I came to this location because it was advertised (on the carenow website) as a low wait time. After arriving I didn't leave until 3 hours later. I signed up to get a text notification when it's my turn to head over there. I suppose the website thinks 3 hours ahead is a reasonable wait. My throat is killing me and I'm in pain and because I waited there so long I can't pick up my prescriptions.

Although one cannot make an appointment, it was very easy to register as a walk-in. There was only one other family there at about 12:38 pm. I filled out some paperwork and within minutes I got called in to the office. Assistant took my pulse, blood pressure and temperature and asked me why I came in. Within minutes after answering a few questions, the doctor came in with a solution and I was out of there within 10 minutes with 2 prescriptions. By the time I got to the pharmacy (about 10 minutes later) my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I was impressed! Thank you CareNow Urgent Care!

This is my daughter’s first visit here as I have been to this location once prior. I loved the nursing staff and the doctors the last time as well as at this visit. They treated my daughter with kindness. I will note that my experiences with the front staff at both visits are more just business (not welcoming/not friendly) but I can understand that a lot of companies don’t strive to hire friendly personnel but the job gets done. They however were knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location at a time when urgent care is needed!!!

I needed a Rapid Covid test. The team was able to get me an appointment and were transparent about the wait time. I was able to wait in the comfort of my home and received a text when I was next in line. I returned and waited 2 minutes to be called back. The Staff was friendly, efficient and made me feel comfortable. Thank you CareNow!!!

I scheduled my appointment online before the clinic opened at 8am. I received a text message about 8:11am, to go to the clinic. I was suprised to get an appointment so soon, and very grateful. The medical assistant and doctor are very nice. They took their time and talked to me without judgment which I really appreciated because I really do have pain on my left side. I strained my muscles and it may not look as if I did. Thank you both for treating me with kindness and respect.

Okay I must say, I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really felt like they went above and beyond to help me out (not to mention the other people who were in the waiting room). They were very friendly and professional and greeted everyone with a smile. They checked on everyone often to see if we needed water or anything else. My MA was Catherine and the doctor was Connie who were also very kind and made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area for quick, friendly, and professional service.

Came in after being seen on January 2nd for having bronchitis. This time I had developed a sinus infection. I was seen in a reasonably short amount of time and was even assisted in how to check in in online by front desk clerk. Very friendly staff and front desk personnel was very helpful. The doctor I seen was absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful and accommodating. My overall experience here was extremely positive.

The employees were amazing, from the NP, front office to the back office, and including the x-ray tech! My x-ray tech was very caring, concerned, and careful while he was handling my foot!!! I must say that all parties were great in my treatment. I have only visited two of their locations, and so far, this location is the best! Great team work. Although, I have to inform a staff member to educate her co-worker about the Privacy Act Rule. Staff must be mindful that patients are entitled to have privacy! No staff member should speak that loudly, informing a crowd the type of insurance a person has. I didn't need to hear that. Let's be respectful! Learn and grow together. Thanks for taking care of me! My husband and I were scrambling to get an antigen rapid test. On a Sunday. For a cruise the next day. I’ll totally own it. It was my fault. I misunderstood all these ridiculous travel requirements. Regardless, Nina, at the front desk, and Cassie, who administered the test, were both incredibly quick, efficient, and extremely kind. We weren’t intending to go to that location, but I’m so glad we did. Excellent service, all around, ladies!

I am not one who gets sick often; grateful to God for that. I must admit I was surprised by the service, cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. I thought I'd be met with rudeness of people who were over worked and perhaps under paid. Whatever that staffs situation, I experienced courtesy, professionalism, and genuine personal concern from the front desk to the Dr. They were very good at what they do. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. Yes that matters to me cause it's what I do (decorate). So I tried to find the pics online. Lol. I hope to not need the service anymore, but if I do I would not hesitate to return to this facility. I don't live here but my mom does so it's where I will be referring her.

I went to CareNow at 8:30am and was out by 10:15am. I like that I was able to get in and out quickly. The only thing that bothers me is that the receptionist always mentions that there is a 2 hour wait and there are only 4 people in the waiting room. I feel like it's a deterent to have you leave. I can appreciate that they're giving me a heads up, but I think most people go in because they need to be seen. Overall, my visit was good. Doctor was very nice. Recommendation: Instead of saying it's a 2 hour wait, perhaps state....your visit may take 2 hours or more.

