I like the coffee bean so much. This time, I had the caramel blended with sugar-free caramel and oat milk, and my daughter had the Vietnamese latte, so good!!😋👍

My family and I stopped here for some quick pick-me-up drinks because it was that time of the day. Although we didn't order any food at this place, our cold brew w/vanilla bean oat milk, matcha latte w/oat milk and peach, and Bali Blue Moon were outstanding. In addition to our great drinks, our combination cashier/barista that was working on 18 Aug 2023 @ ~2:30 pm, was exceptional - we appreciated her friendliness and for suggesting certain things for our drinks. The facility was maintained well and the prices were reasonable. Thank you, CBTL for supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans. Highly recommend this coffee shop to everyone.

I love this place. The store is extremely clean and organized. They have nice outside patio area and they have drive-thru as well. Great customer service experience from the staff. I love their lattes, they are always so tasty and not to sweet nor to bitter either, just perfect! My favorite is hazelnut latte with oat milk . Highly recommended! Delicious drinks, quick service and overall great coffee shop!

I walked into the store and was completely ignored. However, when an older white woman walked in a short time later, she was cheerfully greeted. Needless to say, I left without ordering and won’t be returning.

The guy at the window cracks me up. I enjoy getting coffee here- they accommodate my needs very well. They deserve a higher star rating :)

Waited 15min in drive thru. That's ok I can deal with that. When i got to the window the made the incorrect drink. The Barista remade my drink and I saw her use whole milk. I requested coconut milk due to an allergy to dairy. I questioned her about the milk she used and she gave me attitude. Closed the window came back and handed me a drink. I had my husband try the drink and indeed was whole milk. Handed it to me with a smirk on her face. Very unprofessional. We can see her through the window making it with whole milk and she Still lied about it not taking serious that i have an allergy to dairy. Never going back. They need to be trained on health risks !!

I have been here numerous times and I love that the employees are always really nice. The line always moves quickly. They are very accommodating, and friendly

Went in store to order a coffee and was not given service because the manager closes her Regester early. She says it’s her store and it’s her police to close the cash registers early before store closes… I asked for Reg Manager number she refused to give it to me… I asked for corporate number she said she don’t have that number either.. told me I have to us a card if I want coffee.. I only had cash … the manger faith is Awful and she was filled with a bunch of excuses of why it’s her store and if she wants to close in early she can close it early

I've been visiting this location for many years . Something has happened. I don't know if they need a new speaker on the drive thru order system but my drinks aren't ever correct. So annoying There was also supposed to be free foam topping all Apr and I asked for it on my latte and didn't get it lol ..um ok

I was a Starbucks customer for years. After pandemic, it seemed nobody could make a cappuccino. Tried this place, barista's very friendly and know your name. The coffee taste for me is much Superior. I can actually taste the coffee in my cappuccino instead of having a diluted with milk. It's now my go-to for coffee.

Slight glitch with their computer accepting their own payment option.... was somewhat annoyed... not at the server... but because I had to now search for some cash to pay for my drink. The server was courteous and friendly but I think it would have been better if she hadn't told me that this has been a problem for the past two weeks! 😱

Can't beat the flat white!! I usually get half the flavoring and sweetener when I order hot or iced lattes but still delicious nonetheless. Great service and great drive thru. Hoping they open another one up near Skye Canyon eventually.

Used to be the best coffee anywhere. IDK what happened. I worked at the Venetian location long ago. The one at the stairs. There are 2. They discontinued the black forest. Mocha, Cherry, chocolate covered espresso beans. Best blended on the planet. As far as I know. But it's gone so I only go there for nostalgia really. Coffee and tea are still great but not as good as they were. Not worth $9+tip. If you're near a location def better than Starbucks but some little shops are just as good for less.

love the egg & cheese sandwich, when it is available. drinks majority of the time are very balanced, never watery like the competitors. sometimes will order half sweet on the drinks. my only complaint is the system is often down to redeem/get rewards.

