There are so many different combinations, you can't go wrong. Deliciousness in a cup. I love blended kicker.

I'm positive the employee added a tip without asking and that's a crime. I'm never visiting this location again and I'd suggest you ask for a receipt. I would have tipped if given the option but don't just assume and take what you want. I also ordered a muffin top and was told they didn't put it in the system, that's what caught me off guard with the price.

Had a nitro. Excellent service. Why the great distance for the nicely, shaded but well-hidden community table. I guess your not supposed to stick around?

Love Dutch Bros!! They have a great variety of drinks to choose from. One of my favorites is the Golden Eagle. The staff is great too!! 😊😌❤️🧋

WARNING! They raised their prices! I love my local Dutch Bros, but they lost a star because they recently raised their prices. Their quality of coffee and tea is top-notch. I usually get an iced green tea with flavoring. Their service is also great and friendly. But I mainly loved coming here for the reasonable prices. Now I'm not so sure 🤔 are they turning into Starbucks??

Love my nearby Dutch Bros! Every time I've gone here, the staff has always been more than helpful and happy. They do a great job of directing the traffic and even holding people who try to cut in line accountable (more than I can say about In-n-Out). They always make such delicious drinks too. I've never had an issue with an order or an employee and they're surprisingly fast considering how long the lines get.

I’ve always had a great customer experience & and great quality coffee at Dutch Bros but just a 4 star because the Barista(Broista) took our order incorrectly. Which was cool no worries but that seemed to bother her and that she had to remake it. The quality of my Large Iced coffee seemed off to the usual awesome coffee Dutch Bros has. I hope service doesn’t deteriorate as they grow.

My favorite. Location. Everyone is Always so nice!! I was near another location & got my regular Fzn. Golden Eagle. It was Watery. I asked the girl to remake it and she made it exactly the same again ,watery. I told her my regular location makes it perfectly every time I don't understand what's wrong & the girl told me that it wasn't going to taste the same because she had to put more ice in it. She remade it a third time and it was so gaggingly sweet I couldn't drink it. So on my way home I swung by this location and They happily replaced The one I had with the drink I always like. Thanks for the great service!! Must drive a ways to get here. Please open a location in Centennial Hills😁

The drive thru situation is absolutely confusing. I just moved to this area so I hadn’t ever been to this location before, so I didn’t know that this location had a proper way to get in line. I saw no one was in line for the actual drive thru when I turned into the parking lot. When I turned in there was just 1 big car parked by the parking lot entrance near the Taco Bell so I drove around them because I assumed they were just sitting there. I pulled into the drive thru and that car pulled in behind me. I then heard him complaining how I cut him in line. I was utterly confused because I didn’t understand. His car was parked so far away from the drive thru entrance. I returned back to that same Dutch bros a few days later and realized that the line starts all the way by the Taco Bell drive thru but I didn’t realize because the car was blocking the sign from Dutch bros which stated to wait there. I felt so bad after realizing I cut the guy in line. I had no clue. This drive thru makes absolutely no sense and is not user friendly especially to people who aren’t aware of the rules at this location.

I ordered a large drink with soft top. The drink came out with a film of soft top. When I asked the "barista" why it was so little she said yea the pictures are more for advertising. Very disappointed 😞 Dutch has gone down hill. It is not letting me post a photo.

Finally got here when the line wasn't crazy, and it was so worth it! Delicious, full flavored Golden Eagle drink was not overly sweet. Only $5 for a large - such a deal. Workers helping move the line along got us through really quickly. Will definitely come here again. Update: I went here to get my free birthday drink, and the guy at the window was SO stoked that it was my birthday! I appreciated the enthusiasm, and it made my day brighter! Highly recommend this location. Great people!

I’m new to the neighborhood and asked about local coffee shops. I was told that Dutch Brothers is where everyone goes. This is the closest location to Centennial. I ordered an Americano (hot) and a mango smoothie. My order was prepared timely. There wasn’t a long wait although the drive thru line was long. I parked and walked up to the window to place my order. I wore my mask to protect me and others although there was no signage stating such. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wanted an egg nog latte but they said they don’t have any egg nog holiday drinks this season. They do have other holiday drinks available if you so desire. If you want coffee, a latte, energy drink, etc., then I recommend you come try Dutch Brothers coffee. You won’t be disappointed.

Been coming to Dutch bros since the nineties. At this Dutch bros today we got cut in line the person admitted it and was still served first and with nothing more than a shrug to the rest of us who were following the rules and waiting patiently. After getting my drink it was wrong(happens sometimes my drinks have gotten more and more out there as I’ve gotten older and bolder) I came back and walked up to the walk up to get it rectified. I was acknowledged but there were a few people in line ahead of me. I waited for the line to pass and told the person stationed at the window that my drink was made incorrectly and how it was supposed to be made. They apologized and re rang it in so it could get made correctly. However this correction. Didn’t take place until all the other drinks were served. I know I’m here gripping about cutting them complaining that my drink remake didn’t get pushed up but that’s kinda the standard. I will be finding a different Dutch bros moving forward

I am one of those people who looks for genuinely great tasting things and then I literally become a dedicated customer. I've found that Dutch Bros Coffee ☕ is consistent in the process at almost every single location, almost!! Sometimes you will find one that is just slammed with customers and your drink isn't going to be what you ordered or, just what you expected. This morning was that morning and I was just completely disappointed because instead of coffee and the taste of Irish cream, I got a half a cup of foam with the diluted taste of warm milk and the faint taste of coffee.. Now, having to go back would just be a headache at this point but the only suggestion for everyone is to " check your order real quick before you leave!"

