This place used to be good, and I am writing this for my dad. Today, he got the worst meal of his life. He ordered pot roast, and it was drier than dry, poor quality meat, and very tough.He expressed how unhappy he was to the nice waitress, and she gave him a complimentary slice of cake. She was nice, the cake was good, so that's how the two stars got there. Attached is a picture showing how dry the pot roast was.

The only thing going for this place is the discount menu for cardholders. Everything else is over priced for the quality of the food. Tip: don’t get the mozzarella sticks, they’re about 3 inches and the sauce just taste like microwaved spaghetti sauce.

The sausage and egg breakfast sandwich wasn't good at all. Link sausages did not do it for me. The person I was there with picked the flour tortilla off a little more at a time. Until he got to the ingredients inside the breakfast burrito he ordered. The bill was way to much for eating less then half of our food. Won't order these items from the menu again.

Wow!!! First time here and last! Ordered the Sunday special burnt ends& BBQ CHICKEN. Well there is no BURNT ENDS on this plate, the chicken had no seasoning other than just BBQ sauce. Chicken was extremely mushy!! What is that! Food was cold, con on cob tasted old. Best thing we got was the cup of water. To top it off the hostess didn’t say a word to us while seating us. Didn’t recommend ANYTHING! All she did was lean on the podium. I was truly hoping this would be our new spot. Disappointed.

It really sux since the scam-demic that no where is anything open 24hrs in Las Vegas. What the hell happened don't people have a set of balls anymore? This is a good restaurant and I used to enjoy it 24hrs. Not any more. Just like Walmart, McDonald's, burger King, Walgreens, part stores, EVERYTHING! AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT EVERYHING IS 2 OR 4 TIMES THE PRICE IT WAS, LESS EMLOYEES LESS HOURS OPEN. I mean come on people you used to be able to do anything you wanted to anytime you wanted to here. I guess next we should change the name of Las Vegas to brook heights or something because it sure isn't what it used to be. Might as well just move back to the midwest.

My Club sandwich was good, but it looks like they peeled off a brick of meat and placed it on the cheese. My husband's Turkey melt looks like they took more time with it. Our waitress was Super nice!! My soda's glass was never empty... 😁 Spent about $38

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - daily deal of steak and eggs and a chili bowl. The chili bowl was a fairly small serving but tasty overall. The medium rare steak was closer to well done but was decent overall. Nothing crazy special but hits the spot since we didn't want to drive out. Ambience: 4/5 - located on the second floor, it is off to the side of the casino but quite a spacious location. You can still hear the sounds from the slot machines and smell residual smoke. Convenient location if you're staying at the hotel. Service: 4/5 - not the quickest service but everyone was really nice! We waited 10 minutes to get the steak and eggs special to go but was told that it's only available for dine in. After we finished our food, we were probably sitting around for 10 minutes before our server came back. Value for price: 4/5 - note that the daily deal prices you see are only for people with higher tier reward cards. The price is still reasonable for the portion and flavor

I’ve read bad reviews about them and other areas and I don’t understand because what they had on the menu was really decent and the prices were really good and the portions were good. I don’t see why it was down graded at all. I found all of the staff should be really helpful and the food was Yum.

Good food and cheap specials if your a high card player love the burger and fries and good breakfast also.

The bisquits and Gravy plate isn't that big and the Gravy tastes like it comes from a powder mix

I Love Arizonan Charles, the employees are Great & atmosphere and music was good. The Sourdough Cafe Open 24hrs is also wonderful and so are the people who work there. Thanks again.

Good little place inside of Arizona's Charlie Boulder. Get a play card so you can get a discount and earn points for eating there! Good selection of foods and drink. Just a caution the drinks in the morning are a tad expensive. But what do you expect. $4 apple juice

The 6oz steak is full of fat and uneatable tendon. The server and the manger did absolutely nothing after we reflect on the problem.

They have a number of daily dishes that will keep you satisfied. This was my second stop this week and might as well make it 3 for 3! The service is great as well.

We have been coming here for about a year and we have never had a bad experience. The food and portions are generously delicious. The wait staff is ALWAYS friendly and patient, i have two kids and I've never had one get impatient with their questions. Today my daughter and i shared the beef taco salad and pictured is the leftovers after we were both full. The meat was SO GOOD well seasoned and not chewey. Highly recommend!

Their chicken parmesan is excellent for the price and their burgers are the bomb

Great value for a quick bite. Being from the coast, I was pleasantly surprised how fresh tasting their "desert" cod fish and chips have been! The taco salad is another one that can be a favorable work of art depending on the chef of the day. Downside is they are stingy with the salsa! If you want to feel a little family love, ask to be seated in Rose's station mornings for for fresh hot coffee and fluffy pancakes. More syrup please!

I usually get there breakfast specials I haven't had anything from here that I didn't like I enjoy myself eating at this place

I’ve been here twice, excellent service and food every time. Unbeatable price at only $3.99 for this amazing delicious breakfast! It’s actually insane how good the quality is and big this breakfast is for the price.

What else can I say I love it I love it I love it best deals in town on breakfast lunch and dinner and if you're part of the players club you get some nice discounts me and my wife probably eat there four times out of the week

Very good. We both had different steaks. Tender and tasty. It came with salad or soup. We also shared jalapeño poppers. With loyalty card it totalled $28 not a bad deal at all. Friendly staff

food is amazing must try family friendly the burger special is So delicious and service is beyond Above average, everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcome . Also amazing food for the price , fyi the ranch is by far thy best Ive tasted so far in Las Vegas like i will for sure be coming here on a regular . so If you traveling and want to try hidden gems this one is One for the books .
