Great Park, and horse 👠, not w high hills of course. Great choice for St George City in picking the tools there for our children to enjoy learn and experience new things. Also the dog park is next door

This place was great for the kids and family just to have a nice summer relaxing day 😁! There was a lot of homeless people though make sure to bring some pepper spray 😱😰 me and my gf were flashed by a homeless man with no care, but apart from that the park was great for the kiddos and family bonding time ❤️

Nice park, lots of homeless but they're mostly respectful and clean. Childrens parks are all torn up, water feature is cool but not functioning fully, but its there!! Cops always there so no need to worry about anything!!

Wrong and all the people's are worrying about is homeless people's and not what they are doing to use all. Come on you people's are not right. So am just going to pray for you THIS is how the city spend your money all the time I just see the city workers do is sit in the trucks in the air whey aren't they doing something about the restroom,

Basically, it's a homeless encampment. The water fountains are being used to wash and shave. The restrooms are locked. The dog park is full of pet waste. Definitely would not come here after dark. This park is not safe 😕

Good place to ride scooters during the day. This is not a place to take children though. Apparently the homeless has taken residency to this park. We even saw a couple of people looking around to see if these people needed a free phone.

It was a great park until the homeless people took it over. They have a few different play options but my kids couldn't play because there were clothes, shoes, cans, and other belongings all over the play area. We couldn't get in the bathroom because of all the people taking baths in the sink! Will NEVER bring my babies back here.

The water for the splash pad has not yet been turned on for the season (or at least it didn't work) and the restrooms are still fenced off and inaccessible. The place was still pretty busy with lots of families and people enjoying the shade, though. We were super bummed about the water and lack of facilities but still threw the ball around until one of us had to go pee.

Free splash pad for children during these summer months. The restrooms were open & CLEAN. There are picnic tables and pergolas in the vicinity. Free parking!

It was early still, both playgrounds were completely dark. Kiddos said they were scared to go play there. So we headed to Sunset park instead.

This park has different playgrounds for kids, water place. There's a place for dogs too. Also has a skate park. Soccer games happen here. The restroom is what you can expect from any park. There's areas to make BBQ. Not sure if it's ever free because a lot of homeless hang out around there. I would give it more stars, but because the homeless.

I like this park. They have several dog areas. Depends on the size of your dog. Make sure your dog is spayed or neutered and up to date on their shots. This is for your pets protection and the protection of others It has a skateboard park and several covered seating areas.

Its a great park, very big. Has a little workout area, and a skate park as well. There are a lot of homeless however, they appear to keeping to themselves

This park is not family friendly ! It has a tremendous amount of loud homeless men on the tables and in the grass. You could never use the public restrooms

It's a nice family park. There needs to be bright lights on the kids playground areas. I found an adult in the merry go round with more than five children under the age 6yrs around 730pm. He could have been a parent but who knows. And yes the parents should be watching there children. But the park should be well lit to help protect our children.

This park could have the potential to be a nice place, though it doesn't look as if anyone takes care of it. Homelessness . Some friendly some ill minded. I am into Calisthenics, so I decided to check this park out. Was quite disappointed in the state of condition. I am not sure how often I will go to the park for my workouts. They do have a soccer field as well as basketball courts which I shot hoops for a few hrs before I began my workout. Overall park needs some TLC! Thank you for reading .

Best horseshoe pits I've seen in the whole vegas area. Not to mention boccee ball lanes.

Huge picnic area with huge grills. Great playground for the kids and lots of open space to set up your own picnic area or throw a ball with your friends and family.

While it is slightly run down, the park itself is great to go to with one one huge exception. It is overrun with homeless people. Tbf, they did not bother me or my grandson, however two homeless individuals almost got into a fight, ironically, because of one talking to my grandson ( he was ignoring him and I was watching like a hawk) the other felt he had to 'correct' the other person. While it was unnecessary, I did say thank you to the one for standing up for my grandson, so to speak. Other than that, as I said, the equipment is slightly run down. However, I don't think kids' mind overly much.

