper medication. If you are homeless and need a place to stay for a few days then maybe id stay here. There was one larger African American woman who worked overnight in unit c2 that was extremely rude. Literally took a blanket off of me while I was sleeping.

They will discharge you whether you are fit or not to be released, and they will lie and change their story to fit what is convenient. Think twice before admitting a loved one to this place, there has to be better facilities out there.

Awesome place, I was there for a week, think c1. The CNA (I think) Scotty was awesome guy really cared. All the staff was amazing. I keep reading about how people didn't get drinks ect how bad it was. I didn't see any of that, also you get water gatorade what not. Food wasn't to bad typical hospital food. Doctors where in alot asking if I was good. Shower water wasn't cold, hot, and the place was clean and really nice. 1 patient had really bad mental problems lashing out, staff handle that very well. Was all on display. Only bad thing I would say is the doctors don't know that much about Subutex/suboxone. After three days it leaves system and you with drawl again, also I seen them give a girl Subutex (she was on fentenal) fent stores like weed in fat you HAVE to wait like 3-4 days to take it you go into prec withdrawal. Subs you need to take for a week out two not just 3-4 day. They do taper so that's good staying on that isn't good.

Today, October 30, 2023, I left my daughter admitted. after being referred by sunrrise hospital. At first we didn't like the place. but after a long talk with the receptionist and signing documents clearly stating that the patient's stay is at the parents' discretion and not mandatory. At night we went to bring him clothes. that she didn't have. We delivered it at 6.50 pm and when we managed to enter at 8.10 pm. after a long 25 minute delay. They had not taken her, the girl went out to the visit wearing borrowed clothes. At that time she had not bathed. and they took some corn roses from her that they allowed her at the beginning. Seeing the situation the girl was in, we decided to take her out and bring her home to take her to a new clinic or hospital. This fact was flatly denied to us. holding my daughter against her will and ours as legal guardians and parents. The supervisor who attended to me inside the visiting area, which is a dining room, was quite rude and ill-mannered. The real situation of the institution is more of a prison than a place to heal children with mental health problems. The ladies at the reception spent more time laughing and telling stories than they spent attending to the parents waiting to see their hospitalized children. There were also some parents who had admitted their daughter since yesterday. They arrived at 7 pm. and at 9.20 pm they told them to leave because they could not see their daughter. because neither the admission records nor the parents authorized to see her appeared. Besides, I don't think this place is the right place to cure anyone.

This is a great place to detox and get professional help for whatever it is you are going through. The staff is really attentive and will listen, the group sessions are very encouraging, food is great, and overall comfortable enviorment.

I respect the very few nurses and tech's I got to see nightly. I was admitted a few weeks ago and throughout my 7 days of being there did I only see the doctor (Dr. O) 2 times. Once for my assessment and another for the date I would be released. It was hell. Uncomfortable beds and me being forced to be there against my will. Adolescents be aware.

Took excellent care of my daughter, both as an inpatient and during the outpatient follow-up sessions. Caring and thorough staff (although, like so many American businesses currently, somewhat understaffed...which just makes the kindness of the staff that much more notable).

We went there in november, barely did anything to help. It was an emergency administration. Yes I’m a minor and the 14+ side ruined everything for the 13 and under side. There was a 7 year old there and he was there during his birthday. Overall sucked and they did nothing. (Brownies were good)

This place isn't good at all. Trust me I'm an adolescent who spent a week and a half there and the staff are the most rude people you could ever meet. They treat people like test machines used for a variety of meds they would give you and it all made me come out worse

This place wasn't the worst but it wasn't great either. Patients receive shots for very little things, like crying to much or yelling. During my first time here a staff (who was fired or quit now) by the name of Kyle attempted to break my wrist and later when we were speaking of situation he said "yea, you should be happy I didn't punch you in the face and lose my job." Staff has gotten better since then though!! I will say that this particular place is very likely to send you to a residential.

I learned a lot of good information in the groups. The staff was very friendly, as well as professional. The food is pretty good too, I ate like a horse and didn't gain a pound. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who might be having a Crisis or just need to reboot themselves and get back to normal life. Thanks, Seven Hills.

If you had a 0 that would be too good. If you're going to have this place that is SUPPOSED to help people, then do just that. When someone calls don't send me to a freaking toll free link and hang up. First impressions are everything and your admissions wow just sad. Why would anyone want to send a family member here? Someone told me maybe this place has changed with their less than qualified "Dr's" from from a few years ago but obviously not. Level of care not a priority but for their bottom line it's the most important not your patients.

The receptionist, good ol’ Ms. Becky, clearly finds any entry into the facility an inconvenience to her knitting. Very ill tempered from the start. She asked for the patient name and I gave her the last name, as is usually tradition in healthcare, she gave me a little snap because she wanted the first name. After the continued hostility with every instruction I did comment that she is rather testy and she thanked me with pride. On a power trip over her control between the patient and the outside world. That’s exactly what a family needs in this already stressful situation. It’s pathetic that I’m not at all surprised. I can only hope that the rest of the staff have some level of common decency to help my family member.

Just purely incompetent. My mom discharged after 1 week. 1. There was none verbal communication on follow up treatment. We only found out the follow up schedule after going through thick stack of paper just to realize that we already missed one appointment. But that was nothing compared to the next thing. 2. They referred my VIETNAMESE life-long mentally-illed mom to a ENGLISH-only talk therapy. For f’s sack, how more incompetent can you be?

My son spent 7 days. Hardly any staff. No one answers the phone. No one contacts us with our sons status and what they are doing for him. Get to see him 3 days a week for 30 minutes. My son felt like he was in jail

I'm sorry but 2.3 starts is underrated. With that being said, I have only been to this detox so I can't really compare it to any place else. I have heard about other detoxes and they didn't compare. I was going to go to west care and they had me a several other people standing locked outside and it's not in the st part of town. But that's not even where I wanted this to go. I wanted to say thank you to the staff they are s O kind . Just such good people. And to dr. Still. He seen me twice and the first time I left with a prescription I didn't fill . I ended up drinking again. So when he seen me again he requested I stay an extra day to give the medicine a try and I just didn't realize that it does work And He didn'tmake me feel judged or not important. And I just want to thank him and everyone at seven hills you guys are awesome.
