DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM unless you know for a fact that you can and are willing to pay for the next two years, even after moving out of state. When you try to sign up, they tell you that you can cancel with a $50 fee if you are able to provide proof that you will no longer be in the state. This is not true, do not believe it as calling the billing department, you will be told otherwise. Instead, they will give you an option to pay off pretty much the rest of the contract you have left or wait until the contract is done. Once the contract is done, you HAVE TO CANCEL IT STILL as it automatically renews with a monthly payment. But don't worry, this is all shown in the contract which is not spoken about when you are signing up. Make sure to FULLY READ the whole contract and know for a fact that you can and will be willing to pay for the next two years (and some if you do not cancel immediately) to not get scammed by this company like many others have.

Used to go there 10 yrs ago and came back just a few weeks ago. We usually go and lift at night when its not crowded. I also go during the day and sometimes train with Phil who is a good trainer and attend classes. Big space with pool, sauna, free wgts, track to warm up and lots of machines. Affordable membership

I’ve been a member since before this location opened and have been coming here since.. it’s convenient and offers a lot of variety for staying in shape. Sadly the cleanliness and sanitation have continued to decline.. specifically the pool and sauna area. Mold continues to grow in the sauna on the tile and under the benches. The white tile in the dry sauna has blood stains on it that have been there for months. (By the window)The smell is horrible and no one manages people continuing to enter with their shoes on and athletic attire. The water in the jacuzzi is often very dirty.. the water fountain also is unsanitary.. management has been informed numerous times. Yet rarely addressed. No one checks the pool area for cleanliness or following guidelines. It’s really sad to see as this used to be a great facility to go to. In my experience in business it doesn’t matter how old your facility is as long as your approach is “like new First class” sadly the management doesn’t really care or has low standards with regard to sanitation. I see the ads to recruit new members. I wonder if the attention is made to retaining current members.. the hope is at some point someone steps in to fix these items and bring it back to what it used to be.

A fiend of mine gave me this complimentary one day pass, and got some questions so I called. This guy (didn’t say his name), was very rude, inpatient, cut off when I was talking, asking questions, at all the time. He sounded like “why are you so idiot” attitude when people who are considering to join the gym where he gets his own salary from. When I go to a gym, I only want positive people for my time there, not negatives especially when I pay money. We were considering to go and maybe enroll, but hey, you lost your money because of this inpatient employee. It’s a gym, where you’ll need to feel better after the use, the attitude of employees is VERY important for me, and for all the customers.

It’s a cheap gym, got everything you need but don’t expect anything too nice. I love that they added the deadlift platforms but I don’t believe they have cleaned them since they put them in. I’ve spoken with the front desk 3 times bringing this to their attention. I’ve emailed and they person who responded made me feel this would be addressed. Here we are agin and the platform is gross and the mirror is so dirty with people’s sweat it’s foggy. They have people walking around cleaning but they only do the necessary.

I go there almost every day except for the weekends. I love the environment, I love the juice bar, and I love the women's gym. I have given a review before on another lvac which the service there is great too. The difference is this particular location, the staff are very neutral. Which I like that. I once did have a bad experience but I look at it as one bad situation is nothing compare to the other great times. I give this place of 5-star because they are clean, professional, and if you're there to work out, then you pick the right gym. Remember if the staff are serious, that's how they are. You're there to work out and make a change in your life style. We're not there to impress the staff. An advise for everybody who's thinking about signing up, this is a two-year contract so once you sign up you are dedicated to pay every month.. now remember, if you cancel the membership before that you do have to pay a fee so if you're dedicated to go to the gym at least 3 times a week for half an hour if not an hour, then this is a perfect gym for you. Don't forget to read the contract.!! I seen some really dumb reviews of people complaining of the contract and how they couldn't cancel it and how rude the staff was regarding canceling the contract. I understand why the staff get upset. They even tell you but some people don't take the time to listen or ask. They are not going to read every single page to you. And if you have any questions to know more, go to the website!!!

Considering this could be a really nice gym, it's not terrible, but it's just a gym - made less palatable by some of the patrons. The pool is okay, but people don't use it correctly. People have tried to hop into a split lane without going correct pace with another swimmer. No one respects the sauna rules. Floors are not as clean as they could be.

I came here because the gym looked like it had a lot to offer. If you’re looking for variety in your work outs don’t come to this place. I was so disappointed. The gym is wildly crowded, the machines are packed in tightly so you have no room to breathe, and the equipment is straight from the 80’s. The one seemingly redeemable quality is that they provide a women’s only room. Except you then enter to find a broom closet with the same problems as the rest of the gym: no room to breathe, old machines. They also have two mats (in terrible condition) for the entire women’s area. And there was a pile of old gum and sludge in the cup holder of the cardio machines. If you’re going to have a women’s only area at least try to give it them same care and attention as the rest of the gym.

