    I had no choice but to go to this store because of my insurance company. The insurance lady in the store starts off rude and argumentative. She then started swearing at me, threatening to take my brace back and then pushed me so I couldn't leave. I could not believe how horrible my experience was! To top it all off they gave me the wrong size brace and won't replace it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!

    Don't even try to order products online from them. It had been 2 months and no product. I did give them time but I was very patiently hoping that we would receive them. Made several email requests with no answer. Called several times before I finally got someone on the phone to cancel. I did get my refund, which is a great thing. Beware of ordering online with them.

    I have requested a refund 3 times since my order was out of stock permanently. It's been 2 months and still nothing has happened. The last time I called I was told my refund had been issued and I should have received a confirmation email. I told them I hadn't and after she looked into it apparently my refund didn't process. I was told they would issue my refund again but still nothing. They didn't catch when my order wasn't filled until I called, they didn't catch when my refund "failed to go through" and I really think they are either being lazy or they are crook's that have no intention to refund my money.

    The phone number doesn’t work. When I went to the business in person, I found out that it is closed after 26 years of business. There were two others that stopped by while I was there that didn’t know they had closed down. Please spread the word so that others do not go out of their way to a closed business.

    It is absolutely unprofessional not to have the correct hours of this medical supply company not to have the correct hours posted on their website or the answering service to the facility. After driving for over 45 minutes to get supplies for my friend and they are closed upon my arrival with a sign in the door reads closes at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Unless I have no other alternative I will never go into All things Medical again.

    I ordered from the website and never received the products even though they immediately withdrew the money from my account. I called the store only to find out that what I purchased was a bait and switch. They advertise a three pack case of diapers but you're really only getting one package for that price, and in the end you won't get any packages cuz they'll never arrive. I called and emailed left messages for the person in charge of online sales. Never got any response. 3 weeks later I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank.

    I called and asked for help, the girl told me I had to come in, it was 15 minutes until 5pm When I asked what time they closed she said 5pm knowing I wouldn't make it on time, the website said they close at 6pm. She sounded so lazy like she didn't want to help me. Next time don't lie about your hours. Poor customer service

    I would give a - 5 if I could been with you for 3 years never got good service some are rude been behind on my supplies 2 months so started ordering 2 months at a time place order 1 months ago no supplies went to office last week said you haven't got supplies in turn around and called today to find out your phone out order.will be coming into day have feeling your close down not cool if you are because you could have warned your parents please go anywhere but here

    I placed an order which I was charged for immediately. After 2 weeks I had not received that order so I called for clarification. They said there was some sort of oversight and they would send the order. 2 weeks later, still no product. Called again and was told the product was out of stock, so I asked for a refund and was told it would be 3 to 5 business days. A week later, no refund. Called again and was told I would have a refund and a confirmation email within 48 hours. Surprisingly, no refund again. I will now be reporting this company to the BBB, the insurance company and the credit card company. Seems to be a lot of fraud going on. Steer clear and take your business elsewhere.

    Purchased Fosfree supplement for my mother back in January. They promptly billed us and they have never shipped product. I have reached out twice by phone and once by email and I have not received a response yet. I would not buy anything from them.

    DO NOT give this place your business! The owner and the repair technician have no respect for customers. I was treated with disdain and was made to jump through unnecessary hoops to get my scooter repaired under warranty. I was told, flat out to my face, that it was because I didn't buy the scooter from them. The needed service was a one hour repair but he would not fix it while I waited. I was made to leave my scooter there for repair while they either ignored, or witnessed, me struggling to not fall as I made my way out to the paratransit vehicle for my ride home. During the three hours I was in the store waiting for the paratransit ride back home the technician was doing nothing in particular and was chatting with the ladies who run the medical supplies department, as well as audibly chatting it up with another lady in the back of the store. Also, during the three hours I waited for my ride I witnessed interactions and overheard conversations that made me realize that the way I was being treated had nothing to do with me, they treat everyone poorly. Total lack of regard for customers, outright disrespect and lack of concern for people who are already feeling "stuck" due to medical situations. They never returned calls, or emails. I could go on... STAY AWAY, if you are able.
