    I did the lose 20 in 6 weeks challenge. Got my money back. That was cool. The desk lady is wonderful. Most trainers are great, a couple I didn’t really care for. The program works if you stick to it. It really does. Even if you don’t lose all 20 you’ll be down a good bit, enough to make it worth the $300 price tag. It’s also a little gimmicky. They want you to buy their protein, BCAAs, etc. That’s just silly, there are plenty of products just as good on Amazon. They also switch trainers every day and there is no consistency in the work outs. That makes it difficult for a new guy to know how to do the exercises. Some days I think every exercise was new to me, and then never done again.

    I can’t express how much I love this place!! The trainers, members and the whole community is so supportive. If you’re looking to start a healthy fitness journey, or already on one but wanting more, you must try Raw!! The encouragement and motivation I have received is amazing!! Don’t let doubt stop you. If anything go in talk with someone. Try a class out. You will see it will be all worth it. Thank you Raw Fitness.

    If you are someone who is hesitant to join any sort of gym because you are worried about your level of experience or lack of being physically fit , this is the place for you. It’s such an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant atmosphere. You can tell that your amongst people who genuinely care about you and want to help you achieve your physical fitness goals. I’ve been coming to this gym on and off for about 3 years. (I got pregnant and had to put the gym on ice) I finally decided to get back to working on my physical fitness after having my baby, and being at my heaviest- I was nervous and dreading it. I happened to reach out to a few trainers to mention my interest in returning and the abundance of love and support confirmed and explained just why I knew this was the place for me. This is definitely a “family” kind of environment. You have fun pushing to get better and the trainers are there to help guide you and help with your form.

    This is my life, i been i so many gyms before but nothing compared to RAW i can said rhat i can not live with out it. You never gonna find a gym like this one. I proud to said " i am part of raw family "

    Trainers are awesome and always there to help modify workouts. Came for the 21 day challenged and stayed. I've lost weight and inches while acquiring the ability to run. If you haven't tried them yet, JUST DO IT!!!

    Absolutely LOVE raw fitness! I knew I wanted to get back in the gym but wasn't sure what to do or how to do it. Decided to do the 6 week challenge and it was such a blessing in disguise! Trainers are amazing, vibes are awesome, and there are some incredible people here!

    This gym is amazing! If you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up this gym is for you! They will give you all the tools and encouragement to get you there. Just follow the plan and the results will speak for themselves!

    I love this gym! I’ve been a member since 2014. I love that I have become part of such a positive community and supportive family. The coaches are amazing and truly care about each individual.

    It's not a welcoming place. They look at me like, I'm some kind of alien when I enter the facility and asked the front desk, if I can look around the facility. She said " NO " we are closed already.

    We secret shopped this gym the gym was nice..but the equipment was old..and they did not treat each person we sent in the same...We will not be sending our fans there way.

    Raw Fitness Southwest got me back into shape! After having a little one, I worked to get the pregnancy weight off and then some but burnt myself out and lost motivation to work out for a whopping two years. I knew that I needed to get moving in order to keep up with my little one so I started looking around for bootcamp-style classes. Lucky for me, I loved everything that I saw on their website and decided to drop in for the free trial. I was nervous when I arrived but Getsy at the front desk helped me get settled in quickly. My first class was with Britney! As I walked in, she gave me a huge smile, asked me for my name, and then introduced herself since I was a new face. I'll never forget my first workout because I kept telling myself that it was too hard and I couldn't do it (I was wrong). However, Britney was smiling at all of us and coached us through the entire workout. She somehow managed to keep an eye on and gave attention to everyone! I knew I'd be sore but got myself to keep showing up for class in the coming days and that's how I met my other instructors Tracee and Cesar. I LOVE all of my instructors, they're amazing! They demonstrate the exercises well, keep the class motivated, and check in on all of us during our workout. Group exercise is how I perform best and whether I go in the AM or PM, I have a few buddies in each and I love seeing them. We always make sure to share some well-deserved high fives post workout after working hard through our 5-10 workout stations for that day. Being here feels like being with my fitness family. While you're not here, both the instructors and the gym are very active on Instagram and FB to give you those reminders and motivation to get your butt to class. Now that I've been a member for a few months, I am loving and appreciating my body again. I feel strong and empowered once more. My instructors always make sure to give praise when they see that I've gotten better at or tried an exercise that I haven't done before. Tips: - Don't forget to bring a towel and WATER - When you arrive, get settled into the turf area so your instructors can demo at the different stations - Make sure that you show up at least 15 minutes early to the class time you want to drop in on if you haven't been here before - There's an area with clear gates for children to hang out while caretakers work out - Don't be afraid to ask for a modification whether it's to challenge yourself more or adapt to an injury/movement restriction

    Thankful for the all the trainors here. They keep an eye on your injury and make sure you have the proper form. It's all about showing up everyday and doing it the right way depending on your capacity and strenght. Great trainors that have been here for a long time and are also a success of their own weight loss journey. More power to those who runs this place especially to mama bear Lisa Maloy! :)

    I'm one of those people who tried many diets with no success and at one point I gave up and thought I have no solution. My wife and family made me go to this place called "RAW FITNESS" and honestly I said to myself "here we go again... wasting money with no results" Today is a different DAY!! in was proven WRONG and I was told to "TRUST THE SYSTEM" and all I have to says is that I'm a different person physically, mentally and stronger!!!!

    I've been at raw since leaving a sister gym in Florida and moving to Vegas. Everyone is super nice! The trainers are great, they push you, but don't kill you, and are concerned if you have good form, rather than just yelling to do more. The people are all friendly, and we're there to lose weight and get in shape, so you're surrounded by like minded people! Glad to be a part of team raw!

    Raw Fitness has the best community of members, staff, trainers, and owner! One of my favorites places to go and work out. I am always encourage, inspired, and have made the best of friends.
