If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff in person and over the phone are very unhelpful and rude. My experience with them through being sick has made me leave their practice to seek other medical attention. It has taken over 2 weeks to get back my results that were promised to me in 2 to 3 days. They are unapologetic and don't care about any individual. I would highly recommend you going elsewhere. There are plenty of other quick cares and urgent cares in the area. I would go to one that actually cares about its patients instead of their wallet. WORST CARE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE during a time when I needed better care.

So I went to Urgent Care twice due to a tear in my meniscus. It was so painful but I wasn’t getting very far with just going to urgent care. I was in need of immediate care and this location on Nellis had a opening, so I took it. To my surprise I was extremely impressed on how friendly and professional the whole staff was. My new Doctor Avendano was hands down the best provider I have encountered. She understood the pain and agony I was going through, she took her time and explained why these things happen and what I can do to make it better. Not only that she provided me with a knee brace that has helped me so much. Besides being a very outgoing with a great personality, she is very diligent and has the compassion that all doctors should have. I would be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks southwest for the care you give to those in need.

Their doctors and staff members are amazing at taking care of your needs. Dr Immanuel Amissah has been my primary care doctor and he is the very first doctor to diagnose and treat all my health concerns. I'm so grateful to have them as my health-care needs.

Came in this afternoon as a walk in (convenient center ) I had an appointment with the Saturday Doctors regarding my cough , I had for almost 3 weeks. I decided to come in because I did not want to wait .. anyways I checked in with the lady Desiree, she was really caring , funny and overall awesome. When I came in the back office the medical assistant was very caring and sweet. Then saw a PA but she needed another Doctor so Dr. Kvist came in , Dr. Kvist was very informative , he actually listened (which is very rare for me to encounter) I felt very comfortable asking questions . I totally recommend him and the team. I’d give more then 5 starts seriously!!

The hours are 7am-5pm Monday through Friday for regular appointments. Walkins and other types of appointments are from 9am-5pm. The counter and security staff are very friendly and helpful. The wait times here are what you would expect so no big deal there. My main issue is the hours. This clinic is in a working class neighborhood but the open hours are only during business hours, and they're closed on weekends. There is only one clinic off Craig open late during the week and it's really far from here. This clinic needs to be open after 5pm or at least open on Saturday for limited hours.

I went to get a referral to a gi. I have alot of bleeding and lost almost 30lbs in a month. Dr Boone sent me to the office by the door to get my referral. The lady doing referrals was busy taking lunch is what I got told while waiting. I got told to go home. 3 months later she never called or mailed my gi referral. Who knows if I have cancer, southwest medical on nellis doesn't care at all, and I have no were I can even file a complaint with.

I have their medical supply request medically needed supplies for my condition, it's been a week. This not the first-time I have experiences a nonchalant attitude with Nellis back office which I was told I could rinse out supply and reuse. I know Covid has put a stain on facilities, but refill my script which your center was more than eager to assist when I was diagnosed. Would give a minus if could.

PSA: they dont do xrays from 12pm to 1pm. They told us to return in the morning for x ray but not this information. So we had to wait an extra hour

I went here and I seen Dr. Martinez for the first time. He wasn’t really showing any concerns or interest in how I felt. Also my lab test came back and he told the front desk clerk Veronica to call me with results he noted to her that my (Urea Nitrogen (BUN) ) levels were normal and that was not true. I have an account with Quest Diagnostic so I got my results about 2 weeks before the call today. So I know my Urea Nitrogen (BUN) levels were extremely low. And I take kidney failure or liver failure seriously and Dr. Martinez should to doesn’t matter my age. He should have mentioned to her the low bun levels but instead he told he they were normal because she told me she’s only giving me information he’s giving her (because I had to correct her) and that’s false and no doctor should give a patient false reading ever. So if he’s done this to me and I only seen him 1 time I can only imagine how many patients think there ok because he told them and they weren’t. This is sad and heartbreaking and is a very serious matter.

Called to make an appointment then was told it would be a 2 hour hold time and opted for the call back feature, which turned into a call being received 4 hours later. Just to be on hold for 5 minutes and realize that the office was closed!! Guess they don't want new patients!

I think they need to wipe down all the chairs and door handles and throw away all the pens at the check in counter.Cuz I GO IN TO GET A E.K.G. PRINTOUT AND LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER I M SICKER THAN A DOG

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went here a few months ago and they got my information completely wrong so my insurance didn’t cover my visit. I’ve talked to them countless times about it and despite them saying they fixed it, I’m STILL getting bills in the mail months later. The most incompetent people I have ever received services from.

Rude doctors. Hiliary Schouder did not listen. She didn't try to understand or help. She was there because she had to be. They only have a certain amount of time to listen and help. We left this clinic. We got WAY better help somehwere else.
