Worst Dutch Bros in the city… at least every other order my Freeze is full of froth instead of coffee. Keep wasting my money here and I don’t know why. The consistency has definitely gone down the drain. I showed picture of what it should look like vs what I consistently get instead. I asked them to please remake mine today, and I still got this frothy terrible excuse of a drink…

It's a thing for us to visit here whenever we come to Vegas and before we drive back to LA. Price is great, the workers here look very happy and energetic. Only complaint would be the drivr thru line, because many people cut the line.

Dutch Bros Coffee is my personal favorite for franchised coffee. I put them head and shoulders above Bucks. I honestly don't remember which ones I've had before, so I didn't point to anything specific to recommend, but I've at least sampled many different varieties and they're all pretty much amazing. Their coffee is just... better. It tastes better. I buy their Keurig cups for my morning coffee at home. I've also never had any issues or problems with their employees. (I've had them before in CA.) They all seemed to be super friendly every time and also helpful when you're not sure what to order. Highest recommendation for coffee!

As a 1st ever customer. It was amazing customer service. I saw 1of the employee’s with a drink in their hand as they were leaving work and I had to try it out! I got a vampire slayer with 2 extra shots & extra thick! Great recommendations it’s my new spot now! Happy customer!

Love this place! The coffee always good whether it's hot iced or Blended. Their coffee doesn't have that funky aftertaste that I can't stand from a competitor, Plus the workers are always friendly and upbeat, and their prices so much better. The drive might be a bit further then a competitor but it's the drive I will happily make to have good coffee. So keep up the great job dutch bros. You definitely have a loyal customer here

Great cold brew. The service at this location was very good. It's a newer store. I have had mixed experiences of service at Dutch Brothers locations, but this was good. I like their coffee. I live that it's all drive through.

They completely ignore the walk up window. Not just once. At least 20 times I’ve stood at the walk up window up to 25 minutes. At all times of the day. Especially in the morning. Workers will walk by and completely ignore you. I’ve waved them down and they still ignore you. It’s probably the worst walk up service I’ve ever had. I live nearby and come all hours and usually wait 10-30 minutes for service. This is completely unacceptable. It’s as if you need a vehicle to do business here. Sit in line wasting gas just to order a drink. I have never been purposely ignored at the walk up window as bad as this location. Do better. Fire the manager. My money is just as good as the people polluting with their cars. I’m thinking of returning to Starbucks it’s so bad. Especially when it’s summer and the sun is beating you down for 15 minutes just to order.

9/7/23 I will always think of Thursdays as "Thirsty Thursdays" The morning crew on this visit were amazing! A beautiful group of high spirited, fun and energetic young ladies! So welcoming and spunky!

The best drinks with the best service anywhere! Huge menu, so many delicious things to choose from! I'll go out of my way to find a Dutch Bros before I go anywhere else. My absolute favorite!! Update: Still amazing, still my favorite!

Always friendly wait staff. Delicious items, muffin tops are delish. Drink menu outstanding. Don't let long line stop you: it moves fast, great system. The only coffee spot we go too! And yes, they have pup cups!

Best coffee!!!!!! I first went there and the lines were crazy. They moved us pretty quick. I was wondering what the hype was .....amazing drinks you must try it. And if you bring your dog get the pup cup!!!! Amazing ❤️

This was my first time at this location. The location is good. The customer service was good. It was crowded and there was a wait. Ordered the cappuccino for my husband. He said it was good. I recommend this location.

I need to know how to get my drink a bit sweeter is it the syrup? Should I be asking for sugar or caramel. It can have a strong black coffee taste at times and I am looking for a hint of sweetness.

Smart and friendly staff that knows how to make great coffee. That's a large mocha w/almond milk. It tasted really good & it fit perfectly in my Golden Knights tumbler.

The service was phenomenal and the coffee was above average. Definitely not a Starbucks grade of coffee but very very good. I would come back again.

