I’ve been coming here for quite some time, which is why I’m saddened with the front desk. This place is amazing, I love the trainers and how positive they are and enthusiastic. All that sadly goes away with the Summerlin front desk. It’s always such a pain communicating with them. I’ve encountered a few girls that are rude, unpleasant, and straight up have an attitude when you ask for help. I loved this place so much to the point that I have invited all my friends. We stay away from the Summerlin location because of how unprofessional they can be. I’ve attempted to reach out to corporate about how bad of an experience a first timer had for arriving 2 min late. He was turned away. I understand there are late policies, but when he went to explain that it was his first, she turned him away and flicked the late policy sign and turned away. Super unprofessional and passive aggressive. Anywho, I love all the other locations. All the other locations are understanding, supportive, and are customer service intellectual.

The instructors here are really good, class times for yoga are convenient and the classes are usually full, something I enjoy. Always something available and the late class availability is really good for me. The facilities are clean but I think the men’s locker room is pretty small. Staff at the front has always been cool and welcoming and a few of them know my name by sight, other reviews on here re: staff don’t seem justified. The worst part about TruFusion is their landlord - Downtown Summerlin should do a better job of maintaining their escalators, but this isn’t TruFusion’s fault. Overall, the vibe is good and I recommend. My practice has improved a lot since I started at TF.

I’ve had similar with some of the other reviews. I like the classes and instructors. But the front desk…cold and mechanical might as well put some robots up there. At least the robots would be professional. You might say as long as you get a good workout why does front desk matter. To me a yoga studio is more about just workout and sweat. It’s about warmth and connection and feeling welcome and feeling like going home. I’ve gotten turned away several times for being 1 minute late. Mind you the location is in the middle of the mall. Parking on certain days can be a struggle. Ok fine 1 minute late is late. One time it was 5 mins before the class start. I had set up in the class sudden realized I wasn’t sure if I locked my car. The teacher saw me spacing and told me just go lock it really quick otherwise you’ll be thinking about it the whole class. It was 3 mins before class I told the front desk I’ll just go lock my car and be right back. The front desk would not let me go! She said if I go I can not come back to join the class. I explained the teacher is ok with it and I parked in front of the lululemon (if you’ve been there you know it’s right around the corner) I can just lock it from upstairs. Still nope! You can go but you can’t come back. Wow. Im paying $150 a month to feel like I’m on a leash? Im not sure it’s their personality or they were train to do that. But I’ll be Avoid this location at all cost. The other two locations are way more welcoming

I love this studio so much! The teachers are amazing. My one thing I hate is the no show fee. I mean why do you need to charge $20, when I pay a monthly membership. Maybe $5 dollars or so. Life happens and sorry but unfortunately I don't have 4 hours to cancel. I understand another person could have taken my spot, but the classes are so over filled it's too hard to even do them at times.

I go here frequently for hot vinyasa with Wendy and I absolutely love her class. She’s one of the best yoga instructors I’ve had and is truly passionate about it! The locker rooms are clean and the facilities are clean. I wish I could give this 5 stars but the front desk workers are always so rude and dismissive. I get anxious walking into this facility every time I attend because of how cold they are to everyone including me. It’s not one or two times it’s happened and it’s not because someone was just having a bad day. It’s literally every single time I have a class. Because of this, I’ve started going to another yoga and Pilates studio down the road where the front desk people are welcoming.

After reading the reviews it seems like Tru Fusion Summerlin used to be great. But, over the last few months it's reputation as a good spot to work out has been decimated by the front desk folks. That is sad. That is where you should have the friendly people working. Sorry to hear.

