The best gym I've ever seen. Brand new with lots of space and equipment. Has an indoor and outdoor track, pool, basketball and tennis rooms.

Incredible fitness facility! Spacious and well-appointed with an indoor track and Olympic pool! Oh! Let's not forget the cafe that served Starbucks coffee!

Best AFB gym I've been minus Alaska, cross fit area, plenty of squat racks. Upstairs running track/cardio area. Even when it's busy you can get a decent workout.

I LOVE this gym. There are so many options and it is always so clean. But when you take a very close look, there are lots of things that are out of order or that need to be fixed. The women’s sauna is hardly ever working, a number of the machines (though there are more than one of each) are out of order, showers and sinks that have been out of order for months, and water fountains that don’t work. Excellent place to get the job done. But needs a little more love and care.

This place is always clean and I love the atmosphere. Me being a veteran I get the opportunity to be around other veterans exercising and trying to control my weight. They have a swimming pool so two story building is really large it's safe and very comfortable.

They do a terrible job in maintenance of the weight training machines. Much of the equiptment can be fixed with simple lubricant and basic knowledge of repairs.

This is the best military gym I have ever been to so far and I have been to army(worst ones 😆), Navy (2nd best), and have not yet to a marine. I am only visiting for a month here in Vegas and this was worth the 15-20 min drive so I dont have to pay for day passes at local city gyms like LVAC, planet fitness, etc.

Absolutely fantastic gym! It has all the necessities of a gym you could ever want. On the first floor there is an indoor pool along with a variety of machine/free weight equipment for every part of the body. Fortunately there is plenty of open space available so if you'd like to lock down your own spot for anything it wouldn't be an issue. My favorite equipment is the hex bar and the weighted sled (with turf)! A basketball court that is rarely completely occupied is present as well. The second floor contains an indoor track (8 laps is a mile) and tons of cardio machine equipment to choose from. There is also an open large room with mirrors that contains tons of yoga mats, foam rollers and other foam stuff that I didnt even know existed. So long as no class is in session, it's free for anyone to use.

This has to be one of the best fitness facilities on any base and stands toe to toe with any in the outside civilian cities. Pool=phenomenal, cadio and track=phenomenal, weights and machines =phenomenal, racquetball=phenomenal, outside track and training area=phenomenal, and the loccker rooms are clean and spacious. The saunas were down during my visit, but that's not a killer. It's well kept and well equipped. I can't wait to hit it again!

This gym is the nicest gym I’ve ever been in. They have a little bit of everything. I am currently taking a nutrition class put on by Lisa and it’s such a great free resource for military and dependents. I’m not going to take away any stars for this because it’s not the gyms fault but beware of the massage lady. She did a good job but I felt duped into paying more and she was very sly about it. She asked me what pressure I wanted and did not inform me it would cost more for medium pressure. Apparently that’s classified as a whole other massage 🙄 It gave me the ick and I will not be back for her services.

One of the best benefits that we get in the military. This fitness center is super clean and the workers are always very nice and helpful.

Wonderful place, peaceful and beautiful! Great place to work out or use the inside track. Especially during the summer.

Good military gym, definitely air force ran. Very crowded after work, but not so much in the mornings during pt times. Clean locker room, nice indoor track with a surprising amount of cushion, clean pool.

My son station in Nellis and had me there as a guest. It is a great gym with lots of equipment and is very clean. It is as good as our pack at Ohio State University.

This is such a beautiful gym. There are large glass walls that face the mountains so you can see them while you work out. There is a lot of weight lifting equipment as well as cardio machines. It is usually pretty busy but there are lots of machines and benches so you don’t typically have to wait for someone to finish

Plays the same mind numbing music in a loop everyday. The pool temperature isn't updated. Other than those 2 major complaints very nice staff and equipment.

I've been to a lot of military gyms in my life but this one takes the cake. It is huge. You will never have to worry about waiting for equipment or a bench or bike or treadmill

The best fitness center ever. There is plenty of equipment to use and great space even when it is crowded. They have the Peloton bike and Jacobs Ladder. There are some changes due to COVID but that's not stopping the gains.

One of the best military base gyms in the world. Great variety of equipment, kept very clean and spaced out so you don't have to smell the meat head on the bench next to you. Temperature is never an issue.. Classes available for HIIT, Spin and some others. In-Body (body fat percentage) testing available. If you're a gym junkie with a military ID, check out the Warrior. The views of the mountains are fantastic. Kudos to the architect, project manager and the staff.

This is the best gym I have ever been to. Even during their busiest hours there is plenty of equipment. They also have 24 hour access.

  • 4/5 David C. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of equipment, which is nice. Gym gets pretty busy weekday afternoons, but that’s expected Hand dryers don’t often function, and the bathrooms don’t have paper towels. The corners, etc. could really use a cleaning

Huge gym. Womans sauna doesnt work. Pool is great and heated as well as being open year round. Update: Won't allow kids even though I have been coming here for months.MONTHS. Pool no longer allows kids. Miscommunication with staff. They don't know new rules and regulations. Still somewhat clean so that's a plus

Good clean gym. Very spacious cardio area, lifting area can easily get crammed. The pool is awesome too

All I can say is that the Air Force gets all the good stuff. Compared to the Navy gyms I've been to. This place is like a luxury gym. So many machines, equipment, courts, and field things to do it's ridiculous. Staff was very nice to boot. The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom was a bit messy when I had to use it.

Overall, good gym. Pool, sauna, indoor small track, various classes and programs, also a little room to workout to watch your little kiddos. Down side, the music is the same 3-5songs. So, bring your own jams. Lastly, as a downside, the programs are majority of the time i the evening. So, shift workers, your SOL.

Very nice gym with nice equipment and very spacious. I don’t think I’ve seen any other gym that has so many people on their phone at one time generally while they are occupying the equipment that’s in the gym. The clientele seems to be unaware of other people wanting to use the equipment they are occupying. I can compare the USE of the equipment similar to a sofa.

This was great gym to workout at. Plenty of squat racks, the physical fitness area was a nice size, and there monolith function built into the bench press stations was a nice addition.

As a Veteran, I really enjoy working out here , they have everything you need for fitness, and recreational activities like boxing, volleyball, basketball, racquetball, swimming as well , it’s a safe environment as well, a walking and jogging indoor track, a cafe a room to stretch and prep for workout it has everything in this gym, due to Covid the Sauna isn’t open but it’s a pleasure and privilege to have so many machines and weights and classes to fit every need .. the staff are friendly and accommodating as well it’s always clean and sanitized.. I give it 5 stars

Sadly as nice as this gym is, they are horrible at taking care and maintaining some of their equipment. Still one of the better gyms in the air force

  • 5/5 James G. 2 years ago on Google
