Staffs never friendly to talk or sent email and never reply. The pool and hot tub dirty, they never check water look pictures I added here. When I asked manager, he says : we did. So DO NOT TRUST MANAGER SAY ANYTHING, he lies.

So let me start out by saying it's a bargain so beggera can't be choosers. This style gym in NY would probably be $100+ a month easy with all you get. If you have kids then know they have a great playroom. However you need to make reservations and they fill up very quick. Max is two hours which seems like enough. I only have two complaints. One is the attitudes of most the staff especially the front desk. I think the only person who smiled when I checked in or was happy looking was the assistant manager. The rest do NOT belong in the service industry. Front desk people GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONES. I actually saw one desk agent standing up with his head in his arms sleeping. No smiling or even a hello. Most of the juice bar people look like depressed. So that's going to be my first complaint because it's noticeable and I don't care if you were paying a dollar a month get some friendly people. My last and probably biggest complaint is the cleanliness. I don't know how to say this lightly but the place is disgusting. I don't know if they even clean this place. Just look around and there's stuff all over the walls, the locker room is disgusting, the floors, the juice bar sitting area, and the steam rooms. I just saw a Band-Aid in the exact same place that I saw over a week ago in the training room. That just tells me nobody pays attention. Planet fitness was cleaner and that's not saying a lot. Overall I think I can deal with it because they have the playroom and the team training room. However I wouldn't pay much more. I hope they can improve because it's really minor changes. Start getting new staff that actually have a personality and focus on the cleanliness.

After over a month still no response from corporate office for your company. I have expressed greatly my concern for my husband and our child both with heart conditions and the deadly risk it would be to continue going to the gym and have received no answer. But have very easily kept charging me for the bill and over charging me at that. I went to the gym today to talk to a manager and again he couldn't help me because its handled by corporate but he told me I was right about the overcharge. You would think a corporate company of your size would be concerned about human life especially now in these times but you are not at all and I am so very disappointed and will go to the fullest extent to make sure my family is taken care of even if I have to get a lawyer.

I have been a member there for well over 20 plus years. Have always enjoyed the facilities from the Sahara location, Eastern and now the Galleria one. The place is clean, well kept however very busy. Be ready to play musical chairs with equipment. That has never really been a huge problem as there are good machine options. Where my problem lies is in the aquatic area. Many people come into to the steam room in dirty shoes, stinky and dirty workout clothes, people shave in there which is a big problem and very unsanitary. The other major issue is that the steam room breaks down. Of coarse this is acceptable and happens. The problem is that they have no back up parts. It breaks, they shut it down for days/weeks and are at the mercy of parts ordered/replacements. You would think that they would have a better plan. A major part of my visit there is the Aquatic area. It’s a problem for me but probably not for many others as only a select group uses it. These folks need an action plan for equipment failure that does not take weeks. You will see this same issue with equipment upstairs. Yet they continue the same poor practice. People are very nice there, it is clean in the gym and I still make LVAC my choice but that may change soon.

This place is always crowded, equipment is never available and there is always creepy men that I am convinced go just to look at girls. I always feel super uncomfortable and would spend most of my time coming up with alternative workouts so I just stopped going. I asked a woman at the facility if I could cancel my membership and the worker was super rude and short about it but said I had to call the corporate office. I called the corporate office and basically there is no way to cancel your contract because cancelling your contract entails paying the remainder of your balance on top of a cancellation fee. Super predatory behavior on the companies end. I am fairly new to the area and signed a contract here because it was close to my house at the time but I wouldn't have if I knew they were so aggressive with enforcing their contract. I don't recommend signing a contract here and if you do, be sure you want to keep the contract because there is no way out.

Great gym. Came here for vacation and it was a good spot to get some lifts in. It was really clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking space but then again I was there at a time where you wouldn't expect too many people. The equipment looked new, and didn't seem worn down. They allowed me to pay for a week, which was nice. A lot of gyms don't allow this.

Reasonable pricing. Wayne below needs to chill out. I’m not working out with an oxygen inhibiting mask on. He needs to stay home if he has a problem with fictional pandemics.

The customer service has always been absolutely terrible and it’s actually getting worse. They don’t care about their customers. Go to 24 hour fitness is less expensive and all the benefits. LVAC is fine if you until you need something or help of any kind and then you will see how terrible they are. The gyms are overcrowded you have to wait for machines you can’t get into classes and the staff has TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Just don’t do it the other gyms in town treat people way better and are a better price with all the amenities.

I enjoy the gym, but I would not recommend the day care. The staff was unpleasant and certainly not welcoming. I feel that those working with children should be a more loving and kind. If it wasn't for the contract we would of left this gym already.