I love everything about TruFusion. The variety of classes, each with awesome instructors, will cater to any fitness goal. The spa like feel, friendly staff, and the members are what make it an awesome place to train, release stress, and relax 😌 👌

I looooove this place! I have been a member for two years now and just wanted to let the world know how much I appreciate Jinny, my Hot Barre instructor. Her teaching style is therapeutic both mentally and physically. I love how she always says at the beginning of class "This class is for you. Do what feels right for you. You are here to feel good about yourself!" Her words are words of wisdom. She is also really cute and funny! One hour passes by so quickly and in the end you feel like you had the work out of your life but had fun at the same time. My body has changed so much since taking this class. I feel so confident now. Just love, love, love the energy and vibe of her class. Oh, and her music selection is awesome! Highly recommend her class to everyone!!

Loved the yoga, teacher was great! Facility was great! Only downfall was an issue in the parking lot post yoga. I was parked in the large parking lot designed for the yoga studio and all the other businesses. I was only parked there specifically for yoga for about 1.5 hours. I got in my car and was about to leave until I was harassed by one of the security parking lot enforcement guys. He was persistently acusing me of camping in the parking lot, when I was not, and had no intentions to do so. He took pictures of my license plates. He was very rude. Someone needs to address this guy, he is a big problem and ruined my relaxing night of yoga.

I’m solely speaking on the Vinyasa yoga class held Wednesday evening. If you like a solid flow with breathing incorporated don’t take this guys class. Very choppy transitions with little to know explanation. The instructor who subbed for the normal girl was not pleasant, cocky and extremely off putting. He would walk around and help the females but ignored the guys that were struggling. Don’t go if you like a vinyasa flow class. Also description states levels 1 and two, I would hate to see anyone level one try and do this guys class with standing on head legs in air, that is not level 1 barely pushing a two. You want to feel welcomed, warm and positive going into a yoga flow, this guy was putting off some negative energy.

Bad service . Stuff marked as sale in clothing and sell full price. Indicates I book a class in Summerlin studio while I did in blue diamond and charging me for no show.

If you are looking for a fitness that offers a variety of workout that will allow you to hit your fitness goals, this place is it! I have been with TruFusion for many many years and just love the staff, instructors, and the variety of workouts they offer. I have tried other fitness studios before and my body just was not responding to the workouts they offer. TruFusion’s combination of heated class, cardio, Yoga, boxing, and so much more broke my body muscle memory and is now fully responding to these workouts and I just love it! Thank you TruFusion and the whole team!

Studios cost $129 per month. You must compare dollar for dollar what you get. TruFusion offers different types of yoga and mediation, their pilates styles are different (most competitive, spin class, boxing class, bare, kettle bells and barefoot boot camp. They have separate bathrooms for men and women. For your monies worth def TruFusion. The good party about it is that there are 3-4 Locations in Vegas vs a place that charges the same amount with only one location and less classes. No brainer

