Swung by for a large Cold Brew on a hot morning, not the worst but not the boldest tasting cold brew I've had beforehand and pretty average when considering the price. Albeit, that being said a nice cosy joint with ample seating and chilled out vibe. Staff are awesome. Note, they do have dairy-free alternative Oat and Almond milk options.

The service was great, the coffee excellent and the prices are excessive but in-line with expectations for food on-strip. I was, however totally disappointed with the “egg and cheese croissant.” It was not a croissant and the presentation was less than appealing. $15 for an egg McMuffin that looks like this? Now you’re not even trying. Go for the coffee, grab a pastry, but skip the breakfast sandwiches. For six dollars more than I spent here (including a 25% tip) I had a 3 egg Omlette, breakfast potatoes and a latte at the Cafe Hollywood next door at Planet Hollywood.

This place opens 24 hours. It’s like a grab-and-go with seatings but no real utensil nor plates. Everything was plastic and disposible. French desserts in the refrigerator are great deals! They also have delicious french bakery ready made. I like their bakery and sweets and think that they’re well made and justify the Vegas price. Staff was not very friendly though.

Hope you get in on the membership, or you may not be serviced. Waited patiently for over 20 minutes, while one person behind the counter tried to get everyone handled quickly. I finally get up to get the food and order a coffee, but then 3 people came into line next to me, which is the "membership" line, so I was not first any longer. In addition to having to wait after those in the next line, now conducted in front of me, once anyone else walked into the other line, i also had to wait... so I finally just decided to walk out without anything. This is not the kind of service I appreciate. It is not the person's fault who was working, but a policy that you are served in the membership or may have to wait for an undetermined time. What a bunch of baloney. Maybe they have good food or even great coffee, but I'm not going to find out. I cannot ever recommend a place that treats people this way. I actually choose not to even try it.

I stopped for ice-cream. I got the pistachio flavor which was incredibly great. However the employee was not friendly nor welcoming. She was replying on me or other customer with attitude. For sure customer service needs attention.

I needed an early coffee fix on the Strip and surprisingly not much is open early. This place is inviting and the pastries look great. I got a latte and I was disappointed that it was Peet’s coffee. A little surprising from a ‘French’ place. It was okay, but nothing special.

Ordered a croissant ($4.90) and another pastry with almonds on top (similar price) and a medium coffee - total was $17 range. The croissant was HORRIBLE! How can a croissant be bad someone asked…Well, when a croissant is dry, hard, and crusty on the outside and dry and flaky inside, it is a very bad croissant. I can get better at a grocery store. The pastry with almonds was also BAD - same issues as croissant. Coffee was ok. I asked for a small cup of water because I was choking on the dry croissant and the cashier said bottled water is $5.99. Really? I told her and showed her the croissant in front of customers (which I have only done a couple times in my life for poor service and product) that this is inedible and can’t believe I could not get a simple small cup of tap water. The sink behind the line was operational. There are much better places. Hard to believe this shop is inside PARIS Casino. Nothing Parisienne about it.

This used to have the best pastry in Vegas. What happened to all of their beautiful pastries? Now it looks like Duncan Donuts. When I came to Vegas I had to get their pistachio chocolate mousse. Gone!? They cut back during Covid now never to return. I didn't buy anything. I could buy this pastry in Vons for half the price. What a disappointment. This is not Paris. They should be embarrassed to call it a patisserie.

It’s a Peet’s coffee. There are other counter service coffee bars and breakfast locations in the hotel. The location needs a more “robust” team to open. 3 people on a busy morning? And only ONE cashier. Am I taking an eye exam to read the menu board? Lol See photos for pastries.

Coffee is good, flavor coffees taste more like coffee than the flavor. If you enjoy more of the coffee taste than the sweetness then you’ll be fine

The coffee was okay. The desserts were pretty decent. But when I asked for a cup of water, the barista said “sorry, we don’t do that here.” I didn’t realize that a cup of water for basic human needs would cripple the coffee industry, esp after we spent $30 of coffee and desserts.

The long line is indicative of desperate people ( like us) looking for espresso drinks. Spend the time standing in line walking somewhere else. This is push button coffee sold as barista made espresso drinks. A cappuccino is supposed to be mostly foam, not heavy milk like this. At $8, I want my drink made like it's supposed to be. Peets coffee!? Really!? Couldn't even use a European brand in the Paris resort!? Never thought I'd say this, but Starbucks is better.

