Great place to work out until your membership is up and you don't want to renew it......that when you'll experience the fraudulent practice of them constantly taking money out of your banking account. Even after talking to the manager, calling leaving messages without anyone contacting you back, or them leaving you on hold for over 30 minutes and giving u the run around cause they don't want to stop collecting from your account. I'll never join another gym as long as I live. Trust me don't join this place or you'll have to cancel your card and get a new 1 just so they can't continue to rob you blind!!!

7/23/2023: RUN, and run fast and hard away from this company. The gym I signed up at closed down. They transferred me without notification to another gym which also closed down. All of this happened within 2 months and it took me a total of 6 months to get my membership canceled. The Corporate Office finally took care of it but they did not refund me or my son the $360 they took while we had no gym to go to but they charged us anyways. Corporate Office says they have no obligation to pay us back because the gyms were individually owned. You think they would worry about their own image and pay our refund. So I say stay away if you have any choice. They are crooks. I have been a member for roughly 2 years now. The gym I signed up at is a 2 minute walk from home. They just closed down out of the blue in March 2023. They never sent a letter or notified me of anything. I contacted Anytime fitness headquarters after 1 month of unreturned phone calls. They said your membership was transferred to a gym on West Craig Road. So I called them. After leaving messages for 2 weeks again I still have not heard back from them. The headquarters office sent me an email saying we have heard back from them and they can help you when you call. They gave me the same number I have been calling all along. So basically headquarters office is saying go F yourself because I was very clear in telling them if they heard from them to please ask them to call me. The have not called me. So they contacted headquarters after getting one message per their own email but have not returned any of my calls to them after leaving messages for the last 2 weeks. For your own sanity I hope nobody buys a membership with this company ever again. They are not honorable. They claim they sent me a lettter to notify me. I never received a letter at all. Even if they did send a letter they won't call me back. So I have to now take other actions just to get a gym membership canceled. I will be calling the BBB, the prepaid card I use for the membership will be torn up now as I have drained the account so they cannot charge me anymore. These are the steps you have to follow when dealing with Anytime Fitness. It is sad really. My son had to do the same things to cancel because we both went to the gym together. So he had to drain his card and cancel the card account as well. I have never been so dismissed as a customer in my life.

I spoke with a manager well over a month ago to cancel my membership effective immediately since I am no longer under contract. The following month my card was charged. I left many messages/emails to resolve the issue and no one called me back. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. I sent an email to ABC Fitness Solutions to stop automatic charges on my card. Now, the Anytime Fitness application states that my account is over 30 days past due due since they can no longer charge my card yet ABC Fitness Solutions sending me text messages asking to call to update my billing info since I put in the dispute with the bank and they can't help me cancel my membership since I have to contact the gym directly (WHICH I HAVE). It is unprofessional and maddening that I can't simply get a call back to resolve this matter.

Unethical practices in this company. The location they had near my house shut down out of nowhere and the next closest location is 25 minutes away (not gonna drive this distance every day). They WILL NOT let me out of the contract after numerous contacts with the gym directly and their customer support. They continue to charge and have told me I owe them $200. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM.

I go to this one whenever I fly out to Vegas because it's the closest to where I stay. AC is set to 76, but it feels like 80+ inside. I've never seen the fans running. Note that ambient temperature for weights should average about 10 degrees lower than normal ambient temperature (20 lower for cardio, but that'll never happen). Leg press needs to be oiled or something. It doesn't slide well. No guests allowed here. Threaten a $200 fine. Signs up all over that say people must wear masks, but nobody ever does. Plenty of good equipment, but I like other AF franchises more. I never get a good workout here. *I'm back in town and it was over 80 degrees inside when I went yesterday. They have clocks with thermometers built in on the walls.

Freaking amazing place, love joy the gym manager, such an appropriate name as she is super friendly and personable. Hydromassage on offer. Best cleanest and newest anytime fitness ive ever seen.

I wanted to join. I called 4 times. Showed up during posted operating hours and no one would answer a phone or call me back. I joined a competitor instead.

Just received a phone call from a representative of this branch notifying myself that because I use their gym more frequently than my previous location i would be transferred. Which is no issue, I've had 2 gyms close on me while I've been a member. I've been a member of anytime for about 5 years going on 6 so my monthly rate is $30 per month. The woman tells me my rate will go up to $44 and if I refuse I can no longer use their location. That's insane. This will be my last day with anytime fitness. This is not how you treat a long time customer, especially not during an epidemic.

They closed the place for a week. Anytime fitness, huh? No refund, even after I asked for one.

Beautiful layout and great new equipment! Clean and private bathrooms (plus all disability accessible🙌) Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Definitely the best anytime in the LA location. 👍

Great facility! One of my favorite locations, there is a separate room for setting up your own circuit for training which I love. I also enjoy that there are 2 squat racks. One is in the traditional location by the free weight the other is nearby the open room which makes it easy to incorporate it into circuit training. I was tended to by Joy who always greets me and makes me feel welcome.