The world’s slowest drive thru. You are guaranteed to be waiting for AT LEAST 20 minutes, regardless if there’s 1 car ahead of you or 10. They’re not the best at taking and understanding orders, so often times there’s a mistake by the time you reach the pickup window. They were out of cookie butter during the holidays, that’s also a huge letdown. I will say that if you order online & pickup in store it usually goes smoothly (emphasis on usually). I suggest going to a different location. I can’t take away from the fact that the staff is always very kind & friendly.

I usually take the time to leave a nice review. This is the first time ever I give 1 star. In a time frame of a month, I've visited this location 3 times and they are close due to maintenance for all 3 visits. Closing time 7pm, I am here at 5:3ish pm and it's closed. Please like, corporate has to know.

Darlings, all ages have the right to be serviced in any public place. Treating us less is discriminatory and against the law. If you’re friendly to some or most, you better be friendly to all. When we ordered our coffees to stay, they sheepishly called out our names. If they called out our names is really in question, which leaned towards, “No they didn’t.” I placed three different orders at three different times, it was quiet enough that we should have easily heard the call out of my name. One gal was charming and nice one on one but later she ignored us as well. Managers: Train your servers to be servers, with the emphasis on serve. This shop offers a Service with supposed ambience, which was callous. Please teach them to not discriminate on sectors or classes of peoples. Thanks

Drinks are good. Customer service is typically great. My issues always come from the loyalty program. Especially coming from a slick system like Starbucks, The Coffee Bean app and rewards system is so clunky. The system was just "down" for multiple weeks a month ago. For the past two weeks I've received email and in-app marketing for a discount on ice blended drinks, but when I went to redeem today they said "Oh I'm sorry none of the Nevada stores participate?". THEN WHY AM I BEING SERVED THOSE ADS WHEN I LIVE IN AND ONLY SHOP IN LAS VEGAS? sloppy sloppy sloppy

I order 2 or more times a week from here. They 9/10 times do a fantastic job with my order. They have lots of varying options for coffee or tea lovers including substitution options! I enjoy the ice blended drinks and teas most of all! 10000000% Recommend!

Long time member, big time loser of thr Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. They don't honor loyalty points. (They aren't corporate?) They do not have popular drinks. Why waste your time?

To walk into this shop and smell these wonderful fresh baked goods not wrapped in plastic. The ones that were of course, bread style and everything in the case was beautiful and well presented. We just wanted coffee and a pastry. The service was impeccable. I even went back and got some things to go for people staying at the place I was being so welcomed in. Really fabulous!

Lake Mead and Tenaya location is a rip off!!! Only have a problem with this location. They always have an excuse why they can't accept company offers. Other locations don't have them. Going to start driving the longer distance to go to better location. I highly recommend going to different location. DO NOT GO TO LAKE MEAD/TENAYA LOCATION #1SCAMMERS #1RIPOFFARTISTS

Latte's are running almost $7. Simple coffee is over $3. Otherwise it's a very nice place to grab a coffee drink. Employees are great.

I went by today for the first time in years, thinking I would get a black forest frap, but they told me they stopped making those "years ago." OK. I guess it has been a while. So, I ordered a mocha blended drink. It was good, but it was not worth 17 minutes in the drive-thru. No joke. From the time I began ordering until the time I received my order, with only 2 cars on front of me, was 17 minutes. I ordered a small mocha blended with no special requests, and a 10 dollar gift card. I am not sure if the Brady Bunch was in front of me or what, but it took a lot of time. The staff was very friendly (no apologies regarding time) and I know it is not their fault when customers have large orders or are indecisive, so I am not blaming anyone...just stating facts.

Recently been coming to get their iced pumpkin latte! 10x better than Starbucks version. This one tastes not as artificial as Starbucks and I really enjoy the undissolved sugar bits on the bottom. Yummy! Never had an issue with service at the drive thru always friendly. Only downside is a bit pricier than Starbucks (but the quality in better).