The staff was very friendly and they made attended to me in a timely manner even though I was a walk in. They sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy right away and I was able to get my medicine as I was on my way home. 10/10 would recommend this urgent care and I have been going here for quite some time. I don’t go anywhere else but here.

I went to Ann & Simmons to get a drug test for my new job. And the lady at the front desk was so nice, she told me the wait time which was better than the other two places I was at. The waiting room was clean and positive environment very homey and inviting The lab tech was very nice considering how short staffed because of Covid-19 They were. It was a very positive Experience I will go there if I need anything else.the people there need some recognizing for how hard the are Working.

I registered online for an 11:00am appointment. They texted me at 12:04 to come in. I arrived at 12:15 pm. After my arrival i waited 45 extra min in my car. I went inside to complain about the wait time. They told me to come inside cause I was next. It was then 1:25 and I was still sitting in the main seated area waiting to be called in. Why text me to say come in and then have me waiting for an extra 1:10 hrs. After all that wait I had to cancel my appointment cause I had to go to work at 3 pm. If I'm home and I see time is running short i would have cancelled from home, no harm done.

I was in so much pain. They had me in and out in about 45 minutes. The nurse was super attentive and actively listening to what was wrong with me. Then the Dr shocked me by actually listening to me and didn't talk down to me. She was awesome! I got my diagnoses and my prescriptions sent off. I'll be using them again.

I have never had such a good hospital experience. Everyone in there was so kind, so patient, so understanding. I have anxiety and they made sure to really comfort me the whole way and explain what was going on. There’s a woman with an accent and big 70s style hair that now owns my heart. She was so fun and kind the whole exam. From the woman who checked me in to the other woman that got me in the room to the last doctor and the woman who checked me out - just wow. Impeccable service.

Went to Craig & Clayton before coming to Ann & Simmons urgent care and was told I was better off stopping by tomorrow morning. I came to Ann & Simmons where my son was seen within 15 mins of checking in, & Cassie was the best! Totally had my son feeling comfortable and was so friendly & very patient explaining every step to the both of us! Definitely will come back to this location if I ever have to! Thank you Cassie!

The front desk staff were FriendlyThe location was very clean and cared for. My husband and I were both seen at the same time as we were both ill with the same symptoms. Natalie was our doctors assistant, she was in charge of taking care of all our patient information, our symptoms, reasons for our appointment and all of our vital information such as temperature, allergies, she was also in charge of taking all of the tests we had performed on both of us. We had several tests for flu/Covid/strep etc. Natalie made our visit as pain free as possible. Natalie was very knowledgeable, professional, she had a great personality, she made us feel comfortable even when we were not feeling well. She checked on us after we were seen by the doctor and made sure to tell us to have a great rest of the day. I will definitely return to this location in the future. I highly recommend Natalie, the front desk staff and CareNow Urgent Care on Ann Rd in North Las Vegas

My daughter wasn't feeling well on our vacation & other Urgent Care locations had a 3+ hour wait or high upfront service charge. When we got to this location, there was no wait, they took her as walk-in no appointment needed and made sure she submitted all of her insurance information correctly. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly & professional.

Amazing customer service. The ladies in the front were very kind and helpful. Christopher A., Lyndon S. And Maurice were amazing. They explained everything to us and went above and beyond. Maurice ran to another clinic to get tests as they ran out so that we didn’t have to come back. Excellent service.

The office was super welcoming and clean. The front office person Giselle was amazing and friendly. She answered all my questions no problem. The medical assistants Jessica, Catherine and Holly were amazing and helpful as well. Lastly Dr. Khani was super nice, listened to all my concerns and had a great bed side manner. I will be going here for now on!

Dr. Khani and Natalie were absolutely fantastic. They took their time to listen to my concerns and ensure a proper diagnosis, treatments, and future preventative measures. I had been to another location and dismissed, so it meant a lot that Dr. Khani didn't rush me out the door! The clinic was clean and once I got the text to come in, I was seen immediately. I will definitely be back!

