⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tiabi Coffee & Waffle is an absolute gem that left me craving more! The food? Exceptional! I found myself returning twice in a single weekend—yes, it’s that good! Each bite is a burst of flavor that made me contemplate a 4.5-hour drive just to indulge again. What sets this place apart? It’s vegan magic that even non-vegans won’t believe! The charming ambiance and top-notch service make it a haven for any foodie. From savory to sweet, their waffles are a delightful canvas for deliciousness. Tiabi Coffee & Waffle gets a resounding five stars for its incredible fare and undeniable magnetism. 🌱☕🥞

A Groupon deal led me to Tiabi Coffee & Waffle, and I'm so glad I went! It's a small, cozy coffee and waffle shop that's away but not too far from the Las Vegas strip. They have sweet and savory waffle dishes. I ordered the Viva Las Elvis (added a little caramel drizzle), Chagaccino (breve??... can't remember, but I normally "breve" my cafés), and the Elderberry Lemon Spritzer. I enjoyed everything! The Viva waffe was light and crispy (perfect for me) piled with crispy bacon... a thin smear of peanut butter, cute halo of bananas around the rim, and honey. I do the most, so I asked for a drizzle of caramel (my favorite sweetener). It was soooo good! The Chagaccino was perfect for my taste (I drink unsweetened herbal and chaga tea). When I asked if they added sugar or any additional sweetener, the employee said no. The Chagaccino mix with Monk fruit was a perfect blend (as is) and didn't need anything added. It was wonderful... and gave me my daily dose of chaga. 😊 The Spritzer was nice and refreshing. For a normal palette, it's probably amazing! For my palette... one that loves a strong lemonade... I needed more Elderberry and lemon... but was still able to enjoy it. 💜 Enjoy!

The waffles themselves are very tasty and light. I think there are a few very small things they can do to put their menu over the top. I got the viva sandwich, veggie sandwich and the peanut butter waffle option. Again not bad just nothing to write home about. Probably could use more sauce on the sandwiches and more effort on the prep of the ingredients to have some additional flavor, just felt slapped on and out of place. The "fruit" side was just extra Bananas?!?!? Staff was really nice and to be fair it seemed like they were training someone when we came in and it was busy. Lattes are good.

Ordered an Elvis waffle that should have come with melted peanut butter, bacon, and bananas. I added strawberries for an up charge and also paid extra for gluten free and vegan waffle. Look at what I received. A naked waffle with some strawberries thrown on top. I was overcharged for what I received. It also took much longer than quoted when I ordered to receive my sad, incorrect, severely overpriced carbs (it wasn’t a meal by any stretch of the meaning of the word). What a disappointment since allergen friendly foods can be hard to find. I was so excited only to be so let down. Definitely won’t ever eat here again if I visit the city again.

Found this place completely by accident, but we are so glad we did! The drinks and waffle we got were both awesome, and the atmosphere was really good too! We ordered the honey cream latte and the wild berry lemonade, and split a butter pecan waffle. The latte lived up to its name and was sweet and creamy, clearly made with real honey. The lemonade was a blended drink and wasn’t too sour or too sweet. The waffle really stole the show, though, topped with a mountain of whipped cream, candied pecans, and caramel sauce. It was gone in no time flat! In addition to the food, the staff were super nice and there was a line the whole time we were there, so clearly this is a popular place.

Stopped in for breakfast on the way to the airport. Amazing food and service. Our party of four all ordered something different and every single meal was hot and delicious. Highly recommend. Great vegan option.

This is a Hole-in-the-wall coffee and waffle place. This location is located off Maryland and Flamingo inside of the same parking lot as Target. I went here for breakfast. The espresso is not overly priced like some other places. Starting at $1.90 a shot, and .65 cents add on. Waffles ranging for $5.00 and up. Nutella and Strawberry kisses, Avocado melt etc. Also have specialty coffees around $7.00 a piece.

