    I like Banfield Pet Hospital in general but be aware you will receive different treatment depending on the location you go. Fortunately we live near by one that is really enjoyable and treats us and our pets like family but we have had some unpleasant visits at other facilities. I don’t like the “drop off” system. I would like to take my pet and stay there during their visit but it has been getting harder and harder to get those. You have to bring them in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. I love how the vet always calls us and gives al the information necessary for us to understand exactly what is going on with our babies.

    So my Calico 2 ur old cat CUPCAKE 🧁 wasn’t eating. I took her in….it was last minute & this is not her regular vet. So I k ew 2 things for sure she had a toss up with another cat to where she got scratched a few times. And she wasn’t eating. But occasionally ate her hard food no wet food was being eaten. Dr runs test on blood & urine EVERYTHING looked normal except she had a fever. Dr gives her a shot of antibiotics & another shot for appetite that supposed to last 2 weeks. 6 days later-after paying $300….6 days later CUPCAKE isn’t eating again. No problem-I asked “IF SHE DOESNT EAT OR GET BACK TO HER ROUTINE & CAN CALL TO GET SOMETHING FOR HER PRESCRIPTION WISE….?” Dr (vet) “ YES!” I call & ask for something….RECEPTIONISTS “Unfortunately there isnt anything to prescribe her…..” So $300 to give her 2 shots. And blood culture & she’s still the same a week later…..Something isn’t adding up?

    What a racket! Agrees to sedate a cat for grooming. Charges $54. Then tells us to pick her up and schedule a anesthesia and shave for over $850.00 PLEASE! I paid less for surgery on my other pet! So Thank you for the $54. NOTHING! Gotta rip everyone off is the new thing I guess. Take your pet elsewhere. I buzz my other pet with pet clippers that cost $89. They should be ashamed of themselves! Update: Today April 29 we paid $65 to have our cat sedated and buzzed and she looks great and did I mention it was $65? It’s funny that you had a problem giving a cat a tranquilizer for a haircut, so you try to charge us $890 for anesthesia and a haircut.

    Our pet, Sissy, was having some serious medical problems. It was determined that it was in her best interest to have her euthanized. Although the experience with painful, the staff went out of their way to make sure that it was a comfortable and caring situation. I got to hold her as she went to sleep and I will never forget how understanding the staff there were. I hope you never have to have your pet euthanized but I will tell you this, if they do this well with a euthanization I bet they do a great job treating the dog.

    They took great care of our little baby floof. We were traveling through Las Vegas and she was becoming more ill. They got her in and took care of her. I appreciate it greatly💖

    This place is ok if all you need is something simple like a shot, but they're so completely disorganized and full-blown greedy if they find out you actually have a problem. My dog broke her leg recently, and, after coming to this banfield and being told they can't do anything, I went to an emergency vet who sedated her, did x-rays, set the leg, splinted it, and wrapped it for around $900. They told me to check in with my regular vet weekly to see how everything was going. I made my appointment to this banfield the very next day and told them everything, including where her records were located. When I got to my appointment, they hadn't bothered to get her records yet and said they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. Without looking at the dog, they told me if they had to do a rewrap it would be $500 because they'd HAVE TO sedate her, and if I wanted an x-ray done it would be $600. They told me that there was no way to rewrap without sedation, and no way to do an x-ray without taking off the cast and doing a full rewrap with sedation, so it'd be a full $1100. THAT'S MORE THAN I PAID THE ER TO FIX THE LEG! I walked out of the appointment and called the specialists attached to the emergency vet. They told me that it's completely unnecessary to do sedation and completely change the splint. They told me they typically rewrap splinted legs for $60. Banfield wanted to charge almost 2000% more. They told me that it was entirely possible to do an x-ray without even changing the wrap. Their x-ray cost $300. Banfield just figured out that I was worried and wanted to take advantage of me, and I'm really upset about it. I don't think I'll ever go back.

    Seriously the worst place you can take your pet. Sadly first time pet parents get sucked into their yearly plans. I’m sure they will pay google to delete this. But if your by the grace of God seeing this do not ever take your hard earned money there!

    Love, love, love Banfield hospital! They are the best! Highly recommend! Brought my Moose in, and I can't say enough about the quality of care he received. Staff is helpful and friendly!

    I loved how they took care of Keisha quickly and professionally. Keisha loved them immensely. She didn't even feel any of the shots she had to get. So they get 5 stars from Keisha as well.

    I took my animals to this Banfield as an alternative to Stephanie's location and was pleasantly surprised. The wait was lengthier than usual when compared to the Stephanie location, but this was probably because only one person checked you in. Dr. Paulino was great, as always. I wanted to see him since our animals have seen him for several years. Overall, the experience was decent. I wish that we were able to check in faster.

    I just had to put my little Angel Chijuajua who was 19 years old down.Banfield staff (all of them),made me feel like FAMILY.     At this location my beloved pet is treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. The staff is empathetic and trustworthy. The care my pet and I get there keep us coming back for all our vet needs. Dr. Roach is the best!

    Unethical. Suspect my dog has worms. Asked to do a fecal matter test and Dr Sharpe refused without adding on other services even though Echo is not showing any signs of illness. Just blatant with it. Don’t worry Echo I’ll find you a vet that cares more about dogs than dollars
