2 star gym for several reasons but mainly it’s the inadequate gym etiquette from members. If there’s only 1 bench press then why are you working out with a group of 6 people taking up the equipment for hours? It’s a $17 gym with no contract so you get what you pay for. EōS is probably a better choice.

I was very upset with the old management at this location dropping the ball on me cancelling my membership causing overdraft fees and late fees. Once the new manager Walter got in, he quickly contacted me and I was able to fix everything and leave happy things were solved. Thanks Walter !

Good place to work out. Small and has most necessary amenities. The women’s bathroom needs better maintenance and cleaning however. Workout machines are extremely sticky and I see most people were not cleaning their machines after use. A little disappointed with this location.

Only clean gym in the east Las Vegas area. For $20 a month you get free weight bench press, two squat/deadlift racks and plenty of equipment. Not too many people on weekends. And very reasonable amount of ppl before 6pm on weekdays. Great gym overall. Friendly staff.

The gym is average, when I joined the manager went over gym etiquette and cleaning after the equipments but all the wipes and hand sanitizers were empty. I felt really disgusted. The floors need to be cleaned and the ac needs to be turned up.

This gym has all the equipment I need for my weight lifting workout. There is only one issue, but it is a big issue for me the AC in here is hot. So hot my skin from head to toe covered in sweat during my warmup already. I’m slippery. I keep trying to dry myself and it doesn’t help it is like a sauna in there. And on the weekends it is worst. Even hotter! When I was doing weighted squats I had to hold the bar harder because my shoulders and back are so slippery from the sweat, because there is no air. I don’t know if the company’s just being really cheap or if the AC just doesn’t work. I have no idea I just know it is a true struggle to workout here. I only go because I live near by. Strange that fitness factory on lamb and Charleston has AC, but this little one doesn’t. My entire outfit gets drenched in sweat before I leave. Makes no sense, this is excessive. Just water weight coming off making me dehydrated.

Olga was very unprofessional and rude and came at me with attitude i had no idea what she was saying and assumed i spoke spanish my dad pays for the membership and it had his picture on it and she just came up to me and just asked me for my name and she scared me and creeped me out the way she came up to me and never introduced herself and never told me why she was asking for it i would have gladly told her but her vibes were very off i kept asking her why shes asking me cause i didnt know she was a worker here because she didnt want to tell me she kicked me out and then called my dad’s phone and she told him that she can put my picture on it but if it was that simple to fix why didnt she just tell me to ask him to come for me to fix the problem not just be creepy and startle me just coming at me outta nowhere asking my name and just saying it in a rude manor

The price is right but the Gym itself could use a couple update. temperatures in here always hot in day time or night time. They could use or buy more plates. It's so limited. Other than that great place to workout.

I am new to the area & was greeted at the door by Diego. Diego’s customer service is exceptional. Was very friendly & answered all my questions. Very professional. It’s because of him and only him I would get a membership here. Thank you Diego!

It doesn't be that crowded and the workers are nice..I think more people should wear a mask during workouts just for other people safety..

Was rudely confronted by the lady that works the night shift, Stating that I didn’t slide my card when I got in. Those doors won’t open unless you slide your membership card. It’s her approach, She acts like she owns the place.

The gym is close to me, and equipments are clean and usable.

There's not enough machines not to mention it's way to small I'd rather go the gym at Charleston it's bigger and has more machines and it better in my opinion

Been almost a month of waiting for them to “remodel” just to keep delaying the reopening showed up there as time stated at 6am on the 26th came back a half a hour after and still closed absolute joke with these people if can go anywhere else

The customer service here is horrible. There’s never a worker there. My wallet was left In the lost and found and I haven’t been able to get it after going 4 days in a row. I’m canceling my membership and going to back to LVAC.

The gym is in a convenient spot so that's great. It certainly needs some upgrades and more weights. Not enough plates I feel. Especially on a busy night.
