I wanted to love this gym, it's beautiful, close to my home, technically it has EVERYTHING you could want from a gym, right? BUT- it's way too crowded, at all hours, members literally camp out on the machines and benches while texting for 15 minutes between sets. A few wanna be muscle heads who don't understand gym etiquette drop the weights and no employees seem to want to tell them that its not OK to do in a public gym. The free weight area has so few benches that I always have to stand around a wait for one to free up, minimum 15-20 minutes every time. For a gym this size and THIS EXPENSIVE, the free weight area should have many more benches and seats and should be larger. Serious gym goers use this area more than any other area. I feel like this gym caters to the classes only, so many areas are off limits unless you're in a class or personal training, the whole gym is just so confusing. Plus, and this was the big clincher for me, its like a day care center, sure, probably great for young families, but not me, I just want to go to a beautiful gym and have a great workout. Had to cancel my membership, and I'm sad about it but for that much money I just wasn't using it enough, had to try to plan around all the busy times, which was almost always, so I wasn't using it as much as I should have been. If you are a classes person its a good gym, if you are a seasoned gym person who knows their workout and just wants to go in and get it done - not the place for you, you'll be as frustrated as I was.

Even though members pay $170 a month they REFUSE to put good quality basketballs on the court. I stead they hide nearly 30 nice basketballs under lock and key and let members just suffer with terrible basketballs. It’s SICK!!!! This is a PREMIUM CLUB give members nice basketballs to use. If one or two gets stolen by some who cares your primary goal should be that each member has the best experience possible. Thanks again as tonight was a terrible experience on BAsketball available was this

When I initially joined Life Time during COVID, it was a great place to work out. They have a great facility and lots of different work out options. Since that time, however, they have continued to raise dues on loyal members as well as nickle and dime members for gym amenities (requiring additional dues for access to the outdoor pool for one). They have also added so many classes which are a steep additional cost to your already expensive membership and occupy much of the gym. The result is that many areas are closed or significantly restricted during much of the day, preventing use. They have also continued to add too many members so the gym is continually packed and it's hard to find open machines or spaces. When you are paying over $300/month for a basic membership, I wouldn't expect these problems. It's pretty clear that the management wants to maximize revenue and couldn't care less about the experience at the gym which is why I would never recommend this gym to anyone, and after being a member for almost 3 years, am leaving for another gym.

So, I have thought about joining this club for a while. However, for some time I decided the expense was not worth it. But now my children are grown and I can devote some time to things. So, I was thinking about it again. I just got off the phone with some person at the Charleston location in Las Vegas. So, I explain I would like to get an idea if I would really like to join the club. I would like to try it out. The lady proceeds to say, "well, we do not allow people to come try it out but you can buy a day pass for $50 and if you like it we will put that towards your dues". I tell her that is a little expensive for one day when $50 can buy a whole week at $199 a month. She says "well, that is the price". Again I say that does not make sense. She says well we are a private club. Like no, really. Any club you have to pay money for is going to be a private club. So I asked to speak to the manager and she was not any better. The reason I am posting this is not because of the price of the club. I am posting because of the tone and lack of respect that comes across from these individuals that are supposed to be representing the company. I am a business owner myself. The way things are said and customer service are very important. The atmosphere, from my perspective, from what I can see, is not a positive one. For that reason I would not join this club. If I am going to pay a higher price to join a gym/club I would expect better treatment.

They are the most expensive health club in town, and aren’t open 24 hours like they used to be. They charge $200 per month for a membership which used to include use of their outdoor pools. I wanted to sign my daughter up this month and now they tell me that starting April 1st 2022, that the outdoor pool is NOT INCLUDED in the membership anymore for new members and to use it you have to pay an extra $100. That is RIDICULOUS! $200 monthly dues aren’t enough? Completely overpriced for what is offered, highway robbery!

