VIBE on point!! Our fav wifi cafe. In love with this place! Super delicious vegan gnocchi, affordable prices, awesome wifing/study/work from laptop space. Outlets available. Great vibes, decor and choice of music. $3.95 Small Iced Americano, $11.95 vegan gnocchi. Wifi requires no password. Serves hookah too. They have an outdoor patio. Open 247! The bathroom is its own blacklight experience haha $5.50 Vegan blueberry muffin (warmed up). $5.50 Vegan cupcake (is like a corn bread or muffin cupcake, not too sweet, loved it!) Sandwich we got was decent too. But I'm more interested in their gnocchi, and yucca air fries. They serve dietary options from vegan to keto. Food consistency can change but we usually love our meals when Edward is working. --- For some reason, my review has been stuck in draft. Prices are from months ago which could have increased. Fyi, madhouse vegan style YUCCA FRIES are soooo good!!! It's a must here!! Staff Edward makes the best suggestions!!

I liked the atmosphere great place to group study but limited sitting. The person taking my order had a really bad attitude. It kinda seem that they had maybe had a difficult customer but she didn't have to take it out on me. I'll probably just try a different location next time

So, I love this place! It’s chill and everything is made in house and delicious, never a complaint there. I’ve been a customer for about 6 years just because they have great products and I love the store, etc. Let me tell you though, 90% of the time, their customer service from their night crew is complete garbage!!!! As a person who has worked in customer service, it is everything to me! And these people just don’t have it and it’s so unfortunate. Night crew doesn’t get to slack off on being a decent human being to returning and new potential customers. My experience just tonight had finally cost me to write this review, which I very rarely do. I even stopped coming as often because of this exact reason. Please educate your night crews to do better, so frustrating!

Love this coffee shop!!! It has a charm of its own when you go inside, very nicely decorated with super cool art all over. Ambience is relaxing and fun. The drinks were great, we had our favorite lattes: Pistachio lattes and they are very tasty. It's a really good coffee place and they have great sandwiches and vegan options too. Great service, fast, and nice people! Everytime I come here for coffee they always have great customer service and the coffee there is always great !! They have drive-through too. Highly Recommend!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible food! I ordered ISLAND OF CAPRI. It says Fresh creamy mozzarella, tomatoes, balsamic, E.V. olive oil. The mozzarella cheese and bread were flavorless and dry. The tomatoes tasted awful. Save yourself from this place!

I love the atmosphere Madhouse has and the staff is always kind and forthcoming. The coffee is great and you have so many amazing choices too. Lots of good food options with a choice of meat lover or even Vegan! They have a nice porch area, drive thru, and interior dining area that has you burning time just chilling with friends or space to work on your laptop/device. I definitely suggest people check out this spot and browse the menu!

I ordered the smoothie blended drink with coconut (this is not the product name). The order took some time to complete. On the positive I met up with someone I know and was able to linger for 90 minutes. Try doing that at the green mermaid coffee place. So overall a great place to go to have a meet up with someone and a long hangout with no sales pressure.

Extraordinarily cool and thrilling area. Very unique design and amusing environment. Patties and breakfast goodies are splendid! The open display counter and espresso bar permit you to see all the magic! They have got homemade almond and cashew mills and an appropriate shaken latte. Exceptionally suggested for anybody exploring local vegas

Love the avo toast with the delicious peppers on top. They have many vegan options. Good coffee, i like the blended coffees here..and they have HEMP milk! rare to find in vegas coffee shops... Thoroughly enjoy the Recycled Propaganda artwork displayed.

This place is way too expensive!!! I payed $9.70 for a medium size blended drink. That is ridiculous. Now i understand why they don't put prices on their website. I will go somewhere else from now on!

After so many recommendations, we were sorely disappointed in our experience at Madhouse. Their coffee was very bitter, our croissant was terrible, and they made a really major mistake with our sandwich. Not only did it come out after people who ordered after us were served, but we ordered a vegetarian sandwich and were given a chicken sandwich instead. When I said we were given the wrong sandwich, it felt like they wanted me to just take the chicken one (I don't eat meat!) and were hesitant to offer to remake it. They did remake it, and were apologetic, and the remade sandwich was actually really good, all three stars were for that. They gave us some free vegan cookies to make up for their mistake that - I kid you not - were awful and tasted like seaweed(?!). It was just a very off experience overall and the space was not very comfortable either.

