The worst and most unfair place to work! Totally Unprofessional and pety people. The most confusing and frustrating place to do your own job. These people need to be trained In how to deal with employees who medal in every area of others jobs, start conflict and make others feel undermined, and mistreated. Not only that, but their favoritism and rewarding employees who hurt and humiliate others is sickening!! Lastly...their over ridiculous burdening background checks are a joke..and they will use that against you if they don't like you and want to get rid of you if you speak up for yourself when your getting screwed with by unwelcomed employees sabotaging your job. They are the worst management at Walters that I have ever seen and have ever been envolved with in my life!! Spineless bunch of lazy people. I'd never recommend this place to anyone for steady employment. Good riddance opportunity village. You didn't deserve my services, talent or professionalism.

We go every year to the Magical Forest, which is a wonderful event. However, I also work at the College of Southern Nevada, Charleston Campus. Often, I see the adult learners from Opportunity Village helping with landscaping, cleaning etc. It is an amazing facility for adults with learning disabilities. They are able to make crafts, do activities, be productive, and feel good about themselves. It also offers their families a break if they are care givers. It is a wonderful organization.

We purchased tickets in advance and were given a 5:30 time slot. We were gravely disappointed in the multitude of walk-ins! The park was far overercrowded that our grandson didn't get a train ride, as the line was over an hour long! He did go down the slide once, and throughly enjoyed it, but again, right after the line grew too long to go again, or enjoy any other rides! When we purchased tickets for a specific time left us wondering what's the point of buying tickets early for a special time, when the walk-ins and others completely filled the park greatly inhibiting our activity enjoyment? Lastly, their were so many vendor's selling food, yet no synchronized lights like we remembered from past displays. We made the best of it but could have been so much nicer. I appreciate hearing that you're sorry this happened and that you're working on improving, yet no mention of why this was allowed to happen or possibly a partial credit towards next years visit? We spent $150 to attend and not be able to enjoy everything with our grandson, because the park was overcrowded.

Went to see the Opportunity Village Halloween lights/experience. Nice family place for Halloween fun. They also raise money for a good cause. They also had a more grown up haunt, Vegas Fright Nights, three spooky mazes.

Great place to go to for a Christmas theme from late November to December. Wonderfully decorated trees, buildings, fun rides for the kids and tasteful Christmas music. Plus your ticket goes to benefit children in need.

Everything was so beautiful and amazing when we went Tuesday October 31st. My 5 year old nephew loooved going door to door for candy and the mini golf! Our family was really disappointed though when we thought we had an hour left to see more and play. This was not the case though unfortunately. :,( They closed an hour early that night! We understand it’s a school night and what not but we paid hard earned money to be able to see and do everything. My nephew along with other children and who were leaving were sad and it just made us feel disappointed . 💔

Walking through the lights and trees was short but fine. Unfortunately, this year, it looked like a lot of people crossed up into the trees and pulled down the decor from the trees. The quality of food went down significantly this year. There weren't many options, and the ones there were, were not great. They had a handful of rides which the lines were entirely too ridiculous a wait for. Santa was great though! Never saw that line too long. Santa was social and eager to please. And for only 15 dollars you get a print and they'll take a bunch of pics on your phone for you. Very reasonable.

The mission here is so worthy. Training and assisting handicapped individuals so they can be independent and enjoy a fruitful life. I enjoy spending time here. It causes me to be in a "Christmas " mood. Sometimes crowded but all are polite anf enjoy the lights, food, and the train ride for the little ones. I have volunteered for many years and get a fulfillment i just do not get elsewhere. Community volunteer day was great. Everyone was friendly and worked hard. They are trying to get ready for the Christmas Magical forest season. We were given free tickets for general admission to the magical forest. That's allot for just donating a little of our time. There are many more opportunities through the first of the year. Just goto the opportunity village website, click on volunteers, pick the date you want to volunteer and sign up. It's a great place to be in the holiday season .

What a wonderful place for kids and family! You can park in the parking lot on the CSN side. The Train ride is fun. The Avalanche slide is exhilarating.

My sister, daughter, me and my granddaughter took her son who is 7 months old to HallOVeen and he was awed by it all! We took my granddaughter and grandson years ago when they were little and they loved it! We're looking forward to going for Christmas to the Magical Forest!

It was a magical indeed. Everything is beautiful, the Christmas lights and decorations are so enticing. You feel like you're in the magical wonderland. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. It's for everybody to enjoy. We took all the rides and felt like a kid again. I would say that we're lucky we went there in middle of the week and it wasn't crazy busy which is perfect for us.

FREE BETTY!! Opportunity Villages new support dog was taken on a walk around DTS in 108 HEAT. The dog was matted, without shoes even though the pavement was blistering hot, and without water by the owner. Dog was scared/ antisocial and the owner was trying to acclimate the dog to people but kept pulling the leash and choking the dog when it hid. Apparently this is the first dog opportunity village has had in 60+ years and it’s clear due to the lack of care. If you can afford a hypoallergenic support animal you can also afford the care it needs. I am truly disgusted.

👍👍 I’ll have to return when it isn’t so hot, as most animals understandably wanted to sleep/hide away in the shade (which I assumed going in). $10 entrance fee per person to a sanctuary isn’t asking much. The cost to feed animals is not cheap plus the cost to operate in general. Nice staff and it meant...

👍 Very family friendly and cute. I would have gave it 5 stars but I liked it much better in previous years. Since I've moved to Vegas I've noticed a trend of places not improving but still gradually charging their patrons more and that sucks for the community that strongly supports the businesses here...

😠 They treated me unfairly. My first day, they were spitting and displaying disrespect around me and were very flirtatious towards me. The second day, they let me stay at the end of the line for the intake, then when it was my time to sign my name at the check in sheet, they let others who just arrive...