Over the years this location has become increasingly dirtier and dirtier. Mildew in the showers and steam room, stalls and floors are rarely cleaned and you can see snot from 7 or 8 moths ago that's still there even though I brought it to the attention. Sauna needs a deep clean too. The cost of membership is fair, but concerned for hygiene at this location. For the price of advertising on the TV alone, this place should be cleaner. What do you think? I'm still going to go to the gym, but after attempts to provide feedback in person and over the phone, it's still gross. Usually, don't give bad feedback and will gladly change my review if the cleanliness is addressed. Maybe switch to an enzyme based cleaner like wash n walk or amazon commercial enzyme cleaner will get rid of most crud. 4 day update-Nothing changed. Showers are still not washed since past post. Walls covered in mold/mildew. No change in pool, steam, sauna, or bathroom cleanliness or gym floors. Disappointed considering that CARE is at each gyms front door. Last shower pic is today. Over a week update: 2/5/23-No change and gym continues to get increasingly dirtier did take the CARE sign down from lobby area. Update 4/11/23 Nothing has changed. Still dirty and have not addressed the concerns above. Bathroom stall still has spit or other bodily fluid on it from last year. Gross. Also, saw a cleaner using the bathroom then went back to the floor and start touching things with his dirty hands after using the bathroom. Will not be renewing once contract is up, unless a location opens up off Blue Diamond.

Today me and husband went to take a tour of the gym as we were interested in signing up. A guy (found out his name was Matt later when we called) was asked to give us a tour. He kept on asking unnecessary questions, had a bad attitude and was kinda mocking us. He was not being respectful at all!! We really liked the gym and we were thinking of enrolling but the first impression of the service itself ruined our experience and made us to cancel our plans.

Has everything you need but could use a deep clean and some of the equipment either refreshed or replaced. Can be a rough crowd at times which is what kept my wife from going. I was disappointed with how bright, modern and clean the exterior aesthetic was vs walking inside it’s not super well lit or clean.

LVAC is probably the biggest gym chain in Vegas .I give them credit for that but they also are the most corrupted scammers out of all gyms. If you get a membership & you move out of state they will take your money until you put a full block & file disputes with your bank. Like many people commented here with exact same experience, don’t sign a contract with them. If you have to move out of state they will steal your money even if you cancel & they will charge you even after you show them proof that you relocated like I did. Then they will put you in collections then harass you with phone calls. I had to block them & report them to BBB. Finally after many disputes their corrupted company is wiped off my credit history! Save yourself a headache and go to Planet Fitness or Yaks Fitness

I have been a long time member here and for the last few years, their kids club is not organized and they have employees that are rude with the parents and children. They have a reservation system to bring your child to the kids club which is extremely inconvenient. They are always short staffed and claim that they could only allow a certain ratio of kids. Therefore, as a parent you can’t just stop in when you have the time to get a workout. You have to deal with these messy kids club issues. I need to find a new gym.

I actually love this Gym , what it is is that , Wagma and a few others at the playroom have a hard time doing their jobs. I come in and do drop ins and it’s never a problem , we have a membership , Wagma always give me a problem about making a reservation yet there are NEVER any room when I call them and they know exactly who I am. How is this gym so BIG and there is never any time for my kid to come in ? It’s always room when I just pop up but when I call it’s like they make it a point to not have my daughter there and I find a huge issue with that.

Best Juice Bar staff out of any LVAC, they do a better job than actual bartenders. The gym itself is nice too. I would prefer if the free weight area was upstairs tho, instead of being on a different floor from the other weight machines

Such a dishonest people working here. I being scammed as they told me I can cancel any time before it’s a penalty of $50. I travel most of the year and when I asked another manager how can I freeze or cancel the e membership I found that you can’t feed a membership or it will be formally. They will still charging you and add couple months in the end of membership. Also abs the most important that you can’t just cancel the membership. It’s a contract for 2 years with $50 per months. Such a dishonest company.

They just need to be better with cleaning and sanitation when it comes to this gym. Other than that the gym is not bad. People dramatize too much. I been to worse gyms where there was weights always missing cracked mirror. The equipment took a year to fix.

