We ordered a bucket of beers. The cost was around 45$ and me and my friends were little more drunk than we normally are.The waitress thought it was a great time to take advantage of us. Guess what? I gave her 100$ and was waiting for more than 25 minutes but I still didn’t get my change back. I am staying at Aria resorts and casino. I am a very generous person but I can’t stand this kind of stealing. I always tip everyone with good money from room service to the one who carries my luggage but this one was too much. Then I sent my wife to ask for the change. She asked for the change from other waitress and then the other waitress came and gave me the change in few minutes. We wanted to order another bucket of beers. We called them and they took a lot of time. I ordered one beer and they gave me the other cheap beer. I mean what kind of behavior is this? I am very generous person and I am always good to everyone and treat everyone with respect, but the behavior that waitress was showing to us was very disrespectful. She finally gave us the beer. The bill was around 49 something. We gave her 50$ and she literally threw the check with 20 cents change on the floor. Such a racist woman. Please take this kind of disrespectful behavior into consideration and take actions against this employee. If you have the security camera, then please check it. It happened on November 23rd,2019 somewhere around 12 am 1.30 am, I believe. This is literally the worst experience I ever had and this kind of behavior should be reported. If you see us doing any misbehavior or being rude or disrespectful to your waitress, then yes it’s our fault. But we didn’t do anything and she was being disrespectful and racist and discriminating. Please take some actions against this.

I've been to many slot bars at Vegas, and each time I was treated nicely. However, I felt very embarrassed when I sat on the Lift Bar (and Gem Bar at the other side of Aria Casino) today. The bartender told me to keep playing and spend all my money I put in the slot if I were to receive a comp drink. I was surprised that the bartenders at Aria FORCED US TO GAMBLE AGGRESSIVELY AND SPEND ALL MONEY put into the slot. They told me that the hotel watches the bar through cameras and the bartenders get trouble if a comp drink is served to guests who does not GAMBLE ENOUGH! I know the rule-- every time I visit a slot bar, not just ones at Aria, I try to gamble at least $20 because I get a comp drink. I mean, I have my own right to stop at any point where I don't feel like gambling 😕 Please do not treat your valuable guests like this. No other hotels do this. I love Aria, but the service at Lift Bar and Gem Bar are just too far below the average, and I try my best to avoid them.

I've been here a few times over the years. Now during covid it's especially a nice place to sit and get a drink in-between gambling. It's hard to find a drink anymore and having such a comfortable place to sit and people watch feels good. You have to order food now at bars with your drinks even if it's the cheapest thing on the menu. It's annoying but they understand most people do that here and won't get upset if you get the cheapest menu item. It's more of a hangout/meetup place. Huge bar selection and great drinks too. They also occasionally have live music. Seat yourself.

Good drinks, but a small selection. Don't expect great service; the waitress was extremely rude.

Worst service and experience of any bar I've been to in Vegas. Employees, particularly Pablo, is extremely rude...if you can actually get him to wait on you. You will not be greeted, order will not be acknowledged and you will not be thanked for your patronage. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Sportsbar at the other end of the casino. You'll be treated like an a human instead of a nuisance.

I think bad service must be endemic to Aria. I've visited here, I've stayed here, and I've gone to this bar. One common thread is they seem not to care about service. For Lift Bar specifically we came in at an available table and watched as the servers congragated by the bar, laughing and having a good time. I'm not opposed to this in general, but 10-15 mins passing by without coming to our or any table. At least two servers saw us and still made no effort to take our drink order. At that point we left and went to Vesper at the Cosmo. Even though the server had apparently left for the day, the bartender greeted us and said to just let him know our order and he'd come over. This seems to be a difference in philosophy between the Aria and other properties such as the Cosmopolitan. I'd recommend skipping the Aria in general and find any other bar, hotel, casino or restaurant.

In the past this has been a good bar but for some reason this place has gone down. I ordered one round finished my beer. Watch the waitress walk past me several times. I managed to get the attention one but she never returned. I got the attention of what I thinks is a manager and asked if she could send over a waitress. She never did. So I walked over and had to ask a waitress if she could please give me another beer.

Bartenders were extremely rude. Pablo looked me dead in my face and proceeded to service everyone around me. When I called him on it… his response was I don’t know who was here first. He knew!!! Just terrible service….TERRIBLE !!!!

Extensive bar menu. Right off the casino floor, yet noise level such that you can still hear the conversation. The Espresso Mars-tini is out of this world!!

We have visited here many times but the most memorable was during a live music performance. Average service, good cocktails, great entertainment on that occasion. They make a very good espresso martini that we tend to order every time that we visit.

Checked into the hotel after 3 AM went to the lift bar for a glass of wine there was several ladies of the evening in the area within minutes my girlfriends was taken off the back of our chair , nobody on the staff or security would be a much assistance whatsoever it was over a $3000 loss, back at that same bar at about the same time two days later the same ladies of the evening hanging out there this is just something that the hotel provides to its guest I guess It is obvious they are working within the agreement of the Hotel bar staff, be aware,

Take a break from your gaming and enjoy a table snack and a drink at Lift Bar in Aria. Live music can be enjoyed nightly.

Amber was our server for multiple evenings. Amazing server and so nice. Remembered our drinks and took care of us, drinks never were empty before she came back and made sure we are OK. Made us feel at home on our holiday. Thank you Amber

Horrible service.. do not go to this bar at night. I was staying at the Aria for 3 nights and I stopped at this bar before bed for a last drink. I got the rudest bartender (machismo I will call him) ignored me for 10 minutes and then when I finally got his attention and told him I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for a drink he didn't apologize but instead said something rude to me. I noticed a few other bartenders that had major attitudes at this bar. I think they need to be reminded that they are in the service industry. I won't come back to this bar to be treated this way!

Used my card to start a tab. When I was about to leave, told the bartender that Im closing my tab. They claimed that they never saw my card, and that I have not paid anything, showed them my amex app, and it was charged with all the drinks I ordered. they never resolve it, they lost my card, its embarrassing, they ignored me.Terrible. Not what I expected.

Staying at the Aria. After almost 25 minutes sitting and waiting 1 waitress on duty walked past us 4 times and did not even blink towards us!!!!!. Then she decided to chk her personal phone and we left. Today 24thNov approx 12:30 PM. With these prices and lack of service limit the tip to 18 to 20%? Where is the service?
