I
love
the
food
and
bagels!
This
store
is
centrally
located
to
where
I
need
to
be
for
work,
school
and
business.
I
usually
go
in
around
8:30
am
and
it’s
always
busy.
The
store
usually
has
3-4
employees
working.
I
don’t
mind
waiting
10-15
minutes
because
that’s
how
long
you’ll
wait
on
average.
However
this
store
gets
a
2
star
solely
because
of
cleanliness,
poor
and
disrespectful
customer
service.
I
went
in
last
Friday
there
was
no
one
in
line
and
I’ve
never
felt
so
disrespected.
Jennifer
turned
my
way
and
made
eye
contact
without
any
greeting.
She
rolled
her
eyes
twice
as
if
she
was
taking
a
big
breath.
I
say
twice
at
her
because
that’s
how
many
times
we
made
eye
contact
and
all
she
gave
was
a
flat
affect,
mad
facial
expression
and
attitude.
There
was
never
a
“thank
you
for
waiting,
one
moment
or
even
a
hello
or
acknowledgment
that
I
was
there.
I
gave
her
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
that
she
was
having
a
bad
morning
or
bothered
and
I
waited.
I
then
noticed
her
starting
to
smile
at
a
lady
walking
up.
She
greeted
her
and
didn’t
charge
her
for
smear.
I
immediately
walked
out.
Little
did
she
know
I
was
going
to
make
a
large
purchase
and
I
took
my
business
elsewhere
because
of
her
attitude.
I
later
contacted
the
store
and
found
out
from
Jaiden
the
manager
that
this
has
been
on
ongoing
issues
and
he
appreciated
my
feedback.
He
apologized
on
her
behalf
and
requested
I
give
them
another
chance
and
If
I
went
in
he
would
have
my
order
ready.
Unfortunately
I
couldn’t
go
in
that
day
so
I
kept
my
word
and
went
in
today.
I
was
disappointed
the
place
continues
to
be
left
unclean
and
dirty.
At
first
I
was
able
to
look
past
that
but
after
using
the
restroom
there
was
no
soap
which
tells
me
if
employees
use
the
restroom
they’re
not
washing
their
hands.
There
was
no
toilet
paper,
tissue
everywhere
and
toilets
were
filthy.
I
then
proceeded
to
wait
the
average
time
and
saw
Jennifer.
It’s
unfortunate
that
she
continues
to
have
attitude
with
other
customers,
she’s
so
unfriendly
and
disrespectful.
I’ve
given
this
store
multiple
attempts
to
get
past
all
the
issues
but
I
will
no
longer
be
giving
them
my
business.
This
store
needs
leadership
to
step
in
and
provide
more
support,
training
and
revamp
the
exterior
or
completely
close
down
because
it’s
going
to
continue
to
go
downhill.
Although
the
food
will
make
up
for
the
place
but
I
enjoy
giving
business
to
establishments
that
have
happy
employees
and
are
clean.
So
sad
for
this
store