I stopped by for breakfast and ordered the Turkey, Egg, and Cheese waffle sandwich with avocado added. I also purchased a latte that arrived with milk art!!! I placed my order at 853am and received my food approximately 15mins later, which I believe is more than enough time for fresh food. The restaurant was clean, neat, and well lit. Plenty of customer seating and free HIGH SPEED wifi. The staff was friendly and professional. I was greeted upon entry and thanked upon exit. I believe the staff member that was assisting me was named Ian and he and the entire rest of the staff were great. My order totalled $14 and I believe at the time of this review exceeded the fair market value of the experience. There are faster and cheaper options in the Valley but if you are looking to enjoy a boutique experience in an easy and relaxed environment this place on a Monday morning is going to be hard to beat. Keep up the great work and I will continue to say great things about such an amazing location. Deal?

Great place to sit and do some work. Cute coffee shop that isn't too crowded or noisy. I was able to complete a bit of work while sipping on my delicious iced Pistachio Latte. Initially I was reluctant but after the first sip I was hooked! so much so that I came the very next day for another latte hahah. I also tried their West Coast sandwich. It was fresh, flavorful, and a good meal if you want something light. The staff is friendly and gave me their input on their personal favs. Overall, I will def be coming back!

The coffee was great. The waffles were way too soft and it lacked flavor. However, I did enjoy the candied pecans. The eggs were powdered, the chicken was bland. It was a 40min wait for our food.

Wanted a delicious breakfast that wasn’t going to break the bank so we left the strip and found this great place! The waffles were delicious and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you can.

I’m fairly disappointed with the way things are going at Tiabi nowadays. When I first started going there a couple years back, they were so quick and efficient. The food was always fresh and in good proportions…now it’s kinda sad. It takes over 35 minutes to make a sandwich and I didn’t even get what I ordered. They basically served me a waffle with salad. For the most part the food is still fresh and made to order but I paid extra for avocado and what I get is one slice of old avocado, seen in photo. They were out of some ingredients so I had to go home and use my own. Coffee is still good but ordering the food is kind of like a joke now. And as someone who also works in the food industry…I can strongly say I’d get more bang for my buck just assembling a sandwich at home.

We tried the cookie butter waffle (seasonal), and the Thai basil waffle. Both were really good, the sweet waffle was VERY sweet with toasted marshmallow, chocolate chips and cookie butter. I really enjoyed the savory option as well. The pistachio latte with oat milk was delicious! We came when it was pretty quiet and our food came out quickly. The workers here are friendly and helpful!

Such a cute place. The sweet waffles were super good. The savory ones were good but could have used a sauce of some sort. Coffee and chai were really yummy. LGBT welcoming.

Best experience, best food, amazing and friendly folks. The waffles had the perfect crispy outside with a cloud-like fluff inside. We had the waffledilla, the west coast, and the apple baby. Everything was fantastically portioned and great prices, and SO delicious! The fresh cream with the apple baby is definitely made in house and the perfect texture and sweetness. I highly recommend any of those items! We also had the honey cream late and it was a delightful sweetness, very well balanced flavors! Wheelchair accessible and accommodating (they helped us move chairs out of the way in a friendly way so it didn't feel like a bother or ask!). The music is a fantastic collection of jams and played at a volume that still allows you to enjoy the music while not impeding conversation. The workers staff were all super friendly and conversational without being too much for an introvert. The best vibes all around. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend! Update: came back, all the more amazing. We tried bacon, egg and cheese wafflewich and the chorizo frittata wafflewich and the Butter Pecan waffle. The pecans are candies in house and everything about it is divine.

Okay, so you google breakfast spots in the area and you see this spot. Please believe they have all the vibes! Food is like you moms was in the kitchen, eggs soft and fluffy, waffles are perfect, fresh fruit, Vegan options. Do Not Sleep on this spot!