My mother has been a member for 15+ years. She had one guest pass and decided to bring me for her one guest pass used in more than a decade. Upon arriving I was given attitude for taking up valuable line space, told to stand to the corner in an annoyed tone and my associate was also immediately moody. I was asked if I had been to this gym which I have not and was given an eye roll when my account was brought up from the one visit I made across town in 2008…. 15 years prior. The attitude is ridiculous. I was forced to pay a fee for my visit. No lenience despite not going to a gym in more than a decade. The only reason I paid is because my poor mom was bullied into no choice. I volunteered because she was made to feel embarrassed by the employees I’d NEVER sign up for a place with rude, uncompromising employees and a negative work out space. All hopes of ever visiting these gyms again is gone. I’ll urge my mom to cancel. A YouTube workout class is free and won’t give you attitude.

I had called inquiring information on a membership that included the drop off childcare and was told that they would be accepting childcare again in two weeks. So I had gone in, spoke to the person who signed me up and he again clarified that I would be able to take my son in two weeks once the childcare opened again. Two weeks came and passed and I called to speak to someone asking again when it would be that child care would be open because I was informed it would which is why I decided to change my membership from Planet Fitness to LVAC. I was rudely greeted by a women on the phone notifying me that I need to call the health department to ask them? So being a non confrontational person I am, I let it go. Today I went in and asked if I could change my add one and just take them off since I was lied to, probably for the commission, and they told me that I would have to resign a contract. The contracts are outrageous there! I did not sign for 24+ months and decided to do month to month which required me to pay between 150-200$ start up. So then they told me that I would have to pay that AGAIN to be able to take something off my account that was placed there by a lying member of their team. Very displeased with this and especially with everything happening to the economy you would think that the person who signed my up wouldn’t be looking out to be selfish and trying to catch a commission but be a decent human to tell me the truth. I will be calling corporate to talk about the situation further but I feel others should know that they need to be careful when signing up to this gym and company.

The facility is nice and clean. But the corporate office doesn't really help at all. During the pandemic I needed to cancel my membership because my aunt who is high risk couldn't have the exposure so I couldn't not utilize the gym even after the soft reopen. They told me I had to provide a doctors not stating the high risk condition, which I did. Then they said, I would you have to be the one with the high risk, it doesn't count for those who live with me. As a compromise I ask if my account could be put on hold as Covid-19 made everything difficult and the extra expense wasn't helping and they wouldn't cancel my account. They agreed saying it would apply starting the following month which was August. I have been charged every month since that call. Again the Henderson gym is nice, clean, has a good amount of machines and great atmosphere. But once you since a contract not even a pandemic will get you help.

I joined in 2020 and this is my "home gym" for my membership. I like this facility slightly more than Green Valley location due to being larger and newer with more workout equipment and machines. The women's gym is great too. It''s by far the best value for a gym I have ever seen. Best decision ever. All of the classes are free and all of the ones I have tried are AMAZING....They also bring in a lot of community camaraderie and support local businesses. My daughter recently signed up for the playroom program so we upgraded the membership. It's worth it and she loves it. The only suggestion I have is please keep the playroom hours the same and do not cut them down during holiday time. Also there is one manager there who could be a little friendlier (not going to name names) but it's just one person that I felt could have been a bit more customer oriented when we had a request. Abel is a great supervisor (not sure his exact title) he helped me upgrade my membership and when I had a concern or questions he was so helpful and professional!! Made us feel taken care of. :) Anyway this gym is A1 ! Welcome to the best gym family !

I joined this membership years ago, and the service was good with numerous benefits. Recently, after a two-year gap, I revisited and approached the reception desk for a towel. However, the staff insisted on upfront payment, citing benefits I hadn’t selected. Had the interaction been more professional, I might have considered the offered promotions. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I’m hesitant to return. I reside in Summerlin and work at the Galleria Mall. Therefore, I’m contemplating returning to the Sahara location, where the treatment was better.

Very disappointed, We left EOS Fitness, thinking that LVAC would be a step up. We thought that the staff would be more professional. Unfortunately, it wasn't this visit, but at the Eastern location, one visit, my wife came with me, she walks with a cane, and a young female millennial was trying to hide herself laughing under her breath. Also, at Eastern, at our last visit, the women's showers weren't working. Finally, we can't believe that there are no doors on any of the showers, either men's or woman's. Needless to say, we will be moving on from LVAC.

