The spa and massage overall was good. My girlfriend and I got a couples massage. The transition from the woman's lounge to the massage area was awkward for her as she had to walk through the gym. Knowing that we might have looked at other spa options. The massage room was small but the two therapists were very nice and made us both feel comfortable. The massage was "good" but didn't feel outstanding. The men's lounge was very nice. It's clothing optional. It had a sauna, steam room, showers and jacuzzi. The lounge also had a TV area.

The excellent therapists, estheticians, and cosmetologists at NYNY Spa and Salon consistently provide a wonderful and relaxing experience. Several hours of pampering at the spa is a "must" for me each stay. I highly recommend the NYNY Spa and Salon since it is one of the many reasons I have stayed at this great hotel for over 15 years.

They say $55 blow outs, maybe the stylist should know how to blow hey. When you get a blow out there is no need to use a straightener. Not happy with my experience.

Got a pedicure and massage. I can get way better services at home for significantly less. Pedicure was sloppy polish job and they didn't have paraffin though it's on the menu. Massage was without aromatherapy, and you have to walk through the gym in your robe to go to and from the massage room.

Terrible do not recommend the spa at all. Booked a couples massage for me and my husband in March. The guys side had all kinds of amenities, the girls side was a glorified high school locker room (only tubs in there were separate fees and only had a sauna, steam room was not working appropriately when i went) the showers are the same as in the hote rooms. The “products” available were minimal and cheap didn’t even have stuff from their own salon next door I ended up using stuff I had brought with me. In order to get to my massage I had to walk through the gym room!!!! Horribly uncomfortable to walk through a sweaty busy gym room in just a robe to get a massage then walking back through after the massage was over ruined the relaxing atmosphere. Would not recommend! With so many other spa options on the strip and off I can’t believe this place is operational!

My husband and I did a couples massage and the cost $360. My husband was okay with his massage but mine was not relaxing. I don’t think talking during a massage is relaxing. Told the front desk and gave a me a few bucks back but didn’t really seem to care. Very disappointed. I expected to come out relaxed and happy. I was irritated.

I was really exited to have a spa day. I had reservations for a manicure and pedicure w/ email confirmations and received phone confirmations the previous day. When I arrived 30 mins prior to my time as advised, I was told they didn't have one of my appointments I was scheduled for so it basically wasted half of my day. Even with email confirmation, you are not 100% guaranteed the service. I did get a candy bar saying they were sorry for the inconvenience as if they really cared.

Very nice for a hotel gym! Good variety of equipment for cardio and weight training, mats available for floor work. Clean plus towels and water provided.

Got a pedicure and a eyebrow wax. I’m giving 1 star for the pedicure. I could have gotten a much better job for cheaper at home. Didn’t trim down my nails. I didn’t get parafin even though it was advertised. Sloppiest paint job I’ve ever had and I paid extra for gel where there are a lot of spots that got messed up during the paint job. It’s been less then 2 weeks and they are already peeling off. Plus my massage was done with the sugar scrub vs lotion which isn’t the most comfortable. Lady was super nice but I was not happy especially what you pay. Now the lady that did my eyebrows was great. Very professional and they look fantastic. 1 star for pedicure 5 stars for waxing

Their treadmills are dangerous. I used 2 different treadmills and between them they came to a sudden stop with an error message on the screens 3 times during my 10 minute run.

Clean and neatly organized gym with view of the pool. Towels and cold water provided.

Perfectly located on the strip, impeccable and spacious rooms.