I ran across this little spot while on a job. I had a small brake and used maps to search for breakfast. Really cool little spot tucked into a shopping center that you wouldn't expect a breakfast spot. The space was done really well, clean and works great for a boutique breakfast spot. I had a caramel macchiato, it was fantastic! Very, very smooth creamy texture and the flavor was perfect; not too sweet and you can tell you the coffee is high end. For breakfast I tried the strawberry kisses waffle. Great presentation, but I was a little disappointed with a waffle. The waffle itself was over cooked, dry, and crunchy. It gave the waffle itself a almost burnt flavor that seems to overpower the rest of the plate. This is a waffle that has strawberries, whip, cream, and chocolate drizzle. The texture of the waffle was so well done that dried it up removing the fluffy center that a waffle normally has and cutting it was more difficult than it should be. The waffle is a standard size waffle from a waffle maker. It was delivered it on a plate that was slightly larger than the waffle itself, when you take that combination and overcook the waffle it makes it difficult to cut you end up making a big mess. It is difficult trying to cut without having it fly off the plate or snap apart and send the pieces off the plate. Would I recommend this breakfast spot? For the coffee, absolutely! When it comes to breakfast, not sure yet. I feel I need to give them another chance. It seems fairly busy, continuous customers coming in and out and from looking at others plates, I saw, my waffle was definitely more well done the rest. I saw others were able to folders. I need it like a sandwich, all I had would not fold, it would crumble if you tried to bend it. I feel that their breakfast would be amazing and I just happen to catch them at a bad time. Either they were busy or lost track of time while cooking my waffle. I gave a four star rating for service because the customer walks up to the counter to order and then they give you a number so that you can pick your meal up but when they call out the order they don't call out the number. Basically you are your own server at this location and interaction with the staff is very minimal.

This is a fun little out-of-the-way place. Love the atmosphere. The service was great and the food was even better! I had a bacon egg and cheese waffle sandwich and oh my gosh was it good! The chips you can choose to come on the side are baked and taste like maple syrup!

SUCH A JEWEL!!! I’m from Atlant, Ga; and stopped in for a bite and was greater with friendly service from a gentleman whom you can tell loves what he does, but it didn’t end there. I ordered pecan waffle, eggs and bacon (eggs and bacon were off menu, but the gentleman didn’t hesitate. I appreciated this MORE THAN I can say since I had just had an awful experience with the restaurant at my hotel. thanks to them; it was 2pm before I finally got to eat). I am so pleased that a stumbled across this awesome little place. very nice decor inside, creative menu options, friendly service, great food and OH!!! my latte was THE BEST!!!!!! I ordered one for the road. ☺️ Definitely check them out.

A unique place with good food. We tried red velvet waffle and vegan breakfast sandwich. Both were fresh and delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and flexible. It has a cool vibe and decent ambience. I even used a Groupon which made it even better. 100% recommend

Food was decent. The turkey, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich wasn't something extraordinary, but the loved the waffle part of it. The pistachio latte was okay.. maybe tasted a little artificial to me.

I just had a bacon egg and cheese waffle witch with a side of vanilla ice cream...it was like I was living the American dream in real life. Kidding aside, it really was an amazing breakfast joint.

We were blown away! What a pleasant surprise! The waffles at this restaurant rival some of the best restaurants I've visited. Don't let the Vegan menu fool you - the food was awesome. We got the butter pecan waffle and the churro waffle with chocolate and strawberries. Both were amazing!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We will be coming back next time we are in Vegas - HIGHLY recommend!!

  • 3/5 Michael H. 11 months ago on Google
Ordered the veggie, avocado, tom and egg sandwich. It was not good. Bland and unseasoned. Even the waffle had no flavor and was undercooked. My iced Americano was served in an extra large hot coffee cup...not a big deal but it tasted like drinking water that once saw a coffee bean. Place was packed though...maybe because it's so "trendy". Maybe it's me. Maybe it's Maybelline but it's definitely not the food. Tiabi, it's OK to salt your food. Salt that waffle for heavens sake.