There is no place in the restaurant to wash your hands and they do not offer Purell hand sanitizer.

We had muffins, Danish and Bear Claw with some coffee. The coffee and or hot chocolate didn’t had flavour. Muffins were too dry in the middle. Overall there are better places than this one given the price. I would prefer starbucks over this.

Sufficient place to take a beat, grab coffee and something to eat. There’s plenty seating inside which is nice. The menu is not bad, there are various breakfast sandwich options to choose from that are tasty and the coffee isn’t bad either. The service could be better though, when you order, the cashier immediately forgets what you say and asks to repeat yourself so I would speak extremely slow and concise when ordering. You can grab something from the fridge or simply order a sandwich and they heat it up for you. They only have soy and almond milk alternatives though, no oat. Still better than the coffee stand by the entrance. That other one has oat but the pastries are overpriced and stale.

Stopped here for a quick snack. The service was helpful and very friendly. Got a coffee, warmed croissant and apple fritter. All of it was just ok. Nothing special considering you’re in the Paris hotel. There are a few tables. It’s more of a grab and go place. Overall it’s ok but there are probably better places to stop at. I don’t feel the need to go back.

Place has a diamond line but doesn't honor it. Constantly pulling people from the other line. Whats the point of a diamond line if you bypass it? Management should probably train employees to do their jobs correctly. Especially when we're supposed to be the top tier customers for caesars/Eldorado.

I recently visited a coffee shop in my town and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and a variety of coffee and tea options. The barista was friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through the menu and offering suggestions for my beverage. The coffee was delicious and served quickly. The overall experience was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for an inviting and satisfying cup of coffee.

Nice and clean to go cafe in the Hotel Paris. The coffee and the french croissants were wonderful. This place can be recommended for a quick breakfast.

This is our go to dessert place in Paris. The pastries and cakes are wonderful. Absolutely the best Creme Brulee I have ever had, outside of France itself! The queues are sometimes long but the service is fast. Good for after dinner desserts after you have walked off your meal, or for a breakfast croissant.

This is where you bring your dogs. They serve both humans and dogs equally. Don't get me wrong I like dogs but really only dogs I know. So the dogs that come in here to eat that are unclean, unlicensed, unvaccinated make it risky for humans. That's just science. Come here at your own risk.

I like polite service with a smile. I would rate higher but the soft drink/water coolers were not operating. The cold drinks were not cold.

I admit I am very picky about my coffee/espresso, and this worst coffee I have ever had in my life. I visited 5 yrs ago and I remembered it being amazing. Walked over hoping to have that delicious experience again, and did not. I ordered an iced mocha, and they literally squirted a thin layer of chocolate syrup in to some milk, then put espresso on top. The result was 90% milk taste, 7% coffee taste, and 3% chocolate syrup. Usually iced mocha has a deep java cocoa aroma due to being shaken and then married with the ice. No matter how much I stirred, it was still a milky white color, and tasted as such. Made both me and my husband feel very ill...food poisoning ill..and worse we spent over $20 after tip for 2 cups of terrible coffee.

It was a terrible experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and people who ordered at the same time or after me were receiving their order. My friend received her sandwich at least 20 minutes before me and we ordered at the same time. I had to ask the manager several times for my order. She was less than pleasant. After repeating my simple order several times, I was given the wrong sandwich. The sandwiches are premade and need warming. This should not take long. The cafe was busy and the staff was working hard, but clearly things need to be better organized and the manager needs to fix things. It was an awful start to the day.

Cafe Belle Madeleine Is inside Paris hotel and casino. They open 24 hours serve pastry, coffee and mostly dessert. The pistachio chocolate mouse taste so delicious and decadent. However it's a bit on expensive side. The decor of the caffeine need to be improved to look more authentic Parisian cafe. Overall it's an OK cafe

Beware, café au lait means cold coffee, as they mix cold milk with hot coffee. And the girl at the counter was irritated that I requested a hot coffee with milk. Even Starbucks knows how to serve better coffee and have far better customer service. Another tourist trap.

Dirty!!! The crew working on 9/13/21 was so unsanitary. The lady making the drinks was using the dirty/use milk steamer. She was using left over milk from somebody else’s drink with my coffee. Croissants were plain. The lady working the cash register was dealing with the food and money with no gloves.