I recently signed up and I love it so far. I chose this gym because it's not crowded like other gyms which to me is worth the extra money. It doesn't have all the extra amenities like pool or sauna but it does have a good variety of equiptment that is clean and fuctional. Kristi was super nice and was upfront about fees and policies. Overall, great atmosphere.

Clean. Lots of amenities in the shower too. Good to clean off the dirt from several days of car camping. In fact when I visited on my way to Flagstaff they had a deep cleaning team scrubbing the place. I’ve been to over 100 Anytime’s this is definitely top tier!

Perfect gym for quiet and introverted people. Big gyms FULL of people stress me out so I love this gym. Small but you almost never wait for a machine and the staff are all awesome and personable!

Gym Is closed now? They closed the summerlin one and moved people here. Said to open gym on Craig back up on Monday the 16th at 9am. It’s Wednesday the 18th and still closed…? Wow.

One of the top anytime fitnesses in the country! Clean, great massage chair, great shower. LOVE IT!!! Can’t wait to come back to this location.

I'm a cross country travel and I was here about two years ago. I remember how nicely managed it was. I think that perhaps it's even better. Shower rooms are clean, roomy, well ventilated and well lit. Great experience.

My Fiance and I can depend on a total exercise when we get to Anytime wellness on west craig! We NEVER need to trust that a machine will open up which is an enormous factor why we picked this rec center. It's in every case perfect and each part regards one another alongside the hardware. We are largely responsible for keeping our rec center running how its expected to be ran,(nice and clean) I love investing heavily in this! Bliss is only that, a Joy! She will welcome you with a grin everytime you come in! She causes everybody to feel like family! We like you! My coach Delilah is my own Cheerleader and Drill sergeant! She has actually emphatically affected my excursion to being a better Me. Much thanks to you Delilah! My Fiance's coach is Preston, And his arrangement is turning out extraordinary for him. He is so kind and sets aside the effort to work with My life partner as well as checks in with me to perceive how my work out is going. That comprehensiveness goes far! Much obliged Preston! All things considered, Anytime wellness is our subsequent home! Much thanks to you to the staff for keeping this positive energy as all of you have!

Very clean. Not crowded. Good workout. Felt safe.

It was great. Not crowded at all. Wonderful equipment. Multiple showers and restrooms. They even have a hydro massage chair for you to enjoy after a workout.

I love working out here - machines are great and not that much traffic in and out. i would say there is def room for improvement though — **we live in vegas and it is usually hotter in the gym than it is outside. cheap. **i would recommend getting rid of your toilet paper dispensers or finding the correct toilet paper that fits those dispensers. it is such a hassle getting a decent amount of toilet paper to use. **please continue to keep your soap dispensers filled! many times they are out and it is very inconvenient. **can you put febreeze or an air freshener in each of the bathrooms? it would go a long way.

Editing because there seemed to be an issue with phones but anytime fitness communicates well however they are pretty pricy and have to pay a lot up from and pay for fob to get in so a little out of my range but the GM and Kristi are very professional and nice.

Magnificent location I attend daily for over a year!!! Kristi does a magnificent job Everyone that attends the gym are great to be around!!!

I recently signed up for a gym membership with Anytime Fitness at their newest location on Craig & Jones! I had the most amazing experience when signing up with Joy. She is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the gym and all of its offerings, and has such an amazing energy! While I initially walked in not knowing if I would actually sign up, just interacting with Joy left me hooked and I just couldn't leave without establishing my membership. Preston was super friendly and I am looking forward to working with him and using the gym on a regular basis. Following my first workout today, I am very impressed with all that his location has to offer! Update as of 12.24.2019 I wrote a review when I first signed up for gym membership at this location.  But this additional review is long overdue.  I wanted to give a shout out to my Personal Trainer Preston C. at Anytime Fitness on Craig & Jones. Preston is the absolute best trainer!  Not only is he personable and always a pleasure to work with, but he is very knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition.  Workouts are challenging with the right balance of fun; I have never enjoyed going to the gym so much.  I initially signed up for a small training package with Preston to get myself familiar with the gym and what they had to offer.   Beyond the initial eight sessions that I had, I realized the value in continued work with Preston.  I am now another eight sessions into the additional 24-session package that I signed up for, so worth it!  As you can see from my review history, I do not put a lot of reviews out here.  I only take time to rate the places & people that have made the most impact on me.  With that said, if you are looking to step up your fitness and nutrition game, I would highly recommend Preston C. :)  As a bonus, the entire staff at this location is amazing, definitely glad this gym popped up so close to home!

Anytime Fitness on Craig is a great gym to train if you want a private setting. Kristi is amazing she made anytime fitness on Craig a great experience and the culture there is so friendly.

BEWARE: Do not use this company!!!! I was a member for three years, when I went to cancel my membership, they continued to charge my credit card monthly. I cancelled the credit card and now they are threatening collection. I sent the a 30 day cancellation notice according to my membership agreement.
