👍 The splash pad and play ground are nice, but there is no shade near the splash pad, and the water runoff makes a big mud puddle right near it. People often mention park, kids, nice, playground, area, splash, dogs, water, people, play,

This park is beautiful. People walking their dogs, kids playing basketball, people exercising ,walking around the track. Unlike other parks where you see homeless people on the picnic area. Not here. Well, at least we didn't see anything while we were there. My other thing that I could say that was wrong was why in the h.e. double hockey sticks were we driving way to sunset park for a nice park and this was right here the whole time😁😉 I highly recommend this park to everyone.

Safe family park. The addition of the dog parks keeps the dogs in one area.

Nicely renovated!! I love the splash pad area and all the new swings. I do wish they placed more benches and shaded areas though, but you can bring your own camping chairs. Dog runs are a great addition as well. I saw many people still not picking up after their dogs, even though there's "poopie bags" available. Come on people. Keep it nice n clean please

This is one of the best parks on the east side of Las Vegas. There’s a ton of things to do including a dog park, mini water park, and new basketball courts. The best part about this place is Frankie’s! It’s a food truck that all the locals know about. Get the 50/50 air heads slushee you won’t regret it!

This is a cool park. The dog owners are respectful with their dogs. And there’s lots for children to do here. Outdoor fun is here for you and your family.

The city has put some work into this park and it really has paid off! The playgrounds are nice. The splash pad is not the biggest, but it's big enough for lots of kids to play, have fun, and cool off. There's LOTS of open space to play soccer or frisbee, or throw a football around. There's a gated dog area...at least I believe that's what it is. There is also a paved/sidewalk path that circles the park so you can walk laps while the kids play soccer or take a morning/evening walk. The only downside is that there isn't a ton of shade. The cooler months that won't be bad, but in the summer it's hot in the sun.

Not a bad park. The remodeling they did was nice. Has a dog park, and a splash pad. Only problem is people smoking weed in the playground area. Not taking my toddler anymore.

Calm neighborhood, people were friendly, and this place had basketball courts, bbq grills, and a kids playground. We had a rental nearby and this place was just a few steps away from our place. Seems very safe even at night. #park #kidfriendly #basketballcourts #bbq #neighborhoodpark

It has very nice winding walk paths. It has several dog sections with nice secure fencing that is tall. There are also covered benches inside the dog areas as well. There is a playground area with water play area too. The only troublesome thing is the homeless camping out on the tables and the juvenile delinquents that hang out in the park.

They just finished renovating the park and they did a great job! More desert landscape, splash pad area and playground. There is also an enclosed dog park! The walking track is also really nice.

Better with new improvements. Wish someone could stop the open use of drugs in the park but still a good place to spend time with family

It's been renovated and the grass is new as well as playgrounds for kids. There are four gated playgrounds for dogs. It's nice and recommend it.

This is a very nice park close by where has a lot to offer picnic area children's playground volleyball and basketball court every corner has a trash cans so there's no way that you cannot clean after yourself...include the 2 fences for the small and big dogs if you are lazy to walk your dogs..I only gave 4 stars because some people doesn't care about the cleanliness they don't care to pick up theie dogs mess...there's a reason why they put a lot of trash cans and doggy bags everywhere but sad to see that there are some people who have dogs doesn't bother to clean their dogs mess you can see it everywhere 😔 It's good that they provide this park for us but help them to maintain the cleanliness of the park!!!

My 3 year old loved it so much for him to do . Park is well kept. Only thing I did not like it's right next to the high school and around 1 they get out and they take over the playground blocking the slides for the little kids to slide down.

Once the sun goes down thus park comes to life. My granddaughter loves to go there. I wish that there was more parking available. My disability keeps me from walking from the car ro the playground so I watch her from the car. This gets difficult as the sun goes down. There are lots of families in the park and the children are very friendly and sweet. The older boys push the merry go round for the younger kids and I have not seen any fighting or violent behavior. The kids on the playground are younger. The older kids congregate near the basketball courts. An hour at the park sure tuckers the kids out and they are ready for baths and bed when they come home.

The playground equipment was awesome. Our boys loved it. The bathrooms though...it looks like the stalls were never designed to have doors.

This park has been a part of my life for about 8 years now. I went back and I was surprised. They renewed the place. The kids playground looks great. They added a small water park and 3 or 4 separate dog parks in the middle. I will be going back to this park more often :)

I love this park before the remodel and I was so surprised by all the upgrades to the park. It's very nice. I love it even more now. It was busy with families and kids playing. I love it and will definitely return.

Great family park. Took the grandson... Playground area for toddlers and another for older kids. Fields for batting practice or running some football plays. There are basketball hoops and even a fenced dog park area. There are plenty of benches and a nice walking trail. Met several nice people at the park with their kids, hanging out and even some Jehovah's Witnesses preaching the good news. Nice Saturday afternoon.

The best park for toddlers. I took my 1.5 year old twins here and they had a blast. There is so much equipment here for the little toddlers that most parks don't have. They loved the toddler seesaw, and the adult-toddler tandem swings. That's the first time I've seen those kinds of swings and they're really fun! The smaller jungle gym features so many slides, a lot of moving parts, and steps that are small enough for toddler feet. We love it! Next time we'll have to bring their bathing suits for the splash pad. The older kids play area has tons of cool features too from what I saw of it. The place does need a little bit more upkeep. There's a lot of tagging and the bathrooms are gross. I honestly can't even mark down a whole star for that simply because I'm so impressed with the equipment available.

Loved this place the first two times I brought my son but now it’s so full of teenagers the kids can’t even get on the equipment. The teenagers literally sit right in the middle with their belongings. They cuss and smoke. Oh and the bathroom stalls have no doors. Not a single stall has a door.

For a free park, it's great for the kids. The grandkids had a lot of fun playing. The water park was fun as well. Was very nice for a short 2 hour stop to get put energy.

My Family LOVES going to this park to play on the playground or water park..You can Bring the family dog & not leave anyone out....

The park was really cute and conveniently located, but recently teenagers from the neighborhood have dampened the fun. Most mornings, when they should be in school, they are at the park smoking weed in the bathroom, loitering on the playground and blocking the smaller children from playing, cursing and overall being disruptive to the park experience. They should also add more shaded seating areas, especially near the splash pad. The picnic tables are spaced far away from the playground so you can't sit under them and watch your children safely.

Park looks great and all...but they took away the nice big field n added too big dog yards...I pick my kid up from school near this park

Our car was broken into while we took our kids to the splash pad. Restrooms are horrible. Too many teenagers and could smell someone smoking weed.

  • 5/5 Nina S. 5 months ago on Google
My son had fun. The water splash pad was the best one I've seen so far, i like the button it has. You press it to start the water. The playground itself is very fun, there's so many different ways kids can climb it and use it. It had a spin around carousel, it has a smaller playground for kids 5 and under with many different features kids can explore. And the swings are awesome. There was like a see saw swing which you stand on?! Lol it's a great park. Just be sure to visit BEFORE the high school kids get out.