I have been a lifetime member for over a year and I can say I am generally pleased, however, for the past month and a half the men’s locker room ,specifically the steam room ,has not had eucalyptus and I have not seen it cleaned. To this day I walk into the steam room and it smells like sitting sweat pools and the stagnant water. The steam still goes off but it is very unpleasant to be in there with a smell like that. Also because it is wet heat that is very dangerous for respiratory diseases to form. When I asked a staff member what they were going to do about it three weeks ago, they had no idea and I’m guessing that’s because leader ship has no idea either on what to do. I pay over 400 a month with all the programs I have included along with my child and it is starting to seem like more of a hassle than it is a help. I do not understand how a facility that promotes itself to be better than other facilities, cannot simply keep cleanliness and upkeep their promised amenities functioning properly. Again I generally would recommend this club to people, but as of this moment I am questioning my own membership because this is simply ridiculous. Unfortunately cameras are not allowed in the locker rooms so I can’t add photos for proof and photos do not give the sense of the overwhelming smell that comes from the steam room which is not operating properly which has not even been given a second thought into how to be fixed. Very sad very annoying. I am not a disgruntled member, I am not a person throwing shade On an otherwise wonderful place. I am just someone who thought paying for the exclusivity of a club atmosphere would come with everything that was promised. Sadly they have fallen short, and even sadder, The staff seems on moved to do anything. Purchase a membership at your own risk.

My Hubby and I have discontinued our membership for the following reasons: 1.) the Monthly Membership Fee is NOT commensurate to Amenities! 2.) Most of the staff are either off putting or Rude. 3.) Areas are either not clean or available for use, I.e. jacuzzi’s or shower areas! 4.) We have witnessed members not cleaning machines after use. I’m Not your Maid clean up after yourself idiots! 5.) Too many kids running around without Parents around to keep them in Check! Corporate needs to review Standards and Staff at this location as it needs Help!!!

I signed up for weights and basketball. Paying $300 a month i thought would be worth it to get back into basketball shape. Basketball courts are filled with tons children for some sort of summer camp. Can’t shoot around and the weight room stays busy all hours. Also You cannot use the pool unless to pay an extra $100 a month. I get better lifts in at LVAC and 24. The value is not there unless you have kids. If you don’t have kids tagging along you’re wasting money for no results.

When I first signed up for Lifetime I would have given it a five but every year they raised the rates so I started at $105 I believe and I'm up to $200 a month, for a single membership, and in this area where other gyms are $25 a month with most of the same services, it is starting to become hard to justify the expense -- especially because they're no longer 24 hours which I understood during the pandemic -- but we are now past the pandemic and I am paying for a gym in the 24-hour town that no longer has 24 hour service and doesn't look like they're going to add it back. (And the time that I need to work out is usually late night between 11:00 and 2 a.m.) . I find that the biggest thing though is the rate increases. This isn't a town of millionaires. We cannot sustain to continue to pay this kind of money for our facility given they don't offer that much more than any other facility does. So I'll be reconsidering my membership this year.

I am new and yesterday was my first day. I took an 8am yoga class with literally THE BEST yoga instructor, Janet, I’ve ever had. (I’ve been practicing yoga 19 years now) What enhanced the experience even more for me was Janet was training a new yoga instructor, Lisa and she was AWESOME to. I was struck by both of their kindness, dedication and knowledge to their crafts. The yoga studio, itself, was stunningly beautiful and in perfect settings. Before I post a review I try to read the other reviews so that I don’t sound repetitive when I write one. I was struck by people complaining about price? Look, I love LVAC and won’t denigrate them but if you are trying to compare LVAC to Lifetime, truly, you aren’t even comparing apples to oranges because at least those are both fruit. If you are trying to compare LVAC to Lifetime you’d be comparing jolly rancher’s candies (not bad candy) to a perfectly cooked steak dinner, with succulent mashed potatoes and perfectly steamed and seasoned broccoli. I mean they both are gyms, I guess, like both those examples are food. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Yoga, Alpha training, lots of equipment, perfect Pilates, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools and even with all!? I just listed, it’s my first day, I’m sure I missed some stuff. I find the value to be immense and think, even with the price, I’m getting a deal. After all, Janet, Lisa, Yolie (customer service rep that signed me up) are the highest quality individuals I’ve been around in a gym setting, they make the place invaluable. It was my first day at Lifetime yesterday but I hope I will spend the rest of my life in their quality.

