    Great chain with a variety of different bagels. The food is always delicious and we love their fresh baked bagels. They have a huge variety of bagels and sandwiches and coffee too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always treat me with kindness and thoughtfulness. They do offer some discounts and rewards if you download their app . I love the outdoor seating patio. Definitely recommend it and will be back.

    They are super busy so expect to wait but they are super sweet and hard working. If you are looking for one with a drive through this is not one of em. Big dining area as well.

    Management needs to be held accountable for the lack of service here… 3 young people behind the counter trying their best but we were standing at the “order here” line (no one in front of us) while the gentleman took people’s order on the “pay here” queue… Waited 10 minutes at the “order here” before we noticed people ordering on the other side… Moved over to the “pay here” (again no one in front of us) and waited another 10 minutes as the gentleman moved over to the coffee area as we approached him… Not one of the associates behind the counter acknowledged us and I could see their screen only had 2 orders showing!!! We live so close by but sadly this will be the last time we come to this location… Rather drive a little further and get better service.

    The bagels are okay but the sandwiches are garbage. No one knows how to use a knife in this place. My sandwich was a complete mess.

    So I went again this morning on my way to work I thought I would give it another try......they were somewhat busy. The guy that took my order was handling the bagels from the display to the slicer holding them against his clothing wow. They had jus brought out some cinnamon raisin he told me I couldn't have any. I also asked for some vegetable smear and he said they didn't have any only wha r was in the case. So I asked if they had some in the back he said no what they had out was all they had which wasn't much. Really!!!! Little did he know I was going g to write this review. The bagels were cold and hard.. not fresh.. I will never go back to this Einstein again....!!!! I gave you guys a second chance..... It took the employee asking several times what my order was. I guess he was new. However I took my bagel with me to work bit into it (the top was face down And the garlic was burnt. Seriously!!!!

    Ruan, just made this my ultimate favorite Einstein Bagel location. He’s beyond friendly, goes the extra mile, and makes sure the clients in the entire place are well taken care of and satisfied. I will be going out of my way just to come to this location from now on. Thanks Ruan!

    I love the food and bagels! This store is centrally located to where I need to be for work, school and business. I usually go in around 8:30 am and it’s always busy. The store usually has 3-4 employees working. I don’t mind waiting 10-15 minutes because that’s how long you’ll wait on average. However this store gets a 2 star solely because of cleanliness, poor and disrespectful customer service. I went in last Friday there was no one in line and I’ve never felt so disrespected. Jennifer turned my way and made eye contact without any greeting. She rolled her eyes twice as if she was taking a big breath. I say twice at her because that’s how many times we made eye contact and all she gave was a flat affect, mad facial expression and attitude. There was never a “thank you for waiting, one moment or even a hello or acknowledgment that I was there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad morning or bothered and I waited. I then noticed her starting to smile at a lady walking up. She greeted her and didn’t charge her for smear. I immediately walked out. Little did she know I was going to make a large purchase and I took my business elsewhere because of her attitude. I later contacted the store and found out from Jaiden the manager that this has been on ongoing issues and he appreciated my feedback. He apologized on her behalf and requested I give them another chance and If I went in he would have my order ready. Unfortunately I couldn’t go in that day so I kept my word and went in today. I was disappointed the place continues to be left unclean and dirty. At first I was able to look past that but after using the restroom there was no soap which tells me if employees use the restroom they’re not washing their hands. There was no toilet paper, tissue everywhere and toilets were filthy. I then proceeded to wait the average time and saw Jennifer. It’s unfortunate that she continues to have attitude with other customers, she’s so unfriendly and disrespectful. I’ve given this store multiple attempts to get past all the issues but I will no longer be giving them my business. This store needs leadership to step in and provide more support, training and revamp the exterior or completely close down because it’s going to continue to go downhill. Although the food will make up for the place but I enjoy giving business to establishments that have happy employees and are clean. So sad for this store

    This place is so dirty. If we can’t eat inside then you at least should clean outside because it’s extremely disgusting to eat somewhere where there’s mold growing and water pipes broken. Dirty dusty musty tables. They are gross. Really bad customer service. You all that work there should be happy you even have a job.

    I love eating at Einstein Bagels it’s nice and clean and they had every bagel stocked ☺️my issue with this place is they don’t have enough workers and lots of orders so the wait time is 15-20 minutes! The other day there was only two workers one on the cash register (at the pay here ) and one working the line the girl working the line did a very good job (Lindsay) especially being the only worker doing everything while the guy working the register didn’t help after he was done taking the orders ! I feel they need to higher more people since this is a popular place to eat ! I do recommend just be prepared to wait at least 10-20 minutes!

    I asked for two eggs on my farmhouse - got none. Got one egg on my other bagel when I asked for two. Manager seemed almost robotic in his attempt to resolve the issue, first offering to "make a note" so the next time I get a free farmhouse. I asked if they could just remake it and he said yes (as though this solution hadn't dawned on him). I also asked to undo the $3 tip I put on my card and he first said that wasn't possible and then said he has to see if they can do it. I've been on hold for quite some time. Still no resolution. There appears to be a complete lack of competence or care for getting orders right at this location. This location is awful.

