I’m never the type too write reviews, because I would never want someone to feel embarrassed like I did here. When I was a freshman girl, I always wanted to start MMA. So I ended up going here, and it was the worse experience ever. **When I first got my one on one lesson, the guy who was teaching me was super nice, said I had a good arm, and everything. I really enjoyed what he taught me, even though I was messing up he still tried to make me understand a lot in a little bit of time**Then I go into the actual class, everyone is at a different level, which makes no sense to me at all. The owner or whatever started calling out all this stuff, that I didn’t even understand cause it was my first day lol. Then he calls me out in front of the whole class, and like I didn’t know a single thing, so anyone in that situation would feel embarrassed obviously. Then when we go to do partner training he pairs me up with this 40 year old women who is slightly heavier, and who has a heavy Mexican accent. This women even told me herself that she has been going for how many years and has learned nothing, so obviously I felt slightly discouraged. And at this time I was bigger weight wise, and I’m Mexican so it made me feel like a loser, because I couldn’t even get paired with someone who could help me out.. so I lost my money and learned nothing. I’m a very strong girl mentally, physically, and I’m very respectful towards people who run a business. But like this place really disappointed me. I would give this place 0 stars:)

Joined OKG a little over a month ago and it’s been one of the best martial arts/fitness experiences I’ve ever had. I was welcomed in by everyone and made part of the OKG family from day one. Even without any prior Muay Thai experience, I’ve been coached and encouraged throughout each workout and training. Thanks, OKG! You definitely have my loyalty from here on out. 🤘🏻

My daughter has been doing Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu at One Kick's for almost two years now and I have been doing Muay Thai there for a little over a year. I can honestly say that this is the best gym to train at, and by all means it is not cardio kick boxing, you will train to fight even if you don't actually fight. Anthony, Pretty Boy, Joyce and Cisco are all awesome trainers and will take the time to help you with anything you are struggling with, they are also very encouraging and will push you to keep going. Master Nick is not only a beast of a fighter and trainer, he is also a mentor to the kids and adults alike, if my kid isn't listening or acting right or doing poorly at school, I just say "you want me to talk to Master Nick and have him talk to you" he cares and pushes the kids to be the best they can be, to have respect and honor and to keep their grades up. All the people who train there are awesome too, I truly feel like they are family. I highly suggest that if you are considering doing Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu or both that you come and check out this gym, you will not regret it!

One kicks gym has been training students in the art of Muay Thai since 1993. A gym that has been around that long, speaks for itself. They have been working day in and day out helping individuals be their absolute best, both physically and mentally. From personal experience, I started training at one kicks over 10 years ago. I took a hiatus. Coming back to the same gym I trained at many years ago, just felt right. They teach appropriate technique, conditioning, strength training, muscle memory, and Sparring (when you are ready). Each class is geared to help you with whatever your goals are in Muay Thai. You want to just train because you are out of shape? You want to be a professional fighter? You want more self confidence? One Kicks is the place for you. Each class is an absolute challenge, no matter how long you have been training. Trust me you won’t regret it. Try a 45 min one on one session. You’ll be exhausted, but hooked instantly. I honestly and whole heartedly love One Kicks gym and I know you will too.

This is a fabulous place for your kids to learn discipline and actually learn how to defend themselves for real this is not a fake karate place with pajamas and people screaming in fear. The friendships and bonding your children will make here will not only give them confidence in a world that is totally off-balance but the techniques learned are affective against anyone . learn the right way the first time. there is two legendary trainers in this club and a world-class boxing club and jujitsu. a MMA pro team . With contenders , no pretenders .