Dutch is now my only place I go to to get coffee wayyy better than Starbucks the staff there are so friendly and they are always so energetic the prices are fair and the drinks are always great.

I don't come here often but enjoy it every time I do. They have a guy or girl out there getting orders, especially when line's are long in the drive thru. I always order the cocomo blended, and it tastes delicious 😋 I will always recommend this location.

Always friendly service here!! Delicious coffee drinks. Ive liked the Lavender Cold brew in the past. Usually I get a large Iced Americano. Today I got one of their energy drinks. Not my favorite thing there. It was reminiscent of a flavored red bull. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasnt that. It was overly sweet. I still give them 5 stars because literally everything else there is delicious.

I love this shop it is my go to on my lunch break. They are always quick to get your order and get you through the line with speed. My only con with this location is the parking/drive thru lines can be crowded and hard to navigate through with not having as much space. Other than that their customer service is always amazing!

The service was super slow. But they were polite and had good customer service. The atmosphere fear was overwhelming

My 1st Dutch Bros and it is DELICIOUS. My husband and I ordered off the secret menu. We got 2 of the Golden Eagles both large both breve with whipped cream! In mine I got extra Carmel added coconut and an extra shot of espresso (as I couldn't seem to keep my eyes open this morning 😴).. Only $16 & change of we had gone to Starschmucks it'd been $26+ so we're super happy. I know I e found a new favorite coffee shop. Ty Dutch Bros!

I hate this location. There's always an issue. They have 2 merging drive thru lines, which is stupid. Today was sticker day & they ran out of stickers. What a complete waste of my time & patience. This is the last time I go here. Dunkin & Starbucks have much better apps & always have offers, etc.

This place is almost always busy, yet the servers/workers never fail to be friendly. Love the Dutch Freezes. Just be prepared for some sun while you wait for your drink.

Great staff, always a fun environment to visit. I just prefer other coffee. It's a little too sweet for me but if you like those specialty coffees definitely try it out

I’ve been going to this Ditch Bros for 3 years now, some of the faces have changed but the service is still excellent. I always appreciate the Dutch bros team standing out in heat and rain and still giving amazing service, going above and beyond. 🥰

I am newcomer to Dutch Bros. This coffee is consistent in taste. No matter what time and who makes it. Starbucks sucks with their bitter behind coffee. I tried Scooters and they should take that concept out back and shoot it cuz their coffee is terrible, watery, and overpriced. Y’all got a good thing going. Just wish there were more locations around.

The reason for the 1 star is due to how they handle the drive thru. Usually in businesses you line up your car behind the one that arrived before you and they take your order in the order you arrived. Here there's 2 different entrances to the drive thru and it does not matter if you've been in line before the other 3 cars that showed up on the other line they will walk to your car at their convenience. I love Dutch Bros but will not come back to this location.

Love visiting this location! Always friendly and happy to help. I love the Orangecicle frost and the mango smoothie depending on the day. Our pup loves the pup cups... and always wants to come with us!

The front attendant recommended the Golden Eagle (extra sweet) and it was really good. Not too strong and it had a nice smooth flavor. Customer service is on point - friendly, attentive and helpful.

I visited for the first time today and Clara was amazingly helpful. She was so patient while helping me pick out the perfect drink on the menu. She recommended a passion water green tea with honey drizzle and it was delicious. She made the experience wonderful and I hope to see her next time I come. Great customer service.

I got in line with 8 cars ahead of me at 7:40am and left by 7:42am with my iced sugar cookie chai! The team is incredibly efficient and kind, I look forward to coming back to this location! I highly suggest all employees consistently give those of us paying with a card the option to tip, because not everyone turns the iPad and lets us. I don’t have cash but I love to reward the excellent service and experiences!

Dutch Brothers is always a pleasant experience. All of the lovely individuals who work here are super energetic and helpful, coffee is good 9 times out of 10. I always recommend it to friends.
