Dr Forsese is the most unprofessional ob gyn I've ever encountered. The whole office is incompetent. Absolutely the most nonchalant practice and shouldn't be anywhere near pregnant women. My wife received subpar treatment. No confirmation of pregnancy was given. She was turned away for bloodwork that had nothing to do with the scheduled appointment. Non informative, very short, no compassion nor patient empathy. Honestly don't know how she's representing your overapl company in a pivotal field like ob gyn. You'd do well to replace her with someone that carea about their patients regardless of insurance types but as we all know that's not how it goes.

if you are looking for an organized, professional and attentive obgyn office, this is not it. i felt more like a number than a patient. they left me laying on the table half naked in a freezing cold room for almost 40 minutes and not once did anyone check on me to let me know I wasn't forgotten about. when the dr came in and saw I was upset, she asked why I didn't just put my clothes back on. I WAS INSTRUCTED 40 MINUTES AGO TO TAKE THEM OFF BECAUSE THE DR WOULD BE IN SHORTLY AFTER. also, when I asked about the lump in my breast, worried if it is cancer, she said it could be but I'd need to get my mammogram to find out. thanks for putting me at ease. she said it with a smile, almost like she knew her response would make me worry. "leadership response" already contacted me and it solved nothing. I can see by these reviews that terrible service will be an ongoing thing here and will never be solved. wish I would have looked here first before booking. I will not be going back to this facility ever again.

Overall the receptionist was fine but the doctor I had for my baby Sharon Froese was not she had smart remarks and comments about different times of me going to the ER. Not once has she ever did an ultrasound to check my baby or my baby heart beat she was supposed to send over a referral for me to schedule an ultrasound she didn't do that I wouldn't recommend Sharon Froese as your OB/GYN. I just switched doctors because of her

I have loved this doctor's office at different location but this one for the past few times I end up waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and in the doc room for over an hour. The Dr has been attentive when I say we are in a rush but when signing in the receptioist takes 30 mins with each person setting appts for 3-4 months in advanced so if I am on time I am still late for my appt. It is late into pregnancy so I find no point in switching doctors but this is getting ridiculous. I am still here an hour after my appt was scheduled waiting to be seen and people who arrived here at least a half hour after me have been sent back. This is not the first week this has happened and like I said ridiculous. Update: I have hesitated in saying anything but I almost lost my daughter due to the negligence of a doctor who worked here in 2017. I would be cautious going here.

Once we arrived I did not get a nice and professional greeting from Rocío (front if office)...I feel she needs to be retrain on her customer service skills. The only reason I gave this location a 3 star was because of the nurse and doctor, they were very concern and attentive to my condition. If it wasn't for them I would score thus location a 1 because of my initial greeting

Went to this center with stomach pain. Since it was Covid time I was scared to go to the doctors. But they are so clean and everything was sanitized. They called me in right away didn’t even have to wait. I explain to the doctor that I had some previous experience with ulcers and couldn’t sleep from the pain. That same day he sent me to make some test right away he send me some antibiotics and some pain medicine. I was better within two weeks of taking the medicine. I highly recommend this place and Doctor his name was Smith James H. Thank you for all your help and making me feel better.

Very horrible allied louis is very rude plus the staff talked to my 6 year old child like she was grown over a mask very unprofessional

Angela (who manages the front desk) was very sweet and informative! Reyna was the nurse who took me back and she too was super friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Froese who's very personable! I was very comfortable with her and she definitely knows what she's doing (she's been in practice for 30+ years). Overall, it was a smooth and painless experience -- I would definitely recommend this place to others :)

Had a great experience with this clinic. Went in to have a minor surgery procedure done. Went back a couple days later to follow up on my progress and make sure everything looked ok. They were happy to assist me even though they had not required a follow up. They reassured me that my concerns were normal and that everything was on progress to heal. The staff was fantastic, especially the doctors and their assistant. Front desk could have been a little more friendly but they were very professional and helpful nonetheless.
