Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
doctor
Jacqueline
Perez-Tselikis
was
very
negative
and
I
would
never
recommend
her
to
anyone.
Let
me
start
by
saying
that
we
arrived
on
time
for
our
appointment
and
were
finally
called
into
the
nurse's
office
about
half
an
hour
later.
Maybe
it's
a
strange
coincidence,
but
in
the
meantime
three
other
patients
who
showed
up
after
our
scheduled
appointment
were
served.
I
can't
say
a
bad
word
about
the
nurse,
she
behaved
appropriately,
explaining
all
the
procedures
performed
at
our
request.
The
stay
in
her
office
took
maybe
2
minutes,
after
which
we
were
ordered
to
go
to
the
doctor's
office.
We
also
waited
over
20
minutes
there.
When
the
doctor
finally
showed
up,
she
was
friendly
and
was
discussing
with
us
that
she
is
also
from
another
country.
As
soon
as
we
indicated
that
our
daughter
only
needed
to
receive
one
vaccine
set
that
day,
she
was
very
negative
to
us
going
forward.
We
tried
to
present
a
vaccination
calendar
in
accordance
with
one
of
the
European
countries
from
which
I
come
and
where
my
child's
first
vaccinations
were
carried
out,
which
was
slightly
different
from
the
one
recommended
in
the
USA
(including,
but
not
limited
to,
dates
of
subsequent
doses
of
vaccines
and
different
manufacturers).
We
explained
to
the
doctor
that
the
next
doses
of
the
remaining
vaccinations
will
be
given
at
a
different
time
in
my
country
of
origin,
because
the
vaccines
used
there
are
slightly
different
from
those
used
in
the
United
States,
for
example
in
the
number
of
doses
administered.
We
also
said
that
we
are
only
interested
in
the
vaccine
recommended
here
between
12
and
15
months
and
in
my
country
between
13
and
14
months
(our
child
is
14
months
old).
I
had
previously
reviewed
this
decision
with
my
attending
physician,
who
recommended
that,
if
possible,
the
vaccination
be
applied
with
the
same
drug
(manufacturer)
in
order
to
avoid
possible
complications.
The
doctor
conducting
the
visit
called
us
anti-vaccine
(which
didn't
make
any
sense
as
we
had
just
come
to
her
office
that
day
for
vaccination)
and
told
us
to
find
another
pediatrician
because
she
is
pro-vaccination
(which
didn't
matter
because
we
would
never
come
back
here
for
how
we
were
treated).
From
the
moment
we
refused
the
additional
vaccines
she
suggested,
she
treated
us
very
unkindly.
To
my
husband,
who
was
trying
to
calm
our
infant
during
the
examination,
who
was
terrified
from
crying
after
the
nurse
had
drawn
blood,
the
doctor
said
that
there
is
no
need
to
make
an
effort,
the
baby
will
cry
anyway.
I
have
never
been
treated
like
this
by
a
doctor
before.
I
understand
that
she
could
have
a
different
opinion
and
could
discuss
it
with
us
politely,
but
such
an
assessment
and
rude
approach
were
out
of
place.
We
had
with
us
a
translated
vaccination
calendar
from
my
country
and
one
from
the
CDC
in
the
US
to
show
which
vaccinations
our
child
had
already
received
(that
we
are
up
to
date,
only
some
vaccination
dates
differ
by
several
months
in
the
USA
and
Europe)
for
which
the
doctor
did
not
even
want
to
look.
It's
scary
that
a
pediatrician
-
a
doctor
for
children
is
such
an
unempathetic,
unprofessional
woman
who
puts
pride
and
some
incomprehensible
insult
above
the
child's
health.
Because
I
don't
think
that
vaccination
at
shorter
intervals
than
recommended
in
the
previous
country
where
the
vaccination
started
and
with
other
vaccines
than
the
child
received
previously
is
100%
safe.
Vaccination
calendars
were
created
for
a
reason
to
avoid
complications,
depending
on
the
drug
used
and
the
date
of
the
first
and
last
vaccination.
To
sum
up
briefly,
with
all
my
heart,
I
do
not
recommend
this
pediatrician!
It's
just
a
waste
of
time,
frustration,
and
stress
for
your
child.
