Completely unprofessional staff. I've been sent several bills that I was never made aware of during my several appointments here. They claimed that since I had no co-pay they "weren't allowed" to collect during appointments which is simply not true. They continuously spell my name wrong and send things to my old address even though I've informed them of both issues twice already. I've never even seen the physician there so who knows if he even exists? On top of all that, half their staff is so rude, doesn't return phone calls, and insist that everything is "company policy" which is customer service 101 not to say. Also, they sent me an email just now reminding me of "Flu Seasom"... yep... "Seasom".... bunch of geniuses over there -_-

The absolutely worst customer service I've ever spireas to my life. They actually don't care about the patient Whatsoever. Their EKG machine didn't even work correctly I had to hold the cord to make it work just for them to take a test night times to tell me that I have a bad heart beat. 1 Real hard to get to answer the telephone always have to leave a message with no call back. If you value your health you'll definitely find a different doctor to go to.

The past times I went I was never seen on time. They would put me in a room and I would sit there for about an hour until a doctor came in. Rachel stolley was my primary doctor there and she was great and nice! But, since she is gone. Definitely will find another doctor.

The worst doctors office the worse staff.. not very accommodating.. I’ve had asthma since I was 4 years old always used a daily inhaler and I’m being forced to come in to see the doctor just for my inhaler refill which I’ve been out of for a few days because there is no one to contact over the weekend for this. So now I have to go two more days struggling to breath just so a doctor can see me to write my prescription for ventolin. This is not a narcotic this is not a hard medication. It’s my daily medicine so I can breath.. this is outrageous.

Here for my appointment and these a sign on the door saying closed. They never called me to reschedule or to inform me they couldn't keep my appointment. What's funny is they would charge me if I had missed the appointment.

It takes entirely too long to be seen. I had an appt for a simple pap and it’s taking almost an hour and a half to be seen. The dr hasn’t even come in the room yet. It took the front desk 40+ minutes to even check me and and collect a co payment. I used to come here when dr Rachel was here but now that she’s gone I doubt that I’ll be returning. The staff was nice about it but for a simple exam it should take 1.5 hrs to complete. I originally set my appt up for during my hour lunch break. Thank god I rescheduled it to later because I’d be screwed.

I like going here but it is very annoying that i can never get a hold of the office anytime i call. I have brought this to the office attention and still nothing has changed :( . I hate that Dr. Rachelle Stolle has left the practice she was such a nice provider. Looks like i will be looking elsewhere for another PCP.

This location is extremely rude. The MA's there are extremely lazy and can't pick up a simple phone call or fax out a referral. Only rated this location 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without a rate.

I went today because I had an appointment regarding medication, and I arrived a little early. I sat in front of the office from 8:20 am to 9:45 am, waiting to be seen for my 9 am appointment in the heat. It was already 85° outside. The reason I was still outside at 9:45 am instead of going in when it was open at 8:30 is because THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED. There was NO "closed for the day/time" sign. There WERE cars out front. And there was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answering the phones. This caused issues and an episode and I had to go to the hospital because of it.

I would give a 0 star rating if i could. ! The front desk people are so disrespectful will put you on hold then hang up the and never get back to like if you don't know the answer then just say you don't know instead of hanging up the phone . Not everything has to be answered with an attitude !!