The place was really cool to hang out but food wise it was a little overpriced. Had a drink and an impossible and it was $25. Probably the one and only time I will go

Friendly service. Small menu selection. More or so accommodate what you specify in your drink selection vs ordering strictly off the menu. Atmosphere was stuffy. We had to choose to sit outside which was ok weather, but got chilly and the constant traffic passing by resulting inevitably in cutting our visit short, herding us to the vehicle finishing our time in the parking lot.

Hipster coffee joint that has pretty solid drinks. I did get mine half sweet and it was still a bit much for me but that’s my taste. The avocado toast is delicious with the peppers.

Great-But. I really enjoyed the food and the coffee. But. The "Covid" excuse for using paper cups for coffee is growing old on me. Let's face it. If Washing our hands with hot soap and water works to eliminate the spread of Covid why not employ a dishwasher and use real cups, so a real coffee house experience can be had by all. The staff is awesome. The food is great. The coffee is real coffee, not fast coffee like you get at Starbucks. I so want to enjoy time here but the lack of a real cup is just a turnoff.

Have been to this place couple of times, experience was ok. Last night I went to get a hot coffee latte and a Hot chocolate with almond milk. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, paid $15 and didn't even get receipt because they don't have paper, great. I understand that staff can be busy, ran out of paper etc., nothing big. I Went home and checked my hot chocolate before drinking, lo and behold, cup is half empty. literally half empty. coffee cup is just 3 Quarter full. This is by far the most expensive half cup of hot chocolate and coffee I have ever bought. I did not drink any of it because at this point I don't know if I got a left over of someone or freshly made batch. Extremely disappointed and sad. Definitely not coming back. It is not worth $15 and over 10 minute wait on pickup window. In case you want to check the system for my order, it was between 9 to 9:30 PM.

Came here at around 4:30 am and ordered three items and two deserts (all vegan). The main dishes were good, a few gripes but for tasty food 24/7 I was impressed. The chia pudding and cupcake I got were not anywhere close to fresh, and had a weird freezer burn type taste. I threw those out. Was gonna give a 3 - 4 stars, but the ability to get real vegetables at any time, and the very friendly service warrants a 5

I came in to get coffee with my middle aged friend who said to ME “I remember when coffee was $2.50 at McDonald’s.” The Barista then told us if wanted to pay $2.50 then we should go to McDonald’s. I remember a time when help was courteous! Maybe she should get another job. Horrible experience, great coffee!

Went in . Saw that they have a slayer like a top of the line espresso machine so was excited . But when I asked about espresso the barista didn’t even know the country the light roast was from. Ordered one anyway and when I asked him to have it for here he said “we don’t do that here” when they literally have Gibraltar’s and ceramic on top of the machine. Okay that’s cool. Then to top it off he didn’t even weigh the shot , not even like the amount of dry beans , let alone water weight . Also didn’t seem to monitor time of the shot so yeah. Not sure why they have an expensive coffee machine and this is the quality of service. This isn’t the establishment to go to if your expecting good coffee. I honestly always tip my barista, heck I even tip on to go food orders but yeah after he said we don’t do that here and I saw him making the espresso this is like in the 1% of times I don’t tip.. oh so I was writing this review as I was waiting for the drink . I asked for my espresso with a dash of hot water and specified like Cir task sized (4oz) and as I get my to go drink I have an 8oz americano lol.. and as you can expect it’s horrible. Just a heads up

Great place, chill vibes, good drinks (coffee and tea), tasty food. Open 24/7 so it's a great place to study, chill with a friend or two, or read a book. As long as you don't mind hearing low to moderate voices and music in the background.

This is a great place to have your Coffee/Branch or lunch. Been here a few times, a vast verity of vegetarian and vegan food including others. I usually take the Avocado toast, the reason for the 4 stars is because the take away packaging of the Avocado toast needs to be slightly bigger because when you open it all Avocado falls from the toast, they have great smoothies and coffee for sure. I would still highly recommend going here.

