I
brought
my
frenchie
here
to
be
neutered
because
they
were
the
only
place
with
a
good
price
that
actually
did
surgery
on
french
bulldogs.
Drop
off
was
at
8am
and
I
was
checked
in
within
time.
I
had
to
fill
out
three
forms.
The
first
one
was
just
general
information
on
myself
(the
owner).
The
next
two
pages
were
yes
or
no
questions
about
additional
treatment
you
can
add
(for
additional
charges).
Since
I
was
already
there,
I
decided
to
get
my
puppy
a
wellness
check,
his
deworming,
etc..
I
gave
them
my
paperwork
and
they
called
my
puppy
into
a
room.
When
I
was
put
in
the
room,
I
was
told
the
vet
would
be
with
me
in
a
few
minutes.
I
think
I
waited
about
15
mins
before
someone
came
in.
I
don't
remember
who
they
were.
No
exam
was
done.
My
puppy
was
walking
around
the
whole
time.
She
just
asked
me
if
he
was
okay
&
if
he
was
hyper
active.
I
ended
up
paying
a
high
bill
because
of
all
the
additional
things
that
were
added.
I
mean
I
didn't
mind
it
if
it
ment
my
puppy
was
going
to
get
treated.
When
I
picked
him
up,
no
one
told
me
anything
about
how
his
teeth
were
or
his
ears
or
eyes.
I
assumed
that
if
no
one
told
me
about
it
the
day
of
treatment,
that
they
would
reach
out
via
phone.
I
was
wrong.
I
had
to
call
today
and
the
person
I
spoke
with
said
that
it
should
of
been
done
when
we
were
called
in
the
room.
I
told
her
it
was
not.
I
let
her
know
my
dog
has
redness
in
the
corner
of
his
eyes
and
she
said
she
can
schedule
an
appt
for
me.
I
would
assume
that
if
the
doctor
did
an
exam
on
my
dog
this
would
of
been
caught.
Why
schedule
me
for
another
appt
that
I
would
have
to
pay
for
when
I
paid
for
one
the
day
I
took
him?
It
just
doesn't
make
sense
to
me.
I
am
questioning
if
my
dog
was
really
examined.
The
girl
I
spoke
with
on
the
phone
states
that
she
will
have
the
doctor
call
me
tomorrow
when
she
goes
in
for
her
shift.
I
mean
the
staff
was
nice
when
I
took
him
in,
but
I
don't
plan
on
taking
him
back.
I'm
upset
that
I
payed
for
an
exam
that
I
am
questioning
if
was
even
done.