The best experience!! Everyone there is always so sweet they seem very genuine, have a big smile and are very happy! They bring the drink out to your car -extra Stevia no problem and their iced latte with oat milk is the best ever! I’m addicted!

We go here every week. Staff is always friendly and they move quickly. Even if line is longer, it still moves at a good pace. My youngest loves trying all the different kids drinks. We really enjoy going.

Coffee is great but it's a tad overpriced and we stopped going to this location cuz there's a minimum of 15 to 20 cars there every morning along with about 10 to 15 people in walk up window. I'm not sure why Dutch Brothers has such small locations but they get overwhelmed very easily and you could spend a half an hour to 45 minutes waiting for a coffee. At that point it's not even worth it anymore. Coffee is supposed to be a quick thing where you're in and out. Unfortunately places like Starbucks and Dutch Brothers have changed it to where you're waiting around for 10-15 minutes plus for a coffee now. I would definitely choose Dutch Brothers over any other coffee here in Vegas if the lines were more sustainable.... But it kind of defeats the purpose if I have to show up 45 minutes early to go get a coffee

Dutch Bros always has amazing customer service at every location. This location is no different always looking to make your morning better before work. I go with the Rebel and it taste amazing and consistent every morning!💪🏼

They have excellent coffee and friendly employees. The only downside to this location is that they won't let you turn into the drive thru from either direction so you can't enter coming from the gas station. You have to go back to the street and sometimes this backs the line into the road.

Service is pretty quick for how busy this place always is. Always expect at least 5 cars in line but I've seen in wrap thru the whole parking lot. Very nice staff and always got my order right

I don't drink coffee but I will pick up for my family often. I will get a smoothie and the service is amazing. if I have my dog with me they take care of her as well. We don't go anywhere else.

Great coffee, scary drive thru. When I first pulled in I almost hit the car waiting in line. Then I had to circle back around to not cut the line I almost hit the first time. Then I was afraid I’d be hit behind the big sign at the entrance. I’ll be back just not when they are busy

Always a great experience here. The staff is consistently, incredibly, friendly- like ALL of them... Drinks are always made correctly and despite the super long lines, they're pretty quick. They usually recognize when someone has "cut" the line and make up for it by comping your drink... Just always a great experience with dutch brothers. I guess the only negative thing I would have to say is the drinks are soooo sweet, just keep that in mind when ordering so you can adjust accordingly- if sweet isn't your thing.

This place is just to expensive. A small frost thing was 5 bucks. Though it tasted good its just not worth the price, the people are friendly but they make you buy a cold brew just to get a sticker which is Boulogne. Just not a place I enjoy

So the staff and drinks were great!! But omg this one should NOT have a drive-thru. The location of this makes its extremely confusing and complicated. Where you have to wait in line, is not indicated until way too late. So then you have to drive all the way back around to the main street and hope you don't have to make a 2 u-turns just to get to that waiting line. Again, staff and quality was amazing! So nothing against them! But there should be something done to help people out so there isn't so much confusion. Until then, I probably won't be coming back to this location unfortunately :/ the line so easily having to reach out into the main road is kinda dangerous. Plus I can see some people getting very upset with the staff for the confusion, and they don't deserve that :(

The coffee and the teas are way better than Starbucks and cheaper lines are long but worth it. The one on rancho and Craig don't seem. To get the orders right but if you go to wallapie. That location is fantastic 100 percent

Generally speaking, I love Dutch Bros Coffee. But I realize that no matter how good the recipe is, at times, the staff just isn't going to care about quality. I used to think people shouldn't complain about fast food. But a small Dutch Bros drink is $6, plus tip. Yesterday, I got three drinks for the family, $18 plus tip, just to get some horribly tasking drink. Now I know what it should taste like because it's what I get every time I go there. I went back to the window to ask if maybe they got the order wrong and some young kid told me they did it right and that's that. I guess that's the last time I go to this Dutch Bros, and that's that. Good luck raising prices and delivering a mediocre service!

I always have a problem with this location... Just basically at Hualapai and the 215. I usually try not to go there but I was on my way home and wanted to redeem my free drink. I asked for a medium mocha freeze with an extra shot. As usual at this location the drink didn't come like it does at other Dutch Bros. It came very loose, not thick... And the extra shot wasn't able to be tasted. There's a long line and they finally got somebody to come out and take orders. That helped speed that up a little bit. They're never really ultra friendly at this location. And then they always ask Do you need a straw? How in the heck else am I going to drink a thick, or what I thought was going to be thick, drink without a straw? lol I will never go to this location again My favorite location is Fort Apache and Tropicana. THAT is a team that does everything right!!

do not go on the weekends if you want your coffee messed up. it's like they don't pay attention to what i ask for. the week crew is fast, they have not once messed up my easy order and they're much nicer. this is the second weekend in a row i went and all four days my coffee was not what i asked and paid for and they even repeat it back and i say yes that's right and still comes out wrong like i don't understand!!!!

The employees are great! Fun and respectful. Prices are reasonable. Product is better than Starbucks. Muffin tops...yummy! Being consistent is the hardest thing for any business. This Dutch Brothers is run by kind, fun, professionals. I go daily.