That Almond croissant is literally like a drug it's so good! Best Matcha Latte in Vegas for suuure! A little pricey but their drinks/lattes are actually properly mixed without stuff stuck to the bottom unlike Starbucks, DD or Dutch Bros...

First time & it was great. The coffee was really good (we got matcha with pistachio/rose, latte with rose/lavender) - both from a recommendation from the barista. Vibes are crisp here, absolutely go if you can!

Absolutely perfect spot. It’s got such a unique vibe, as well as a great menu. I went for an iced Red Velvet Mocha and it was so rich and delicious. It was a tad expensive but it was a specialty seasonal drink so I totally understand. This will become a regular spot for me!

Came here last night and had the yucca fries, good regular or "mad style" they're the best, and hard to find in the states. Avery is such a sweetheart and makes this place bright. Has a solid morning coffee work space with outlets and internet with a good crew, Alexia, Zo and Edward. It can get busy at night tho and you can occasionally run into local Vegas celebrities randomly. Would recommend for early morning laptop vibes or late night date vibes.

Avoid if you’re in a rush or use the mobile order option. Only two employees working a Friday morning with a busy inside and a drive through line. Orders took a long time, about 25 min for 2 coffees and 3 breakfast sandwiches. One of the two employees was actually on a phone call with their drive through headset for about 10 min! It seemed to slow them down. Eggs are microwaved. Way too much cheddar cheese used. Bacon very fatty. Sandwiches were not too good. For $45, not worth it at all.

Edward was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time there and I explained that I was looking for something that tasted good and had low calories and he helped guide me through their multiple options. Definitely recommend this place and if it’s convenient for you, the Desert Inn location specifically.

I love it here. And for it to 24 hours is incredible. They were the only place open during the pandemic it felt like. Although I wish the prices were lower.

The service is great and I’ve been coming here for 3 years and i have no regrets. The current night crew Daisy, isaiah, Czarina and Nadine go above and beyond each and every night. So glad this place is 24 hours, dont know where I’d be without it.

Visiting Vegas and stopped here to get a hot chocolate one night because there weren't any other coffee shops open past 8:00pm around here. This coffee shop has that hip, funky college feel. Everyone is under 25, working on their laptops, drinking large amounts of coffee late into the evening. The art on the wall is fun.The Pulp Fiction apes on the main wall are my favorite. The Baristas were friendly and made my hot chocolate extra hot as I requested. The pastries looked good and even a couple are "adult theme" but it gave me a chuckle. I will be back next time I'm in town. A+.

For the most part, it's one of the best coffee places I've ever been. Made even better that it's the only place open 24hours (to my knowledge) not found in a casino or something. The people are great and it's a great place for late night talks or studying

  • 3/5 crystal b. 4 months ago on Google
Overall the general feel and vibe of Madhouse was pretty nice definitely a must go place for nightowls or people who are looking for a genuine coffee place late night. Now, I wanted to come here for a while and kept going over the idea considering its far from where I am. The coffee itself wasn't it in my personal opinion it tasted burnt and didn't have much of the flavor as I was hoping. Me and my husband got the Nutella Frozen Drink and the Red Velvet Frozen Drink, both weren't great which was unfortunate for the commute. Lastly the customer was OK like the two girls who I saw weren't the most helpful and kinda gave a stink look but definitely could've just been a bad day. Overall I probably wouldn't make the commute back unless someone were to just bring me the drink instead. Also 2 of the large frozen drinks were about $30 altogether. Just for reference.

Both the Nutella White Chocolate Mocha and Ice Blended Monkey Mocha tasted really great. We even ordered another one before we left. It’s awesome that’s it’s 24 hours! Unbelievable 😆😁 I love my coffee any time of the day so it’s awesome that I can buy an iced Nutella white mocha at 1am. Thank you!

This place is the bees knees!! This was my first time going to this location, and both locations have the chill vibes I’m looking for in a café. We got a dirty chai and one of the new drink specials with a wannabe sandwich. We were served quickly, drinks were nice and strong. I love the adult-themed desserts and the gluten-free and vegan options! They packed up our sandwich for us when we were done. We got a gluten-free coconut macaroon on the way out, and it was made perfectly. I highly recommend. I appreciate the rewards program as well!

