This coffeehouse is awesome. Open late and the selection they have is really good. Great quality coffee and helpful staff at this particular location. Place is very clean and comfortable, I stayed here for a while to.get some work done on my computer. It was quiet and I was able to focus for quite a while. I will definitely be coming back and if you get a chance or are in need of a late night coffee, this is the place to go.

Great selection of coffee drinks, the red velvet latte and ice blended are my favorites. Their sandwiches are absolutely scrumptious, I’m impressed. Love it here.

Love this coffee shop!!! It has a charm of its own when you go inside, very nicely decorated with super cool art all over. Ambience is relaxing and fun. The drinks were great, we had our favorite lattes: Nutella white chocolate mochas and they are very tasty. It's a really good coffee place and they have great sandwiches and vegan options too. Great service, fast, and nice people! Everytime I come here for coffee they always have great customer service and the coffee there is always great !! They have drive-through too. Highly Recommend!

10/16/23 - I was a regular but service and quality were so off today. Ordered online this morning around 8:50am and got there about 10 minutes later. The woman working said they didn't receive my order, but then was able to find my order after checking the confirmation number and suggested I call next time because the system does not notify them when they get an order. She could've had a better attitude about it, but it was during morning rush, so I get it, but still - customer service can go a long way. This hasn't happened before so I'm not sure if this was true about the system or not. Either way, very inconvenient especially when you have to be at work. Finally got my order after an additional wait, but my two madhouse clubs that were made poorly. This sandwich is normally amazing however it was just made with the least amount of the thinnest, soggiest bacon, the least amount of turkey, mainly tomatoes, and the thickest barely toasted bread. My coffee was made even worse. Ordered the blended peanut butter cup but there was literally no sweetness to it, and just tasted like straight unsweetened peanut butter and ice. Couldn't even finish half. Basically ran late to work to waste money on this order made with a lack of care or consistency. Probably won't be back. Better off getting Starbucks, where at least quality is consistent when you need it to be.

Experience: wow I had the best experiences here. 100 % will return. I came in, no line on a Sunday morning, and I ordered food and drinks. The coffeehouse plays gentle jazz music that is the most relaxing sounds I've heard in a while, and I'm not someone who normally enjoys jazz. The seating had different options of couches and chairs, and some of the tables are painted bright colors, along with all the beautiful paintings on the walls. I looked up the meaning behind some of the paintings on the walls and found out so much cool history about blues musicians, painters and more. I learned so many awesome things just sitting here! It wasn't crowded and I didn't feel rushed in any way to move from my seat. Taste: the blueberry muffin was incredible; I believe it was the best muffin I've ever had in my life. It was soft, warm, and there was a jelly or jam inside that had the most incredible taste. The "Green Card" sandwich was also great, and the coffee. I LOVED this place. I will come back every time I am in Las Vegas.

After seeing Keith Lee's review and giving Madhouse Coffee on Eastern/Pebble a try, I've been coming in ever since and have never had a bad experience any time I stop by! Given that their drinks are advised as being really sweet, I appreciate that Madhouse offers guests to request modifying the beverages to help make them either less or more sweet. Most of the times that I've gone in and have had my order taken by Amira (I apologize if I misspelled your name!) or other staff present to take my order, they've always been super welcoming, helpful and patient. The hot pumpkin spice latte and the iced pumpkin spiced chai lattes are delicious, and ordering them half-sweet hits the spot for me! Their food items are also delicious and filling, especially their lox and bagel sandwich :) The environment is also clean and cozy and I enjoy the ambience and vibes it gives every time I walk in to order. Thanks for always being great coffee spot in Vegas, and I'll continue to support you guys as a local business!

Love at first sip! Coffee tastes great! Strong, smooth and has the cocoa note that I really like. I had the iced americano just black and really enjoyed it. I asked if they sell their beans and was ground in store. Super friendly staff too!

Maddie, Tiffany, and Dylan are absolutely amazing. I’ve only ever had one bad experience with Madhouse and it was when someone new had started. Maddie went so far above and beyond to make the situation right. On top of that, in general, the team here is so kind and personable and the atmosphere is always a total vibe, and the food and drinks are some of the best cafe food and coffee that I’ve found in Vegas. It is my number one go to and I love them so much! As an example, I just ordered Postmates, so I wasn’t even there in person, and accidentally ordered a hot drink instead of a cold one and the driver called me to say that the barista mentioned I usually get a cold drink, so to please call me and make sure I didn’t make a mistake. They were right lol! Go check out this place if you’re looking for a place that makes you feel at home.

