So
far,
this
is
my
favorite
park
in
Vegas.
I
like
everything
about
it.
,
except
for
the
traffic
noise,
which
is
nearly
everywhere.
It's
clean,
green,
friendly,
stress
free,
snob
free,
and
kids
abound
with
laughter.
Mostly,
I
like
the
people
who
frequent
this
park.
The
men
who
come
early
in
the
morning,
at
lunch
and
in
the
evening,
just
to
sit
-
this
category
is
at
every
park,
oddly.
The
homeless
who
sleep
in
their
cars,
shower
at
the
gym,
and
eat
every
meal
out
are
there,
and
no
one
bothers
them
as
they
bother
no
one.
The
few
who
have
made
hobbit
homes
under
the
benches
keep
the
area
clean
and
make
full
use
of
the
grills
at
night.
These
grills,
btw,
are
designed
to
burn
wood
in
one
area,
then
move
the
coals
left
from
the
wood
over
to
the
grilling
area.
Oh,
there
are
always
a
few
bad
seeds,
unattended
distructive
kids,
etc.
But
even
the
cops
who
patrol
and
the
park
staff
who
actually
clean
are
peaceful,
friendly,
and
on
the
job
to
serve
the
community.
I
know
of
no
other
park
splash
pad
that
allows
adults
in
the
water
and
one
where
the
people
aren't
so
pretentious
that
they
are
okay
with
it.
Why
would
it
not
be
okay?
What
rational
reason
do
they
not
allow
adults
without
kids
to
not
use
the
park?
The
bathroom
is
actually
cleaned
every
morning.
I
wish
the
sign
could
get
a
good
scrub,
but
other
than
that,
the
park
is
always
clean.
In
other
parks,
they
stopped
cleaning
the
picnic
areas
and
bathrooms
to
deter
the
homeless.
They
still
have
3
-
5
employees
hired
to
clean
the
other
parks.
They
just
don't
have
to
do
anything
now.
They
have
an
abundance
of
drinking
fountains
and
trash
cans.
And
they
work!
And
they
get
cleaned
daily!
And
they
have
enough
water
pressure
to
get
a
drink!
And
the
city
doesn't
use
them
as
disciplining
tools
against
the
homeless!
Have
you
noticed
how
the
city
got
rid
of
trash
cans?
That
does
what?
Deters
the
homeless
from
conveniently
throwing
away
their
trash???
The
yuppy
doesn't
need
a
trash
can.
He
dumps
his
trash
in
the
desert
and
riparian
areas.
Then
the
homeless
dig
through
it,
looking
for
treasures
-
because
there
are
treasures.
It
would
shock
you
what
people
throw
away.
It's
unfortunate
that
the
bathrooms
are
now
locked
at
night.
So
now
the
few
homeless
who
are
sober
but
car-less
have
no
place
safe
to
go
at
night.
Well,
except
for
this
entire
park!
It's
amazing
how
safe
it
is
at
night
here.
No
joke.
I
know
this,
trust
me.
Everything
you
could
want
in
a
small
neighborhood
park.
Good
vibes!!
