Very shocked at how a few of these employees have no sense of professionalism. Especially the "lead tech". The most raunchy and despicable display of a supposably medical professional. They have shown how they've brought their street upbringings into the workplace. I've watched them even be rude and impatient with an elderly customer coming in for blood work. I am embarrassed for this location. Knowing the history of Quest Diagnostics and their great reputation, these few women are not suitable to represent this company. To future patients I would recommend to stay far away from this location at all costs.

You're able to make an appointment. If you should just show up, be prepared to wait. Longest wait time, I've had was over 2hrs. The techs are normally friendly. There's others, that are only there for a paycheck. Restrooms have been kept clean, during my visit. Its on Maryland Prkwy across the street from Smiths somewhat. Its in the McDonalds Parking lot.

The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking All of the staff were friendly and professional. I am here visiting a friend in vegas and thought I could have my lab done at this Quest Lab since I go to Quest in California. Turns out I have to go to Quest in California if I want my insurance to pay. They explained it really well and helped me with my main concern that I had so that I will be able to complete a certain test before I leave the country in a few days. People who work in labs during a Pandemic in my opinion are heroes. Thank you.

My son (18) & I arrive he checks in online & it states where he checked in at on his phone he can wait outside, in the car or the lobby. He chose to wait in the car, once it was time they alerted him & we walked inside, the receptionist took our tempatures & was called back by Latisha who was going to draw his blood. She proceeded to tell my son he needed to put a $250 deposit on file because his primary insurance doesn't pay 100% for labs & i said what about his secondary & she said we don't accept BCBS. She said there is a labcorp down the street, so we look online & labcorp says they're open till 3pm & they were closed. So my son said lets go back to quest as im not going to fast again, we go back to quest & the front receptionist greeted him kindly as she did earlier & asked what happen why we left earlier, he explained why we left & she said we do take both of your insurances. So much fuss could had been avoided if she had just double checked. Anyway all is good, he got the blood work done. Overall besides the insurance mistake by the plybotomist it was a great experience. (I only went with my son because he has never had his blood drawn before & wanted to ensure everything went smoothly as I worked in Healthcare for 10 years.

Very professional office staff and medical staff. I had a blood test at this Quest Diagnostics after worrying that a fall and cut on my knee that I had might be infected. They spoke to me and listened to my concerns before the blood test. Then they did the screening and happily, all turned out well.

Didn't have an appointment so I show up at 1045 when nobody is in the place , the earliest they'd let me schedule an appointment is 1130 . I waited all this time then 1130 rolls around and people start pouring in and I'm there an hour at this point and couldn't even get in and the customer service is god awful.

I made an appointment online for 10:15 this morning. When I arrived, there were several people outside waiting. I asked if they were waiting to get in, and they said yes. I waited, and waited. There was a security guard at the door, letting people out, but not in. I was never given information about checking in, and I was waiting outside well past my appointment time. Why make an appointment when they won't even let you into the building. Extremely poorly run lab, go somewhere else.

My experience with Quest Labs, so far, has always been good. The staff are professional and friendly. I go to the office on Maryland Parkway and I never have to wait long to be called and taken care of. I'm in and out, which I appreciate, while still feeling that they care about me personally as a client/patient.

I have been going to Quest for 12 years and my experienced is mixed. They have a high turn around of employees, so this makes the experience different almost every time I have gone. There is a mix of extremely rude employees with extremely pleasant ones. Yesterday I had the misfortune of dealing with a rude employee at check-in, but a very pleasant and nice Phlebotomist. Unfortunately, the Phlebotomist did NOT know what she was doing in terms of doing a blood draw, my arm now has bruises up and down it. This has never happened to me before with a blood draw (which I told her). I go to a location close to my home but after this experience, I'm going to try a different location and hope for the best.

Why can I get through on the phone to set up an appointment? The phone keeps ringing and then it hangs up!

Soooooo....the patient helped out more than the security guard. The receptionist has to be kin to someone at quest, there is no way quest hired her w No customer service, no empathy. She never looked up. Im so ready to get out of this establishment.

The best Quest lab on this side of town. Wait is usually about 2hrs if busy, not bad for Vegas.......everything's in Vegas is hurry up and Wait. I like that it's small, friendly staff, similar to the Warm Spring Quest. Small, quick and friendly staff.

😠 Ashley Smith is an incompetent and pathetic excuse for a doctor. Don't see her unless you want your time and money wasted and everything you say to be dismissed, and for her to claim to instantly know more than 10 years worth of specialist treating you. Worst doctor I've ever encountered and shouldn...

😠 They know you are at their mercy so they will treat you horribly because most people depend on them for quality of life. πŸ‘πŸ‘ This office is one of the best I have ever been to and I've seen a lot of doctors in Las Vegas. The front desk staff are very efficient and always eager to help in any way. 😠 If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit.
