This place doesn’t care about the customers whatsoever!!! They got our lattes totally wrong with regular milk and we are lactose intolerant. We had horrible stomachache and they didn’t care about that at all and they refused to remake our drinks with dairy-free milk . Horrible, horrible customer service experience from the manager and the staff , so rude and careless! Overall: Very slow service and careless customer service, coffee is average and very Expensive. Not worth the money!!! You are better off going across the street to Starbucks. We will never go back again to LavAzza at Ballys casino.

Great authentic flavors! Prosciutto croissant tasted like in Italy($6.90) Double Espresso($3.90) was strong, but not bitter, super delicious. Same goes to the cappuccino(L $5.90). Wheat croissant with white chocolate filling ($4.40) was fluffy and not overly sweet. This will be my go to place now whenever I’m in Vegas. It’s worth the price.

Best coffee I had! Located in the lobby of Horseshoe! Always crowded during the morning !! They have a variety of breakfast options – soaked oats, pastries to grab on the go !! Ofcourse its expensive as its inside the hotel.

Great coffee spot right in front of check in at the Shoe. Friendly efficient staff. There always seems to be a line but they always get you through quickly. Good coffee and pastries. Personally I prefer to sit at the video poker attached to LavAzza and get a Bailey's and coffee while skipping the line. No dining area unless you sit at vid poker or on the casino floor. A table or two would be nice, but there is no room for them.

Stayed at Bally’s which is where this shop is at and walked down for a mocha. It was really good, strong and flavorful. Not like the other chain coffee shops. I wish I had a pastry. They looked really good. Service was quick and pleasant.

Excellent coffee if looking for espresso drinks. They use a proper espresso machine instead of the digital/automated ones, so you know you're getting a pulled shot with fresh beans.

Pastries are top notch and fresh only issue is its definitely pricey for the portions $5 to $7 on average. I mainly come here for the coffee their espresso and cappuccino is the best!!! Especially the iced cappuccino very bold and the aromatic from the fresh coffee is one of the best!

Worst customer service I've encountered in all of Las Vegas. I can't tell you how good the coffee is because I never got any. I go there around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. not sure but it was before we went out I asked the girl for a single shot of expresso. She said okay she makes an espresso puts it on the counter in front of me and proceeded to charge you for a double espresso. I asked her very nicely I only wanted a single Miss she said we only sell doubles. Still in a nice voice I said so why didn't you say that when I ordered it as I was counting out the extra money to pay her do you believe she grabbed the espresso and said no problem you don't want it I'll throw it away and proceed to throw it away. I never said I wasn't going to buy it I just simply asked why didn't you tell me that before she made it. She was some Spanish girl with the worst attitude I've ever seen in all my years in Las Vegas even my friend had his mouth to the floor and disbelief and said why did you throw it away for we were going to buy it and then she ignored us this was about a week ago I just haven't had the chance to write this review but there's no way I was not going to write this review because I've met some people with attitudes and that's fine people have their days but this was totally uncalled for the girl obviously hates her job and she go find another one on her own if they don't fire her ASAP. She it threw away so fast I never even got to smell it but what do you expect it's in Bally's the place is a sht hole.

If you're a fan of Lavazza brand coffee, stay away bc this is low quality and not up to their standards. Drip coffee was lukewarm, not fresh and was very obviously not Lavazza but an off-brand that they charge 7$ for. Service was awful, waited 20 minutes. If you need coffee just go to Starbucks, and I don't even like Starbucks, but you're simply not getting anything else worth the price around here

1 star for charging hotel guests $1.08 for boiled water when the concierge says to get it here with cup in hand. You don't like it, pass it on. More than likely they'd rather charge extra to bake your biscuits too.

Actually the food was great, it’s the customer service that blows. Bought a coffee and a latte for my girl I asked for a little ice to cool it off. I can’t remember her name like Eva or something, she reminded me of Natasha from Rocky & Bullwinkle. She kind of gave me the shush sound and waved he hand in the air as if it wasn’t her job to take care of me. 🖕🏼You Natasha.

Really expensive bootleg drinks with low quality products. $20 for two iced white chocolates that taste really bad. Could not even drink them.

This is the main breakfast at LavAzza with sandwich options. They are absolutely amazing. The portions are generous, and the sandwich’s are fantastic. The prices for a delicious breakfast sandwich is fair.

It happened to be in the horseshoe it was not really tonight but it was late enough and we wanted a coffee and dessert and we were able to get it without having to go spend 50 or $60 at one of the other places it is a season entertainment property which makes it that much more better but the thing about it was they were open they were reasonable and it was exactly what we wanted it was fast the lady was really Pleasant and the wife made me go down to next morning to get a breakfast the Danish and coffee thank you horseshoe and thank you Caesar's entertainment you guys are awesome just damn awesome

It's not a bad option if you're looking for something simple for breakfast in the morning. I had their apple danish and it was delicious and reasonable for the price. The coffee is a bit of a hit or miss and definitely more expensive than most places. Almost $7-$8 for a basic regular sized brewed coffee. I recommend going elsewhere for your coffee and going here for your pastry or breakfast treat.

OMG don't bother. As much as I despise Starbucks, this place is horrid swill. Ordered a latte (over $7. USD). They kind of warm the milk, which seems so watered down its more like water than milk. The coffee was bitter (I have had LavAzza around the world and brew at home). There is no way it is a LavAzza coffee bean. Go to Starbucks.

The servers during my stay were always friendly, polite, attentive, and efficient. It's a bummer there are no coffee makers in the rooms, but at least this is 24/7

Typical coffee shop with above average coffee and average pastries. Atmosphere needs a lot of work as it’s right in the lobby/casino and not really anywhere to sit. Very loud and not in a good way.

Great coffee, but because of the defective lid for my iced latte caused two spills. Thanks. :|

It’s not even close, this place has the worst mocha in North America. And for a $9 “tea” they give you lukewarm water in a cup and fling a 25 cent teabag in your general direction.

The pictures in this review are from different locations. We came to the horseshoe hotel and the coffee shop here is the one without the window. At the horseshoe there isn't any place to seat at the coffee shop.

The espresso is good, but priced unreasonably high ($5.99 for a double). The Apple danish was not fresh and after one bite I threw it away. The pineapples were 1/2 fresh and 1/2 almost rotten. The worst breakfast experience in a long time. Don’t waste your money there.

The most expensive coffee I’ve ever purchased anywhere in the world - a small Latte with an extra shot cost 11.37 USD. I’m unsure how people can rate this place highly at such excessive prices, particularly considering the unfriendly service. If you’re an Australian: the LavAzza coffee itself is just as bad as back home. Avoid.

We had breakfast on our last morning before heading to the airport. The lattes and pastries were delicious!

In Vegas often and tried many coffee shops and desserts, but the coconut, and strawberry cake were the best to date. I don't even really eat cake because I don't like the taste and texture. However, this cake was gone in seconds. The coffee and lattes are good, it doesn't have a bitter or burnt taste like Starbucks.