I won a voucher for a month’s admission to this gym when I used to work at The Mirage. When I came to try to redeem it, they made me feel like I was a scammer trying to get access to their exclusive club. It was unpleasant. I was told to leave and that my voucher was null. I had to go back to the gym admin at work and ask why they turned me away. I want to add that the staff at my work gym has ties with this gym. He told me himself after he apologized for them.

I have been here for around 2 years working out by myself and never working out with anyone. I am a trainer but have no need for this gym to train my clients and never use it for client workouts, it is overpriced anyway. I have a limited membership through Medicare. I had a friend visiting me from another country to come in once because that is all is allowed every 60 days. I was helping her during a workout and a trainer complained that i was not allowed to help my guest. The trainer that complained is a very poor trainer and that is not my fault. She was training next to me and maybe her client asked her why she was not correcting her. This gym has limited hours for the memberships on medicare. They want to charge retired people 150.00 a month for full access. For the regular membership of 300.00 per month you have to wait in line for limited equipment. EOS has more for 20.00 per month. I am insulted by their approaching me and telling me I cannot help my friend. This is pathetic insecurity on a trainer and clubs actions. I have had other members ask for advice here and one member told me they wasted 3,000.00 on training with no results or satisfaction. I am going to dump this gym for lack of equipment. overpricing and poor customer service along with disrespecting guests over a trainer who has no knowledge of personal training. I attached a video of a customer that trains a man daily and no one says a word.

They keep raising rates but cancel classes I take. I show up for a class I pre-registered for only to find out it was canceled last minute without any notification. The sauna breaks down constantly. Management is unresponsive to email and seem to be afraid to speak to members face to face. They hide in their offices making decisions based on numbers they see on-screen but, don't take the time to walk the floors and look at actual attendance in classes. Staff are great but MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Overrated gym and we have since cancelled the membership we've had since moving here last summer as we find more value in either driving out of Summerlin to Flamingo LVAC or getting a quick workout at Anytime fitness than we were receiving at LifeTime. It was hard to justify $350/month to be in a crowded gym with aging equipment, popular equipment blocked off at peak hours for trainers and classes, broken treadmills, dirty bathrooms, etc. Not to mention there's been a HUGE increase in locker break-ins and car break-ins in the parking garage. Twice in the last few months I have seen other members giving police reports to LVMPD for stolen items. It seems there's validity to the claims and reviews about their quality and value going down after they went public as last fall was when my wife and I started noticing things like higher turnover with childcare employees, equipment not being maintained, locker rooms being dirty (as well as a large amount of lockers that don't have functioning locks anymore), and finally price increases in the form of add-ons for many classes that use to be free and even pool access is now $100 extra for new members.

Joined the summerlin location a month ago and now I got an email from them saying the outdoor pool has an extra fee. So my $259/ mo membership isn’t good enough to use to pool. New level of greediness . UNBELIEVABLE.

Probably some of the most frustrating and worst customer service Iv truly ever experienced, almost comical. I know unfortunately there are very few options for upper scale gyms in LV but strongly reconsider before becoming a member here. Really not worth the price and wish there was some course of action when they do the things they do. While they shut down sections of the gym for construction, mind, you no fancy upgrades or anything significant we’re talking mandatory maintenance like new lockers that are 10 years old, etc.. they shut down the men’s locker room for 10 days and didn’t even clean the floors before opening. I received an email during this time expecting maybe some kind of apology or even a small discount for the inconvenience but rather the email was a notification of a 25% increase in my dues. That’s correct, 25%. When asked about it, they simply say that new members pay more and if you don’t like it, you can cancel (in so many words.) I was given less than 30 days notice of the increase, and when asked for the increase to not take affect until at least the new year it was met with a NO. It’s pretty clear that they want older members to leave so they can make room for new members, paying more money. Pretty disgusting when already paying around $200 a month.