Nice big park with great facilities for kids and dogs. Minus one star for density of homeless persons, and minus one star for semifunctional gates/latches around the dog park.

  • 5/5 Vanessa S. 2 years ago on Google
I went to the dog park, it was nicer than I expected when I read these reviews. I went when there were only 2 dogs but it's pretty peaceful and roomy for the doggos to get their running in.

Could be a really nice park if the homeless didn't take it over showering at the kids water park and doing laundry in the bathroom toilets.

It's a good park has it has three playgrounds 2 baby swings and one cold swing a soccer field. Its also a good place to take your dogs and it also has dog area for them that's gated. The skateboarding area is behind the soccer field for those that skateboard. But the only issue is that their is some homeless people, but that's about it. Oh and it also has a water park area that's on during the summer.

Really cute park, and my kids love the splash pad. The homelessness is pervasive and somewhat of a turn off as those suffering from homelessness use the splash pads to bathe and wash their clothes. Otherwise my kids enjoy the playground and skateboard ramp.

Big park. Limited parking and you have to pay attention or you will miss the entrance. Very big, Very clean they even have horse shoe pits. Kinda hard to find shoe pits anymore. Will be going back to take a better look and get some pictures..

I visit this park often. This park is usually immaculate and the garbage cans are provided around the entire premises so littering is not cool. And if there were some debris around, I've witnessed many park-goers who have picked up the garbage and disposed of it properly. I love environmentally conscious people! Even after any games (mostly soccer), everyone pretty much picks up after themselves, you wouldn't even know that a game just happened! The restrooms are for the most part clean, however there have been many times I see a stall totally trashed and that's a shame because somebody has to clean up afterwards...that means a county worker. Great staff when I see them (usually on a daily basis)! 👍🏻👍🏻🤓

It’s a nice, beautiful park that has everything from playgrounds for the kids, soccer field, baseball field, basketball court and a walking trail for adults. Problem is sometimes you can’t find a place to seat because it’s crowded with homeless people all day and night. There’s trash everywhere.

Yes this is a water park. The only problem is that there is a lot of homeless. Is a place that it could be better. Is a water park. A dogs park. It has where to play basketball. Skaters place. You could play soccer. It is big where you will be able to jog or run. There's a place to play a new game where you throw a rock and someone else has to hit the rock. Yeah. If there wasn't a lot of homeless around.

Okay park with splash pad not always clean, but not as dirty as other parks . There is a homeless population but they have been nice to me and my 20 month old son everytime we visit. I used used live in vegas and now reside in colorado but visit often and this park is a go.to because splash pad also has a nice skate park.

Nice park, but it needs some type of control or authority to supervise children who ar a little bit older.

I primarily go to little dog side.gated, fenced on west side. East gated dog park for big dog size + big dog pups.As long as people don't try to bring larger breeds in our side usually OK. Early morning gathering is good crowd😇 Mixed area. Good soccer Friday. Skateboard park. Playground. Grills & tables. Primarily a Latino influence late afternoon evening, many homeless favor this park in day. School release in afternoon through park.Park is tended to.

A pretty nice park. I only go on Mondays because of a church outreach dinner served at 4:30 pm. Horseshoe pits, a soccer field, basketball courts, baseball fields. Four or five gazebos. Large and clean restrooms. A family park

This park is good for skate boarders as it has a decent skateboard rink. Also, it is decent for soccer, basketball, and horse shoe pits. However, if you are looking for doing family barbecues or pic nic, you may find it difficult finding a spot. Most of the spots for family barbecues are occupied by street people. I have never seen or heard of a incident between family pic nickers, while trying to secure a spot. But just letting you know ahead of time.

Close to my house nice place to take the pup we usually don't get into the dog area a little dirty we play in the main park often times we go late at night so there are not that many people

  • 3/5 Armando B. 1 year ago on Google
It's nice, but it's not in the greatest area. Kids are always there happily having fun, just know, like most parks, homeless people and illicit activity abound. Clean and well maintained.