This is a family owned and operated coffee shop. It is a pleasure to spend an hour here with a delicious cup of coffee. The artwork is lovely. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Great jazz music creates a mellow mood.

Everytime I come to Vegas we stop by MadHouse on Eastern and see Amirah! She is so awesome and generous, always had free snack bags for the kids! The food is always consistent and the croissant breakfast sandwiches are amazing!!!! 5 stars for food speediness and hospitality! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is so delicious. Their drinks are a good size, their food is top notch but good lord their drive thru service is incredibly slow. Like. You are better off turning off your car, walking inside, and ordering there. Plan for at least 10 min in the drive thru if there is no line. Add at least 10 min for each car in front of you. I love the relaxed nature of this place but I dont know if that is the best for those who are utilizing a service because they need to get going.

Love coming to this local spot when I'm on this side of town. Food is great, coffee is better and service is awesome!! I get the iced coffee and it's great, especially for the price. The portion size is SO much better than the big chains (looking at you Starbux). I don't venture among the specialty drinks b/c of sugar, but I've had the Mad Max and it is YUMMY! The sandwiches are really good too. They taste fresh and homemade.

Best cold brew in the region. I tried them all and they have the best, hands down. Fair prices too, friendly staff, nice space to hang out or work.

I loved the service I got from Maddie. She was very patient. She also helped me pick a great drink. Since I haven't been to this Madhouse. The menu is different from the Summerlin menu at that Madhouse. But it's just about as good. My overall experience was the environment was very chill and and unique. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Oh and don't forget the not-so-secret secret menu!

This was by far the WORST coffee I have tried yet in Vegas. I'm not sure what they are doing with their shots but the after taste is instant stomach ache. The roast is different from what I am used to but definitely tasted like day old brewed coffee mixed with flavored coffee creamer!

They have a lot of interesting different flavor lattes and funny pastry names. I got a caramel toe latte - white chocolate with caramel and toffee syrup. Super good, I love really sweet drinks.

I can't brag enough about how good this place is. I love it so much, the Grasshopper is delicious. The Usual Suspects Sandwich is not only so filling but it's so simple it's good. Servers are always friendly and don't judge you if you come back several times in a weekend because you have little self control and wild cravings.

Excellent coffee and food options, staff was super friendly as well. Highly recommended stop for breakfast/coffee. Will be back again soon. The blueberry muffin was delicious and almond milk latte was among the best I have had in the area. Coffee tasted fresh and smooth. The location was convenient and parking was easy. Can't say enough good things, excited to try other offerings that are available for food and coffee/tea.

Really neat shop, but definitely a place for boujee “coffee” drinkers and not so much for local coffee explorers. Staff was a bit slow (like only 1 person was working the cafe and the drive thru) but friendly. Otherwise, drinks were all fairly priced. My issue was everything was so stinking sweet. The staff member warned us of that and made our drinks less sweet as requested. It ws still too much. I should’ve just ordered plain Joe after seeing the sugar bombs they concoct. Overall, neat art and cool vibe, but it’s definitely not the place for me.

Such friendly , efficient staff and the best chill vibe there. I had a Grasshopper this time and the bagel lox which was on point! They offered to do the Grasshopper" less sweet" and I substituted almond milk. Always fabulous in my book!

I had a fantastic experience at the coffee shop! As a first-time customer, I was impressed with the quick and friendly customer service. The staff was attentive, and my coffee was delicious. I'll definitely be back for more!

I’m a regular that has picked up my morning coffee and breakfast here no less than a dozen times. I’m noticing a downward trend in their level of service and attention to detail. Missing items and incorrectly prepared foods are becoming a regular issue when I order. Today I placed an order on their company website 15 minutes before I arrived. I walked through the door for pickup and they attempted to hand me the incorrect order. After telling them that this massive 5 drink order with sandwiches wasn’t mine, they asked how I had placed my order. I told them I went through their online ordering system on the site, they quickly recognized they had been forgetting to check the online order system. I was then informed they would get it out to me quickly. I waited 4 minutes, so that was quick but the latte came out Luke warm and with no vanilla flavoring. I’m disappointed, again. I’ll be skipping this location moving forward and picking up from a different local coffee shop.

I ordered 4 Island of Capri sandwiches and only got one. Tried to call but they dont pick up the phone. They were happy to charge me $135 for four coffees and three bagels. Half of the order was missing. My five year old can package the food better than they did. These people could care less about their customers. If they do they would at least pick up the phone. If you go to this business you are growing a business that mistreat and disrespect their customers.
