Delicious iced blended hazelnut drink! Quick service, happy they had a location in the airport!

I wanted 3 extra shots for my large drink. So why was I charged $5.34 instead of $3.60 ($1.20 per extra shot)? Because they didn’t know how to ring it up the proper way!

Hazelnut latte over ice was perfect right before my flight home. The lady barista helping me was so cool 😎. Didn't have to wait long for my drink either.

The one girl working African American With long eyelashes and Carmelish hair in a pony tail was super freaking rude like no customer service skills what so all yelling at customers with the nastiest tone ever . She was like miserable just working there! Girl if you’re unhappy quite we went there Friday evening around 7 pm on the 28th of July . Do better and hire proper staff that enjoy serving the public not one’s who hate their job so much they have to treat others so nasty. Bad bad place don’t get any thing here unless you want to be treated like garbage

Ok... so, the area around D gates have far more than E gates where Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is. By time i walked around the E gates area about 4 times trying to decide where to get breakfast after regretting not getting it from Puck near the D gates, i finally decided to get an egg wrap at Coffee Bean, not expecting much at all. The service there is impeccable and the guys are extremely polite and personable... ace send that they are subbing the caffeine too 😆. Anyway... i was a little upset that i think it was microwaved... but after 1 bite of the egg & cheese potato wrap... i was transported to my childhood where the curse actually tasted like cheese. And the potato actually tasted like potato. And the potato and cheese didn't overpower the egg. And the wrap itself was... just soft, those grill looking marks actually had flavor and... the hot sauces sent it to the moon! This was FANTASTIC! They should give it more excitement, given the breakfast options around it that end around 10:30ish, for those of us that love eggs the morning and took too long to decide bc of egg snobbery 😆 so pleasantly surprised and wish there was something this scrumptious on the East coast!!! Would i do it again... i can't wait to do it again and i hope the chance comes around soon!

The best latte I have ever had so far. I am a big Starbucks fan, but their Matcha green with oat milk tasted out of the world. The staff is extremely courteous and quick service is provided. To the gentleman at the shop next to the escalator after security checking... thank you for being such a welcoming person and offering the morning latte with such high spirits

Simply horrible... This is a disappointing shop to go to..

I wanted a ginger peppermint tea, but they were out. I tried another green tea that wasn’t that great. I also ordered an everything bagel. After putting butter on the lightly toasted bagel it didn’t appear to be fresh. It was lightly toasted but still dry and stale. I went to tell the employee- lyn and she said they bought in fresh daily. Obviously not, but I just wasted 4.65. Never again will I purchase from there.

The counter person who is an african descent did not want to be there. She acted like we were a bother instead of a welcomed customer. She should not be working in customer service Industry because she sure didn't have that skill. I said thank you several times, she didn't thank me once. I guess business owners are desperate for employees that they hire anyone as long as they are breathing and show up. It's unfortunate how unhappy people can affect your day like that. She should find another job or the owner/manager needs to find a better employee.👎

THIS RATING PERTAINS TO THE COFFEE BEAN AT TERMINAL 3 LAS VEGAS AIRPORT I ordered my beverage with a very pleasant lady. As I was waiting in line she has phenomenal conversations with people. As I waited for my beverage, I notice a black female, maybe about 5ft tall (or under) with long braids. She was wearing a romper with suspenders and a red long sleeve shirt. I noticed the lady going into the fridge and grabbing different wraps from the back of the fridge. At first I thought she was stocking more wraps but I noticed she started removing the condiments from the wraps and then placing the wraps back!! I was in shock. I thought she was an employee but after I noticed she was taking the condiments from the wraps, I assumed she was a random person just needing condiments. But then I see her walking to the back area of coffee bean often! I was in shock to find out that a very own employee of coffee bean was taking the condiments for her own personal use!! She was sitting down on the side eating her lunch and using the condiments with her other coworker! This drove me up the wall. People spend an arm and a leg to purchase expensive food and beverages at airports for them not to be completely in tact. When a person goes to purchase a wrap their going to get it with no condiments! That is absurd. I’m sure if a person asked for condiments at the counter they would be told “we don’t have any”. If they did have condiments, I’m sure the female wouldn’t be taking them from the wraps and would be grabbing the ones from the back! I would of written this review for the coffee bean at terminal 3 but it’s not showing up on the maps!

