San Miguel Community Garden

Garden

👍👍 When anyone drives by. They sometimes have fresh apple, fruits and all kinds of bread dropped off by people. We have never been sick from getting free items that are open to the public. But only outside the place. And has a sign that says free items to take home. If you are on a very tight budget.... People often mention community, garden,

Wonderful Garden, open to the public and full of various plants both floral and edible. Much bigger than what most photos imply. We look forward to visiting again!

San Miguel is a quiet peaceful place to just come, share with others, and relax. And...they grow things as well. Always open to the public, homeschoolers and and anyone looking to meet. Saturday mornings are a great time to see what's happening at this oasis. It's easy to join. It's free...and non- threatening.

This is a magical place! Come here to work, pick or just wander the gardens. Respect nature and those who strive to protect it, steward or lands and preserve for others to enjoy! Thanks to Mo and all the volunteering this place is open for all to enjoy.

Beautiful. Comfortable and relaxing. On Thursday my son and I were the only people there. It's beautiful you have flowers fruit vegetables. You can pick for free if we do some volunteer work. They also have a little food pantry. A great community resource.

Large scale community garden with pavillion area for shade and an awesome outdoor mural in progress!

San Miguel community garden has become anything but a quiet peaceful place. They seem to have forgotten that they are a garden and not an event center with full blown peace shattering concerts. They have zero regard for the community that surrounds them, including a rehab facility that shares a fence line with them. While people lying in hospice dying have to suffer the ear piercing music late into the night. I purchased my home in this neighborhood because I could have plenty of distance between me and my neighbors so that I would not be bothered by their noise, but thanks to the San Miguel event center we have less peace and no sleep. SHAME ON YOU! SHOW YOUR NEIGHBORS SOME COMMON RESPECT!

Great place for positivity and to connect! Plant a seed and pick a weed to help it grow, you can harvest some too.

Best community garden in Vegas featuring water features, small gardens, fruit orchards and chickens. Open to general public most days during daylight.

Currently closed to everyone in the community because admins of the San Miguel Community Garden Facebook Group do not want ro work with 5 members of the community to create a schedule for supervision of the garden while open.

I really enjoy going to the garden. I haven't been able to go lately. I was a little disappointed that they didn't plant any okra this year. The tomatoes don't seem to do very good in this heat.