    I came through to Einstein brothers this morning to get my team some coffee and breakfast. I was waiting just a little bit longer than expected and I was not bothered by it one bit. The customer experience was superb. Jon took my order & was so kind. He consistently reassured me and thanked me for my patience. When I got to the counter my order was comped. Working in customer service myself. I don't expect others to jump through hoops for me when I'm placing my order, but when I'm treated with such kindness it truly does make my day. Thank you to the AM crew. I will be sharing the story with my retail team and praising your service.

    O order online for convenience. These folks are helpful and hard working for sure. This is a great location with great staff. My favorites are "all nighter," brisket, or the chorizo burrito!

    Very nice restaurant with amazing food! The bagels are incredible same with the subs! Coffee looks very good as well and is made quick! Nice seating area and clean. Staff is friendly.

    This “lox” bagel is not worth 1 hour wait. Before that I ordered via their app. DO NOT USE THEIR APP! Doesn’t work. Charged me 4 times for the same order, one of the charges went in as gift card?! That balance. I wasn’t able to use because their system wasn’t working….

    Went in this morning - didn’t look too busy. We waited 36 minutes from paying for our order of two sandwiches. After the first twenty minutes I was told my order was next up for processing. Turned out that wasn’t the case. Numerous (at least twenty-five, some door dash and order-ahead) people were served ahead of us. Something in their ordering system needs to change. Bagels were fine once we got them, though we’d long since finished our drinks and had to ask for the included potato chips.

    Let me start by saying that I Love Einstein Bagels! It’s my absolute favorite go to breakfast place any time of the day. However, today I drove out of the way to the nearest Einstein Bagels on Decatur and Sahara because I was craving my ultimate favorite, the garden avocado sandwich and a mocha latte. I am so irate and discussed with this place! 🤬 See the photo attached! I got back to my car and was going to eat it there in the parking lot in my car but I could tell immediately that there was something wrong the second my fingers touched the sandwich wrap inside the bag. I took it out and saw what you are seeing in this photo. What in the hell!!! Stay away from this particular Einstein Bagels people. Regret even leaving a tip!!

    Been here before and the order side was down this visit both sides were up and running one person running the counter and one person making sandwiches and bagels placed my order and waited 20 mins for one bagel when the lady called out my order I walked up to the counter and nothing waited another 5 mins the manager asked if I was being helped She didn't give me a chance to tell her my order was called out I started to tell her again my order was called out but she walked away... At this point I went into line again and got my money back and left

    I got the All Nighter with a cranberry bagel and it was perfect. Not dry at all and just so satisfying. Cold brew was not bad either. Pretty fast service considering how busy they are.

    Got a breakfast bagel sandwich and it was horrible!! The tomato was raw green in the center and hard, the bacon was horribly under cooked and gross! There was ZERO attention to detail! Ill NEVER go back there again! The bad reviews are 100% true! Dont learn the hard way like I did!

    Derrick was AWESOME! Unfortunately a lot of businesses are suffering due to short staff, but Derrick could multitask with a friendly smile... Which goes a long way in customer service, He and definitely s an asset and goes above and beyond at these difficult times.

    The lady manager there is very rude. Also, she mixes the plain cream cheese with the knife she uses for the onion and chive cream cheese so if you order a sweet bagel it will taste of onions. Hire better managers. The other employees there are fine. Just that lady manager should be replaced.

    Whoever is running this place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I came into this location as I always do because I live down the street so I’m here pretty frequent. I always order off the app so I can just run in and grab my order. I ordered off the app as usual and came in and my order wasn’t there. I was asking what happened considering my payment has already gone through on the app and on my bank account statement. The manager was clearly right behind the counter but wasn’t addressing the issue himself he was telling the employee what to say to me (mind you I can see him telling the employee what to say) I was told there’s nothing they can do about this issue. Although this is frustrating, I accepted the outcome and said I would pay for my meal again because I would still like to eat. The employee rang up my order but I realized I forgot my wallet (I thought I was just running in to grab my order) so I go outside to my car to get my wallet and I come back in to the manager yelling at me saying I can not eat here and that i need to leave. Another by stander that heard what was going on got very angry at the way the manager was talking to me and handling the situation and told him to calm down. The manger continued to tell me to leave over and over again. I come to this location A LOT and have never been treated with such disrespect before.

    I like the food, but the few different places I've gone into, I don't know what it is, but one of the people I deal I deal with seem to always have an attitude like I'm putting them out by them having to serve me...and I'm an easygoing, nice guy, but come on Einstein, employ better people or treat them better so they have a better attitude, because part of the reason people go out to eat is to be served with a good, friendly attitude.

    As always, the best bagels! I almost buy these bagels every other morning, the whole family loves them. However, today was the first time the bagels weren't fresh. Kind of dry and not as soft as they usually are. Probably a glitch only as usually the bagels here are awesome.