My first time ordering from this location and just thought I order a simple item. Mocha. Instead of informing me that there are different types of “Mocha” the barista gave me an attitude by asking “what kind of mocha, tea mocha or coffee with an irritating look on her face”. It isn’t necessary to be rude. A simple suggestions about your menu would have taken less time than trying to make me look like an idiot. The coffee was great but she can check her personality at the door.

Sway did a wonderful job and was kind and professional. She was very helpful when her co-worker made my coffee order wrong. She corrected the issue and held her own even when her co-worker walked away and left her alone with a line of customers. She could definitely use more help. She did a wonderful job.

Great friendly service, and my chai latte was perfect!

Though dealing with a constantly long line, the employees here have such a good attitude. They manage to get the orders out very quickly while also being friendly to each and every customer. There were some good healthy food options (quinoa & lentil salads) and the Vietnamese cold brew was delish!

Quinton was our baristia. He has the best attitude and was a hoot. So glad we chose to get some coffee here. The drink is perfect and the experience was even better.

Best Caramel Ice Blended can be found on this branch! I always get this drink whenever I’m in Vegas airport flying out (yes, even at 6am, as it’s never too early for me to have ice blended!). Service was quick but super friendly, and the drink is always consistently good!!

Worst service ever! Cashier is having an attitude the whole time. We bought two wraps and she didn’t even help us to heat it up. When I brought it up to the other worker, she was like “did you buy it? Why don’t you have it heat up?” Why don’t you ask that to your co worker? The wraps are the worst I ever have, they just throw them to the microwave and didn’t even unwrap the plastic bag around it. Will gives it a zero stars if I could.

Coffee good. Service is slow!!

I was just here for a layover (10/20 around noon, across from E10) and I was blown away at how efficient this team was! The coffee was ready before I even had a chance to find a spot and put my receipt away. These ladies know make a coffee right and take care of a line like nothin’ I’ve ever seen! Bravo!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The cashier and server were extremely rude. When I placed my order, she gave me attitude when asking if I wanted hot or cold, as if I was dumb and didn’t know how to order. When the barista served the coffees, she called out the first drink wrong so I didn’t pick it up, then she gave me attitude when announcing the drinks. I wish I could have taken a video it was so hard to keep my cool. The coffees ended up being too hot! I couldn’t even enjoy it.

We had almost given up on finding a good coffee shop in the Las Vegas airport when we finally found this great place! Juan welcomed us with a smile :) We had hot tea , hazelnut coffee and chocolate muffins - all of them were great and the beverages were perfectly blended. I would Definitely recommend this place.

DON’T GET A MALIBU DREAM!!! ANYONE can make it at home, it’s just “naked” juice blended with ice, so much ice in fact you can barely drink it. Doesn’t get blended enough and the ice blocks the straw. Stick to the coffee here because when you buy a MD you just buy then that entire naked bottle again. No one there looks like they want to be there either

had a double shot cappuccino from here. didn't like it very much. but it definitely woke me up. friendly and quick service.

I was glad to see an alternative to Starbucks in the airport and Coffee Bean + Tea Leaf did not disappoint. The cashier was one of the friendliest baristas I met and was very welcoming. The matcha latte and iced vanilla lattes we got came out in a timely manner. They also sell breakfast items and the southwest wraps we got, they were able to heat up, and it came with a side of hot sauce (yum).

Never tried this place before but I’m so happy I did! David and the other employees working were very nice and made my drink quickly. I got the caramel blended and it’s sweet but that’s just what I was wanting. The texture is perfect, great customer service 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time here. Ordered a dark rost with chocolate and cold almond milk. Amazing! I was not expecting it to be that great but WOW! The flavor was bold and deep but it was smooth. Sever Lulu gave exceptional service. My new go to place:)
