Phonomenal, knockout cold brew coffee from a super cute, quaint yet upbeat and awesome coffee joint! This place is great, staff are awesome, screams local business and is really comfortable and cosy with a sleek get up. This is legit the best cold brew I've ever had, albeit crazy expensive given the size and it's with ice. It was a dope experience, but a frivolous purchase for sure. Support local businesses!

Finally got to come here after buying their coffee online for so long. They brew some really, really good coffee on the spot. Food is also pretty yummy, got an almond croissant and they made it really well. Baristas are super knowledgeable and helped me pick my next batch of beans!

A great find for a good coffee. It’s a chill place with earthy vibes, nice coffee and good collection of breakfast plates. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Was a bit disappointed that caramel latte was not a thing, but enjoyed my iced coffee and hazelnut latte.

Well I admit that I enjoy searching for a local coffee roaster in any country or place i visit. This one has been in top so far during my visit to the USA this summer. I loved the simplicity of the interior design, not too many distraction, and the vibes and the music they played are all synchronized somehow. The staff were excellent in taking our orders and listen to every question we asked with positive and happy attitude. Thanks a lot Healy and Ibrahim for taking good care of us during our visit today, it was surely a great experience and I truly recommend this place for those who look for a great place that combines both perfect coffee and breakfast.

Of all the coffee houses I have been privileged to visit in Las Vegas, the recent discovery of Vesta Coffee Roasters brought an incredible end to an eventful day. The contemporary design, blended with a feel of industrialism created an atmosphere of sophistication and creativity. The delightful and knowledgeable staff of Vesta provided the information needed to make an informed decision regarding their array of robust, aroma filled coffees and teas. Personally, the Macadamia-Almond Latte was a magnanimous selection with its introduction of nutty flavor and a rich Earth tone that danced across my taste buds invoking a euphoric feeling. For anyone visiting Las Vegas, I highly recommend Vesta Coffee Roasters nestled in the beautiful and building Arts District. I can assure that you will not be disappointed. Feel free to indulge in the magic that is this hidden gem.

Love trying new spots during long road trips, and this gem didn't disappoint! The coffee was amazing! We tried the espresso and cold brew, both smooth and delicious. The ham and cheese croissant was to die for. So good. 🥐

Vesta is a Las Vegas legend. Roasting up specialty grade coffee at an entirely different level, Vesta has come to be known as one of Vegas' most reliable Java brewers. The downtown location is the original. They are at the heart of a renaissance of the older district in Vegas that is being reborn. The space is open and well lit. Service is very friendly and helpful. And the Java here is beyond excellent. It's no wonder that this space is often packed with long lineups. Highly recommend. 5 x ☕☕☕☕☕

Best Quality Coffee close to the strip!! For all your caffeine needs, this is the place to be! They have a great amount of seating. We ordered the latte and the double down drip. They are a true roaster that as a unique taste to each drink. The service was super helpful being first time customers to the coffee shop. They same to have more reviews than any others that I have found. Vesta met all expectations for the coffee shop. Great spots to sit down and chill out do the sun!

A great little coffeehouse right in the middle of the Arts District. Got an Aztec mocha as well as a nice puer tea. The flavors for both were nice and deep. The atmosphere was also very chill and allowed for drinking in a relaxed environment.

It’s so difficult to find nice coffee in Vegas but ventured to this shop in the arts district and glad I did. I tried the macadamia-almond latte which is made with milk they make in house! It had nice texture and wasn’t too sweet. Also enjoyed the avocado toast with a poached egg which was delicious. Lots of seating and quick service.

The food is yummy and the coffee is so great! It’s a popular cafe in this area. There is a parking next to the cafe, but easily full especially in weekend’s morning. But still can park in the street, just need to pay. The burger and the avocado toast is really good. Especially the homemade bun and the egg in the burger, very soft! Only one complaint is their plate🤣 the plate is cracked…maybe consider changing new plates….?

😍☕️🥐finally real coffee! I went for a walk to this up and coming little area near the Stratosphere (reminds me a bit of UT Texas area and shops or University District in Seattle.) Great Coffee at this Roaster! Coffee I bought asked for was Medium roast many varieties for pour over (i drank pour over and a cortado). They did not have Med- dark or dark roast while I was there and from my chat with employee they are more light and or to Med roast. It was refreshing though to have a proper cup of coffee in Vegas.

I love this coffee shop! The coffee is better than the food and the food is amazing!!! The macadamia-almond latte is so good I didn’t use sugar, we split the herbed avocado toast which was so flavorful (hello dill), the black bean sandwich was a rainbow of deliciousness (best bean burger in forever), Olivia had the egg brioche and claimed it was fluffy and delectable. I will be back!

