I had an appointment at 1:15, was told to come in early, I came in early and the lady told me to come back, good thing I didn’t take uber, she didn’t even offer a seat so I thought we werent allowed to stay inside. Can you imagine if someone dont have a car and waited outside and pregnant? Ridiculous people. When its about time for my appointment I came in and some patient was sitting inside. I felt discriminated at that time. I asked the staff taking temp if we are allowed to wait inside, she said yes. This happened in W Post clinic. I dont know why people work and not happy with their job they should have just quit, no customer service.

Looking forward to my visit. Was not impressed with their phone system. Everytime I called, I got the answering service who took my message and I never received a call back. I was diligent and eventually got through. I even sent a fax requesting a call back. This rating is for their terrible phone system. I don't like that their three Southern Nevada offices have the same phone number. It is very difficult to get through but once you do, they are friendly. I hope they rectify this.

This place definitely shows that doctors can flaunt around their power whenever they’re upset because that’s pretty much what happened. I admitted myself to St. Rose Sienna hospital because my amniotic fluid was leaking at 26 weeks and Dr. Huang being my high risk doctor felt it was best for me to stay until I am term (34 weeks). Though many have done it before I explained to him and many of the other obgyns and nurses that I couldn’t do that due to being the only family my husband and three children have out here. While many of the nurses and other obgyns understood my situation. You can see Dr.Huangs attitude began to shift. It only got worse the moment I decided to refuse taking the two different insulins he prescribed overnight for my blood sugar. He must get paid for each injection because he started acting really funny after I questioned why I had to take two insulins daily (One five times a day and the second right before bed. All between 2-8 units). Other obgyns and nurses agreed it was a lot and that I didn’t need it if my sugars kept proving to be low and they did. One of his doctors even put the insulin on hold till further notice as she agreed that it wasn’t necessary at that moment. I kept requesting to have the baby checked via ultrasound (since that was the point of my need to stay) and he refused saying everything was fine. Note before I decided to leave by the fourth day I was not hooked up to IV, only being monitored twice a day for the baby’s heart rate and blood pressure, checked two hours after every meal for sugar levels, and given an oral antibiotic, prenatal, and a baby aspirin. So to me if Dr. Huang wasn’t going to check the baby other than by asking “How I feel” or if I felt any leaking everyday for the next 14 weeks, then it didn’t seem that serious for me to stay and once again many nurses and other obgyns agreed. I signed an AMA and just as the nurses and I expected, he called his office and told them to remove me as a patient going forward for all high risk pregnancy center locations. I’m never going to apologize for questioning and wanting to be knowledgeable about what’s being put into my body especially being a colored women. And legally if a doctor is refusing to service you they have to find you another doctor in said amount of time. Really sad being that I never had an issue with Dr.Huang before. But it’s clear you’re not allowed to question, or voice your opinion about your own body and baby.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. If you are 1 minute late they will not take you. The first time I came my appointment was @11am I came at exactly 11am and they still would not take me. Even after being polite and very calm. Than another women came in 5 minutes late they gladly took her. Nice building very clean and nice and that’s why I wanted to come here but I have never run my life been treated so poorly by medical professionals. The people here do not care about the situation your in or even that you’re pregnant. They are very rude short and fast they want you in and out. They won’t let you bring your kid but will let you bring your husband?

Dr. Pierce was very rude and unprofessional towards me & I had to tell her how unprofessional she was being. I was sent a referral over in April of the 23rd and my appt was June 10th. They wanted me to come back the next day I took off work for thr 10th. They had plenty of time to get everything situated & didn't! The Dr. attitude was the worst I every experienced. I'm not a kid but hard working grown woman who doesn't deserve to be talked down to and respected like anyone else & her vibes are very very negative that her energy had my stomach in pain for two. It took the second time for me to tell her to correct her tone with me she making me uncomfortable & that was my last warning I will speak to someone about her attitude towards me. She finally changed her tone. I don't know if it's because of my complexion but I told my doctor & they switched me! I do know my referring doctor didn't send over everything cause Dr. Pierce started telling me she have to go out of her way to find out my health record cause I didn't have all my paperwork sent over. Her office mispelled my name cause they couldn't pronounce it, "Synitha" .. They called & spelled it asCynthia & that isn't my name. She was very negative.

I just waited on hold for 20+ minutes then someone finally picked up and hung up on me. :/ hoping if I get an appointment due to my recurrent miscarriages, I receive better customer service than this. Update— on my second call, still in hold at another 20 mins in. I’ve requested appointments 2x online to avoid this but no one has called back yet. Update- finally got through and got an appt. Feeling hopeful. Will update later

I’ve been trying to make an appointment since this Monday. I’ve been calling and calling and no one picks up. I get placed on hold for so long that it goes to customer service and I still get no where. This is unacceptable considering this is my only referral option from my OBGYN. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Manager Angelina was rude and very unprofessional. She made me cry and was rude to my child and I’m already 8 months pregnant. She refused to give me service I believe she is racist

Had a terrible experience with multiple of their doctors, especially Dr. Giacobbe. They did not listen to my concerns and I was treated very poorly. They are also nearly impossible to get ahold of. They never answer their phones or call back when messages are left. Desert Perinatal Associates is a much better high risk pregnancy center in the Las Vegas area.

Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I have ever met! He is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Unlike other doctors, you can tell that he truly cares about his patients and he always takes the time to explain everything and to answer questions. He did my cerclage last year in November and thanks to that I was able to make it to 36 weeks and had a healthy baby. He was always available when I had questions and would always follow up on me because like I stated earlier he really cares for his patients. I rarely write reviews but this one I definitely feel like I needed to write to recommend Dr. Jackson to any mommy to be that might have a high risk pregnancy. The office personnel is also very proffesional and sweet. The MAs, sonographers, lab tech, monitoring staff and front desk staff were all great. I would definitely recommend this office and I would come back here in the future if needed.