I wholeheartedly love this gym! Member for 7 months and the staff have been extremely helpful, the locker rooms are always clean, the 3rd floor CrossFit room is one of the best in town. I've had several friends join with me and have met some awesome people here. I do have to put this account services rep Christine on blast though. Her attitude when I asked a simple question was one of the oddest and most unpleasant. My friend and I looked at each other like what is her problem. I run 3 companies in town and we focus highly on customer service. Her customer service is lacking. Further training on enhancing the guest experience may be required. Being rude and quick to judge a person regarding a question is uncalled for. All other interactions with staff have been excellent and kind. Other than this instance, this gym is perfect.

Dec. 7th 2023 - 3 days this week the showers are closed for cleaning during gym hours, for well over an hour. No heads up. Not only are they not 24hr, but they close the facilities you pay for, when the should do it after hours. Ridiculous. But have to stay or you get on a waiting list. Calling corporate. 4yrs consistently I've been going here. Normally I don't care that it's packed, alpha room a mess, dirty wipes in cup holders, dudes don't wash their hands in the bathroom, people walk barefoot from yoga to the bathroom and back into the yoga studio, etc. But now the renovations, another raise in price, and the stuff they're wasting money on is cosmetic, unnecessary, for advertising, etc. And no new machines, weights, better pay for employees, still packed. In my opinion, not worth it, unless you need the day care or one of the unique features like the pool. And pretty disappointed in the last couple months with odor from renovations.

Although we own and operate a well equipped exercise facility, sometimes we would prefer to swim or do different types of training. Lifetime turned out to be a very poor investment. Starting at $260 a month for one person, you would expect luxurious services far beyond what LVAC and 24 hour fitness offer. At the very least you would expect it to be less crowded. Or for the minimum wage, front desk staff to be nicer. Or for the shower room not to reek of methane. On the other hand, the Henderson gym is well constructed, planned and staffed. Summerlin is an embarrassment in comparison. Look at the other reviews, approximately 1/5 are one star. This might be the poorest value I can possibly think of.

The reason they call it Lifetime is because you will want to go here for the rest of your lifetime. I could never get used to any other gym after this one. The facilities are beautiful and the instructors are top notch. You get so much support. It will change your life if you join! The clients are super friendly too. Worth every penny!

Was going to sign up but their "waitlist" is fake as a market ploy to draw in customers and rip them off with this new $200 initiation fee on top of a $280 monthly fee. Businesses like this you should stay away from and expect the monthly fee to just keep rising.

Absolutely love this place! Every (and I mean EVERY) employee is friendly, and goes the extra mile. The facility is clean (in spite of some members), and most people follow the rules of gym etiquette (a few don't). We've been going for a year, and I can't imagine stopping, any time soon!

The most amazing gym I've ever been to in my entire life of 50 years. The amenities are first class , the customer service is excellent. There's always someone to help if you have any questions or requests. I play racquetball and they have squash courts but allow racquetball on them. Two full size basketball courts , 4 squash courts, a 4 story rock climbing wall, two heated indoor pools , one 80°,one 88°, the outside pool 85°. The men's locker room blew my mind. Each sink has razors, shaving cream ,lotion. Showers are closed in for privacy and have shampoo and conditioner. There's Private lockers with 4 digit combination locks for security. Honestly, at $179/mo. and no contract, cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. They will even freeze your account if you are traveling out of town for vacation or business trip. Edward Wake signed me up. The absolutely best sales tour I've ever been on. He's awesome, he explained everything thoroughly. At the end I asked if I could go next door to Red Rock casino and eat dinner and think about it . So he told absolutely ,no worries, he sent a link to my email where I could sign and pay later that night. What he didn't know is he already sold me on the gym . I just wanted him to sweat a little. 😀 I eould highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed.

