😐 I passed two Starbucks in order to get to this place. I had already picked out what I wanted from their online menu, a blended drink. I had trouble finding it because its just a tiny place. There is no seating. When I got there the lady was kind. She told me they didn't have blended drinks after all... People often mention coffee, Starbucks,

I passed two Starbucks in order to get to this place. I had already picked out what I wanted from their online menu, a blended drink. I had trouble finding it because its just a tiny place. There is no seating. When I got there the lady was kind. She told me they didn't have blended drinks after all and then gave me directions to the nearest Starbucks (one of the ones I passed to get there.) This place is was just fine. Coffee was good, but the drink was sized a little smaller than I would have liked.

No frills smaller coffee counter in the corner by the pool entry at Excalibur. It is open 6am - 1pm. One person works behind the counter- she’s nice, be patient during our food worker shortage here in Las Vegas. They have soy milk as a dairy alternative, vanilla flavoring for drinks is $1 and the only flavor offered. Reasonable prices compared to that big chain, average $4-5.50/drink. My iced coffee with soy milk & vanilla added was $5.50 (nothing extra for the soy). Coffee tasted great, no burnt taste like that aforementioned chain. Almond croissant was delicious- not made on site at this little stand but fresh and good. You can also order ahead the day prior for the next morning from your room. If staying in the Resort Tower, this is a great alternative to trekking over to the food court, as it’s by the elevators to the tower.

Save yourself the frustration and just ignore these locations. Always a 40 minute wait. Never have enough staff, never have food items in stock. Coffee is burnt and cheap. Staff claimed to not understand English very well and honestly couldn't care less about satisfied customers. I felt they wanted us to feel grateful that they even showed up that day.

8:05 am I get there, sign says CLOSED even though it opens at 6:00. So I head to the other, 17 people in line. I go up to Caribou Coffee at the food court, same deal. Both Starbucks are packed, and I was trying to avoid getting a drink there. I give up and head back to my tower. NOW it's open with 12 people in line.

I just wanted some iced tea and the lady said, "I can't do that because I don't have cold tea"! Umm, add ice! It's not rocket science! I asked if she had ice an was told in a rather snooty voice, "Yes but that's for the coffee drinks". At this point I didn't know what else to say because what I wanted to say was going to be a comment about her intelligence so I said, "Ok then hot tea". As she turned away she muttered, "Pick a tea". I was looking for a sign when I noticed there were boxes by the register. Needless to say I got a cup of hot water and a tea bag. I know this sounds kind of picky but she just had that tone like she didn't want to be there and it showed. But I'm still thinking about her not having cold tea! LOL

Stopped on the way out. The coffee was weak. Ordered a danish that must have been 3 days old. The burrito was cold on the inside and flavorless. Not worth the stop.

It does the job and is my preference over the Starbucks. Price isn't outrageous. The one I visited is at the base of the hotel tower next to the lefts and across from the convenience store.

Tiny little counter near the pool entrance in the Excalibur Hotel. Only one person working. Always a line up so I figured it was worth the long wait. Coffee was bland watered down. Save your time and just goto Starbucks or upstairs to the food court to Krispy Kreme. Cross your fingers the loud annoying guy isn't working there

Service is alright but the coffee is pretty watery. Considering the prices it’s almost as much of a rip off as Starbucks.
