got
me
back
into
shape!
After
having
a
little
one,
I
worked
to
get
the
pregnancy
weight
off
and
then
some
but
burnt
myself
out
and
lost
motivation
to
work
out
for
a
whopping
two
years.
I
knew
that
I
needed
to
get
moving
in
order
to
keep
up
with
my
little
one
so
I
started
looking
around
for
bootcamp-style
classes.
Lucky
for
me,
I
loved
everything
that
I
saw
on
their
website
and
decided
to
drop
in
for
the
free
trial.
I
was
nervous
when
I
arrived
but
Getsy
at
the
front
desk
helped
me
get
settled
in
quickly.
My
first
class
was
with
Britney!
As
I
walked
in,
she
gave
me
a
huge
smile,
asked
me
for
my
name,
and
then
introduced
herself
since
I
was
a
new
face.
I'll
never
forget
my
first
workout
because
I
kept
telling
myself
that
it
was
too
hard
and
I
couldn't
do
it
(I
was
wrong).
However,
Britney
was
smiling
at
all
of
us
and
coached
us
through
the
entire
workout.
She
somehow
managed
to
keep
an
eye
on
and
gave
attention
to
everyone!
I
knew
I'd
be
sore
but
got
myself
to
keep
showing
up
for
class
in
the
coming
days
and
that's
how
I
met
my
other
instructors
Tracee
and
Cesar.
I
LOVE
all
of
my
instructors,
they're
amazing!
They
demonstrate
the
exercises
well,
keep
the
class
motivated,
and
check
in
on
all
of
us
during
our
workout.
Group
exercise
is
how
I
perform
best
and
whether
I
go
in
the
AM
or
PM,
I
have
a
few
buddies
in
each
and
I
love
seeing
them.
We
always
make
sure
to
share
some
well-deserved
high
fives
post
workout
after
working
hard
through
our
5-10
workout
stations
for
that
day.
Being
here
feels
like
being
with
my
fitness
family.
While
you're
not
here,
both
the
instructors
and
the
gym
are
very
active
on
Instagram
and
FB
to
give
you
those
reminders
and
motivation
to
get
your
butt
to
class.
Now
that
I've
been
a
member
for
a
few
months,
I
am
loving
and
appreciating
my
body
again.
I
feel
strong
and
empowered
once
more.
My
instructors
always
make
sure
to
give
praise
when
they
see
that
I've
gotten
better
at
or
tried
an
exercise
that
I
haven't
done
before.
Tips:
-
Don't
forget
to
bring
a
towel
and
WATER
-
When
you
arrive,
get
settled
into
the
turf
area
so
your
instructors
can
demo
at
the
different
stations
-
Make
sure
that
you
show
up
at
least
15
minutes
early
to
the
class
time
you
want
to
drop
in
on
if
you
haven't
been
here
before
-
There's
an
area
with
clear
gates
for
children
to
hang
out
while
caretakers
work
out
-
Don't
be
afraid
to
ask
for
a
modification
whether
it's
to
challenge
yourself
more
or
adapt
to
an
injury/movement
restriction