Update: I'm new to this gym. I didn't read the reviews in advance I just assumed the amenities were as top notch as advertise. Having come from equinox in LA that's what I expected coming here. An exclusive membership with good customer service and clean amenities. Edit: good news!I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with the staff since writing this. Also the steam room was improved last time I checked. The steam room smell can still use room for improvement but overall it's improved. personal trainer Doug is also awesome. Super friendly, knowledgable, and inspirational. (This is no longer true)Unfortunately some of the bad reviews are true. It's less clean than it should be in the steam room* in the mens locker room. It has a TERRIBLE smell. Also the staff can be quite unfriendly for no reason. It's a very nice gym with a lot of great machines and awesome amenities, overall very friendly staff except the pool staff. But I think that may be more of an issue of overbearing rules regarding kids. Ultimately I gave 5 stars because there are many redeeming things about the gym. I think its worth the price. However the rules around kids in the pool and jacuzzi are really really lame.

I greatly enjoyed working out and swimming here. Great staff hospitality, It's overall clean and gives an energetic feeling, especially Alpha which is overall a good space. The only complaint is one staff member who is biased and escalates the situation even when someone isn't doing something wrong although I will not name that staff member.

We go to the gym in the evening and what a Cafe open until at least 9 PM.

I'm okay with paying a little more, if the quality of the product makes it a decent value. Lifetime does not. The weight room is small, the rock wall is almost always closed and the staff is mediocre at best. I would rate this as the worst gym in Las Vegas for the value. That's not to say that plenty of people won't go here just so they can say they spend $200 a month on a gym.

I am a passionate tennis player. Went to life time in Henderson so check out their tennis facility. So impressive ! 8 indoor courts. So clean and so organized and so professional. Concierge is there to check members in and to help. Has a lot of fun tennis drills and matches and tournaments weekly. Other fitness facilities are amazing. Have to mention about the resort-like outdoor pool area ! Has 3 indoor pools also. Just so impressed! And staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Have you ever walked out of a waxing room feeling like you just had a full body massage?! Well, thats what happens to me after my appointment with Bolormaa in the LifeSpa! She is a peaceful soul, and helps me feel comfortable in a potentially uncomfortable procedure. She keeps a very clean space, is discreet, has an attention to detail, and is very gentle. A Top Notch Esthetician!

I love this gym, the classes are amazing quality. I had an exceptionally good experience with the account manager, Jasmine. She has helped me with my account as I was a LT member in Phx but visiting Vegas back and forth the entire summer. She remembered me from a few weeks ago, and helped me so many times with account questions and payment options. She is warm and friendly and gained my trust immediately. I had a great experience at this location 😃

I recently switched from another gym. I had an all club membership and not one location was as good as Lifetime. It is the cleanest out of all the gyms I have tried. I am not saying it's perfect. I don't think that is possible with all the guests that go in and out. I am impressed by how often they clean the showers and spa which I never saw at the other gyms. This is my third gym since I moved here and is the best. They have all the supplies you need from towels to razors even. I can't say enough about the front desk. Robert, Yolanda, Richard and Bri to name a few. No matter what time they are ready to check you in with a small and a good morning, You would never know if they were having a bad day and they always seem happy to be working there and always professional. As a teacher and employee of many yoga studios I know how important it is to greet the students and how it makes them feel. Robert also signed me up and answered all my questions and explained everything about the app etc. When you first join you meet with a fitness consultant to direct you to what you need to meet your goals I met with Anthony (Tony) and he recommended the right trainer for me to talk to. Although I am not working with a trainer now I highly recommend Kurtis. He not only will show you machines and equipment and the workouts are best for you, but he knows about nutrition which for me as a vegan he said I need more protein for one. It was a good wake up call for me. I can't compare much to classes at other gyms, because I have not taken a class at any of them in years, but I must say I am taking advantage of all the classes here. Mary, Rebekah,Nicola, Janet, Ali, and Tiffany are all my favorites I have had so far. I totally love them and can't wait to go to their classes.I do suggest you sign up early on some as they can fill up. They have a huge variety of classes more than other gyms I know for sure. I am a Hot yoga and pilates teacher and I love the heat. If you are looking for really hot classes you won't find them here, however they do have some heated ones. I am hoping they add more especially hot Barre and Pilates. Also with the AC on and you may feel it blowing on you certain spots in the huge room, but a shirt over my gym clothes helps. The teachers will make you forget about the temperature once class starts anyway. They can be very entertaining and class will fly by. The rooms are large and have plenty of equipment. I also like they have plenty of cleaner for cleaning mats and equipment before class. There is also hand sanitizer everywhere which I like since I don't know if covid going away anytime soon. I have to mention the cleaning staff works hard to keep towels stocked and keep areas safe and clean. There is a nice cafe and I have yet to check their supplements. I will add to this review when I do. The management has a open door policy and you can go to them anytime as well as again the friendly front desk staff. I forgot the GM's name I think it's Jim but he is tall and in the back office. He is good to talk to and a good listener. They are all ready to help. So far I am happy I switched here. There is a lot I have not mentioned here like pickle ball, the pools, rock climbing, cycling, kickboxing, TRX and more. Before signing up you get a tour and can see all 3 spacious floors of fun. Do not pay attention to the negative comments and come see for yourself.

