When I attempting to be generous to their establishment, I was met with unfortunate surprise since all their goods (I purchased for my friends surprise birthday) were inedible w/ bugs on them too. When relaying this over to the managers of thd bakery and the managers of the casino, there was a strong lack of responsibility of their mistakes. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for basic level service or edible food. I've never experienced such terrible and unethical treatment by a business, especially a large corporation.

Basic coffee shop with sandwich, muffins, yogurt, etc. Tried several items, and they were all good but not exceptional. Located right in the Cosmopolitan casino so it's very convenient.

I got food poisoning approximately six hours after eating a ham and cheese croissant and Carmel macchiato here yesterday. It made for a very hard flight home and one of the worst nights of my life. You need to check and make sure you’re storing foods at the appropriate temperatures and rewarming them properly. I also recommend going over hand wash procedures with your staff as well. If I got sick, I imagine other people did as well. This was the only random thing I ate that everyone else in my party did not, so I’m very certain your food was the culprit. It put a damper on an otherwise fun 40th birthday weekend for my brother.

I'm not 100% sure I'm reviewing the right place, as this is not on the second floor, but near the Chelsea Tower on the main casino level floor. Maybe it's moved there recently? Regardless, the coffee place we visited has the same name, so here's my review: On our way from our room in the Chelsea Tower to Starbucks, we saw this place and decided to try it out. The barista was friendly and service wasn’t too slow. The prices are pretty high for a couple of vanilla lattes (but they were comparable to most of the other coffee places in the casinos). Unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t great. It was okay - we drank our lattes - but not great. On our third morning when we went to get lattes, the line at Starbucks was very long, so we decided to settle for this place. We waited in line behind 3 or 4 other guests, only to be told at the counter that their latte machine powered down and it would be 10 or 15 minutes before it was ready. I understand that kind of thing happens, no big deal, but they really should have had someone letting people know that before they waste their time in line.

Incredibly expensive coffee even for Vegas ($10 for two small cups), long lines and variable quality depending on time of day. It's branded as some Italian coffee shop but honestly could be any coffee stand in Vegas, it's just so generic. The staff try their best but look exhausted from under-staffing and constant long lines.

01/17/22: I typically go to Starbucks when I’ve stayed at The Cosmo, but wanted to try Va Bene. I got a coffee, ham and cheese croissant, and yogurt. Hands down the yogurt and ham and cheese croissant is much better than Starbucks. You do pay the difference for the better quality. The coffee was good. Nothing exceptional. Service was fast that morning, since I was the only one in line at that particular time that morning.

They are overpriced & not worth it.

***Be aware that they don't always use gloves. My husband came here to get coffee and noticed that one of the employees didn't wear any gloves while laying out the bagels and dealing with the food*** Good coffee, but it's so expensive! $6.75 for a small latte with coconut milk. They also offer pastries and some fruits. So after my last review, where I mentioned how the employees here DO NOT wear gloves when preparing and dealing with the food, The Cosmopolitan asked me to contact them via email. As you can see from my photo, I did just that. I still haven't got a response from them.

I recommend getting an “Americano” (hot or iced) which is like regular coffee but they make it with espresso by adding water to dilute like American coffee. Places like this have far better espresso than drip coffee because espresso drinks are made fresh every time. Mine is delicious! I ordered decaf with half and half with foam on top and cinnamon powder. This spot is conveniently located on the lobby floor right by the elevators to Chelsea Tower and the casino.

Terrible coffee, also paid for a ham and cheese croissant which I didn't get. $12, annoying.

Coffee is decent, could easily make better at home. Pastries and breakfast sandwiches are pretty good but definitely over priced. I would go there again if i was in a rush but honestly id go elsewhere for breakfast or coffee and get a better deal.

Great cold brew, glad we stumbled into this little gem of a coffee house. Delicious healthy grind and a blacklit bathroom I wasn't expecting but appreciated it's lunacy. Highly reccomend supporting this unique spot.

Jose is amazing. He goes way beyond expectations. And has order fast and perfect. Super attentive guy and very friendly. I absolutely love his energy! Thank you Jose!

Decent place to hang and have some coffee with friends. Quick bites aren't bad but this place is pretty small and kind of average. More of a kickback coffee shop, great to hang out at night. Wouldn't recommend getting the hookah though.

Got a hot white mocha with an extra shot. Was surprisingly good, which made me happy that I chose to walk past the crazy line at Starbucks. Will be going tomorrow morning as well.

i was asked to pay (1$) for tap water. not bottle water, but water from the tap. I asked the lady at the desk few times just to make sure.