So I went here for the 1st time the other day, and loved it. It was really chill and laid back. It wasn't slammed busy, no lines and a very simple menu. The store was very neat and clean. The ladies working there were very pleasant and nice told me to take my time deciding. I decided on their pumpkin Chai blended Isle drink. It was amazing! Best pumpkin Chai ever! They also had tea and coffee to take home. I was most impressed with the fact that they had tea pods for keurig! Which are almost impossible to find in stores. Plus the patio was super cute and cozy!! Definitely going back! 😁

Tasty and the customer service is always great. Sometimes the drinks get mixed up, but they take care of it right away if you catch it before you leave.

Why do they get rid of the one drink I enjoy? Black forest??? Plus no lemon cake, just lemon bars.

Friendly staff. Decent drinks. Loud environment is not conducive to quiet conversation. Felt like we almost had to yell in order to hear each other. Definitely sit on the patio if the weather permits it.

Cold Brew Ice Blended No Whipped Cream is my favorite. I can’t go more than 2 days without having one 🤣. Just the right amount of caffeine to start my day. I love the app, I order it as I’m about to leave the house and swing by on my drive to work. The people are friendly and make a great drink!

Not sure why I keep torturing myself by coming to this location (other than proximity & general love for CB). If they aren’t giving me smalls when I pay for larges (12 oz is not the same as 20 oz) and not addressing it when corporate claims to have reached out to them (filled out website forms as requested both times), and ignoring the light ice request and adding the actual flavoring…. It’s making it super hard to keep tipping, let alone returning. I live closest to this one but the one in Summerlin proper- weird drive thru setup and all- hires people that actually listen and care about their jobs. It really isn’t difficult to make a proper drink at a chain. You aren’t handcrafting from the bottom up. At least the size was correct this time but I figure there’s no way they can try to deceive if I just give in and spring for the 32 oz size. The gentlemen who are sometimes in the drive thru (weren’t any of the disastrous times) are both friendly and seem to care.

I had a wonderful experience tonight at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! I have never been i think i found my new favorite coffee shop!! The staff was so helpful and patient while i decided what i wanted, and the Supervisor Faith gave the best service! She helped me choose from their many flavors. I love my coffee sweet and faith reassured me that if it didn’t taste quite right she would fix it up for me! We need more service like Faith provided me today! She’s a rockstar and i will be coming back!

good tasting coffee! They have a drive through and in-door and outside seating areas. Started out 5 star but lately inconsistent price has become an issue. I always order the same drink and the past three times I was charged three different totals. I asked the kid behind the counter why it has been so inconsistent and he said I was charged extra .80 for cream. head slap ummm okay. I always want to leave a cash tip of some sort but not when I'm being nickel and dime-d out of coffee condiments. .10 for a sugar packet, What next? Used to be you could put your own stuff in your coffee, can we bring that back???

Excellent brunch deal. The Prime Rib was absolutely huge. The only thing was the ribs were fairly dry but everything else I tasted was well worth the $23.99 price tag. I had eggs Benedict ( English muffin tough ) French toast ( yummy) hash browns ( fresh and perfect ) some fruit, tons of bacon , the biscuit and gravy was fresh and yummy. Some Asian dishes. Bread pudding and ice cream. I will absolutely plan to return. I want to try seafood night.

I missed The Coffee Bean living in Rural PA. Their frozen drinks are awesome, not all chunky full of ice like some places. Get a midnight mocha.

Drive thru lady rolled her eyes at me just for asking to scan a coupon that was on the app. I didn’t even bother getting the drink because that ruined my coffee craving. This happened February 12th at around 5pm. The Thin Hispanic girl with long dark hair in a pony tail. She needs better customer service.

I love it here! I come here from time to time to get my college work done. I’m slowly becoming a daily regular! Their beverages are sooo delicious and never disappoint. Sometimes they run out of a certain ingredient in a drink I usually get, but they work with me to find something else I might like. The place is pretty small, with three, 4 person tables and a bar area facing outside. Most people don’t dine in anyway so it’s perfect for studiers like me ;p. There’s also outdoor seating. The staff have always been so kind to me even when they’re extremely busy. When they notice I am glued to my work, they go out of their way to hand me my drink instead of normally calling it out.

I bought myself the largest ice coffee and it lasted me all day! The ice didn’t water it down either flavor stuck. Amazing service too! Environment was sweet!