This office is amazing me and my son went for a boil and a sprang ankle. Our nurse Denise was amazing along with the physician David. Both were very kind, showed empathy and they both were very patient. We have been in Vegas for 5 years and this is our first time going to urgent care and it was a great experience. We were able to check in online and wait at home until we were next up for a room. Every single staff member was nice they all were amazing. If you go here ask for Denise (nurse) David (physician). I’m sure the other nurse’s and physician are great but these two were amazing. So happy we came here

I was very pleased with the service I received today. I was seen quickly and the staff was very pleasant and professional. Shout out to Kristine for having such a great sense of humor. I forgot the receptionist’s name she was very helpful as well. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

I've come to this location multiple times. Each time I've come it is always clean and offers great service. I happened to take my son here a few days ago because we couldn't get into his PCP. The staff and provider on duty were great! They were super friendly and helpful and made my son feel heard. Thank you to Lisa, Natalie and Dr. Gramyk. I love that CareNow has a web check-in, so that you aren't sitting in the waiting room for too long; instead, you get a text to start heading over because they will be ready for you shortly. Makes the visit that much more convenient.

Very professional and friendly, intake was effortless even though I didn’t have all my medical information due to me being brand new to this state, they made it happen. The nurse was pleasant and comforting, and the doctor was as great at his staff. Overall I left out feeling much better and knowing what to do next. Job well done…….

Had a great experience here. I was able to save my spot on the online waitlist at home. It was super easy. Once I arrived it took about 10 minutes to get into a room. I did make sure to call ahead since I was running late. Catherine took such good care of me. She helped me by flushing out my ear because both sides were full of nasty old wax that had been bothering me for days! She was gentle and very caring about the whole process. Thank you so much to everyone at CareNow urgent care. I really appreciate the help provided to me.

The front desk at Care Now Urgent Care on Ann and Simmons they were very pleasant and helpful. Medical assistance Denise and Natalie were very great with my daughter because she is mentally challenged, special needs. They were very patient with her cuz my daughter her talking is very hard to understand her so they took the time and listen to her carefully while she told them what was hurting her. Dr David Budge had run a few tests on my daughter, he also was very patient with my daughter and trying to understand her . Dr David Budge is very nice and he is very thorough and checking her out and listening to her explain her pains, he made her feel very. He took his time checked her out ran another test and he came back with the results very quick. Dr Budge said if she wasn't better in a couple days to bring her back. A week later my daughter was still not feeling good I brought her back and once again it was very pleasant atmosphere.l saw Dr.Budge again he ran another test on my daughter just to make sure she didn't have it did a throat swab and diagnosed her with respiratory infection so he gave me some medicine for that and it he was just a very good doctor very accurate I really like them he's so nice and he took time with my daughter and trying to understand her, that's what I really like that he was listening to her, as well as the medical assistance they were very good with my daughter, everyone there was very nice and thorough in taking care of my daughter. Thank you for having patience with my daughter and treating her well! I recommend this facility clean the staff is very nice the best part is the book your appointment online and they text you when they're ready to see you, and I just live up the street so I got to stay home and drive there when they text me.

Waited at home until they called me to come in. There was 5 people in the waiting room but they were quick. I was in a room in 10 minutes. The physicians assistant came in a few minutes after my vitals were taken. She checked me out and did a Covid, flu and strep throat test. Results were in in about 15 - 20 minutes. The P.A.came back in and told me they all were negative. She gave me a printout of things they suggest to get rid of the mucous and went over it with me. I was out in under 5o minutes. Everybody was efficient and friendly.

Staff is friendly and professional. They took care of me without having to wait for long hours. So much more affordable (and less scary) than the ER. I’m sure the staff deals with all sorts of unpleasantries all day, yet they all managed to great and treat me with a smile even at the end of their work day. Much appreciated! This was probably the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I did a web check-in. Still had to wait a good 45 minutes before being seen. However it is better than waiting a couple of hours. The back office was great, the nurses and the doctor. The front desk girls weren't horrible, but they could use some customer service classes.

Fast, easy appointment through their website. Helps to get direct care either in person or virtual. I prefer in-person and can schedule and wait from the comfort of your home and they figure out timing of arriving for your appointment via location- geo location to make sure you get to appointment on time. Still have long wait in actual room so mornings may be faster.

