Love visiting my Dad. I love coming here. My Dad was my world. I can’t stay away more than six months. I visit him frequently and drive almost 300 miles just to see him and pray. God bless your soul and everybody that is buried here and at all cemeteries.

Well I had called last week to set an appointment to see my parents in the moseleum spoke to a lady named May! She was very rude and wouldn't let me explain, then she said I didn't need an appointment, considering my dad has been there since 2004 and my mom in 2011, that was not what I was expecting considering, I had great experiences when my parents passed, I wish we had looked around. What ever happened to compassion and empathy? I will be there tomorrow to talk to this person in person!!

STAY FAR AWAY!! I will try to make a long emotional sad story short. I was dealing with Martha Gonzales ( sales person) at first. She was one of the most difficult people to get in touch with whenever I had questions. She was always out of the country or out of the office because she was sick or left early. The mortuary for awhile would not let me work with someone else because I was dealing with her and she knows all the info on my family contract / situation. Anyway, once all the money was paid & the funeral was done I did not hear from her. I would also like include the mortuary and funeral home were not on the same page especially with pricing / extra fees. I was told one thing vs another. That was also frustrating. These people do not keep you updated with anything. I had to call and call for updates. I had waited almost a year for my family's headstone to be put down. On my contract it said the headstone will be installed Memorial day weekend come to find out no one was there because it was a holiday. So that was a lie! No one knew what was going on. Since I could no longer reach Martha I was transferred over to her Manager Adam Zalesny. He was just at bad. He told me that they have so many other family is to why I am not getting any updates but the thing is Im not a new customer, my family had been dealing with this terrible mortuary for years. Eventually Adam stop returning my emails, & calls. He purposely would forward me to voicemail and send texts that said he cant talk right now. So I just kept getting passed on from person to person. Daniel was my last person to deal with. He seemed like he cared a little bit and kept me updated on my family's headstone. He would actually call me back when he said he would, unlike the others. The headstone was installed without anyone even reaching out to me. I would of liked to watch it be installed but I guess to this company I better be happy it finally got installed after almost a year of waiting. STAY AWAY!!!

This place has caused never ending pain to finalize the sorrow of losing my neice. Paid for a headstone 6/19 to be told in August the paperwork did not exist. They only had a record of the payment and it fell upon family to provide them with my copies. Their excuse was their employee that handled the transaction was no longer employed. I furnished the papers. Now in Nov. The same scenatio is being repeated and once again the same employee is to blame. Incompetent and poorly organized

As I recall in my time I’ve been to several funerals to say goodbye . This is the most important place to a lot of top name people in the valley . Very nice

We actually weren't even going to go with this location to begin with but I'm so glad we did! We worked with Daryl and his sensitivity to the circumstances at hand was nothing less than exceptional. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for all your help.

I read some of the reviews of others who seem to have had a horrible experience. I do feel bad for them but I can only speak for my experience. I took my mother there to inquire and verify where her plot was located and to follow up on the contract she purchased years ago. People and even myself have to be very patient with my mother because she doesn't remember things like she use to. The person we talked with was Daniel Rodrigues. He was a awesome professional. He answered all our questions and walked out with us to the exact plot where my mother will be one day. I came here honestly expecting that hawkish/shady sales pitch that you would get from a car dealership and instead we left feeling that he actually was trying to help out with our questions. We made it clear we were not there to buy anything and despite that, he still went above and beyond to make us feel like human beings. If anyone ever goes there, I recommend asking for Danny.

I was just curious if we can bring our pets here ? My mom's in the building where you have to have a key for . Unfortunately I have my dog and can't put him anywhere but would like to go see her .

At this point I honestly regret choosing bunkers cemetary. Now I understand why this cemetary looks so sad and lonely. They dont even allow you to put any solar flowers or solar lights. Was told the only way to put solar lights is if you purchase the vases and put them inside the vase. Payed to bury my son here and cant even put anything for him at his grave site. My little one are devestated cause all they are trying to do is put things my son loved and bring a little bit of peace to their hearts after loosing our loved one. So dissapointed a cemetary would have this type of rules. But yet again there is alot of grave sites that have solar flowers and solar lights that are not in vases.

Went here the other day to pay my respects to a family friend and was startled by homeless people camped out and drinking on top of graves near by. This is happening almost every time I come here. I will be taking pictures to post here in the near future. Very Disturbing.

Okay so I don’t know the ladies name but she said she was a manager. She was extremely disrespectful ! She absolutely should not work in a cemetery. We was just trying bury a loved one the way he wanted to be buried we we’re throwing roses on top of his coffin and what we had to, had a band for him and she rudely asked everyone to move because her “people” were trying to do there job and threatened us to call the police when we were doing nothing wrong when everyone moved out the way she stood where she asked everyone to move away from when we politely asked her to move too she ignored us and literally said we couldn’t do anything. She kept talking back too. I’m upset we couldn’t bury our loved one in peace , wouldnt recommend this place everyone deserves to me buried peacefully with no interference ! It was too rushed! Btw I have never put a review on anything but something needs to be done about this its not ok..