First visit was today and it went great! Everyone was amazing and kind. I adore Dr. Jackson, he has a genuine soul and a peaceful presence about him. Ultrasound tech was super fun and made everything cool, calm and collect. My genetics specialist has the best vibe and she made me feel so good. She definitely is well educated, and flat out good at what she does. The lab lady was gentle and has the most patience that I have seen in a long time. She takes pride in what she does, and she was a bundle of joy to be around. Checkin and checkout was smooth and professional. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Giacobbe was the most compassionate doctor I saw during my high risk pregnancy. She explained everything in detail until we were comfortable with the information. We never felt rushed at appointments with her or her staff. It's because of her expertise that I was able to deliver my healthy baby

Dr. Kamyer is incredible! She is compassionate, kind and brilliant. Not only has she made my high risk pregnancy manageable and safe, she thoroughly explained my situation during each visit so that I could understand every step of the process clearly. She and her staff provided me with comfort and security during every visit. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and am very thankful to have been in such great hands.

I am thankful to the team and especially Dr. Kamyar for taking a second look at my ultrasound. My placenta was an interesting piece of work with Vasa Previa found at 32 weeks. I think if I wasn't monitored and hospitalized we may not have had our baby girl as I couldn't even feel my contractions. So thank you again.

I absolutely adore my team. I switched to this provider at 36 weeks, with multiple risk factors, in response to the recent attacks on women's healthcare. I no longer felt comfortable going to my previous OBGYN. Since my very first visit HRPC has made me feel so welcome and so cared for. Every person I've met has been incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone is passionate about their area of expertise and takes the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I can not thank them enough for providing me the care I need while putting my anxiety at ease.

I would like to thank Dr.Huang and his team. He delivered my 23 weeker in May of last year (2021) and helped me throughout my bed rest in the hospital at women's. I had an incompetent cervix and an amniocentesis procedure done by him. He also placed a cerclage on my cervix and ordered antibiotics due to PProm. My son is about to turn one year old and I am forever grateful for Dr.Huang' s knowledge and experience. Thank you!! Best Doctor ever!!

The people checking you in and out seem over it and going through the motions but the techs that do the ultrasounds are always friendly and helpful. I only come here because my primary Dr. Refered me but the Dr's here answer all my questions. My only negative is its super hard to get an appointment but I guess it's expected with a specialty clinic.

If you have to see a diabetic counselor, see Christina. I have seen everyone and she is by far the most compassionate and relatable. She really broke it down and made me feel confident that I can manage my sugars properly and I never felt talked down to, like in the past. DR. WOLD was great, no complaints there. The office staff was friendly and my appointments were always quick.

Even though it was so close to their lunch time when I arrived, (less than 3 minutes until they shut down), they weren't upset in the least and still made time for me to get my bloodwork. Miss Parker, their Phlebotomist, was extremely kind and gentle, and gave me one of the best blood drawing experiences I have ever had in my life. Even though they needed a full panel, I wasn't even bruised afterwards. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much!

I highly reccomend this office. My nurse practitioner Christina was amazing! I've never met someone so dedicated to their patients. I just can't say enough good things about her. Also Kennisha in the lab was great. I hate getting bloodwork done, but she made it so quick and painless. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be recommending this location to all my friends.

Dr. Iriye has been incredible throughout my difficult pregnancy. He is smart and reassuring. I also really like the staff here - the ultrasound tech’s are all very nice, I really love Ivy. I've been on hold trying to reach your office , for two days now. An hour and 1/2 yesterday when I was told I was caller 3 then got hung up on by the time I reached caller 1. I called back after waiting for an hour , then was still on hold for the additional 30 just for your office to send me to an automated voice system because now by this time it's 5pm. Had I been picked up instead of hung up on I would have an appointment by now. . I call today as soon as your office opens and I'm told I'm caller 1 but yet still waiting for almost an hour. Does anyone answer phones there ?? I just want to schedule an appointment to make sure my baby is okay. A referral was sent to your office on Friday, I don't understand how you can " high risk " someone but not help make an appointment.

Their phone system is impossible. I have spent about 10 hours total in two weeks trying to get a hold of any human and it does not happen. Twice I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then an automated message came up saying their office was closed (it was during business hours). The added stress of trying to contact them is enough to make me look elsewhere for care.

First appointment here today, felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Starting off with the front desk receptionist, medical assistant that vitaled me, all the way up to meeting the ultrasound technician. I was accompanied by my mom and my 2 year old toddler. (You’re allowed 2 guests and age limit was never specified) My toddler was being a little loud but regardless he wasn’t running around or touching anything. I didn’t appreciate the ultrasound techs response when I asked her “can they step out?” And she replied “Please” with an annoyed disturbed look on her face. I believe her name was Paula. Regardless of the situation and position you’re in, when you work in healthcare your bedside manner is what stands out the most. Wasn’t impressed by hers to be honest after that way she replied. Felt uncomfortable after, I didn’t even want to speak. I’m in healthcare myself and I would NEVER reply that way. A simple “yes” would’ve done it. Doctor was very informative when she came in. Have to follow up in one month but I will not take my toddler. Don’t want to feel that way again.

Posting this using a different name to stay anonymous. I would just like to say my experience. So far I have had 2 appointments here and I'm very pleased with the staff, counselor and my doctor. They have made me feel super comfortable on this surprise journey. My other OB doesn't have the same awesome technology for the ultrasound so in comparison it was such a beautiful experience getting to listen to my little peanut's heartbeat and seeing the baby up close at only 9 weeks! Me and my fiance were both so excited. Thank you High Chance Pregnancy for giving me this chance and making me feel very comfortable.
