Good medical office, the care they have given me is very good. The doctor always answers my questions.

Dr Webeh Ob/GYM is great and his assistant but the rest of the staff is horrible very rude and stuck up even Dr Guadalupe Dominquiz! Morning or afternoon the staff is rude. I gave a simple remark/complain on my 1.5 waiting time and a few days later I received a letter saying they can no longer have me there due to my "behavior" and I need to find a new Dr. In that case I should send her boss a letter to no longer have the skinny white lady w glasses or the overweight lady employed there no more due to her rude excessive behavior towards every patient . There wasn't a time I saw her treat a patient with respect. If it wasn't for Dr. Webeh I would have left a long time ago on the first disrespectful incedent.

I have been going with for Wehbeh over 9 years now and he is a good doctor . The only thing I started noticing is the wait time is getting extreme it went from 30-40 min to almost 3 hours

Very bad staff. Its a organized and nice place but the staff is rude. The young lady up front gave me a dirty look the last time i walked in for my daughters shots & told me i was unable to be attended because i was late. Ive been late many times before and they have never told me that and they have you wait 2-3 hours just to be attended and another hour for the doctor to see you.. This place is terrible & i dont recommend it for anyone, this place needs to close down

Not a good experience doctor was in a hurry to leave and the staff is absolutely very rude and a few unexperienced on top of everything always forgetting to send in medication prescription to my Pharmacy I have to call them three to four times all the time to keep reminding them that they still haven't sent it

I been having some ruff experiences with this place regarding my 2 month old daughter. Came to her 2 month appointment they cancelled on me due to Dr. Lipovaca having an emergency. Which I felt like they should of called and left a message a day before or some hours before but didn't . Dr. Lipovaca is a cool pediatrician very nice. But dealing with Giselle I feel like if she is a medical assistant in training she should have more practice. She's okay as a MA but I feel like she don't know what she's doing. She gave my daughter 3 injections in the legs and while she was doing that some of the liquid came out. I feel like you guys need more help as far as having more additional helpers that know what their doing. .. OH yeah and also since my baby was having the symptoms I was told to take over the counter Tylenol which worked. But 3 weeks later now she has a knot underneath her skin from her injections and wont eat as much while crying all the time. All of a sudden I'm just now getting a prescription when her appointment was 3 weeks ago very ODD .. I would tell Dr. Lipovaca but she's never in the office to answer .. I'm debating on bringing my baby back here cause I've been dealing with issues back to back dealing with her health ..

This clinic has just been closed, it is no longer serving patients.

One time had an appointment and they took long to get to me and i been waiting for up to 3 hours. The service is really bad. They also give me dirty looks and see them whispering to each other when they stare. A other time they cancelled on my sister because the doctor wasn't there they didn't call or email us. Which they should have and suppose to be doing. The wait is really long.

Very disorganized experience. They sent me downstairs to a dingy cluttered HOT and stuffy basement where they draw blood. Some of the workers here speak very little English. I had to ask ANOTHER PATIENT what I do with my blue bloodwork write up form and I was given no directions whatsoever about how to sign up/check in to get my blood taken. Very disorganized and mysterious. Way more stressful than it needed to be. They don't give you step-by-step directions on how to get taken care of. Leaves a lot of guesswork. Extremely frustrating and I would not recommend this office!!!

Really bad service. They take forever to call you in. You will basically have to wait 1-2 hours before the doctor even bothers to speak with you. They sometimes won't even save your appointment and treat you as a walk in , and that may take forever. Make sure to bring your appointment cards always!

I never had a problem coming here during my first pregnancy, so i decided to come back again on my 2nd pregnancy. Dr. Lorenzana was so nice, but she cant decide for her patient when it come to scheduling.. Dr Lorenzana told me she wants to see me before transferring me to my birthing doctor, i went there for my last appt but her assist scheduled me that day to my birthing Dr without telling me, their MA's is acting like they know more than the Doctors! I left the clinic without being check by Dr Lorenzana. I told myself i will never ever come back here, so after giving birth to my second child, i decided to go to my birthing Dr for my postpartum check ups.. dont come to this clinic! Go somewhere else that will treat you with respect!

I like it a lot, the Doctors and Pediatricians are always friendly. I have been coming here for 15 years.