The explanation they call it Lifetime is on the grounds that you will need to go here for the remainder of your lifetime. I would never become accustomed to some other rec center after this one. The offices are wonderful and the educators are first rate. You get such a lot of help. It will transform you in the event that you join! The customers are really cordial as well. Worth each penny!

I loved this gym! It made it possible for me to get the best workout while their wonderful childcare watch my then baby for a bit. The only problem is, I cannot find a gym that even come close to the quality of instructor, professionalism of staff, extremely clean facilities, very responsive management, not to mention quality childcare with a director. Thank you Lifetime! I wish you’d come to Pasadena / Caltech / San Marino area!

This athletic club really has it all!! The staff is amazing and there’s so many different classes and pieces of equipment, you’ll never get bored! Beautiful outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool!! Check this place out, you won’t regret it, they’ve thought of everything! Did I mention, the 3 story rock wall?

If you are considering getting a membership to Lifetime in Las Vegas; read this review. It’s growing exceedingly painful to stomach paying nearly $2,500 a year for this gym. From the blatant mismanagement to a staff that clearly takes no pride in their work, Lifetime is barely worth the drive at this point. Before I continue; understand that I have apt experience at both the Green Valley and Summerlin locations; and will be leaving this review across all of their directory platforms. I frequently come later at night and the vibe is clear for anyone coming after 8PM; unwelcome and rushed. Lifetime used to be 24 hours until the pandemic; but despite restrictions lifting statewide - they never returned to a 24 hour operation which is almost mind-boggling given the town we live in and the price we pay for the gym. The staff always announces the gyms closure 5-10 minutes ahead of time (for example, if it’s 11:40PM they say the gym is closing in 15 minutes). The lifeguard staff are almost adversarial towards patrons - often closing the pool areas before the posted times, turning off the outside jacuzzi heat and jets an hour before they’re supposed to be off, turning the steam room off before closing, and forcing patrons to rush through those amenities because of what I’m assuming is a desire to leave work as early as possible. The gym is frequently a mess at both locations. There are piles of un-racked weights, dumbbells misplaced, and out of place gym equipment scattered across the gym floor. There is debris all of the floor, the sanitizer stations are constantly empty which is pretty gross, and the sweat towels are constantly empty. It’s clear no one takes pride here - how could you run a “premium” gym and leave it in such disarray? Not to mention the locker rooms are often filthy, disgusting showers with hair clogging drains, used razors everywhere, and filth everywhere it can latch onto. On top of all of this, the staff needs to be trained in customer service. With the price we pay - I shouldn’t be the one engaging with the staff as I walk in. When I pay top dollar for any experience - I expect the service to be impeccable. At the Summerlin location specifically there is a tall staff member at night who I ALWAYS say hello to and he just stares at me. And at the Green Valley location the front desk girls are often too preoccupied with what I’m assuming is their boyfriends to properly greet guests as they come and go. The cost we pay should demand higher service, they need to step it up substantially. Then there’s the patrons… you’d expect that with this kind of membership, it would keep the undesirable guests out. But there are young ego-lifting kids who throw there lightweight dumbbells on the ground because they can’t control the weight, old men who use pedieggs in the steam room, and a plethora of rich dudes with ILS walking with their nose in the air. As someone who takes bodybuilding seriously, the peers around me are embarrassing and don’t seem to face any recourse for poor gym etiquette. We live in a 24 hour town - closing the gym at midnight is a joke. If you finish work at 8, you have to rush through your workout and don’t have time to shower. And I’m not the only one who feels this way; I talk to members constantly with the same grievances. Lifetime members - we need to demand better. Let management know how poor of a job they’re doing. And if our feedback goes unheeded - let’s move up the ladder to corporate. I hope this review gets across the right desk and some positive changes can be elicited as a result. I don’t know how much longer I’m willing to pay a premium for a subpar experience with a messy environment, no love for the late night gym goers, and poor customer service. Please do something and do it quickly.

