Who ever they have answering the phones all are beyond unprofessional and sarcastic! Doctors are inexperienced and there is a lack of communication between them. They will schedule many unnecessary appointments just to milk your insurance. Doctors don’t know how to put in blood work orders so **BEWARE ** I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE *** YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT GO ELSEWHERE WITH A DOCTOR THAT KNOWS WHAT HES DOING!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED⚠️

After an emergency room visit I was told to contact my regular doctor. Since I'm new to Las Vegas I didn't have one, so I was directed to call Mountain View Medical Associates. I called and left a message, and was eventually called back and given an appointment with Dr. Manov. The day of the appointment, however, Dr. Manov was not available and I was seen by Dr. Park instead. The visit went well, but I was between jobs and couldn't do the tests until I was on my new insurance. When I got my new insurance I called the office to see if they accepted my new insurance. They did not answer and I left another message. This message was never responded to. Since then, the issue that sent me to the ER has crept back into my life and I've had two major relapses. Both of these times I called, and again there was no answer. Both times, the message was never responded to. This office may have the greatest doctors in the universe, but because they have the laziest nurse in the universe answering their phones, good luck seeing them. Hey, if you're dead, she doesn't have to call you back ever!

I Love Dr Choa and his Supervisor I think his name is Dr Hossein, All of the staff are kind in nature and listen well when you speak with them. wait times are 10 +/- Minn that's awesome! The Dr.s and staff take the time you need them to take with you. You can tell that patient care is at the forefront of this organization. The only issue i have is the phone system needs to be upgraded so you can at least leave messages for a call back. Its hit and miss for patients and pharmacy requesting refills. Please fix this. I'm still giving 5 Stars for patient satisfaction. And at the time i wrote this i gave them a call and it went to voice mail. Yay! :) Revised 2023.. hard to get a hold of anybody anymore they don't answer their phones they don't return calls when you leave a message on the answer machine it's very difficult to stay with this practice I'll be moving on now.

I have been calling the number on the website for over a week to try and schedule an appointment for my husband. I have also left a message as the recording suggests and still nothing. wondering if the office is still open? No one answers or responds!

Dr.Kaufman was attentive to detail, I see him again on the 21st. But overall I've seen 3 different doctors. It would be nice to see one consistently. I will follow up with the office for further details. The front desk man is very nice and kind. Dr.Hossein was but he doesn't seem to see patients. You definitely don't get a warm fuzzy feel from these Doctors.

It's near impossible to reach anyone on the phone or get a return phone call. While I understand it is a teaching office for residents, the fact that you see a different dr. each time is not ideal. My resident was a woman, I forgot her name. But when I disclosed how much I smoked at the time, she sarcastically chuckled and pointed out my high blood pressure as well. As if I didn't know that the combination is bad! Which is why I was requesting Chantix to aid in my cessation. 🙄 Overall I just wasn't happy with my experience with the clinical staff. The black guy at the front desk - Is absolutely amazing and actually calls you back! ( I hate that I forgot his name) And there were 2 MAs that were pleasant. One girl was the employee of the month and I recognized her from her picture up in the office- she was super pleasant in passing.

This review is for the clinic This place is terrible on booking appointments. They have an automated system that tells you to leave a message and call back number but never return your call. You almost have to go there personally to book an appointment because they never pick up the phone when you call. EVER!!! So disappointed!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They never return calls - EVER! My mom is elderly and has oxygen needs… you should be ashamed of yourselves that you don’t call back so that I can get her in to see a doctor. Which by the way, when I helped her join this office, we had no idea that she wouldn’t have a steady doctor to see. Just parading a never ending line of student doctors. This is the worst medical group. We are going elsewhere.

This is a very good hospital. I didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor. They took care of my needs. Took time to explain everything to me. I recommend this hospital to everyone.

Went for a simple physical and blood work, ended up being charged for an "specialist" visit when I was being seen by students , working under the name of Dr Andrey Manov. Quest received wrong coding causing my insurance to refuse to pay , and paid twice my co-pay per visit and 35 bucks per each student that saw me. I can only imagine those people who just pay and don't call to see where are those numbers coming from. Careful when the bills start to pour at your mailbox. Read closely.

I needed to take my elderly mother to get checked for a UTI. Dr Baig greeted us with pleasant enthusiasm and professionalism. She took the “time” to ask us questions, my Mom has dementia, to properly assess the current mental capacity of my Mom. I emphasize time because i cant remember the last time a Dr. appt gave us this gift. To properly and clearly diagnose a patient a thorough examination MUST take place. She and Dr. Andre Manov decided upon adding some new medication that might help my Moms memory function. I highly recommend this office. There is a saying that states, 2 heads are better than 1. This program delivers a thorough assessment. Even checking out, Frank went the extra mile and took the time to copy some extra paperwork and book our next appt. my ONLY recommendation to you is when you exit the elevators on the 3rd floor, turn around as the office is behind the elevator hallway. Ok, another great review because this time I went to the Physical Physician. Dr. DeAndrea and Dr Lee gave me exceptional care. I came with shoulder problem and they were very thorough in their exam. Both asking questions and physically testing my shoulder to properly diagnose the problem. I am so pleased to have found a medical doctor that takes the time to give the best medical prognosis. Frank at the front desk is always efficient and friendly.

