I’ve
been
here
a
few
times
and
overall,
I’d
have
to
give
it
a
3
star.
All
drinks
I’ve
tried
always
taste
amazing,
especially
the
mocha
frappes.
I
live
on
the
other
side
of
town,
30
minute
drive.
I
would
love
to
come
here
for
the
great
drinks
but
customer
service
is
always
bad.
The
service
and
the
speed
of
service
make
this
review
a
3
star.
Drive
thru
line
ALWAYS
has
a
very
slow
paced
service,
even
though
cashiers
are
usually
scrambling
or
rushing
me
whenever
I
come
through.
It
doesn’t
matter
if
there’s
3
cars
in
line
or
0
cars
in
line,
it’s
always
slow
service.
Came
in
through
drive
thru
on
September
27th,
at
around
9:30am,
male
cashier
was
very
rude.
I
asked,
“what
flavors
do
you
have?”
And
he
said
passive
aggressively,
“Um..
the
standard
flavors?
The
normal
ones
all
coffee
shops
have?”
As
a
customer,
how
was
I
supposed
to
know
which
flavors
are
provided?
I
don’t
see
it
on
the
menu?
He
was
very
serious
and
bland,
he
did
not
even
look
like
he
wanted
to
be
there.
Of
course,
no
tip!
I’ve
worked
in
fast
food
and
I’ve
been
in
drive
thru,
I
understand
there
may
be
big
rushes
but
this
happens
every
single
time
I’m
here.
Bad
customer
service.
Customer
service
is
always
my
priority
even
in
the
busiest
times,
but
this
staff
makes
it
seem
like
it’s
the
least
of
their
concern.
A
suggestion:
Maybe
hire
more
staff
since
it’s
understaffed?
Or
train
your
employees
and
start
a
welcoming
script?