I would strongly suggest you keep an eye on the front desk staff, especially Alihandra. I watched her act extremely bothered to even be there and she acted so rude/cold to a potential gym goer. Such a turnoff to see her there again today, so I plan to cancel my membership. I've read that many people have complained about her and the other front desk staff as a whole. They clearly have not rectified the problem, nor care to do so.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now, and I love it! It’s clean, the equipment is well kept, and has an amazing daycare! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it gets so busy! A lot of my time there is spent waiting around for machines, and sometimes I don’t get to finish my workout at all. Otherwise, LVAC has a bunch of great amenities and is a great workout environment! :)

Most horrifying experience with this club! Newcomers beware! They didn’t honor the contract when it says that if you move out of state you can cancel the contract! Money hungry club!!!! As you can see, in some reviews they don’t care about people and even worst , they don’t care about people that have been infected with COVID 19 and their cancellation fees not being waved!!! Is so sad and outrageous.

Sad I pay in full every year have my kids signed up paid in full. My son was told to wait to get his card . Because when we signed up the card holder was broke . Which was fine so he went in Monday waited no one could help him to busy . So I come with him Tuesday they said it would better for them if we worked out and come back later real good customers service been a member since 2000 think it's time to rethink that .

Love this place and all the staff except one girl who works up front, she is never nice and always has some kind of attitude or is in a mood. She should really be cautious when speaking about people who can lip read, really uncalled for... but other than that, I'd recommend this lvac to anyone. It's clean, and the members always seem to wipe down the equipment after they use it.

I wouldnt go to any other gym in Vegas. I been to eos, pf, fitness factory, and 24hr fitness nothing comes close to lvac. At $15 a month its the best gym with the most space, equipment, staff, cleanliness, and vibe. Best thing is there steam room and indoor track.

I have been a member of LVAC for about 10 years now. This is a decent gym. The cleanliness is overall good by gym standards. I do regularly see staff wiping down equipment, cleaning floors, changing mats in the pool area, etc. The equipment all seems to be in good condition and they do actual preventative maintenance on the equipment. There is also a good amount of equipment so it is not to bad getting on whatever equipment you want. Maybe with the exception of patrons doing curls in the squat rack. I have had little interaction with gym staff, but the limited interaction I have has was fine. The little cafe is convenient if you are looking for a quick healthy-ish snack. It is neither horrible nor amazing. It gets the job done. My only complaint is the patrons flexing in the locker room mirror and taking pictures right next to the no photos allowed sign as well as the super badass patrons that shadow box in the sauna while flinging their sweat on everyone. It would be nice if the staff would tell these patrons to act right or be 86ed.

The people who clean this gym do a hard job! They are always cleaning. However i called to add a card on file the DAY it was due because i changed bank accounts and they charged an nsf fee even when the payment i made was the day it was due. Like literally i paid it on the due date. Corporate wouldn’t waive the fee because it’s 2 months away from the year of my membership. Also the gym has alot of equipment but lacking in the QTY of the same equipment. I’m waiting all day for some of the machines because it’s toooo packed in there. Tooooo many people. Even when i show up late at night It’s crowded with people. So yes it’s clean. So shout out to the ladies i see cleaning it. But how can you charge me a fee when i am paying my bill ON the due date???? For a gym who has only two bicep curl machines two and two quad machines upstairs? Hello….I don’t do free weights maybe i should but for the amount of people who are paying to be in there you would think they could get more machines than that. And you can never use the free weights anyways cause there’s a flock of people there too SMH lol

I really love this place. Newest branch in the city. I live 2 blocks away, 5 minute drive. No complaints about their staff. Good amount of equipment. They don't bother you with a lot of sales talk (main reason why I couldn't force myself to go to the gym a few years ago). <3

I always have enjoyed the LVA club. The entire facility is always kept clean, equipment gets fixed and the staff is always pleasant and courteous. Special shout out to those that keep the changing, restroom and shower facilities clean. Its not something many talk about however we all appreciate the work you do for keeping a clean facility. Thank you.

I frequent this gym often, and they have everything at a really good price. The machines are great and spread throughout a spacious area on the 2nd level. The spa is also very convenient and clean, and very relaxing after a long day at work. Every now and then, I'll ride my bike here and there are accessible bike racks near the entry. I highly recommend this LVAC!

LOVE this gym!!!!!!! Very clean, open and Airy. Tons of wonderful classes to choose from. They have a separate area just for the ladies. The protein shakes are absolutely phenomenal. But for me personally the best part was taking Pilates with Judy. I have been working out for 30 years in all kinds of classes and she is hands down one of the best teachers I have ever had! She's got a great personality and her classes are not only fun but extremely informative and safe.

Great selection of workout machines. Lots of cardio equipment and a good assortment of free weights. There is child care on site. There are also classes, a pool, sauna, and steam room.