Terrible customer service!!! I was invited to attend the class by a friend. Apparently, she was using a ClassPass to invite me. I registered for the pass for TruFusion session. The class was at 530pm. I arrived at 531pm because there was absolutely no parking at their Summerlin location due to an event (which I was unaware of). Nonetheless, I ask the young man, Morrie, at the front desk to assist me because I had never been there before. He began looking up my name and said he could not locate me in the computer. I explained to him how I booked (via ClassPass). In addition, I had explained that my friend had said that my name was at the front and that she was already in the classroom. He told me, he could not assist me because it was a third party company and made zero effort to resolve the issue. There was another girl at the front desk, who was on the phone, and I asked him if he could check with her to see if perhaps my name was left with her. He asked me to show him the confirmation I received. So I show him the confirmation I received via email. He said it was only a confirmation from the ClassPass and I did not do it correctly. I explained to him that I had never used ClassPass or been to a Trufusion before so I was a little confused on exactly what I needed to do. I offered to sign up directly with them (TruFusion) To which he responded, well I can't help you because you are now to late to join the class anyway. He told me that they have a very strict policy and do not allow people in the class if they are 2 minutes late. If that is the policy, then why were we spending so much time looking for my name, explaining what I had done to book, and telling him I was confused about the process. He basically told me that it's too bad. I was furious and ask to speak with his supervisor. He initially told me that it was him. That he was the Team Lead on duty. After I asked for his name and said I would phone his manager tomorrow he then told me that he had someone in the back. At this point it was 15 minutes after the class had started. After I spoke with supervisor and left. I went back to review the policy and information on the booking page. No where did it state that being 2 minutes late would result in no entry into the class. The only thing I saw was asking to "please come 5 mins early". If the parking was not awful ( I literally looked for parking for 10 mins) I would have made it. Regardless, why on earth would he have me explaining, showing my emails, trying to contact my friend who was in the class if 1 minute after I arrived, I would not be able to participate in the first place. What a waste of my time and poor customer service. It was clear to me that they did not want to be bothered. Other than the supervisor, he offered no resolution to the problem. Not a great first impression at TruFusion and I will definitely not go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Im here to complain about TAYLOR, the lady in front , checking in clients for Summerlin branch. First of, I came in rushing coz I know I’ll be late for the class , so when came in , I asked her if I can just check in later , I was just surprised when she YELLED, and you can tell she’s annoyed , telling me “ No !! I need to do it now ! “ i asked that coz they let me do it in the past without a problem. I understand if the class is full and I can’t get in anymore , but as the front desk person , you shouldn’t be yelling at your clients ! What a shame ! What kind of customer service is that ?!! If she doesn’t like what she’s doing , place her in the the back to work or something. Her customer service is the worse. Then heard her later ranting to her coworker. What kind of workplace is that ? I went to Trufusion to feel good , but after that , it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best fitness community in town! The facilities are clean, welcoming, and offer a variety of classes ranging from yoga, indoor cycling, barre, bootcamp, boxing, heated and non-heated rooms. Customer service is on par and teachers are motivating with diverse backgrounds, which suit anyone’s preferences and needs. Some of my favorite teachers are Sean and Jenna! Cool music, vibes, and movement to get strong inside and out.

Really enjoy the classes here. Definitely going to get your sweat on! I like the non-heated classes and still sweat a ton. Excellent instructors all in such great shape and awesome encouraging energy. Great motivator! Highly recommend. Good vibes.

This is a great gym studio to go to when you want to switch up your workout routine from time to time. Please keep in mind this review is based on through my Class Pass visits. I am not a Las Vegas resident, but when I come visit, I try to take a workout class here when I get the chance. I took a class today for Kettlebells with Miinta Judd and she was a great instructor with full of energy and motivation! Miinta was very friendly, kind, encouraging, attentive, and helpful. She was always making sure everyone was in proper good form for the kettlebell exercises and she keeps everyone motivated throughout the session. I would definitely recommend this place and the class to anyone especially if you’re interested in learning about kettlebell workouts. Miinta will put you to work in a supporting, encouraging, motivational, and loving way. Miinta treats everyone fairly and she respects your boundaries and limitations.

Just joined the Summerlin location. Its $60 for the first month with a 2 month commitment with $149 unlimited. It definitely beats the West Hollywood location in price but similar in price comparing other studios I’ve been to. I signed up mainly for hot yoga and pilates but looking forward to trying all classes.

No early classes Saturdays and Sundays.... utter nonsense! Extremely crowded, tight spaces which creates breeding ground for viruses and all other seasonal illnesses! Zero consideration by the management regarding the issue!

I really like this studio. They have a great variety of classes to choose. My favorite are bootcamp and kettlebooty! Also, the atmosphere during yoga is so captivating. I do have a few complains. The classes get booked fast. I would wait until midnight for the new class to open up and they were booked within minutes. Their cancelling policy was not very friendly. And their staff was not very warm.

Class was great but how many people are allowed per class? seemed really packed almost shoulder to shoulder, a bit too crowded to do some exercises at times.

Great gym. I liked most classes and instructors. The front desk staff are good. The app is excellent. Some classes are full which limits the ability to do all movements freely.

I love the welcoming environment this studio offers. The staff, as well as people in class, are always so kind. Definitely feels like a community. I love the yoga classes, especially the Vinyasa classes, as well as the Barre fitness classes. I recommend trying it out!