This was the first visit with the Mt. View Med. Assoc. I did fine them very good and want to help find out what is causing your problem. They take their time going over everything and you don't feel rushed. I do recommend them.

I was squeezed in at the last minute and front office staff were polite and helpful. I saw Dr. Akhondi and my experience was awesome....very thorough. First I was assessed by a resident and I appreciated that he took his time and didn't make me feel that my appointment was rushed, and then Dr. Akhondi came in to examine me and speak with me. He was so engaging and he's a great listener. He didn't try to diminish my concerns or make light of them. I had a great experience. My husband and I will be changing our PCP designation to Dr. Akhondi.

Was treated like I was a drug user after they administered morphine into my system in the ER. I have never before used any kind of opiate until I entered the emergency room on Friday May 12th 2023 and that's when they administered it into my arm through an IV now a few days go by it's may 14th, and I'm upstairs and I asked what's the diagnosis and they said that it's possibly drug withdrawals from opiates and I I became very upset due to the fact that I don't use opiates on a regular basis or outside of this hospital this hospital mountain view is the one that administered morphing to me on Friday May 12th 2023...

I'm really seriously the honest truth!. I'm really seriously scared to go to the emergency room at Mountain View. Before the staff were great!. Now!. They are getting trouble. I had a male nurse he was trouble serving and not giving any information until the last minute. Two years ago staying in Mountain View were totally great!. I three great male nurse and all female nurse were 100% great 👍in the ICU!. When, I were up graded my recovery that? When the service went to HELL! I had a male nurse who show that? He didn't care about healthcare! He told me if, I needed help to push the button. While! I needed help! I had chest pains and no one showed up until seven hours before the check of shift. Then he ask if I needed anything? Yeah!. Seven hours ago I really seriously needed help!. Like they all say that? Whenever you go to the hospital and ever stay!. You never come out from there!. Please the hospital don't want to hear any complaint

They are very busy and personal touch has been missing. The residents don’t even really provide a complete physical exam, they are afraid to touch you ( can’t blame them due to Covid) . The doctor wa suppose to order a Covid test and they forgot it for my husband. The clerical people try to help for they seemed very overwhelmed with other patients. Not going back!

The wait time is HORRIBLE. No matter if I have a morning or afternoon appointment... I am guaranteed to be waiting at least 55 mins to see the doc. Then I review my EOB and it states "Complex Office Visit 60+ minutes" .... Pretty sure that is insurance fraud because I was WAITING 60 minutes...BEFORE a doc has even seen me. Today my appointment: 1030 Checked in: 1017 Current time w/o seeing the doc: 1122 .

Wait time is always long. have never had a wait time under 30 minutes. It is usually 45 min. to an hour before we actually see a Doctor. This time we were first seen by a student Dr. Had to tell him the patients medical history. He then examined the patient. After he left we were seen by the student and the "resident dr." and had to repeat the history again for him. The student Dr. and the resident dr. left then came back after about 10 minutes with the Doctor. He proceeded to exam the patient. He ended up bending the patient's knee too far which caused alot of pain. Patients knee swelled up next day and had to be iced and had to take otc medication for relief. We were there for 1 1/2 hours. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else! I would not recommend.

It was interesting (and good!) to hear (*new information) that we no longer “need” to take the baby aspirin because its no longer “necessary”!♥️ As a patient, love that MMA doctors work as a team here . . .

I have just moved here and was looking for a new doctor. I went to a couple of other clinics in the area and was truly disappointed in the uncaring attitude of the staff and medical staff I encountered. But I found this place and was so impressed and grateful to find caring competent staff and a group of doctors that really took the time and addressed all of my needs. The initial visit was so different than what I had experienced the other 2 times, it gave me hope in the medical profession again. Thank you Mountain View Medical for what you do to ensure your patients are well taken care of!!!!

I just want to praise Dr. Andre E. Manov and Dr. Nhink Egbert for their excellent medical skills. They have always helped me. Also a shout out to their support staff -- especially Frank.

I want to start off by saying the whole office is amazing. From the front desk to the back office to the manager. They are always for friendly and extremely helpful. The doctors are equally helpful, they are kind and widely knowledgeable. The doctors always listen to my problems and seamlessly to come up with the best treatment plan for me. They also make sure to explain everything thoroughly and always ask if there is anything else they can help me with. My last visit a student doctor Brandon Gieler accompanied the provider I was seeing that day. His insight made me feel as though I was speaking with a doctor with at least 10 years experience. His compassion made me feel understood. I hope they keep him as a resident doctor for next year. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and rate it a 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience! The front desk staff were efficient and greeted me with a smile. I interacted with four different doctors, nurses, or students, and they all treated me with professionalism and warmth. They were very thorough, and I could tell they cared for my well-being. I have a follow up appointment, and I'm looking forward to it!