A perfect gym. Literally no complaints. Hit up the spa, I feel like no one takes advantage of the fact you can get your hair styled, or a massage right after working out.

Love this place. They keep the place clean and I love Most if the classes. My favorite classes are barbell strength and strictly strength. Also, BEST INSTRUCTOR for Zumba is Joanne D. Call other instructor should be learning from her in my opinion. Easy to follow and learn new steps. Lots of fun while keeping in shape 😊

Solid gym but relatively very expensive. Unless you are taking the classes OR going 5 times a week it's not worth the money. Joanne, Brian, and Alfredo all do amazing classes though. Just wish I had time to go to them more often. If you can go to their classes regularly then it is worth the cost for sure.

thought I had joined the “best gym” in Vegas but I was wrong COVID was over 2 years ago they can go back to being 24hrs now it’s super expensive yet they can pay one employee a little longer for it to go back to 24hrs? And the cafe now closing at 8? This is very inconvenient for us business professionals especially who go in the afternoon/night! Maybe they should cut the budget and stop throwing events every month so they can actually budget to hire an additional staff member to stay open those 3to 4 hrs the gym is closed it’s absolutely ridiculous even when I do go earlier the gym is extremely packed it’s absurd. also for how expensive you guys are you should invest in getting nicer softer towels

Club is simply way too expensive $200 a month for a gym membership is out of control now I understand charging a premium or something that is for an upgrade but when the cost is a multiplier of 5x, 10x, even 20x times the cost of low-level Gyms that is just pure corporate greed. The only way the will stop this is if people STOP paying it and cancel. Seriously. Why not try something else for 3 months and see what you think.

Unfortunately, my experience at Lifetime Fitness has been marred by a persistent and highly unpleasant issue. Despite its numerous amenities, including a newly constructed lounge area, the gym has consistently neglected a critical aspect of its facility: the entrance area. The smell outside the gym's entrance is not just mildly off-putting; it is downright disgusting. This has been a recurring problem, and despite multiple complaints and feedback from various members, the management seems to be inattentive to this issue. It's baffling to see the gym invest in luxurious indoor facilities like a lounge while blatantly ignoring such a fundamental hygiene problem at its very doorstep. This disregard for what should be a basic standard of cleanliness significantly detracts from the overall experience and makes it hard to recommend Lifetime Fitness to others.

Apparently they can charge us more for less. Prices have increased even though gym hours have decreased. It's WAY overcrowded there are less classes and the pickleball instructor is bothered me so much I stopped playing

I am lucky to have my stylist Sonny Q. relocate to this salon. I am absolutely ecstatic to be back in the same town as he is. I absolutely love my hair. He dose an amazing job. I like that he asks what you like as inspiration and from that point he offers you suggestions. These suggestions are unique to you and well thought out. I have never been disappointed in trying something new. Sonny is an extremely talented artist. Can’t wait for my next appointment

😠 DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM unless you know for a fact that you can and are willing to pay for the next two years, even after moving out of state. When you try to sign up, they tell you that you can cancel with a $50 fee if you are able to provide proof that you will no longer be in the state....

🫤 Gym is typically packed to the point it's tough to get on equipment, not their fault of course but worth mentioning. Things like the photo posted are just mind boggling to me. How much could new labels cost? It's obviously very minor but is just an example of laziness/not caring. I would never accep...