Vesta provides exactly what I look for in a third wave coffee shop. And more actually. They have enough on their menu that we were able to grab a meal as well as coffee and tea. Their coffee skills are top notch and the doppio and pourovers we got proved that. Their Matcha was subtle and delicious and the Thai Chai was a nice change of flavor. The Salmon Toast and Avocado toast were perfect. Everything was so good that we ordered it all again the next day.

I cannot begin to explain how lovely this place is. We spent a week in Vegas and walked to Vesta every morning. The egg and cheese sandwich is phenomenal and the coffee is the best. They are super dog friendly and let us bring our dogs inside out of the cold. I will miss this place and look forward to my next trip to Vegas so we can come back.

Incredible pourover! I love the fact that they have a wide bean selection. It’s also really cool that you can see their beans being roasted while you drink your cup of coffee. Really well lit environment for work too. Can’t wait to order some beans online in the future.

I stumbled upon a fantastic spot for delicious coffee. This place exudes a relaxed ambiance with its earthy vibes, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Their coffee selection is impressive, and they offer a delightful variety of breakfast plates. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and provided helpful recommendations. While I was slightly let down that they didn't have caramel lattes, I thoroughly enjoyed their iced coffee and hazelnut latte.

Great spot for coffee in the arts district. They roast their beans in-house. Really tasty flavor combinations for their specialty lattes - I want to try the iced miso caramel latte next time for sure. It’s a popular spot but there is lots of seating so you should be able to find a space. There is a small parking lot to the side of the shop but it fills up fast so you may have to pay for street parking. Most of the seating is indoor but there are a few benches if you want to sit outside. The vibe is very casual - it’s a great place to sit and hang out for a bit. If you go for breakfast I would highly recommend the herb avocado toast - it’s grilled sourdough with loads of seasoning, herbs, and red pepper oil. My only ding was the almond macadamia latte - the milk was a little watery so it made for just an okay drink. I liked my husband’s Mexican mocha better and would probably get something different next time. Enjoy!

Overall: 4.1/5 (dine in) Such a cool coffee shop in the Arts District. The staff here is so friendly and fun! They DJ their own music and vibe to it while they work. The music was so good, you could catch me lip singing or tapping along to the beat. They have a water station and wifi so it's a great spot to work. I did for a few hours and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Iced Miso Caramel Latte ($6.50): This is a seasonal drink so I had to try it before it's no longer available. It was very interesting to say the least. Didn't taste like anything I had before. I didn't taste the coffee really but the different components in this drink. You get hints of banana cream foam, miso caramel, and latte flavors randomly and subtlety. The latte isn't sweet and the espresso isn't strong so you don't get that bold coffee taste. Cool to try once but I wouldn't get it again. Truffle Croissant Sandwich ($9): I asked them to add veggies (only had lettuce) since I needed my fiber but lettuce doesn't go with the sandwich. The sandwich itself was big and filling. I also felt like they had a bunch of different flavor profiles that were good individually but didn't work cohesively. I tasted everything but the truffle-parm though which is supposed to be in the gravy. The egg was runny which was nice. The gravy was good and not salty. My favorite thing about the sandwich was probably the everything croissant. I think it would be really good by itself as well. Similar to the latte, the sandwich was good to try once since it's different but it wasn't savory enough to satisfy my umami taste buds. Wouldn't get it again.

First visit today. I had a double espresso, avacado toast (called The Basic) and a cappuccino to finish. The espresso was quite good. A blend of beans from ethiopia, el salvador, and oaxaca, MX. These guys roast in-house. The cappuccino was ordered without direction and came up nicely wet. And the food was really nice - toasted wheat sourdough with sliced aguacate, dried chili flakes, and just a tad of sea salt. Nice place. Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of visiting Vesta Coffee Roasters when I was in town. This place is ridiculously amazing! High quality coffee that is uniquely blended with ingredients that balance well. The food looked amazing as well. I’ll be back to sample more of the goods.

Wonderful local coffee roaster with delicious food and drinks in a buzzing shop / roasting factory. The coffee is well produced. While they make a great espresso roast, I enjoyed the single origin espresso, Ayarza. Even the decaf espresso in my iced Americano is full flavored. I will definitely come back if I'm in Vegas. Well worth going off the strip to see the rest of the city and this gem of a coffee shop and factory.

  • 5/5 Sean C. 2 years ago on Google
Nice coffee! Much better than crowded starbucks in the strip. The americano has a good fruity tasty to it. It would have been better if the smell from the kitchen making sandwiches did not cover up all of the nice coffee aroma.

Vesta so good and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. All of their coffee offerings both batch and pour over are freshly roasted and all their tea offerings are great too. Grab a bag of beans while you’re here for take away. All of their seasonal toasts were very good, I had both an avocado toast with a poached egg and I had the cheese butter and apricot jam toast on another day. Incredible.