I loves this place. J usually take meetings here because it's local and the coffee and the food is good. I usually get their ice chai because the taste and value was on point. The last few times I've been and you get a cup full of ice (even when I ask for light ice) that I finish before even getting back to my office. I'm on the lookout for a new favorite place because it just been going down for the past few months.

Very rude manager. I walked in to order a coffee and didn’t have a mask. She would not let me order with out a mask. I told her, “I’m happy to wear a mask if you have one I’ll put it on.” The “manager” said she didn’t have extra masks; then got on a power trip and told me to “go through the drive thru”. I told her, “I don’t have a car”. “Can you please take my order outside?” She continued the power trip and refused to serve me. Finally a courteous gentleman who worked there recognized that the manager had very poor customer relations skills and was power tripping and being rude to me and agreed to take my order outside. Why is the manager so rude and disrespectful to their customers? On a side note; this place has very good food, 5 stars for the food.

Love the drive thru service! They served our order quickly! We had Caramel and Mocha that time. The drinks are very satisfying. The staffs are also very accommodating and nice!

The crew seemed really frazzled. I barely received a greeting and the barista seemed distracted while taking my order. The drink was good but not something I would go out for.

Expecting a nice evening , boy was I wrong! Food took 1 hour to arrive to our table , with ZERO apology. Same thing happened to my party of only 4 people , before Covid. So, I dont want to hear that as an excuse. I have been here 3 times. Each time I was treated even worse than the last. At first I wanted to give them a break. Maybe it was just an off day. This last time was the final straw. I came here this last time because my son wanted to give it another try. As I said never again. Refused to refund $$$, even though we had no food, nothing. The other 3 people in my party were almost in tears. 1. Rude Staff, actually yelled at me (while I was whispering) 2. Dirty Unclean Food Handling 3. Then food arrived, Food took 1 hour to arrive to our table , with ZERO apology 4. Food was not fresh 5. Quality of food "below zero" Only go here if you want to make your whole family cry or your date leave you!

I have never been disappointed here! My go to drink at any coffee shop is an iced vanilla latte and this is the best one I have ever had. However, I have branched off and tried a couple of different drinks and every single one has been phenomenal! My new favorite coffee shop!

I used to not live in Vegas, so anytime I’d visit Madhouse was my first stop. Love the coffee flavors. Food is amazing. Staff is always super friendly. LOVE the decor and stickers. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

I love Mad House. My only criticism is their prices. I just can’t afford over $20 for avocado toast and a medium iced coffee very often. Their drinks and food is high quality and delicious!

  • 5/5 Sarha E. 1 year ago on Google
I went here a couple days ago for the first time and I can't stop craving their Monkey Mocha!! It's so good, and the coffee shop has chill and cozy vibes. Very unique from other Vegas coffee shops, and they're 24/7!!! The baristas Kenny and Monse were super nice and welcoming and recommended this drink to me. I'm glad I finally took the time to check this coffee shop out, I've been meaning to for awhile. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations, so I'm definitely coming back to try their other specialty drinks!

I enjoy this place-I have my favorites (Green Goddess or Monkey Mocha) and I’ve never been disappointed. The team is always friendly. It’s always nice when I see a nice email from MadHouse about new featured drinks or promo offers on drinks and orders. Thank you for always being my number one spot 💕

I do love it here + enjoy it due to it being the only coffee shop in vegas being opened for 24hrs. also, their staff is amazing, love that they have vegan options too. I just tried their chia seed + coconut order; it was amazing. I love their matcha drink, their avocado toast (love me avocado). I enjoy how it’s always busy so it feels great to be around people & safe especially being a single women late at night being out. Note to owners- you’re appreciated and thank youu for serving LV community to be able to have meetings or meet with friends here 🙏🏼 also, just one thing since it’s now getting hot my only feedback would be maybe be to update the patio area with actual sun visors for when it’s not too hot but suns out we can sit outside without the sun hitting us so much, other than that I love it here.

I’ve been a customer since the beginning of the year. I loved to come in and get an iced mocha from Czarina. She makes them the best. This is like the 3rd day in a row she hasn’t shown up to work. One of the other workers said she was let go. She was the reason I started to come consistently. I will not be a returning customer to a place that mistreats their best workers. If i could rate zero stars i would.