We were greeted with a great big warm smile. The menu overall looks delicious. The food was good & definitely worthy of going back to try a few other things on the menu. I was anticipating & hoping for a larger size waffle though. The presentation could have also been a little better. I probably should have prefaced that after looking at their Instagram, was the reason I made my previous comment (sentence). We were then served the two meals & the INCREDIBLY TASTY COFFEES. There was no syrup, no napkins, & no silverware on the table, nearby, or offered to us upon bringing the food. I asked politely for some & was immediately brought all of the requested items; again with a most warm & friendly smile. The Waffle Bar (Café) itself is in need of some TLC & I don’t mean because it looks bad. It actually is a nice & quaint cafe. It’s in need of some cleanliness. The hallway near the bathrooms, the dirty dustpan & the dirty broom within a couple feet of where you’re eating & behind the service area, a little cleanup wouldn’t hurt. All in all, I hope the establishment understands that this comes from a place of love & care. Overall; everything was delicious & I enjoyed all of it; enough to go back. Life happens & sometimes a little bit of constructive criticism can go a long way. Thank you for everything & I look forward to coming back again soon.

If I could give 0 that’s what it would be. The waffle was not done and nasty, the coffee(latte) was horrible and attitudes were flying. I offered to wipe the table myself because it wasn’t a big deal but they insisted. From there it was horrible. It took so long to get an undone waffle. Along with that came a latte with either cinnamon or nutmeg on the top(totally disgusting)! Instead of a refund they offered a remake and that was even worse! I will never go back nor will I recommend to waste your time! Denny’s and Ihop taste better.

Good food options for both vegan and non-vegans. The vegans in my group loved their food. The non-vegans all thought their waffles were not crunchy enough and missing something- probably the egg, butter, and milk!! Either way, we all had a decent lunch. Staff was very friendly and food came out quickly.

  • 4/5 Jia G S. 1 year ago on Google
The food and people that work here are great! The only reason one star came off is because it took sooooo long for our food to come out. While dining in, the coffee was finished about 10 minutes after ordering but the food took another 28 minutes for a table of 2. For a simple waffle breakfast sandwich, that is an absurd amount of time. I still would recommend this place but maybe avoid the busy times or wait until they get another waffle maker; 2 doesn't seem to be enough for timely food.

Good savory waffles. Vegan and gluten free options. Next time we will try the dessert waffles, which look great. I ordered the Thai Basil Chicken waffle, which was OK. I don’t know if there was any Thai basil in it? And the chicken tasted like sliced rotisserie chicken breast from Costco . The waffle tasted much better w the syrup. Husband ordered the Gluten Free turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich, which he really enjoyed. Portions aren’t very large so if you’re really hungry, you may need to order a savory and dessert waffle. Skip the blended drinks — it was overpriced for what you get. Mine had too much ice blended, so I couldn’t even drink it w the straw.

I really liked the idea of this breakfast spot but for how long we had to wait it wasn’t worth it. The drinks came out fast and they were delicious. I ordered the Green smoothie and the baby and i loved it. My husband order the elderberry lemonade and it as also tasty. The food on the other hand 😒. We both ordered vegan waffle sandwiches that were suppose to come with vegan Pattie’s. 40 mins later our food comes out patty-less. Definitely something I wish I known that it was going to take that long for two waffles. My husbands sandwich (Thai vegan) came out with crumbs for chips and barley any stuffings and my sandwich didn’t come with a patty. When I brought it up to their attention they offered more chips and to make us Pattie’s after eating our meal which would’ve taken another 20 mins which is unacceptable. Btw the Vegan patty is gross. Why did his food come out with crumbs in the first place? Why did it take 40 minutes for waffles? I asked for a partial refund, the young manager came out and said he would do that but never stated what partial would be. He also ask if we were told about the wait and we weren’t or we would’ve went else where. The food and transparency of the wait would’ve been greatly appreciated.

My wife loved their coffee and waffle sandwiches, but I thought it was just a little too sweet. Just keep that in mind if you want to eat here!

It’s a good comfy atmosphere place. I and my husband visited there after long walking, so this cafe really healed us. I love their original lemonade, waffle was not too sweet, not too sugary, I like it!