Nice little coffee shop with a chill vibe. My avocado toast was solid. I forgot what latte I got but it’s super good. Staff is great and overall it’s a cool place. Looking forward to going back.

Nice place overall. Wish they sold a cup larger than 12 oz. Overall the coffee was good and was able to watch the coffee master roast some beans!

I love Vesta. I have been coming to Vesta every time I visit Vegas for years. Their truffle croissant sandwich is my favorite food item on their menu, I literally dream about it. Their coffee is also incredibly high quality and delicious. There is a lot of flexibility for every type of coffee enjoyer, including for dietary restrictions. Honestly, everything I’ve had here is top tier. Parking is also reasonably easy but can get tight during peak hours. I tend to Lyft regardless of where I’m staying or if I have a vehicle.

It was a better experience then the majority coffees in Vegas. The only thing that could be improved is the espresso extraction as it was a bit under extracted. Really good selection of origins. Beautiful location and service.

Was killing time before my flight back to FL and found this place. Did not disappoint, order an espresso, pour over and wanted some soup, so the recommendation was Garlic soup. All three were better than expected. Goose Bumps is espresso, Kallita Pour over was Minor Jimenez-Costa Rica (this one may could have been a higher ratio or a little coarser for my taste, but it was still delicious). Baristas and service was excellent!

Cute local coffee shop. I enjoyed their salmon toast, it was perfectly made and in my opinion better than Urth cafe's. The coffee was okay, I wish it was a bit larger given that it was an ice latte. I loved the open space and the great lighting, good place to take pics!

  • 5/5 Kevin S. 10 months ago on Google
Fantastic spot for coffee and food. Have had the breakfast here a few times and their avo toast is great. Also they roast their own beans which makes for a great coffee. Typically leaned towards latte, they had a great seasonal miso Carmel latte. The staff will help guide you and give their suggestion on what to order. Great place in a great neighborhood in Vegas.

Busy location but there are plenty of employees, so you don’t wait long for your drinks or food. Employees were the perfect amount of friendly for baristas. Love seeing the open roasting area (and how organized it is)! Knocking atmosphere down a bit for how loud the music was. Overall, I love this place!

Honestly the best coffee ever! Whenever I’m in Vegas I make it a point to stop here daily & go home with a few bags of beans. Just like there is craft beer, there is craft coffee and Vesta knows what their doing. Can’t beat their brekkie sammies too, amazing!!

  • 5/5 Aja B. 2 years ago on Google
Loved this coffee shop. Got the black magick with almond milk instead of the half and half; the black sugar syrup definitely adds a lot of sweetness but it’s so good. They have cute merch for sale, staff was friendly, and plenty of indoor seating.

I really like this place. It's definitely bustling with business most days but there's a very good reason. They roast coffee on site and the quality of the coffee is superb. Great customer service is here as well, it doesn't matter how long the line is they are very efficient and get your order out quickly. The place has an interesting atmosphere that if you just take a seat and spend time you will enjoy. Check the place out, it's worth it.

Great coffee roaster/shop. Smells incredible! Not really what I'd call a "cozy" place to linger... more of a grab-n-go shop

  • 5/5 Damen S. 2 years ago on Google
Local roasted coffee rarely disappoints but the selection and attention to detail put Vesta at the top of my coffee favorites in Vegas. Great cup of joe☕️

  • 4/5 DJ. S. 1 year ago on Google
The breakfast taco special was delicious, whatever sauce the put on here, the fresh Jalapeños, the crumbly feta, seriously good taco. The Ethiopian (Bonde) pour over was extremely light in flavor, my cup was almost full which is a sign. The grind to water ratio was off, cup should only be about full 3/4 way (my visible indicator for knowing if I’m headed to flavor town or not ;) Because of this I didn’t buy a bag of beans cause I could not tell the coffee flavor notes, it really was very watered down. Also don’t do like I did and try to walk here from the strip, the path here is still on the low end of up and coming and you will come across some sketchy stuff So maybe I am salty for risking my life for a watered down cup vs a true pour over, either way what happens in Vegas… gets put in the reviews

Great coffee shop in this part of town. I travel frequently to Vegas and I usually try to find better food and drinks off strip. Found Vesta and couldn’t be happier with their coffee and sandwiches. Had the cold brew which is great. Medium roast with nice hints of fruit. Had the Hawaiian Benedict Sandwich and Truffle Croissant Sandwich, both were amazing and delightful. Highly recommend going and close to a must go if you have some time on hand and want a quick brunch.

The staff was friendly, the coffee (and tea!) we’re great, and I really enjoyed the Cobb salad. With parking a parking lot attached, it was super easy to bring my baby and there was space for my stroller inside. So nice to get out for a good cuppa with my son!

Great quality product. Maybe the best in Vegas. Contemporary setting with roasting going on in the same room. Kind service. Craft coffee with the same excellence as Los Angeles.