Today, I enjoyed a fun Aqua class. I must say this is the largest attendance that I have seen in a gym setting. It was a bit too deep for me, in the 4.5" section, I could only stand on my tiptoe. I am looking forward to the next class.

It’s been a yr since I been going to this gym when started I would give it 6 stars. But today if I can give it half stars I would the place became dirty and stinks. Seems like nothing gets clean with these virus going around. And the worst part of you are stuck in a contract that if you want to break you will still have for the remaining of the time. I will make sure to add photos as a follow up

I enjoy my workouts at the Las Vegas Athletic Club. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the gym never feels overly crowded, which helps me avoid any feelings of claustrophobia. I appreciate that the machines are typically in good working order, and the cleanliness of the facility is top-notch. The added bonus of an indoor track and sauna is fantastic, although I haven't had the chance to try out the pool yet. One aspect I particularly love is the dedicated women's section. It's great to have a space where I can focus on my workout without feeling overwhelmed by a bustling atmosphere. As someone who is on the go, I appreciate the gym's environment, as it allows me to concentrate on my fitness goals efficiently.

Great place to work out with tons of different types of exercise equipment. Then if you want to take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot tub that's a plus. Also good to hit up the sauna or steam room.

LVAC is My Gym and I really like it! Lots of equipment, Nice sized Pool and Jacuzzi, Sauna attached to Shower Room, Good sized Track, and have even put in some new equipment. Also, good variety at Snack Bar. However: Nobody monitors people who take selfies and photos in locker rooms or people who don't clean the machines after themselves. Plus, the Track needs to be cleaned more often especially around the wall edges, as well as, the Shower Stalls.

  • 5/5 Jim W. 1 year ago on Google
Super clean and great equipment. LVAC continues to grow and get better each time. The LVAC clubs are some of the cleanest I have ever been to. Their choice of equipment is top notch and the staff are always helpful.

I have been at this gym for a year now. It has weights, lap pool, whirlpool, sauna's, running area, juice bar, in classes. The fees are very reasonable especially for what you get. I highly recommend this place!

  • 4/5 Chris P. 1 year ago on Google
Gym is overall kept clean and equipment is kept in good shape. One thing that sucks is that if you’re a guy and on the base membership you don’t get access to some equipment such as kettlebells that only the women’s side of the gym has..

  • 3/5 Anthony G. 10 months ago on Google
The air flow isn't that great so even when the AC is on, it doesn't matter. Too many teens crowding on machines at any given time. Juice Bar is heavily overpriced, they increase everything by at least a dollar within a year, and they've done this at least 2 years in a row. But hey, at least the gym is clean.

cool place, a lot of perks for different tier memberships. smaller that what it looks from outside. floors are slippery, the material they used on the floor is laughable like you feel the designer never worked out or took advice to make this. and the grips on the machines feel bad. Rubbery and Loss of grip. i have some hardcore calluses on my hands and i hate the machine grips. its almost like a beginner gym honestly.

The gyms are very nice and clean. Worth the basic membership completely. But don't join for the extras. Their marketing team is headquartered in Hell. Don't plan on getting a free smoothie unless you walk there with the person signing your contract because you need to show them a copy that I didn't receive. I got my member card and a few free gym passes that staff will find any reason to reject unless the person you bring signs up right there and then. I've been turned around from every employee I've talked to because they must have a disclaimer statement a million pages long they don't show you. It's a 25 month long contract so if you are the type to quit, move, or have health problems.... Save the stress and plan on forfeiting the monthly cost until the end. Tldr: Great gym but don't fall for all the bells and whistles. The less you talk to the staff the happier you will be.

The Yoga for beginners was lovely. The instructions were quite clear. Some of the poses were difficult for me because I am heavier than most average humans. Corrina, the Yoga Instructor was able to help me alter some positions to suit my effort of stretching my inner core. Thank you for your help Corrina. You're doing a fantastic job.

🫤 Love this gym. There's no social distancing, lmao, whatsoever. Half the people inside don't wear a mask (even though it's a mandatory policy). No workout equipment is being wiped down. People are going to get sick. If you're serious about your health policies and aren't just opportunistic on people...

😠 My last few months here haven't been a experience worth writing home about. The management here lacks. There is a young manager here that is hardly qualified to do her job, She is rude and her appearance is not one that exemplifies what a gym can do for you. Choose a different gym. They serve candy...

😠 This gym is $179 per month. You would think at that price they would enforce their alleged "mask policy". Yet somehow you can walk around this entirely packed gym and half the people don't wear masks or use them as chin diapers. I have a daughter at home with an immune disorder; I am in the military...