They literally nickel and dime you. They charged us not only the whole pandemic when they were closed even when they were open and child care wasn’t they still charged me for that. We’re re locating states in September and they won’t let me cancel until we show new proof of residency and unless I do that I still have to pay or buy out my contract. When we first chose this gym and they said we could cancel when we relocate they never mentioned having to show proof of new residency. Save your money Oh also turns out not only were me and my husband paying $31 each for our memberships but it looks like they’ve been charging us an additional $25 each for who knows what I just caught it and liked back and they’ve been getting us for a few months do not only are we paying $62 a month for 2 memberships but an additional $50 for what?! Definitely will be calling corporate for a full on explanation because $50 a month extra adds up

Called to renew my annual membership and had simple questions. “Jesse” in billing seemed to not be having the best day. Before I could ask questions he would immediately cut me off with whatever answers he felt I needed. He explained they didn’t charge for the months of April and May during the pandemic… but as I proceeded to ask my next question of if they did anything during the pandemic for high risk clients he cut me off right at pandemic and said “I just told you what they did for the pandemic” and I knew he had an attitude at that point. Called him out on it and he started getting more attitude. Called him out on his “little jabs” that he thought he was getting in while being completely unprofessional, kept cutting me off and when I asked for a supervisor call he said they would call within 24 hours… or sometime next week… I asked why and he said they have a lot of people to call back… so I’m assuming there’s a lot of complaints… he did apologize tho and I cut him off after he said sorry and said thanks bro that’s all I wanted was for you to apologize for how you were talking to me… but then he proceeded to talk and then I realized it was a back handed apology… he said sorry for whatever I’m going through and blah blah blah… sad day… been going here a good chunk of time and never been disrespected like this… the people at the facility itself is amazing but I couldn’t find where to review just for the billing reps… hope to get that sup call soon.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and outrage with the conduct and behavior of the LVAC 215 & Flamingo manager, Paul, as well as a specific personal trainer who consistently wears a pink Yankees hat. My experiences with both individuals have been nothing short of deplorable, and it is crucial for you to be aware of these distressing matters. First and foremost, Paul the LVAC gym manager, has repeatedly shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It is disheartening to report that Paul has been involved in teaming up with the personal trainer wearing the pink Yankees hat to mistreat and disrespect gym members, myself included. Their behavior has been nothing short of abhorrent and has created an atmosphere of hostility and discrimination within the gym. I have personally been subjected to derogatory remarks and belittlement from the personal trainer in question. This individual, whose primary responsibility should be to provide guidance and support, has instead chosen to mock and disrespect me. Furthermore, Paul's collusion with this personal trainer has led to the distortion and fabrication of stories against gym members. I have witnessed an instance where they have deliberately lied and twisted facts to protect their interests, at the expense of innocent members. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply damaging to the trust and camaraderie that should exist within a gym community. I must emphasize that I have been a loyal member of LVAC for a significant period, and it is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. The lack of professionalism, integrity, and fairness exhibited by both Paul and the personal trainer has left me with no choice but to terminate my membership with immediate effect. It is my sincere recommendation to anyone considering a gym membership to avoid this LVAC establishment at all costs. The appalling conduct of the staff, particularly the manager and the personal trainer mentioned, has created an environment that is not only unwelcoming but also detrimental to the pursuit of personal fitness goals. I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly. It is imperative that the LVAC management team addresses these issues promptly and takes appropriate actions to rectify the situation. A gym should be a place of support, encouragement, and inclusivity, and the current state of affairs at this gym is a complete departure from those ideals. I genuinely hope no other gym member has to endure such a distressing experience.

Signed a contract just before the pandemic. Literally two weeks before the gym closed. I then froze my account for 6 months due to no vaccine and I work in the emergency department and didn’t feel comfortable going back until a vaccine was available. They still had me pay for the 6 months that my account was frozen and told me they will just extend my contract 6 months free. I told then I did not want that as I got furloughed and am trying to save money in any way possible and the one way was to see if they would work with me to discontinue my contract as this is a special circumstance that was not in my contract when I signed. I contacted them and they were just plain rude about the whole thing and would not budge. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! I also live 20 mins away from the closest gym so almost an hour of travel time so not worth it. Very poor and unprofessional!!

Every time I travel to Las Vegas, I work out here. It has 2 floors of equipment... very spacious, lots of options for cardio, free weights, and machines. It has a separate gym on the 1st floor for women only. The shake and breakfast bar is very good! I would go there sometimes just for a breakfast wrap. I have paid $40-$50 for a week pass. And it's open 24hrs. The equipment is a little dated but, that doesn't prevent you from getting a great workout. I love it!

