DO
NOT
give
this
place
your
business!
The
owner
and
the
repair
technician
have
no
respect
for
customers.
I
was
treated
with
disdain
and
was
made
to
jump
through
unnecessary
hoops
to
get
my
scooter
repaired
under
warranty.
I
was
told,
flat
out
to
my
face,
that
it
was
because
I
didn't
buy
the
scooter
from
them.
The
needed
service
was
a
one
hour
repair
but
he
would
not
fix
it
while
I
waited.
I
was
made
to
leave
my
scooter
there
for
repair
while
they
either
ignored,
or
witnessed,
me
struggling
to
not
fall
as
I
made
my
way
out
to
the
paratransit
vehicle
for
my
ride
home.
During
the
three
hours
I
was
in
the
store
waiting
for
the
paratransit
ride
back
home
the
technician
was
doing
nothing
in
particular
and
was
chatting
with
the
ladies
who
run
the
medical
supplies
department,
as
well
as
audibly
chatting
it
up
with
another
lady
in
the
back
of
the
store.
Also,
during
the
three
hours
I
waited
for
my
ride
I
witnessed
interactions
and
overheard
conversations
that
made
me
realize
that
the
way
I
was
being
treated
had
nothing
to
do
with
me,
they
treat
everyone
poorly.
Total
lack
of
regard
for
customers,
outright
disrespect
and
lack
of
concern
for
people
who
are
already
feeling
"stuck"
due
to
medical
situations.
They
never
returned
calls,
or
emails.
I
could
go
on...
STAY
AWAY,
if
you
are
able.
