Lot of homeless people camp out there. Yesterday morning around 10 o'clock at least 30 of them were there. Tents and sleeping bags set up, it's like a camp ground. Not taking my kids there anymore, don't think it's safe and healthy. 😕

So many homeless people when I went today. No restrooms. The play are is really tiny and gets boring quickly for anyone over the age of 5. The exercise equipment and grass is a nice plus.

It's so sad that Food Not Bombs decided to target this park once Circle Park closed. This used to be a cute little party with clean equipment and tucked away in a quiet area. Now it's overrun and kids can't safely play there. ☹️

I use this park cuz I live close by, not so much my favorite. Keep kids safe by checking ground for used needles first, luckily it's small.

Mayfair Place Park is a nice/peaceful small park with workout area that's in a centralized and convenient location to the downtown area in which I live.

Was given a citation by marshals for sitting on bench at 6pm park open no1 but me still said I was by children's area ,from Cal never knew citizens were separated by ordinances ,was shocked and treated rather harshly they. actually violated several of my civil rights I couldn't sleep or eat for days totally unecessary treating me like if I actually harmed a child one marshal during my interrigation asked me if I was looking for children outrageous!

Very cute however there never seems to be any kids there so my son never wants to stay because he only ever goes to parks to play with his peers.

Dirty and very small so it gets boring like super quick. It's one of the weakest parks I been too. All that grass and they couldn't build a good slide or swings? If anything this should be a dog park and not a children's park