Good customer service, the interior could use a little updating. The machines are great. The women's only areas are great. The pool is pretty good. But if you're a woman, I would definitely use the sonnet and steel room in the women's locker area. I feel like the pool area and sauna and steam room need to be cleaned more often. But all in all it's a great place to work out and I like the fact that you can use the class areas when there isn't class going on. That's a big plus for me.

LVAC is a big corporate gym... so with that said it's pretty great! Can be extremely busy at their flamingo location. But the place is always clean and machines are almost always working properly. And for the price, you can't beat it!

I love that they are open 24/7. Their lap pool is a great temperature for lap swimming (cold for playing). It is only two lanes but there is usually not a wait for a lane. The daycare staff is amazing. I love being a member of LVAC.

Infact I left them yrs ago b/s I was a member since 1998 with a great deal of 96$ per yr, but for the billing mistakes they done instead of apologized and fix the issue they raised my membership to 146 and the same mistake happened the following yr they raised it again . I was so upset and left them. The mistake was every time when my husband wrote the check they put it towards his membership and keep sending me the bill again , we figure out the problem either they didn't want to admit or they didn't like the benefits I had from being a loyal old customer so they pushed me out. Very unfair and they careless.

I was just shown the women's room when I scheduled a tour. If I just wanted to see the women's room I would of just did a walk in. I didn't say anything since in the beginning of the tour, person showing me around did mentioned that it was their Friday. I figured it would be best not to waste too much of each other's time. They probably didn't want to do the tour so i continued my search for other available gyms.

I had the opportunity to visit LVAC Athletic Club, and I must say that I was quite impressed. The facility is exceptionally clean, which is always a big plus when it comes to a gym. The staff and members were all very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of my visit was the WETDRY SPA. It’s a fantastic place to relax and unwind after a workout, and I thoroughly enjoyed using it. Overall, LVAC Athletic Club provided a great experience, and I look forward to returning.

Probably the best value as far as gyms go in Las Vegas. They have good locations, great variety of equipment, open 24/7, and kept very clean. Only negative would be that they can be pretty crowded at certain times.

Far as Gym goes I dont have much problem with it. Cleanness and equipment's can be managed little better. Perhaps some equipment's are too old. They need to be replaced completely. However my main problem is their customer service and billing department. I had credit card theft. When I got the new card I went to both gym to update my card. Neither of the gym had that department at the gym. Instead they gave me card to call the number. Which is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The Problem with that is that's the working hour number for most business'. As result I wasn't able to update card on time. When I explain the reasoning. No matter what they wouldnt budge from Late fee. And I accepted it. Then I asked them, If I can give feedback about their billing and customer service. Rather than listening. They were quick to give their reasoning. It felt as if they didnt care what I have to say. expressing my mind here is only place. I am left with. I recommend everyone not to be under contract with them. If anything get shorter or small membership. It's very difficult to get out of contract. After my membership is complete with them. I am never signing with them again. I will using review for two their locations Rainbow and Flamingo Rd.

There is ample parking for this location of the las vegas athletic club(LVAC). I believe that this one is fairly identical to the other lvac in town. It is decently maintained. The staff is nice and professional. They have trainers, group exercise classes and a juice bar.

I really like all of the LVAC locations (I've been to 5 so far). All a little different, but very much the same in a good way. I saw the running track at one location, and it reminded me of a club in SoCal from back in the 80's. Sure enough, after talking to a long time member of LVAC, the original owners used to run the Holiday health spas (or so I was told). The gyms and locker rooms are clean and although busy, much quieter than the competition I was considering. No brainer. For a monthly plan for a gym, I joined the Las Vegas Athletic Clubs.

I’m from out of town and the front reception worker was absolutely phenomenal! His name was Carl and he explained the gym very well and was super welcoming and kind. I went to this location with my mom to start our membership and it was a unique experience! Garland was very upbeat and gave us a tour. I thought the tour would take forever because how big the gym is, but it was fast and we didn’t feel rushed. It was very clean and didn’t stink in there which is a big plus compared to overcrowded, smaller gyms. If y’all ever go to LVAC go to this location and ask for Garland. All the people there were friendly, but he made it personable.

Been to quite a few locations in the valley and I do like this one a lot. As an athlete myself, I prefer the demographic here. A bit younger and a lot of other athletes/people who love the gym. But don't let that intimidate you! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have never been inside the women's gym so can't speak for that area.

Definitely one of the best gyms here in Vegas, they have everything you need far as equipment, the members and staff are very nice. If you come at the right time it gives you that Vegas feel far as the people, and the prices are great definitely get the platinum membership the perks are worth it.