This is a really great urgent care. The staff is amazing from the ladies at the front desk to the staff in the back. These people really want to help you with your problem. They're knowledgeable individuals who enjoy what they do. So I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area of it. Thank you care now. Keep up the good work.

The whole experience was very fast and friendly. Cassie was very helpful in doing my checkup. She was very friendly and made the process smooth and painless. Nate was also a great help. He was able to quickly access my situation and get me the medication needed. Overall a great experience!

I only waited about 5 minutes before being seen. The nurse that checked me in started the beginning of an entirely positive experience. The doctor came and checked on me prior to sending in my endearing x-ray tech. Once it was determined I definitely had a broken toe, Dr. McDreamy came back, numbed my toe, and set it into place. My visit was finished up by a friendly nurse that taped my toes and put my new fashion boot on. I highly recommend this facility. It was probably the best experience I've ever had in a medical facility.

I have been to the Ann and Simmons location a few times for either myself or our kiddos. Kristin and Quinn at the front desk were super nice. The medical assistant I had… I believe her name was Paradise, was the sweetest. She would kept saying “ God Bless”. I love that! My provider Janet(NP) was very nice and thorough. She took the time to talk to me and made me feel like I was being listened to. I will continue to go to this location.

Online checkin is a bit of a hassle thanks to Covid. One must get up at midnight to get logged in to the queue or no time will be available. That said, the online checkin makes it possible for the waiting area to be nearly empty thereby avoiding more germ exposure. I saw the MA Nathaniel, and while I had NO resolution to my health issue, Nathaniel did as thorough a job as possible with the Quick Care limitations & the staff were nice & efficient.

Very nice over the phone. Receptionist explained to me that I can register to be seen online and have my waiting time at home, to be called on. Got a text that they were ready to see me. 10 minutes later I was walking in the door. I only waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room before I was seen. Felt very comfortable with the nurse practitioner and the check-in receptionist and the nurses. From leaving my house to returning to my house was no more than an hour. Everyone seems very professional and very nice. I would come back here again for my quick care needs.

Mary E Brooks (patient) The receptionist/medical assistant; Nina is professional, welcoming and warm 😊 She asked how I was when I arrived, explained clearly the registration process and asked how I was when I was leaving. Thank you Nina for being compassionate. However the young lady assistant who escorted me into the exam room was difficult to hear, she was definitely following a script, showed little connection or compassion. The PA was ok.

Daughter woke up crying with arm pain. Wouldn't stop crying. Wanted to call to see if this is something an urgent care could treat but the phone rang and rang and no one picked up. My daughter was in so much pain, I didn't want to take her here without asking first because I took my one year old son here before after he fell off his bed and they turned us away. So, didn't want to go through that again. So, I ended up having to go to the emergency room instead. It ended up being a dislocated elbow which was an easy fix that I'm sure the urgent care could have helped with if they answered my call, but since they didn't, I will have a huge emergency room bill for something really easy to fix. I didn't know what it was that was making her cry, I just had to get her in fast to be seen. Can't sit around all day waiting for this place to answer the phone. So, them not doing their job cost me a lot of money.

I spent 13 hours there in which I was told that there would be a 4 hour wait and I couldn’t leave or I would lose my spot. They had me wait in my car and called me and said they were ready for me in which I waited an additional hour inside the facility. I was also asked if I wanted some cough syrup but was given a prescription for some pills not cough syrup.

I went down to get a covid test because I had been exposed. I waited in line out front until they opened once they began taking us in,I was seen quickly. All staff are friendly courteous and professional.

The wait time was a bit long for me, considering that I had a web check-in. I went online to use their web check-in option the night before. I was notified around 8:09 AM the next morning that they’re available to see me, but I was at work. Nonetheless, I raced to the clinic… arriving at 8:50 AM. But I didn't see a doctor until 10:15 AM. I came in with a rash and already knew the medication I needed to be prescribed. So other than the wait, I think it went pretty good. The nurse who assessed me before the doctor came was really nice, too! Sometimes a kind interaction can be the saving Grace for what could be a bad experience.

This is one of the worst ran medical facilities I have ever seen in my entire life 5 hours waiting and still have not seen the doctor. They also do not take the new medicaid or medicare provider is the automatic care provider Molina Healthcare which is the number one health care provider for medicaid in Clark County. I would not recommend this place for anyone 😒
